    The breakfast was not good until the 7:30 woman came in and put more out for both days we stayed. She was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. The location was nice for the hotel. No ventilation for showering. Got stuffy and there was a little mold forming over the inside of the bathroom door. Carpet in hotels makes the room overall feel dirty as well.

    The staff were trying to be helpful. The first room they put us in smelled horrible and dirty. Front desk put us in a 2nd room it still smelled and was also not the cleanest. We didn’t even stay the night. We choose to book elsewhere and by a completely different t brand

    Our room had spiders in it and the room was muggy and smelled like it was wet. We noticed it the morning after our first night. When we came back to the room at night it was worse and there were more spiders. They moved us to a better room. But as the lady was showing me 2 rooms 1 room smelled like Marijuana. People also in the hallway was smoking Marijuana.

    As I enter the room the lights didn't work. I had to use the desk lights. Then in saw a couple of cockroaches walking around the carpet floor. That's when I grab my stuff and left. I only was in the room for five minutes and left. Went to the front desk turn in the key and informed the receptionist to what I experienced. I would expect a full refund. There were cockroaches on the carpet floor and the wall lights didn't work

    Location is good right off of I75,very big buffet breakfast. has small gym and clean pool.Parking lot has a few holes right when you pull in needs attention Excellent staff and there's an IHOP Restaurant next door open 24 hours and less than 10 mins from Hard Rock Casino and dozens of restaurants and USF University. Breakfast should stay open until 11am instead of 10,am since checkout time ⏲️ is 11a.m.

    The property is one of the best Ramada’s I ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and were partially remodeled. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with a nice variety of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fruit, yogurt and more. The property also has a pool, which I can’t speak on as I didn’t see or visit the pool. Each room has a microwave and a fridge.

    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really made the stay worth it. The amenities (albeit dated) was a nice touch. They have a small conference room and Fitness room that's very small but useful. The treadmill was out of order so I couldn't use it. They also have a very small open door laundry mat on site that charges $4 to wash and $4 to dry. Units were clean but I didn't care for the open set up near the ice machine or price so I went elsewhere. Breakfast was a decent mix. Full breakfast (eggs sausage waffles etc). I would've like to see more fruit but over all the quality and selection were good. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. Its great for transitioning or if you need personal or small business group accommodations on a budget with extra amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

    We both got sick from the room air conditioner the room had not been cleaned people were smoking in the rooms and had pets and neither are allowed there we tried to stay gone till we had to sleep we did not have the breakfast we found another place to stay and still had to pay for this one I had the worst migraine ever from that room and they would not work with us and my friend is allergic to cats and had a flair up and could not breath because of that room. They let people get away with everything not caring what it does to others health we don't recommend this place now or ever...

    This Ramada was very disappointing. It doesn’t look like the pictures that were on the website. It is very old, doesn’t have an elevator and only one ice machine working which meant I had to walk downstairs to get to it. Carpet was dingy and bathroom needs a new tub.

    I am grateful for the bed and place to shower, but I was unsatisfied with the general status of the room (e.g. broken lamp, loose drawer handle, decrepit safe, dust on top high surfaces, etc.). Enjoyed the breakfast but the eggs were over cooked and the staff was less than helpful (e.g. the lady serving the breakfast bar chastised is when we left the spoon in the wrong place or didn't use the waffle machine to her liking. Felt like we were little children in her kitchen rather than guests to be served). Air-conditioning worked well. The room smelled funny, but I understand that humidity in Florida is hard to work with. Besides such superficial things, we were grateful to be able to get rest while we were traveling.

    Weird odor upon entering the room; bathroom door was broken at the bottom; chair and lamp were dirty/had stains on them; rust and random paint patchwork throughout room. The bathroom was the worse part! At breakfast, there were moldy oranges. You can tell this place is very old and there isn’t much care about the upkeep or maintenance of the place.

    The floors to the room were clean but the bathroom was not acceptable. I have very high expectations for cleanliness. The walk-in shower drain filled upon use giving your feet an unwanted bath. To be fair I never notified the office, I called a few times but the line was always engaged. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection. You just need to navigate the nasty woman preparing the food, All things considered the hotel was acceptable for the low rate and near many tourist attractions. If the person I was visiting lived closer I would probably revisit this hotel but research others first.

    We went with another family. Our room smelled weird, and theirs smelled moldy. Room was clean. The internet required signing up for their rewards program, or required paying 6 dollars, really turned me off this place. The "gym" consisted of a couple cardio pieces, a few dumbbells, and an antique universal that you could kinda workout on. Everyone was friendly.

    The property was nice. The pool was clean and well maintained. The fitness room was small, lacked equipment and towels, water etc. Our room was a single room with a king bed. It was very small and not much room for 2 suitcases. Not enough storage space to unpack. Signage in the room said that towels and sheets would be changed every 3 days, however, our weren’t changed and we had to call for towels 3 times. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay…we don’t eat pork so the pork sausage every day wasn’t for us but I’m sure others enjoyed it. Location was great. Close to downtown and all attractions.

    The white bedding, though clean, had blood stains. This shouldn’t have ever been used for a customer until bleached out. Though the front desk clerk was very kind and apologetic we checked out early and forfeited our second night which had been paid in advance. After killing gnats and one German cockroach before going to sleep waking up and turning on the light between the beds to see three more cockroaches scurrying, I knew that there was no way I would chance sleeping here again!

    Customer service was friendly except for one lady in housekeeping we overheard loudly complaining about having to put out towels. Parking was great. Room was clean except for the two chairs located at the desk and beside the bed. Both of which have stains resulting from previous guest's poor rectal hygiene. Butt stains. Very gross. Breakfast was fine except the eggs and sausage. The eggs and sausage were cold and had been left in the danger zone for too long. My wife got sick from the eggs and sausage. I did not eat any of it. Everything else was fine.

    A nice location tethered to an iHop in the parking lot so the parking lot feels busy, but safe. The staff was courteous and friendly and they have a nice selection in the lobby of drinks and snacks similar to a small convenience store. For it's affordability it is top notch!

    Although the website and front-desk signage refer to a free "continental" breakfast, there were actually hot options - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, grits, oatmeal, etc. - so what was provided went nicely beyond what we thought it would include. Proximity to Interstate 75 and Fowler Ave. made this an easy location for getting around Tampa while we were there.

    The room smelt like urine, the bathroom was scary and everything overall very outdated. They gave us 2 other rooms to check to see if we wanted to stay in one of them instead but they weren’t any better. The staff were very nice but this place needs to be completely overhauled.     There are a lot of thing they can improve on the property, starting by updating a little bit the rooms, bathroom, doors, towel bars were ful of oxide, the rooms was also ful of small mosquitos. The bed sheets had some minor stains from previous guest. The staff was friendly with a smooth check in and check out. And the included breakfast was not bad but not good either. Overall it’s a solid option for a short cheap stay close to Tampa.

    VERY old hotel. Quick check in (only because I did everything on my phone prior to getting there). Musty smelling room. Old carpet. Poorly lit parking lot (did not feel super safe). Soooo many gnats flying around INSIDE the room!! Average Continental breakfast. Definitely a no frills property! Would not return to stay again. Keep looking, there are much better places!!

    The smell of the room when we walked in - it was horrible. The staff tried to make it better my coating the carpet with some sort of chemical, but to no avail. Had I any other option within 10 miles, we would have left. Breakfast was nasty. Somehow they even screwed up the waffle batter. It was sour? Only positive was the staff - very friendly. I got the impression they knew they were working for a shitshow and were doing their best.

    Although the room appeared clean, my grandchildren had black feet from walking on the carpet. The room felt very damp, the sheets felt damp on both beds. The AC blew cold air, but the room remained damp through out my stay. The hinges on the bathroom door were rusty, the ceiling over the shower needed to be repaired, the trim near the bathroom door needed to be repaired. The carpet appeared to be very old, needs to be replaced.

    The stay was OK for the money, clean and spacious. Archie Yates working the front desk during our waiting time for our room, he does not need to be working the front desk with his lack of personality, representing your business. The advertisement from our booking shows that you have luggage storage, but we were told upon arrival that you do not have this service. Several other people came in with luggage that needed stored. There were other people with complaints for things like towels, etc. his response was short and not friendly. This is not someone that I would have representing my establishment. There was a lady working the front desk when we checked out that was friendly and professional, good representation. NOT Archie.

    We really loved the front desk receptionist Judy, she was the highlight of our stay. There were however, issues with the room we couldn’t ignore. When we walked in, the room had a very musty smell and fruit flies were coming out of the sink. We tried using the sink and it took around 5 minutes to drain. We told the front desk about the problem and were told it would fixed the following morning; it was not. We had to ask three times for this issue to be addressed. Though it was finally fixed, the smell in the room continued to stay. We did appreciate the lengthy hours of the continental breakfast and were satisfied with the food overall. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful as well.

    This is an older hotel, but our room was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! The pool was clean and the gated area around the pool was well looked after. The staff all work hard and are very friendly. The breakfast was good and there is an iHop a few steps away. The area is quiet but not much around within walking distance. The room safe and guest laundry wasn’t working. Despite this I felt we got good value for the money and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.

    We unfortunately did not have "heat" as the temps dropped into the 30's however one of your staff took quick action and repaired the Heat/AC register. Great job, we had a great experience. I was able to do laundry on the property as well.

    Every night hordes of roaches rubbing around the entire room and bath room. Tub didn’t drain, water up to your calf’s before you could finish taking a shower. Room only half cleaned when room service was requested. Just folded used bath mat towel instead of replacing it with a clean one. The room was very musty and the heat and air unit blew musty air.

    The pictures of the room were misleading. When we entered the room, it smelled stale and moldy. (I looked into another hotel, but they were all booked.) It got worse when my daughter went into the restroom and discovered the toilet looked like it had been neglected for years. The bottom of the tub was all torn and scratched up (hence the tub mat on the side), along with mold spots painted over in the bathroom and hair from other guests on the floor. The next morning, I went into the bathroom, and a roach ran across the floor and up the wall before I killed it. Needless to say, the room did not meet the Wyndham standards...

    Rusty fixtures, couldn’t watch the tv as it didn’t work but that was ok because of the late night drug deals in the parking lot provided enough entertainment. Bathtub tap wouldn’t shut off and ran continuously, bathtub finish was flaking off. Bathroom door rubbed along the floor. Entire unit was in desperate need of a complete restoration. Did not provide value for the money. Would definitely not recommend this property!

    Breakfast was okay; the hotel is conveniently located near Fwy 75 and shopping; the bedroom had a musty smell and the bathroom was in a really shabby condition due to lack of servicing to keep it in good shape; cleaning staff at the facility were outright rude and severely lacking in manners; we picked this hotel since breakfast was included but ended up regretting for not having spent a few more dollars to pick one of the better hotels that were in close proximity.

    great electric, a/c, clean, towels, kleenex, wifi, parking. property is attractive and well maintained. 2 things that need improve. Toilet is too low. I'm almost 80 and really hard to get up from a lower than normal toilet. should replace room 147. check in. used the pre checkin. once I was served at desk, my Driver License copied again. Check in was s-l-o-w. Agent judy was hung up on phone call which delayed considerably. not as expected. On bright side I did get a requested downstairs outside room. Email inundation: I got at least 9 emails about the reservation. not needed.

    This is definitely a low budget hotel, I was moved to 3 different rooms. Last move was due to no hot water in room. The room needed updating, bath tub paint was all pealing, new room was in much better shape. Oh went to shower in the new room before check out and the shower spot fell off on my foot. Needed to do a wash up and not a full shower. This place is a disgrace.

    Didn’t feel very safe. Cops were there speaking to a guest. Same parking lot as IHop which is open 24/7 and gets busy at night. As far as the hotel stay, we booked for two nights. Check in was easy and safe was very attentive. Our first room the key wouldn’t work and they gave us a second room. The second room had a terrible weed and cigarette odor to it and so we again asked for another room. The third and final room was ok. It was pretty clean in the room minus a cobweb above the tv and needing batteries for the remote. The bed are terrible and the sheet are stiff.Location was convinent

    OUTSIDE, parking lot, stairs, sidewalks are extremly dirty/grimy.. I honeslty thought they maybe had a huge prob w homelessness, or loitering. This is a MOTEL, not a hotel, so tends to feel there are people loitering around on balconys, hanging out near rooms, which made me feel uncomfortable. However, room was clean, w what appeared to be new furniture, new huge tv, comfy bed. The bathroom/sink area was not upgraded when room was, many items in disrepair- tub was hidious- they tried painting it to make it look new, paint had pealed off, making it look nasty. Mirror over sink was broken in several places. Was not there for breakfast. Only employee I saw was at front desk, who took 20 minutes to flirt w two guys asking about a room before she got to me.. i had already reserved a room, AND CHECKED IN on line, i shouldnt have to wait for 25 minutes to get into my room, when there is only one custmer infront of me.

    The hotel itself was okay—clean enough and generally what you’d expect for the price. The main issue was breakfast. The food was cold, and the sausage was sitting in oil, which wasn’t very appetizing. The one highlight was the lady working in the breakfast area; she was friendly, helpful, and really tried to make everyone’s morning better. With some improvements to the food quality, the stay would have been much better.

    The room smelled terrible like someone had been smoking weed in the room and outside too. There were people playing loud profan music outside on 2nd floor.     Main good thing was that staff here was very friendly. Other than that, this motel is absolutely not worth the money and definitely not somewhere I would stay with a partner/spouse and/or kids. I would only stay again at this motel if it were cheaper and if I were just looking for a place to sleep while traveling alone on business. My girlfriend and I were here on vacation and our experience was horrible. To start, after we checked in and saw our room, we had to replace the sheets ourselves because the fitted sheet had over a dozen hairs, including long pubic hairs, spread all over the fitted sheet. The room next to us had the door propped open with a chair at night and emitted a strong foul odor. A man would sit there on his phone until late at night. We could clearly hear him through our room’s door which meant he could likely also clearly hear us. My girlfriend and I felt very uncomfortable because of this and it in large part ruined the feeling of our stay, along with the dirty sheets we had to change. The room itself appears to be a run down motel room that is in the beginning process of being remodeled. Nice TV and fridge, but the bathroom and lighting were very run down. Overall we are very upset that we spent saved up money on a motel that tainted our vacation.

    This hotel doesn’t provide airport shuttle services as advertised. The rooms were not very clean, just about every towel I received was stained and we had do request for housekeeping to clean and they never cleaned. They made the bed with the same old sheets and took the used towels. The condition of the room was also terrible and in need of repairs and upgrades. The front desk staff was amazing, they were always helpful and very nice. The front desk staff was the best experience of my stay.

    No elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. There are no smoking signs everywhere, but they allow a guy to hang out in the upstairs breezeway smoking marijuana, so you have to walk through the smoke to get to your room. The door to the room does not close all the way. There is enough room for a finger to fit between the door and the door frame. It didn't feel safe for my son and I. The bathtub is peeling and flaking off.

    We stayed one night. I did the check in online prior to arrival. The system "was down" and we waited about 45 minutes in the lobby. The manager never came out of the office or addressed the group of people waiting at all. We only needed our key.....no clue why we had to wait. Once in the room, its a typical motel cleaning. Not great, but not horrible.

    I stayed here 1 night with my family of 4 as we were going to Busch Gardens the next day. The quick in process was quick and easy and the staff was so kind and friendly! The pool was great and the breakfast was an addee benefit! Would definitely would recommend and stay again!

    While we were there, construction was ongoing on the roof, and the pool was rarely open. The room was gross bathroom issues, and there was mold on the door, dirty showers, and a generally unpleasant atmosphere. However, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The breakfast was good and the service desk personel were very nice and friendy. The room was so musty that we had to go out and buy some lysol spray. This was probably due to the fact that the building is very old. The room looked nice but the smell made it not feel so well. The shower mechanism didn't work well and the water would not turn off properly. We notified the employee so it wouldn't keep running without their knowledge. Now that we are home, we have been getting conflicted answers concerning our deposit. This is the first time we have ever had a deposit needed and they told us a couple of days we would get it back. When that time past we were told a week to ten business days. I would not recommend this hotel.

    For the amount of money I was charged it was a terrible experience. Room was very out dated, and the people that were hanging around outside were very sketchy. I actually witnessed a drug deal right outside my window, and a guy changing his wheels and tires a few parking spaces down from my room. Pool water was dirty at the time of my visit. Waited for 15 mins to even be acknowledged before I was checked in. I expected MUCH more from a place with the Wyndham name attached to it. Will not be back here.

    Only redeeming quality is the lovely lady at the front desk. Room wreaked so bad of smoke and carpet was so filthy I chose not to stay. I tried to get over it and just couldn’t. Only stayed 4 hours. Front desk offered to change rooms but I frankly said to front desk that we both knew all of the rooms would be the same. She respected me enough not to lie. I paid for the whole nights stay because she was too sweet to argue with and continued on my journey. Also, the location felt unsafe with many “ guests” hanging out in parking lot. Save yourself, pass on this property.

    I don't know where to begin. We stayed 3 nights because our air conditioner went out. The first night was okay however the next two days were a nightmare. Our room 120 was located next to the maid/maintenance room and break area. Why they don't know how to shut a door is beyond me..They were slamming the door shut starting at 7:30 in the morning and would go till 3. It was so loud we could feel it in the headboards. Usually you have problems with other guest being noisy not staff. This was insane and when we politely complained to the front desk it seemed the door slamming got worse.

    I had roaches in my room crawling everywhere, I reported this was offered a room change, the next room was 2 full beds instead of 2 queens as requested, and roaches were in this room also it was discusting.

    So far, this is the best hotel ive stayed at in Tampa. I do plan on coming back to this one again too. I had issues with the key card and after not being able to come into my room upon arrival, i was happy the office attendent came to help me out. The planned room door card reader was not working so we were a le to switch rooms. Happy for the quick fix. I did read the reviews prior to coming and i am happy to say that this was not my exsperience. The room was clean and bug free. Mostly everything was in working order. The AC must be cloged as it was not draining outside and my room was very humid. Even all the linen on the bed, towels and toilet paper were moist. I noticed many of the AC units were not draining as well. The air vent in the bathroom which could have helped with this was also not working. Lastly, i brought my Ruku but the HDMI aslo didnt work. The morning attendent said they reprogramed all the TVs to not allow people to use them. I find this hard to believe and if it is true, i feel that was a bad idea. All in all though, this was a great hotel. I felt safe with my family, happy with the breakfast options, appreciate the cleanliness of the room and property and love the location. Yes, the bed is stiff but i understand you cant make everyone happy. I just figured the beds would just last longer that way. Oh BTW, its not listed but the rooms do have mini fridges and a small microwave in the rooms.

    We spontaneously decided to take a quick trip and go to Busch Gardens for a day. It’s only a 2 & 1/2-3 hour drive but knowing we’d be tired, we decided to spend the night and drive home fresh the next morning. The pool was just kind of refreshing after a long hot day at the park. The bed was hard but not so hard that it interrupted sleep. Amenities were about what expected. Rooms are old and in need of a refresh. Grounds were ok but had a dirty feel. Staff we encountered were all very welcoming and pleasant. For what we needed, the hotel was fine but is more of a motel vs a hotel. Any longer and we’d have stayed elsewhere.

    The carpets were wet and moldy, and i was sick from breathing in the air. I had to leave after 3 nights of my 8 night stay. They would not refund my money and the other rooms they offered me were the same.i went to a new hotel and all my clothes were damp and smelled like mold. I have advised all my associates to avoid Ramada Hotels.

    You get what you pay for here. My room had no tv when I entered, but I ran into the friendly maintenance guy and told him about it and asked if he could grab a tv from an unoccupied room so I didn't have to pack all my stuff and move to a different room. He said he would do what he could. I came home that night and there was a tv. Kudos to him. Front desk staff very friendly. The safe in my room was broken and the toilet leaked, but otherwise everything was clean, parking was easy, and it was quiet. I was only there to sleep and get ready each day and I didn't want to pay much so mission accomplished.

    The hotel bathrooms need to be updated. There was mold around the bathtub. There were ants and a few bugs in the area. I wasn’t impressed with this facility at all.
