If you are on a budget and need a quick place to stay, I would recommend this spot. It’s close to downtown and Cacho. Very nice and convenient.

Solo estuvimos una noche, pero esta muy limpio y todo nuevo, remodelado, el colchón super cómodo

La cama estaba en el piso, los colchones se veían muy viejos, y lo peor, yo iba con mi hijo suponiendo era un lugar familiar y los gritos de las chicas en la madrugada, no dejaban dormir...

La habitación tenia algunos problemas con la tuberia de gas alguna fuga olia demasiado aparte la tv muy pequeña la alfombra estaba sucia

Location is convenient. The rooms are nothing like in the pictures. All the drawers and closet doors are screwed so you cannot put your clothes anywhere because they won’t open. The room had a little room in the back with a s3x couch. And the bathroom had no mirror. Also, I got bitten bu something there, still have the bumps that left a huge bruise on my wrist.

El hotel está bien, me pareció cómodo, aunque yo elegí hotel para una vez desocupada la habitación me resguardarán mi equipaje ya que mi vuelo salía hasta la noche y me encontré con la novedad de que ellos, no lo hacen.

Estuvo excelente. Todo muy limpio, los recepcionistas muy amables e inclusive pude entrar después del límite del check-in. Pero el único inconveniente es el agua caliente, dejas correr mucha agua para que esté tibia (porque no caliente como tal).

Solo nos quedamos una noche pero en general estuvo muy bien. El personal en recepción fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con todas las dudas, la habitación estaba muy amplia y limpia, los colchones son cómodos aunque no había aire ni ventilador tampoco pasamos calor , todo estaba muy limpio y cómodo, el único inconveniente creo que seria el ruido por ser fin de semana había algo de ruido afuera pero la pasamos bien y descansamos. Sin duda es una excelente opción para quedarse en Tijuana y descansar.

En general esta todo bien, lugar muy centrico, hay estacionamiento, solo que me fue inesperado que tienes que pagar SOLO en efectivo la entrada al hotel, y la hora de salida te la ponen a las 12 de la tarde y no a la 1 como marca en esta pagina., pero fuera de eso me gusto!

Pictured do not match, there was no AC and Tijuana during the super gets super hot. There was an additional room with no furniture at all which was weird. There was not mattress box spring so when you sat on the bed it sank in and was super low. Bathroom was super tight and so hot. The TV was at most 24 inches nothing like the pictures.

Ok hotel for whay tou pay. I didn't encounter any issues and the staff was professional.the room I had was nice, the shower was nice. No a/c but didnt needed. With the windows open you get a nicce breeze. No mini fridge microwave or iron and board in room so plan accordingly. Like i said fot the price you cant expect more but more importantly is the staff was professional.

I wasted money purchasing a taxi ride to this hotel when it said I was already booked for Saturday and Sunday. I arrive Sunday early morning and the lady did not let me go to my room that was already reserved. She said something about checking in at 1PM however I already paid for two days and was arriving the second day so I should have been able to get in. I had to get a taxi and go back and find something else. Avoid this place. Bad business

Estuvimos 2 días salimos y al llegar no estaba hecho el cuarto les dijimos y se molestaron tuvimos que salir con el frío que ese dia hacia y todavía se tardaron en hacerlo

Nunca salio el agua caliente o no se si tarda tanto en salir. Papel de baño estaba a la mitad, apenas y alcanzo para la noche que nos quedamos. Las instalaciones bien, la limpieza y calidad del cuarto bien.

This hotel is not family friendly. I understand that they charge $20 for an extra person staying overnight. That's fair. But what is unfair is to charge $20 for someone visiting for one hour or less.

Pictures do not match hotel. Hotel is old, run down, door wouldnt even close, we felt unsafe. We checked in and checked out. Cheap. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. We booked another place total we werr there 7 minutes. No do not stay here.

Lamentablemente no pude dormir por el miedo. Esa noche fue atracado el recepcionista con disparo al aire. Me pareció muy inseguro porque no hay rejas en la entrada ni un portero de vigilancia. Las puertas no tiene el candado de bloqueo de metal.

Everything was great,it show being remodeled. The only problem is no heating, the place is a freezer. They only provide blankets, but they need to provide heaters. Other that this it's a great location and staff is friendly!

Safe and secure parking for hotel guests. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. The only negative is that rooms are not available with AC/Heating. This means the room was very cold (I visited in the middle of December). Luckily for me, I brought an extra blanket in my car, and together with the blankets from the hotel I was able to sleep comfortably. However, it is unthinkable that an AC/Heating unit is not available in a hotel. The room did have a pedestal fan for the hot summer.

it was a good stay if you are around the area for a couple of days. reception is always ready for any concern you have.

I liked the Staff, very Nice Staff, Clean Rooms, Comfy Matress, BUT rooms dont have closet w/hangers, no iron, no blow dryer, no coffeemaker, no full body mirror. I didnt need any of those items. Just mentioning in case someone needs to know. Price was fair.

We just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. The room was super clean. We checked in at 1am and the staff was outside cleaning the grounds. The room was spacious and with all the amenities. The bed was comfortable. Super nice hotel. Will definitely stay again. Recommend 100%

The place was nice. Second time staying there. The only problem was that the hotel itself overcharged me. Hotels .com quoted me one price and the hotel charged me a different price. Very disappointed. Maybe I should have stayed at a different place.

The afternoon staff could be friendlier. I was surprised to be asked to leave my key in the reception every time I would be out of the room. Not sure why they ask that but it was very uncomfortable knowing that I had valuables and the room didn’t have a safety box. Not that they wouldn’t have a way to open it, but still. The rooms do not have ac or heater so I went to ask for an extra blanket. The lady during the day was much friendlier than the red haired at night.

Sticky floor carpeting, no hot water, no heating in the room and poor lighting, definitely no breakfast included. Safe, fairly well located, clean sheets and comfortable bed for a night’s sleep.

Thai hotel had no furniture just a bed that’s it. No where to stored my clothes etc. No AC or heater, that places was so cold I had to sleep with 3 jackets. Not ideal for the price.

It was 42 degrees at night. There was no heating. We shivered all night.

Toiles Water don't have any pressure at all. too Much Noise from rooms around.

Suites Royal is a nice and convenient hotel for a quick stay in Tijuana if you prefer to be a bit farer from the bustling turisty downtown area. It was currently going through renovations during our stay, and we were lucky to get one of the renovated rooms, but it was lacking additional furniture and storage spaces, still, it was comfortable.

Very long 2 days I could not sleep Because Ac make a lot of noise ask for another room nobody care. Outside the hotel is dangerous

Very clean, the beed fealt like the mattress was on the floor. Shower did drain and your feet are underwater. No air-conditioning or heater in the unit. Bring your own thick blanket if you want to stay warm. Overall for the price is good.

Big comfy bed with a roof and a door that locks👍 However the bathroom had paint peeling from walls and ceilings, in need of some love or at least damage repair.

When i arrived the lady asked me to leave a deposit of $20 which i did.The next morning they send someone to check the room,she came back with the pillow case i slept on with one trace of eyeliner .The hotel charge me $8 for the pillow case. ..

La cama muy bajita, practicamente en el suelo, el bano muy chikito, No me vuelvo a quedar en ese hotel.

Be prepare there is no A/C at all. Fan is to noisy and loud. Can't sleep. Is just for going by for a couple hours. Not to stay overnight.

But no air conditioner and the weather wa humid and little hot.... The cashier at check in they saw us 5people and they bot have good hospitality to give us more towels ...considered i bring 3 kids with me .. A little disappointed for their hospitality...

I expected more due to the pictures posted but it was way different. The room was too cold, the service was good.

The room smelled. The bathroom smelled worse. The room was cold with no heating and no extra blankets. No hot water. Overall we couldn’t wait until the sun came up so that we could leave.
