There was a pool when I looked at pictures and booked with 2 small children there was no pool and the staff was not helpful at all!

It was clean, cozy and in a great location. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the elevator. While they both were in service it jumps when it reach certain floors which is a little scary.

The property was modern. It was not the most clean. The sheets and towels were a dingy white. Not what I expected for the price of the facility. I prepaid for breakfast, the food was good, but we ordered breakfast, then after an hour of waiting, we inquired bout the status of our food and they said we had to reorder. We finally received our breakfast after another 30 minutes. So because the restaurant is separate from the hotel, we could not be compensated for our issue.

This is a pretty good hotel that is close to several Metra locations (Mokena, Calumet, and others) for taking trips into the city. It is a bit far from things in the West, Northwest, and Norther suburbs. The rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. I'm not sure why, There is a collection of exercise equipment in the room. The room contains a coffee maker and a small fridge. There is filtered water and ice in the hallway. Overall, this was my third or forth time at the hotel. As a base for doing things all over Chicago metro, it is perfect.

Great stay for a weekend get-away. The hotel is next to the Tinley Park Convention Center so receives lots of business travelers. My husband and I were immediately impressed as we walked into our hotel room by some basic exercise equipment conveniently placed to give you a little workout in the room. So cool! the room was modern and very comfortable with a mini fridge and coffee station. Bed and pillows were great and we both slept well. Access was easy to I-80 and lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful with information, and it was a busy weekend with a couple of weddings and a graduation at the TCC, so the desk was always busy. Was told there's a restaurant and bar, which we didn't visit, but I'm sure it was nice. Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again!

We requested a room with two queens and saw our reservation was incorrect. Contacted the property to have it corrected and advise if our check in time we were arriving on a red eye flight with two children. We arrived at the property at 6a, were told we had two queens - got our family and luggage to the roon to find a standard king room. My husband had to go back to the front desk for it to be corrected. We finally got the correct room and got some sleep. Our family left the property at noon and asked that our room be serviced, Arrived back that night and it had not been serviced. Left the following morning at 11a and asked that our room be serviced, reiterating that we had not gotten service as requested. Returned that night and yet again, our room has not been serviced. We will not be returning to the property, the room was smaller than most competitors and contained random fitness equipment that we had not requested.

The property was ideal for an overnight stay. It was clean, had a great breakfast, had well equipped facilities including in room exercise equipment. Access to the highway was very good as well.

The breakfast doesn't have a lot of appetizing items. My order was wrong and the potatoes had too much salt.the staff was excellent and very helpful. The part to seal up the air conditioner was hanging off a bit. I wish they had bathtub's and microwaves inside the rooms. But other than that everything was great.

They are a pet friendly hotel but they truly made me feel welcome bringing my dog. They provided me with a room close to the exit for ease of taking her outside and gave me a placard for the door to alert staff she was in there. That I couldn't stay longer.

The location was convenient for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a small menu so we chose to go out instead. It was a nice room with a fair price.

When I got to the room, it was clean however, the towels appeared to be dingy, and the refrigerator had rust in it so needless to say, I would not dare to put any food in it. There is no microwave in the room and I just presumed that there was not one available however I saw someone from the staff using a microwave in the hall across from the elevator and I commented on it and she mentioned that there’s one on every floor in this cabinet in the hall. I’m not sure how I was supposed to know that. A minor point here : There is a clock in the room that had the wrong time the entire time I was there. Confusing since it reflected eastern standard time which is the time zone that I live in instead of central standard time ( where the hotel was) so it led to a little bit of confusion. There appeared to be a snack bar, but there was nothing they gave me any indication as to what my access should or should not be to that area. Lastly, when I checked out, there was no inquiry as to how I enjoyed my stay and nothing about we hope you come back so I probably won’t! This is not what I expected from this chain!

I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed like a “convention center” hotel. My great experience started when I needed to get some room adjustments made. The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!

The toilet was clogged when we got there. The shower drips all night and there was hair in the shower. Upon checking out, the front desk staff was not helpful. We said we were checking out for our room number and the staff member said “ok?” Then proceeded to go back to what he was doing.

This hotel was amazing. I love the Workout equipment in our room. Plus, the ice and water filter in the hallway.

Place is decent. To me, room cleanliness is everything, and there were a lot of little details that were missed with cleaning. Bathroom doors and walls were dirty in the first room, so we asked to switch, and had some of the same thing in the next room as well. There is no pool, even though there are several pictures of one on google from past reviews. Staff was nice, location is convenient for the area, and the rooms are furnished nicely.

The room was fairly clean, although there were a few crumbs on the floor and hair in the sink and on the bathroom floor. The paint on the ceiling appeared to be peeling in certain areas. Otherwise, it was a good quiet stay. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and checkout was easy. The staff were very pleasant as well. I would stay here again.

Did not use. However, NO HOT WATER! This hotel is constantly going down. I have stayed here many times over several years. Now I must look for a better hotel for my family.

I had booked a room with a king sized bed, and when checking in, they said they did not have anymore rooms with a king sized bed. I ended up receiving a room with two queen sized beds...it was a non-smoking room, but someone definitely had smoked in the room recently because that is all you could smell.

Everything was wonderful except all I wanted was a good cup of hot coffee before we left. At 930am on a Sunday morning, there was not any coffee to be had and no breakfast. As much as you pay for a room, the least you could do is have hot coffee.

The mattress was extremely saggy in the middle and extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep. The door between the room and the hall needs to be soundproofed. I could hear people out in the hallway talking loudly outside my room.

Room was dirty (especially the bathroom…hair everywhere, gunk on walls and floor). Front door of lobby wasn’t working. Giant dehumidifier and tubing all through lobby. No toiletry amenities. On site restaurant had only 1 bartender and 1 server on a VERY busy weekend with a gymnastics meet at the attached convention center. Service and food were horrible.

AC would go out. Cigarette and weed smell in non smoking areas inside the hotel. Front doors didn’t work for 4 days so we had to use the side door.

The staff was lovely, however, the first night we noticed our dog trying to get something under the bed. Upon looking under the beds it appears they have no been vacuumed in months. We found an orthodontic retainer case, 2 tubes of lipstick, multiple water bottle caps, wrapped Starburst candies, a sock, a necklace charm, several wads of toilet paper, a long several unidentified pieces of trash and crumbs. This was very concerning especially considering we were there for a dog show. Something as simple as a Tylenol or ibuprofen left under the bed could have deadly consequences. We warned several friends also staying at the hotel who also found a large assortment of things under the beds in their rooms.

Staff was very friendly. Room was not the cleanest. Fridge didn't work and ruined valuable medicine. Housekeeper changed thermostat and room was a sauna when I returned from my conference on my second day at the hotel, no need to change it, I had it right where I wanted it and needed it for that night due yodie to preference and medical need.

The room was dusty and hadn’t be cleaned for weeks or months even. They didn’t vacuum the hallway floor for over 5 days I saw screws on the floor that didn’t move the entire time I was there. Holes in my drapes. Spider webs in the window. The shower gel holders were rusted

The staff was not welcoming, but I could get past that. The part that I could not get past is how filthy the property was - especially our room. The bathroom was horribly dirty, with stained towels, a dirty toilet, and dust everywhere. I didn’t feel comfortable even giving my daughter a bath. The beds and counters were equally dirty. There were pieces of mail, clothing, and other items left behind the pillow and around the room. I am so disappointed at how much I paid for such an awful experience.

Everyone was nice specially the two ladies in the bar/restaurant area on Sunday night. Amy was super friendly and made our night. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The room was clean and very comfortable. I rated the condition 4 stars only because of the bathroom door I couldn’t really get it to lock, even looked like it had been broken prior and had a quick “fix”. Rooms were clean.

This hotel is close to the amphitheater. Quite convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms are of decent size and the bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. There was mold in my shower, the toilet was dirty, and there were food crumbs on the floor and counter.

The elevator sounded like it would fall when it went past the 2nd floor. Although the service elevator was available. The thermostat in the room read 66 but we were very uncomfortable because the room wouldn't cool down .

My stay was great however the front desk staff said that I could check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am and stated that she’d put my late check out in the notes. Sadly she didn’t put that I was doing a late checkout so staff and housekeeping disrupted my sleep from 10:50 am until 11:30 am which was annoying.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, great work space, bed was very comfortable, loved that there is general workout equipment in the rooms! I also used the gym in the hotel to run during my stay and it is large and clean. There was a water filter refill station/ice station on the floor next to the elevator which was very convenient. The hotel overall, including the staff & dining was great and I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience while away from home.

Nice fitness center, exercise equipment and yoga supplies in the room. Elevator was under construction but did offer the service elevator. We took the stairs. Friendly staff, common area clean, plenty of parking, big lobby, restaurant and bar were nice, good food. Only cons 2 of the light bulbs were out so room was very dark, the shower knob (heavy brass) fell off while showering and hit my foot.

The staff that's being hired are more worry about looking good instead of focusing on customer services.management needs to focus on that if they want to increase sales.

Also, checked the bed before I got in it and had hairs and a sand looking substance. I like the hotel because of the gym but wish the place was cleaner.

We came for a concert, and while we didn't spend much time at the hotel, the time we were there was excellent, very comfortable room, quality decor and toiletries, overall very nice.

Staff were not friendly

I'll most definitely come again. The only downside is that there was only two elevators, which one of them was a maintenance elevator, but that one seemed like it needed a little maintenance itself. The maintenance elevator made you feel as if it was going to drop to the basement or out the roof. My crew and I decided to take the stairs instead (4th) floor. The only thing it was missing was a swimming pool.

Overall the stay was amazing the only thing I would recommend is for staff to double check under the beds. Due to us finding a bag of chips and old pieces of food under the bed. Other than that it was amazing.

My very first time staying at any IHG property! This property was very clean felt safe and the staff were great. I am lifetime gold with a competitor who had no availability in the area. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Elevator outbid mm

Pros: check in was quick, and they did ask floor level room preference, room is mostly clean, shower is great, conveniently located by highway. Cons: very busy and full hotel, one elevator was out, fair amount of highway noise and other noise (fans outside, water pumps, doors slamming, etc), hallways were very warm, ice machine was out of ice, room had a slightly “rear-end” odor when I walked in, nothing directly by the hotel other than the auditorium, parking lot was also completely full when I came back from a concert (there were spots, but far away), ditch the exercise equipment and put a couch or nicer chair - all I had to sit on was an office chair.
