Clean room, safe area, and very close to the interstate. I'm glad we choose Fairfield Inn.

Room was clean but temperature was out of control - room was so hot and we turned off the thermometer bit room was still stuffy

I was in room 310. Not sure what was happening in the storage/ staff area next to it but the sound was distracting

The room was clean and spacious. I was also impressed with the number of outlets in the room, we normally struggle to find enough outlets to charge our electronics. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was well stocked. The only issue we had with this location was that the indoor pool was very cold. Either the pool is not heated or the heater was not working. Otherwise we had we had a great day!

I’ve stayed at this property several times. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had there. The room was dirty. The fridge was dirty. Check was not friendly. The assortment of breakfast was not as good and being the fact I’m disabled and I was stuck on the third floor all the way in the corner was not fun for me

Although the bed was comfortable.…it had springs and was squeaky when I got in bed. It wasn’t a problem.…just haven’t had a bed with springs in years.

The bed, linens smell so good I called the week before and day off for an early check in due to arriving from out of state. The older man at the counter was very rude telling me that shouldn’t have been told to me and no rooms are clean. I did get accommodated with a handicap room but I don’t appreciate how I was treated and told false things

The property was in an area with other similar properties, but further from food options. Definitely walkable but a good spot. The plus side of its location was that it was quiet. Other locations in the area were loud as I walked past them.

We liked the convenience and location to the convention center. Didn't like that there wasn't any walkable areas to the convention center.

The hotel is outdated. No usb ports, no keyless entry, the room smelled musty. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great. The air conditioning worked well. The shower got really hot. The breakfast was good and parking was ample. Did I think $190 for one night was a good deal? Not at all. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Please update this hotel if you are going to charge so much for the rooms.

We went to see a concert at Tinley Park Credit Union. Give minute ride to the venue. Great place to crash before heading home. Great breakfast. Pool.

A couple improvements would result in a five-star review. One is the selection in breakfast (very limited). The second was the shower drains were not working properly - so you had to shower in standing water, which makes the experience unpleasant.

Very nice desk clerk and fast check in. Very clean room and the air conditioning worked great. Loved the shower! Very quiet and was able to sleep great. I tried to iron a shirt and the iron wasn’t getting hot. That is the only thing that was negative for me.

My daughter and I checked in then discovered shortly after that the pool was closed for repairs. Given that this was the main reason we booked the room, I asked for a full refund. The front desk staff, who was very friendly, discussed with management and was able to secure a cancellation with full refund. I would’ve preferred being told at time of check in that the pool was out of order, but appreciated how Fairfield resolved the situation. I would consider booking here again.

Our stay was for the most part decent except for the fact that we decided to use the pool and it smelled horribly of chlorine and myself and my wife became very itchy and had to get out very quickly

Comfortable room for what we needed. We just came in for a concert so it was just a place to sleep that was close. Room smelled a little musty. Breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular. There was cereal or waffles. Not eggs or any extras like that that is typically with hotel breakfasts. Hotel was located close to a lot of things so getting around was simple. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you were looking for convenience and didn’t need all the bells and whistles.

Everything was great with the exception of room cleanliness. The sofa bed was stained and there was much trash under it. My wife used to work for hotels so she was upset. She cleaned the pillows and removed the trash after taking pictures. She has the pictures on her phone. There was a large amount of dust on the bed headboard also. If it had not been for these things everything would have been wonderful…we thought we had to change rooms when we first got there because the toilet would not flush properly. However, the hotel employees gave us a plunger and we had no more problems. We travel often so this is not a bad hotel just had a few things that could be easily fix. I believe we will stay here again

Booked especially for the indoor pool and it wasn't accessible at time of check in yet that wasn't on the Hotels.com site? Rude service especially when I was rudely asked to wear a mask when the employee didn't even have one on? Asked for a late check out and the same gentleman was uncooperative? I left, didn't even sleep on the bed?

The hotel overall was good. Staff were nice. The room was comfortable but you could tell there was a mold issue by the musty smell when you walked in the room. I did see mold in the bathroom and window curtains.

When are hotels going to start cleaning rooms during your stay again, instead of waiting until you check out? The temp in the room seemed inconsistent, with a loud air conditioner. The room itself was clean, but the tub could've used someone to take a magic eraser to it, and clean the hair off it, and the bathroom fan had so much dust build up that it was hanging off in webs. Those 3 things make you wonder what dirtiness you can't see that is still there. The rooms looked like they were fairly recently redecorated , but with 70s style colors. Yuck The woman at the desk was AWESOME. Friendliest check-in person I've ever had. Smiled. Can't say the same for the day shift guy, but she was the one big positive of the stay.

Very noisy hotel. Too many parties going on into the late night hours. Also, very loud people staying here all hours of the day.

Overall the hotel was clean. However our bathroom had several small black ants crawling around. A lady came and sprayed something, but after a couple hours they were back. They were not a problem at all really, i just thought i would note it since i had to pay SO much for the room.

The first room I received the heat wasn’t working. But he brought a key right up to another room but the other room the door wasn’t really locking but I didn’t call him back again cause it was late we just stayed.

I stayed at this property for NYE and it was very nice. I didn’t expect much from a property that wasn’t a hotel, but Fairfield went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Ceiling in bathroom was black. Bathroom floors didn't appear clean. Beds were creaky. This was our 3rd time staying here but after this stay, we won't be back.

The coffee machine in the room was filthy. I didn't get a chance to drink coffee in the room. Good thing speedway was up the street. The coffee machine where you pour the water in was completely dirty. But I enjoyed my stay beside that.
