Great place to stay would stay here again

The pool is DANGEROUSLY over chlorinated. One of the children in our group actually had a reaction. You could not breathe and our eyes burned!!

Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly!

Only thing is that you need to request room turnover. I didn’t know and I wish they’d mentioned it more at check in. Other than that it’s a 10/10 property and I’ll gladly stay there again!

Everything was super clean and the staff was very very nice and helpful. Sara at the front desk recommended gattos pizza and it was delicious. We used the pool and the hot tub both days. Both were very clean and well maintained. My only complaints were that the room was a little small/cramped and the curtains were horrible for keeping out light. Unfortunately it was a problem for both night and day as our window looked out to the front of the building where the giant lights that shined on the bulding are located. Ultimately minor complaints, really enjoyed our stay, just used to sleeping in pitch black and the kids were up at the crack of dawn due to the light coming in.

Automatic lights in fitness center turned off and on while I was stationary. Our bathroom needed better deep cleaning. Surprised that breakfast only went for 3 hours and ended at 9.

We called the desk staff 3 times and he did nothing to improve the situation for an hour while this group had a loud party in the lobby. This incident really had a negative impact on our night and our stay at your hotel.

the guests in the foyer. The man did not give us any information. No one directed us to go outside the building. We walked out side and stood outside the front doors. Several members of the fire department arrived and spoke with the man at the desk. Hotel guests were standing inside, making breakfast plates and getting coffee!. I did not hear anyone give the hotel guests information or direct us to move away from the building. This was the worst safety response I have ever seen. Nothing else matters if the hotel is not safe. And staff are not prepared to address an emergency. We will not be back to this hotel and may not ever use the hotel brand again.

The staff was warm, welcoming & very helpful. I noticed the cleanliness from the moment we walked in. Upon reading others reviews everyone said it was great and they were right. The hot tub was warm and relaxing and buffet breakfast was great plus coffee and GREAT tea options available 24hrs. This was a really nice stay. 10/10.

I stopped at almost midnight for a few short hours before continuing on with my 20+ hour drive. The bed was comfortable, shower hot and room clean. As an added bonus the night clerk (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was unbelievable considerate. She remembered that I was leaving before 4:00am and was kind enough to have coffee ready for me when I left. Thank you to her for making a not so excellent trip a little bearable.

I booked my suite online 3weeks ahead of time I called this hotel 3 times before check in to ask about the pool, connecting rooms, and to check in early to decorate for my daughter birthday not one staff who answered the phone mentioned you was not able to have a party in the room, it is also NOT on there website at all they have a sign sitting on the desk when you arrive. Trying to check in the day of my daughter birthday a non-black women run from the back saying it’s no party allowed I asked my it’s not on the site or the members I talked too 3 times didn’t say that over the phone she say she don’t know but it’s here on the desk me: how was I supposed to see that if I booked online her: looking at me crazy we are going to refund u your money as I’m standing there talking to the general Darryl Irby General Manager manager on the phone the police walked in I didn’t not get hostile or rude so I was completely confused on why the police was there I am a black women the day this happened was April 18 I called Expedia to see where my refund was on April 23 they stated it do not show refund it show completed as if I stayed there. Expedia had to call the hotel to see what happened only to get my refund back side bar the general manager also sided with her about the note on the desk and not on there wibste and told me to leave

The property was great. Staff was.so polite and helpful. Enjoyed the hottub every night at 9pm its Adults only. Bed was so comfortable lots of pillows. Would recommend this hotel. Also very nice restaurant with bar next door to walk to. Zane the front desk clerk was super helpful.

We stayed 2 nights and felt safe. We ate breakfast 1 morning and the offering were adequate to start the day. The gem was definitely the staff, always greeting you and taking time to notice your coming and going. Called housekeeping for extra pillows and they were delivered promptly.

The carpet in the rooms is dated, as is the furniture. Not comfortable sitting in the old chairs, although they were soft; Didn't feel clean! Bathrooms are VERY SMALL!

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The pool is very small and my kids love to swim, but the pool got really crowded. They only had 2 luggage carts which was really inconvenient. We were in town for a dance competition and had a lot of luggage to carry out. Parking was easy.

The hotel was very close to my client, parking was easy, staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Eggs were tasty, sausage was yummy and bagel was nice and fresh. Though the hotel did not have a restaurant I walked across parking lot to North & Maple. Their food was very good and the restaurant was pretty. Pool was very small

We discovered on our way to the airport that our mother had left her hearing aid in the room. Tanya at the front desk immediately had housekeeping check the room. The hearing aid was there, and Tanya put them in the mail to us (overnight delivery) that very day. Wonderful and much appreciated service!

There was not enough parking as it was shared with a restaurant.

When I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes after check-in, my rooms still wasn’t ready. I had to wait over an hour for the cleaning crew to clean the rooms. The staff there were nice though but that was very inconvenient for me to wait that long. The rooms were nice and clean. My main issue was when me and my children went to the pool, the water was very dirty, the hot tub was cold and filthy. I mainly chose that hotel to go and relax in the jacuzzi hot tub for my bad back but I couldn’t do that because of how cold the water was and it was very dirty. Also the guy working in there was very rude and shouldn’t be working there if that’s how he thinks it’s okay to talk to the guests like that. It’s too late now but I wish I could have went to a different hotel.

I stay in many hotels. This has been one of the worst. Yes, the staff is great. Yes, it’s modern and clean. However, we could hear the people on each side of our own room coughing and talking all night. We could clearly hear the conversation and the coughing persisted through the night. The bed was so firm it was highly uncomfortable even for my husband who likes a very firm bed. The point is to get rest and this place does not allow for any real sleep.

Staff was outstanding across the board. Pleasant and service oriented at every opportunity. Room was clean, well updated, and kept at a comfortable temperature. Bedding was high quality as were the bathroom linens. Exactly what a well traveled adult with hundreds of hotel stays over decades of travel would expect.

My room was spotless and I loved the upgraded shower/bathroom. I also liked the technology of the tv being able to connect it to my phone to watch a movie, I've never been able to do that at a hotel before. Very convenient. Definitely will be coming back again.

Great stay before and after our concert. Friendly staff.

Very nice location with excellent restaurant next door . Check in and check out online was very easy ! Facilities are starting to show their age and some updates are needed.

The staff has been so nice, welcoming and helpful to me my whole entire stay. I have never met such a sweet and caring team. Everything is very clean and the building in general is a very nice place. The pool/hot tub and the gym are great amenities here. I felt very safe staying here alone as a woman. Thank you for making me feel at home !

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! The front desk staff was AMAZING! I really appreciate how I was able to get a nice room on short notice!

Very friendly staff, breakfast was very good, room was spotless and very comfortable. A plus!

The only negative was the lack of full cleaning in the room. The fridge had old food in it. Yikes! We just cleaned out the mold with our own wipes and threw out the old food ourselves. It was a later eve checkin and we needed to use the fridge.

When I into room 412 it was occupied which was quite embarrasing for me my family and the people of that room this could have been a dangerous situation had I not just immediately closed the door and proceeded back to the front desk. The front acted suprised and shifted the issue to house keeping and offered me a double room stating thats all he had available. Telling him that was not accteptable he later stated he had 1st floor rooms available then said he found rooms on the 3rd floor I found this to be quite and open door experience

While I was impressed with the overall appearance of the property, I was disappointed in the confusion surrounding my reservation. I was contacted by phone several times about the length of my stay. As a member of Hotels.Com, I presumed that things would go much smoother. With that being said, the front desk staff was great.

Helpful staff. I got an hour extra time to check out just by asking. The wole place is extra clean and feels very new.

I loved the location of the hotel and how clean the overall hotel was. The customer service was amazing and breakfast options were decent.

Rooms were quiet and clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great! Close to Credit Union 1 Amphitheater. Overall a great stay. Will stay again.

Asked for housekeeping service for the next day when checked in but never received it. Very disappointing not to have any service over our 3-day stay.

It was nice. The surrounding area is great, with shopping, quick food options and is a easy enough drive the the surrounding neighborhoods

I didnt like that I asked to clean the room and they didnt clean it, as well the first day the pool was in maintenance up to noon, the lady her name Maria which is prepairing the breakfast is amazing and her breakfast alwayes delecious.

The breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean.

The hotel stay was for a concert being held at Credit Union 1. The check in was quick and easy. The food was great. The beds were bumpy. Uncomfortable sleeping,

easy access, clean rooms, good breakfast. Across a large shopping mall with most flagship stores. Easy access and short drive to Chicago proper.

Seemed like a well-run ship. Just nothing to complain about at all for me. Cheers!

OMG! I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday celebration! She requested a hot tub if I could find hotel that had one. She and her cousins had a great time! Everything and everyone were Amazing! My husband and I have stayed there before. I plan to stay there again. Thanks for an awesome experience!

The property was great. Hate the mirror across from the toilet. Don't like that you have to request housekeeping. I know most hotels do it but I like to be pampered while on vacation. Zane needs work on his customer services capabilities.

Another excellent stay. The one issue I had in room 313 was the AC fan. Every time it goes off, it makes a loud squeaky sound. The neighbors in the room next to mine were extremely loud every day of my 5 day stay by slamming doors in and out of the room and loud talking all times a night.

This was not my first stay at Wingate br Wyndham in Tinley….it was great as always! That’s why I keep going back. Very pleasant stay and quite comfortable.

The property itself was nice. The breakfast was okay. However, there was an argument after midnight that lasted for over two hours. We had called the front desk and were told that we were not the only ones who called to complain. Yet, nothing was done. We will not return to this hotel.

Hotel was great! We have an EV and they have a charger in their parking lot, which is very convenient. The room was great and roomy! But the shower is a religious experience. Now I want one at home. We’ll stay here again.

Not all,( young man on checkin, and older lady said she was manager on morning shift, but the majority of front desk staff were fantastic professional and took my concerns and needs serious. I had to move to another room, didn’t appreciate housekeeping knocking on door rushing me , breakfast nice and plentiful!!
