Very clean. Rooms are spacious.

Loved my stay here! The facility was beautifully maintained, everything appeared new, clean, and inviting! The staff did take a really long time being towels but ultimately, I would return to stay here again. The breakfast option down at the restaurant was a super nice feature too.

The first hotel I have been that is tech updated Yah!! Also the rooms were very clean. Love the fact they have Keurig coffee with pods. Everything made you feel comfortable! When I am in Tinley Park I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn!.

Clean room, updated, only complaint was the people above us for 2 nights in a row were very loud, like stomping like elephants between 10pm-12am. Very annoying. But the hotel itself is great

Not many options for kids meals especially breakfast. I wouldn’t have selected this hotel if I knew the menu ahead of time. We stayed for a dance competition. My daughter competed early in the morning and there were people above us making a ton of noise. I called the front desk and within 10 minutes we didn’t hear anymore noise from above which we were grateful for. The pool was much smaller than expected and again with being there for a dance competition we weren’t able to enjoy the pool as it was always full when we were available. The bartender the night we got dinner was strange and so we didn’t eat there the other night we were there. The room was relatively clean. The bathtub looks orange in the bottom potentially from sun tanner is what it looked like.

This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location.

I stayed at this hotel March 26 through March 30th and it was a nice place to stay! The staff was very nice and friendly!! Anything I needed they provided!!!!! I would stay there again!!!

The fan in the bathroom was loud and could not be shut off. Had to leave the bathroom door shut the entire time...?

Hotel & restaurant staff were friendly and rooms were clean! The pool is small so the half dozen children in it made it feel crowded. The hotel was bustling but the rooms were quiet and cozy.

Friendly and safe area, as shown; clean around the hotel and inside; and the staff are very friendly. I got a suite room with a king-size bed and breakfast included. Excellent room, nice and clean bathroom, and they have a nice little restaurant and bar... good food. The best part is that you can order dinner at the restaurant if you do not want to go out and drive.

We have no complaints. The bar and the breakfast was awesome. The lighting in the bathroom could have been a lot brighter and a magnifying mirror was needed.

The housekeeping service every day was nice, the pool was really clean and welcoming. would have like a continental breakfast buffet and free coffee in lobby.

The front desk staff claimed to be unfamiliar with Expedia and focused primarily on collecting the $50 deposit. The service felt dismissive, likely due to my booking through a third-party site. This was a sharp contrast to my experience in Tampa, where I was treated like a loyalty member despite using Expedia. Hotels should prioritize the guest experience over the booking method to ensure a welcoming stay for everyone. Rooms are A1 though!

These guys are unusual in the hotel business. The don't charge for parking, they don't charge a "resort fee," they make over the room - without asking - every night, their greet you coming and going with a friendly hotel, they adk for you to come back and they mean it, the computer in their business room works and is connected to the internet, the rooms are spacious and up-to-date, the beds are incredibly comfortable, soft and warm, the heating and A/C works and it's quiet, you get a 55" TV, not a 24" TV and they make everything easy. In essence, they do everything that most other hotels don't or won't do for the customer. Other property owners and managers out there: "This" is how you start bringing customers back to your properties. "This" is how you build loyalty. "This" is how you stop bleeding your customers and start building long term relationships!

The room was nice staff very friendly. Pool was cold. Easy check in. It was very noisy you could hear all outside noises and other guests walking around in the rom above. Bed and pillows was hard.

It was fairly clean and the rooms were ok. The pool was down for maintenance although nobody was doing anything to it. For 3 days. I was double charged for my stay which I’m currently disputing with my card company. I purposely booked for the pool since we were in town for a concert. Your fire alarm went off at 2 am for no reason

A one night stay to visit family nearby. The accommodations were fine. The room was clean and the bed was good. The TV was confusing with smart phone instructions. There is no included breakfast. I tried to do a load of laundry and found the machine was broken. They did refund my money the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We had a great stay. The room was peaceful.

Only complaint was the pool was closed. After a long hot day I was looking forward to it. I booked all my hotels for the week on my trip with pools . So that was disappointing.

Fast check in and check out. Clean room. Only complaint I would have is we were walked in with a quarter roll of TP and only one spare roll.

Modern decor…restaurant in hotel…very nice and comfortable!

Got stuck in the elevator. No response to the alarm. Had to call front desk to call the fire dept. Front desk admitted this has happened before. No manager on site and none available to talk to. Could not produce the elevator inspection or permit. No certificate is against state and federal OSHA laws. I will be contacting the local city ordinance and submitting a complaint to OSHA.

For some reason multiple places in Illinois, this hotel as well as the entire Ohare rental car center, don’t accept the bank CHIME. They claim it’s due to fraud. However they were happy to accept Bank of America, despite me having more fraud in my life with BofA than ever with CHIME. it was very inconvenient. And they seemed not at all upset to inform me that they don’t take chime. They literally told me to find another hotel. It was really unprofessional.

I do wish there was a light breakfast option besides going to the restaurant downstairs. I tried the restaurant one morning Prices were a touch high for breakfast but not terrible. As far as the meal goes it was pretty good. The gym was average compared to other hotel gyms. They had a few treadmills and elliptical machines along with free weights. All in all it was a good experience and would stay here again.

My stay at Holiday Inn Tinley Park was amazing! The staff were friendly helpful and hospitable! The food was surprisingly delicious and ample. My room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept my room perfect everytime I returned from being away. I would definitely stay here again. My stay was 12/8-12/10.

I enjoyed my stay all except for the rude elderly bartender guy that didn’t want to serve drinks and gave attitude to not only me but other customers as well

This is a new hotel conveniently located near the highway I-80. The lobby was inviting and tastefully decorated, receptionist pleasant and professional. There is a restaurant on the property that offers meals like Cobb salad and burgers. The room was clean, beds comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. But we stayed in room 222 and it is right by the speaker for the music outside the front door to the left which woke me up at 2:30am and I couldn't go back to sleep and had to be up for work at 5am. May i suggest the speaker needs to be moved or shut off at a certain time and then turned back on at a certain time.

The only ding I will give is that the shower was damaged and the head was bad. Called maintenance and they said they don't have a replacement
