Hotel was super clean and the house keeper was kind and accommodating! The interior of rooms are much better than the exterior of property. Certainly appreciate the upgrades to the room. Only disappointment is that breakfast is more of a grab and go cereal yogurt and toast that a full warm breakfast. The dining area is a bit misleading but that can be me. lol. Would stay here again!

The room was dirty, people’s hair all over and visible stains on the comforters. Someone’s garbage under the bed and one towel for two people.

I stayed for 2 days, there is no housecleaning. At check in I was asked for my credit card in case of damage to the room. I intended to pay with cash. At checkout I was told that they already charged my card. The so called breakfast was stale cereal and bread. I do not reccomend.

The room smelled heavily like cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking room and there were crumbs on the bed sheets like they hadn’t been changed. I just felt like, overall, the room hadn’t really been cleaned. And when we went for breakfast, the options were very limited like only having everything bagels but didn’t have just plain bagels.

Convenient location

They deactivated our key card way too early. It was only 10 AM and checkout isn’t until 11. I ran to my car to grab something and couldn’t get back in my hotel room. Had to go back to the office to get it reactivated.

Parking was easy, the rooms are ok just for a place to rest your head. The bathrooms are very old, the light fixture cover fell on my head while I was in there just randomly. The carpets were filthy! My socks literally turned black on the bottom just from walking around in there. So gross and I’m not sure how they clean in there but it’s not proper

First of all, When me and the rest of my family got into our room, it suddenly smelled like cigarettes which wasn't a good sign. Second of all, the shower handle was acting pretty clunky, practically being on life support, meaning that it was hard to tell when to switch between hot and cold water. And lastly, and most importantly the place was not clean. Basically, I sent my son to the motel to shower and do other stuff etc. While I went to drop off my friends to their houses. Which were 20 minutes away. When I came back my son tells me that when he stepped on the carpet floor with his bare feet, random black stuff started appearing on the bottom of his foot. Getting dirtier time after time as he kept stepping on the floor without him realizing. The black stuff was so dirty that it stained a ton over the bathroom, and bathtub floor before and after causally showering. I have no idea what the cause of the dirty carpet was but I can assure you that It wasn't clean and I don't recommend putting your'd bare feet on the property either. In addition, other small things and effects happened at our visit, such as; small weird cracks being on the ceiling, not enough water coming out of the shower head faucet, people constantly smoking and having drug deals during late night, and wee morning hours. And finally loud sounds occurring because the inn was made with paper thin walls. If you love being clean, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room had a pungent smell. The room smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. Not only that, but there were many cigarette holes in the blankets. The carpet was very dirty my 9 year old walked on it and her feet turned from clean to pitch black. For the price you pay, this hotel is not worth it. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was just too much.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. The condition of the room had some minor holes.The bathroom door was not able to close all the way as it was attached on the hinges incorrectly. There was no option to have room cleaned during our two night visit.

The room smelt like cigarettes really bad and it was a non smoking room, the air conditioner had a gap where it was in the wall so bugs were coming in and a bad draft. One of the pillows was stained there was 4 so that wasn't as big a deal.

Horrible room, stank, smelled like dog, busted light plates, shower. chair at the desk was broke. no door lock for entry door. i cut my stay short one night due to this place being so dirty. breakfast unless you want ceral or toast you went with out.

Clean room

The room had rust in the shower, dirt on the floor. The desk had dents in it, the chair had rips in it. The air conditioner was dirty and old. There were no hangers in the closet. The bath mat was damp and dirty. The coffee was push button. Very weak. I did not touch the breakfast.

The property was fine for what it was, an inexpensive stay - however not overly clean. The staff was very helpful and willing to provide clean towels, soap etc when needed

Enough spots in the parking lot. If you are on the first floor, you can park very close to the room. Stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast could have more options. Overall it’s a decent stay.

Everything was good honestly. I know I’m not at the Hilton, so I know nothing was perfect. But it was really decent for a good price with good service.

That being said, I want to be clear that the staff was extremely kind and tried to help as much as they could. The real issue here is not the people working there, but the condition of the building itself. Unfortunately, no matter how friendly the staff was, the state of the hotel made my stay miserable.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. The chair was stained with dark stains the bathroom light was not working and they had a court across the floor with a lamp in the bathroom without a lamp shade it was filthy the sink was dirty I did not even stay more than 5 minutes in this room it was absolutely disgusting

Bathroom paint is bad… bath tub around faucets are with corrosion, they offer queen bed and they gave us full beds

For a 2 star motel its good. I would choose higher stars for next time as their carpets on floor were wet from humidity. Rooms are small and washrooms were super small. But service and staff was good and really helpful. Patel family the owners were wonderful

Upon arrival, I was told to park my car close in the parking lot due to a fast food place being close by and security cameras would be able to see my vehicle in closer. There was an outside hose running the length of my windows right in the middle from side to side. No idea!!

The hotel called me before check in time even began and asked if we were coming, and said they were going to give our room away if we didnt pay ahead of time. I wanted to pay cash but gave card info over the phone. Got there and they said my card disnt work (I had just used it prior) and they required a new card anyway. Reception are to sign is was locked when we got there and we had to wait to be let in. People were screaming in the parking lot. Our room was also supposed to be smoke free and it definitely was not. Id never recommend that place!

I think the people working there were really nice, the area is 20 minutes from Niagra Falls, restaurants and stores are within walking distance, and this place is dog friendly. I'm not sure if the dog friendly rooms are different than the human only rooms, but the room we stayed in had dog hair that didn't match our dog's, damaged mirrors, soiled bedding, and more. However, if we asked for new bedding and room service, they sent someone right over.

At first glance room was clean. Upon looking at the sheets, there was a large oil based stain on one of them. Front lobby door was locked by 11pm, but after making a call we received another set of sheets. Walls were VERY thin. There was nobody at the desk in the morning either when I returned the key.

Even though there were not many people staying, they put everybody right next to each other. The people next to us were extremely loud and left their alarm clock going off from 4:00 a.m. on. You can hear your neighbors using their showers and their flushing of the toilets. The towels were dirty and each one had long black hairs in them. The parking lot was full of snow and ice, the walk to the room was pure ice.

Fair stay. Room was warm, bed was comfortable. The rooms are accessed from outside and the walk was very slippery. The building is very outdated. We won’t stay again.

The bedding had stains. The sheets were dingy. Lamp shade dirty and broken. Room was still cold and we had heat on 75 (heat was more cool air than hot). The tub and toilet needs to be replaced. There was no way I was going to use it. We checked out. I lost the money for that night but I was ok with it.

The hotel was clean and the staff, when we saw them, were friendly. Breakfast was continental at best. No hot options and no protein beyond one flavour of yogurt. The room was clean but in need of many minor repairs. The dislodged ceiling tile in the bathroom was somewhat concerning.

Absolutely disgusting. When we arrived into our room, the toilet had toilet paper and pee in it. We tried to flush and it was overflowing. We had two skimpy towels that’s it. It was very dirty. Lots of crumbs on the floor. The bedskirt had stains on it that were Not washed. When we went to The main area for breakfast I attempted to go to the washroom, but wasn’t able to because there was urine all over the toilet seat. The sink was almost black from dirt. The breakfast was poor. The peanut butter and cream cheese were hard as a rock. I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there. When I dispensed my apple juice, there was residue in the cup. When I was eating breakfasts There were about two other complaints since I sat down about the property. It is not well kept, and it was a waste of my money. Recommend do not stay there

The room was disgusting. The towels were dirty. The middle table between the beds was falling off. They had a screw in the light switch to hold it on. We couldn’t turn the light off. Everything was falling apart would never go again.

Our room was gross. The top bed cover we take off every hotel bed, so we were left with a sheet. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat was broken, the spring from the tp holder was on the floor, so the tp was put in the nasty holding box. We kept our shoes on. Got in and out in 9 hours.

This was a clean, affordable place to stay. The free breakfast didn't have any hot foods (other than instant oatmeal) but it had decent choices and was available even outside the posted hours. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The rooms were a relatively generous size for this type of hotel/motel, and ours also had a large mini-fridge and a microwave, which was great for dinner leftovers.

Crusty bathroom sink faucets, missing electrical covers, damaged lamp shades. Husband fixed window shade because it would not go up or down. Breakfast was ok. Always ran out of yogurt, milk etc.

When booked the room the site does not specify will be an additional charge for pets , the room was supposed to be non smoking and smelled like a smoking room bed was dirty like someone ate cookies and crumbs were under the sheets , the floor filthy as it wasn’t mopped for months and besides everything I got woken up by 2 loud knock in my room to let me know I needed to check out the day prior my check out . Totally awful experience at that hotel. Do not recommend it.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times , it was nice to see the little upgrades they did. My only concern was the carpet was dirty. When I took off my socks it felt wet , I just wore my socks . Overall I would say it was a good stay.

Visiting family and the Days Inn was conveniently located. The room was pleasant and quiet. My only concern was tv access. It was so hard to find basic channels such as NBC, FOX ETC. oh well, my wife and I slept so soundly.

Price was cheaper than others. You get what you pay for. Had a funny smell but overall a decent place to sleep

Having no elevator made it inconvenient for the elderly women I traveled with. The facility didn't quite square up to the inflated room rate.

Getting clean towels on a daily basis seemed to be an issue since our stay was for 13 days. The bed linens were changed twice over 13 days. What we paid $25 extra per day for our Westie K9 I expected a little better service in these aforementioned areas!

the room smelled of cigarettes, the breakfast was very poor, there was nothing left at 9:00 in the morning there was a pot of Philadelphia cream that the customers had to share and everyone opened the same pot, there were no more eggs or yogurt and they didn't refill it even though they saw that there were many people in the room to have coffee, it was a disgrace, there was only black coffee and nothing else.

This property is in a great location for shopping (especially for cross border Canadians) The front desk staff were lovely. They served a breakfast which looked okay, however I did not eat anything so cannot comment on it.The room had receipts on the floor I'm assuming from a previous customer that were not cleaned up for the new guest. The water dripped all night long from the bathtub tap. I reported it the next day and was told all the room have the same dripping tap because of the plumbing? It has to left on at a drip at all times. Unsure what that meant. The air-conditioning is a on the wall unit that was working great but very noisy. The swing lock on the door was not screwed all the way into the door, very loose and not secure. (I slept with the chair in front of the door :) Lots little holes and hooks left in the wall were things have been replaced. Just a good tidy up would make a stay a little more forgiving.

The property is terrible! I couldn’t even stay. Took a look and left. There was mold, stains on the sheets and little black things on them. There was a dirty razor in the shower. This property should be removed from Expedia.

The website made it seem like it was a hotel, but it is more like a motel. The area is sketchy and my son was told not to walk anywhere at night. The room was musty and the breakfast was bread and jam only.

Please bring the shower curtain from home since it was not installed in the room. Also any request, you need to walk to reception area since room phone not working. No blanket. Plus no room service. Make your own bed and take out the trash on your own.

The cleanliness was terrible, the floor were muddy, the window was left open in my room where it was filled with flies, the tub was dirty, mattresses and bedding were stained. I mopped the floor because it turned my white socks black from the film of filth. The non-smoking room smelled like cigars and spoiled food.
