They do not give wash cloths out

HORRIBLE THEY NEVER LET US CHECK IN

The hot tub was great but they had no rags or real soap we had to go get soap cause the only soap was facial soap and the hot tub was dirty when we came in for some reason

Room was not properly clean and the one thing that I went there for was the jacuzzi tub and it did not work did not hold water a complete waste of money after I checked in and found out that Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I could not get in contact with anyone at the office around 9 o’clock. I was overcharged they asked for $100 even and like I said the the place was horrible. Complete waste of money.

I never stayed there. I paid for my room and when I got there they said we're all booked up and they stole my money

This is not a a motel or hotel for your vacation. This place is full of residents who will probably never leave. Do not bring your children to this place. To say it’s in disrepair is an understatement. The doors appear to have been kicked in several times. Don’t expect help from anyone - the residents turn their heads and the office is always locked. Hotels.com would be well advised to take this place off their listings - but they don’t care about your stay here either. You get even less than what you pay for here.

Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Couldnt figure out hot tub. Could of used a garbage can and ash tray.

The room smelt like a cigarette bar, the bed felt like cardboard, I had a single layer of tissue in my bathroom. I had to run to Walmart to purchase more tissue. I wasn’t expecting the Hilton but I wasn’t expecting this place either.

There was no breakfast included The room had a cigarette smell the bed covers had cigarette holes the curtain had cigarette holes. two tables we’re dirty the fridge raider was dirty. The fire alarms were off the wall. The bathroom underneath the light switch there was a big Square hole not finished.Tile wasn’t finished by the tub. The bathroom curtain was old looking.I would not recommend anybody stay there.

the closeness to our home the spa tub didn’t work you plugged it out the power flickered so we couldn’t use it. the tv didn’t work the tv wouldn’t channels the shower was filthy but by the time we got in for night the front desk was closed

The room was not cleaned properly. The drawers were dirty. The television looked like there was spit on it. There were flies in the bathroom window. Would not stay here again. I guess being from Canada I expect better for the price.

It was super dirty! The smell was awful. We supposed to get smoke free rooms but the smell of cigarettes was super strong. Rooms were dirty. Bathrooms looked like a disaster!!! Air conditioning was broken… it was the worst stay!!!! Im not recommending it to anyone!!! Do not book this motel!!

Neighbor Pics are deceiving...very very old..back of.sink leaked ALL water on to floor went into neighbors room. No maintenance on call.. number provided went no where.. kept hanging up.. jacuzzi jets didn't work(told I had to plug it in???).. staff/owner rude.. condescending.. sarcastic..for 200$$ this experience was horrible wouldn't pay 50$ for this dump.. and need to be shut down!!!

Nothing there was to my liking. Location was convenient but I’ll have to find another hotel in the area. The room was poorly supplied with bathroom accommodations. The wifi there is iffy. The bathroom light made a loud annoying noise. I had to move the dresser to plug in the tv. The bedding fabric is an irritant. Overall I’ve just didn’t like the space.

Nothing ??‍♀️ The rooms were dirty and smelled. I get it’s a motel but I have no problem with notifying the health department. I have a friend who’s the VP for the health department and I will notify the office on Monday. Also they allow addicts to stay in these rooms as well!!

Poor

It was a horrible experience. The bathroom sink leaked horribly into the room. Jacuzzi was dirty and leaked. Stains and stuff all over blankets and sheets. Horrible.security lock on door was even broken and rhe remote for the TV didn't work. Everything pretty much.
