Room and reception are clean and well kept, staff are nice and friendly

Room smelled like cigarettes and the linnes didn’t look clean there was men’s pubic hair on the wash clothes I left the same night and did not stay

I thought it was breakfast and toothbrushes and toothpaste for free but it wasnt

It was really dirty, bad smell everywhere.

I left after the 1st night. The room was disgusting. The shower was dirty. The sheets were dirty. Tables are sticky just nasty.

Very clean room. Desk clerks very helpful. Good location for my needs. The only thing I missed were the lack of a coffee machine in the room and tissue boxes.

I didn’t even stay there as soon as we walked in the room there was a cockroach that was an impregnated cockroach. I asked the manager to cancel my room my reservation and he wouldn’t allow me to do that because I paid through a third-party app. Very disgusting offered me another room, but the fact that you have roaches is absolutely absurd.

Our bathroom counter had been smashed and glued back together, bathroom floor had water damage, wifi doesn’t work at all, and the $100 deposit they charge you actually clears your credit card so you have to wait to be refunded, which is not how hotel deposits typically work. Front desk lies and says their wifi is good and it’s your device. Totally overpriced too

The night desk person was helpful when the TV in our 1st room wasn't working, quickly upgrading our room so that we could settle in for the night. Parking right near the entrance. Extremely expensive for what we experienced. The hallways were worn and dirty and there were no special amenities.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. The smell of the room was awful & the room was filthy. There were stains on the sheets, stains on the blanket and the bathtub was completely stained and dirty. I can’t imagine stepping foot in the shower. I went to the front & got a new room. In this room, the main light didn’t work, the sheets and blankets were still dirty. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and the smell was just as bad! And the door didn’t fully close. I went to the front again & just checked out. These rooms are not suitable to stay in. They smell like smoke and must, and I have asthma so I couldn’t breathe well. I did not stay the night. I read a bunch of other reviews about the smell and figured, how bad can it be? Surely they would address some of the issues right? TRUST THE REVIEWS. The smell is horrid. The sheets and blankets are disgusting, and the lights don’t work.

The room was big and clean, the man at the desk for the time I stayed was nice, and there was plenty of parking near the rooms/entrance, which was nice since the weather was cold, windy, raining. The bed was old and a bit squeaky but comfortable. The curtains did not close all the way so the room got a bit light in the morning so not great for sleeping in. Having the laundry available was great since the weather was wet and I was able to dry my clothes when I got back each night. The microwave and fridge worked well and were nice to have, as well as the heater. The tv and channels were basic but nice to have something to watch before going to sleep. There were no toiletries in my room besides a bar of soap. I am not sure if that is common across Motel 6 locations or not. I brought my own so it was not an issue, just something I noticed. While I did not need it, I thought it was a bit strange that I did not see any housekeeping around the hotel for the whole time I stayed (4 nights). Overall I recommend this Motel 6 if you need a clean and safe place to stay but that is not expensive.

I didn’t get to stay at the property as I arrived late, driving from Massachusetts. They labeled me a no call no show, even though I arrived the following morning with 3 hours left on my reservation, and nearly no one in the parking lot. They were inflexible, rude, and lacked compassion. At that point, since I was going to be charged anyway, I wanted to just shower, nap, then leave. I was told to pay a fee for something I was already charged for. It’s the second time I attempted to book and not make it on time. It will definitely be my last. Do not book here if you are running late after driving across the country. Regardless if I tried to call and inform you of my late arrival or not, you didn’t rebook the room, and it didn’t harm sales. Please don’t book here. Go elsewhere.

Had to walk so far for room with my bad leg

Had a horrible stay beds are like sleeping on a box spring, had an encounter with a person and he threatened me, told the manager who was working and he didn't do anything about it, very disappointed in the way I felt after the encounter as I felt like I was unprotected and worried that the person was gonna damage my vehicle. Overall not a good Hotel.

The lot was definitely poorly lit you would drive right by it and not even know it if you weren't using a gps. Also the deposit that you had to put down after paying online that said would be refunded in three hours after checkout is still not returned. Will be monitoring this very closely to make sure I do indeed get that back as all I did was sleep for the 10 hours I was here. You definitely get what you pay for that's for sure I wasn't looking for anything crazy just a bed to crash out for the night. I would rent here again if my deposit is returned in a timely manner. Crazy how the deposit is more than a night rental.

I liked the location. Stores and restaurants were in the general vicinity. I didn’t like the fact that all of the rooms did not come with microwaves and refrigerators.

Room was not cleaned when we arrived, it smelled and there were insects. Bathroom had hair in the tub and pee stains on the flooor in front of toilet!! The only option we were given was to take another room, we didn’t really want to stay since the first room was so bad, but we were not going to be given a refund so we had to. We will never stay at a motel 6 again.

Me and my husband hardly slept the night. You can feel the spring on the bed. Also bed was not a queen bed but double. Pillow was small and flat.

Old place with little furniture in the room, just a bed and 3' x 3' table and chair, no couch or comfortable chair and there was lots of room for them.

The room was as described, well-lit and comfortable. Very convenient location with many dining and shopping options nearby. The university is also close by. There was plenty of parking space available.

The only issue I did have here was with the internet. The internet was so slow I stared at a simple discord update for 2 days straight. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. My only other complaint is that the shower water pressure was very low imo.

I stayed here because I just needed a bed for 8 hours while in Buffalo. The area is fine and close to the university which is great. The hotel is "mid". Honestly, I have no idea why my bed is placed directly next to the room AC/fan. I would have rather slept in my car. Not to mention you can hear EVERY SINGLE THING happening outside your room. I would stay here again in desperation. But only desperation.

Room booked for 2 - 1 wash cloth in room. Room had table with one chair. Bed was loud with sounds of popping coils. Room / furniture worn, dirty and outdated. Fridge worked great but was very loud running constantly. All decor was dingy and paint chipped. Water pressure in shower was good..but slow drains in sink and tub. Flooring was buckling in multiple places. This place not worth the money paid. No frills (iron, ironing board etc) Literally a step away from staying outdoors.

Hotel was very dated service sucked have homeless people living in the rooms so doors were opening and slamming all night long. That was old and made a lot of noise very uncomfortable will not stay again.

Parking was fine. There was still food in the fridge from the last guest which was disgusting, frozen beers in the freezer which exploded and the fridge itself (exterior) had a slime on it. Night staff was not friendly or helpful at all.

Room was clean. Shower head was gushing water out the sides of it. I couldn’t mitigate it but was able to get enough pressure so that the flow of water was adequate. WiFi didn’t work. Other than that the room was fine. Looked like new flooring. Tv had many channels which was good since the WiFi wasn’t working properly.

The entire place is run down and felt unsafe. The reception looks nothing like the photos. They are behind protective glass with many security cameras all over the property. The location is located right by the interstate so easy to get around but that also means interstate noise. We spent over an hour desperately trying to find another hotel, but everything in the area was sold out because of the Bills game. We ended up having to go to Walmart to buy a blow-up mattress, bedding, and towels just to get through the night — that’s how unlivable the room was. This was by far the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. I’m not sure how any of these 5/5 star reviews made it here. Avoid at all costs.

This is a very basic motel. Smells a bit smokey. My room's bathroom was not even stocked with free toiletries. The room did not feel like it was cleaned well. There is only free coffee and tea bags in the lobby for a few hours in the morning, which was nothing special. No microwave or fridge in my room. I would not recommend this motel for more than one night.

Found hair on our sheets. Had replaced , second sheets had hair. Replaced again. Old hotel and you can hear doors shut way down the hallway. Check in was very slow, combined with language barrier. Pics on website are NOT what you get.

I love it

This hotel seems to be older and beat up feeling. The room was clean but had no homey feel. There were no pictures on the walls or a clock and had limited outlets. The small refrigerator in the room looked like they took it from someone's garage. It was very best up and the seals were very moldy. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the box spring with a sheet on it. The pillows were so cheap and flat. The Bathroom was clean but the floor was warped and the door kept getting stuck when we tried to open and close it. Overall, the bathroom was very dated feeling and seemed very used. The staff were courteous upon check-in and at checkout. The picture online of the front lobby is not correct and is just a small room with a front counter with plexiglass walk up window for checking in.

Expecting an older used motel, pleasantly surprised to find my Room was clean and tidy. Although close to and next to highways and other businesses, did not notice undue noise inside the hotel. Very Convenient (10 mins) to the Buffalo Niagara Airport. Plenty of eating establishments on Maple Rd and Niagara Falls Blvd. I would stay there again if in the area.

I looked at my statement and it showed I was charged for the 2 nights. Then another charge for the one night. I went to the front desk to find out what happened. The man at the front desk was incredible rude to say the least. He was talking over top of me and not letting me explain. He accused me of having multiple bookings and said I have to call Expedia. He was so ignorant that I actually had to say to him sir you cannot speak to me like this. Then a friend who was coming inside that night heard him bad mouthing me at the front desk in-front of people. This man should not be allowed to work in customer service. As a manager I would not have this employee working for me. I spoke to Expedia and they assured me that it was indeed the hotel who booked additional bookings that I only had one through Expedia. The agent from Expedia called and tried to explain this to the man who refused to believe it was true and he was rude to her. The agent from Expedia apologized to me for having to deal with this man. Then Expedia told me he said we have to wait until Monday for a refund he can’t do anything. I would never stay there again with this man and how ignorant he was to me in front of other guests.

Smells like fungus

We thought someone was trying to get into our room around 2am. Tried to look out the peep hole and it was clouded as if someone put something over it. Did not feel safe here at all

It was a nice stay, it was quit everyone was nice even the employees. The only down fall was when I used the washer and dryer at the motel the washer was fine I spent $3.00 for 30mins and of course my clothes where still wet, and they only and one set and it was down stairs they didn’t have any upstairs. Other then that my two rooms where clean.

I came for a family gathering just a few miles away, the Anchor bar was convenient and looks relatively new. We did not eat there but bartenders are friendly and beer was cold. The room was adequate, towels were a bit threadbare but did the job. Hotel was very quiet but the smell of pot was everywhere. Overall a good value for the money

Rooms have a bit of a musty smell. No amenities in the rooms eg you need to ask for shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc but otherwise an ok basic room to sleep.

smoke free was written every where, but every body smoke weed or something in the bulding. we coud smell everywhere from front deck through hallways. no mini fridge no coffee machine, and the sheets and everything was old and some was burned with cigarette. ..........

The Hotel has been consistent over the years, especially in cleanliness of the rooms and facility as a whole.

Very over priced for what you got. If you flushed the toilet and turned on the faucet at the same time the pipes started clanking. I had to go back to the service desk for shampoo, which were little sachets. Beds weren’t bad and the door was not fitted properly tot the frame and light shone in all night. Would not stay again

I dont recommend this ever.When you enter you can smell the mould.Beds makes alot of noise.washrooms are disgusting and clogged.we just stayed one night and decided to move on.could not sleep all night due to noise.

My room did not have any amenities, the wifi password did not work and the wifi was bad. I stood there 5 days and they never came to clean the room, I had to tell the manager in person to have someone clean my room, he said “the only way they would have someone clean the room and provide fresh towels is if I request it” and the room had an odd odor. The service was bad, but the only upside is that they had free parking. Not worth what I paid for.

Hotel is very dated and overpriced for the condition of the building and rooms. They also add a $100 fee at check in.
