Very nice stay on our way to meet family in Mt. Hood. Close to Bandits and Wayfinder restaurants.

We stayed here for one night. We had a very clean and comfortable room. The check-in was smooth. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the all-day coffee and tea service. Will stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised. For the price the hotel and amenities were good. The hot breakfast was good. The landscaping could use some attention. What stood out the most was the staff. Almost every one of them that I encountered were wonderful. They all acted like they enjoyed working there. The housekeeping staff and daytime front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was exceptional. She offered to heat up more gravy for us just minutes before breakfast service was done. And she checked with everyone still eating to see if they needed anything before she put the food away. I would definitely stay there again.

friendly fast staff

The clerk who checked us in was so extremely friendly, welcoming our furry friends along with us for our stay. She was the best! Swimming pool was very small. If it was supposed to be a hot tub, it was not hot, and it was not jetted for muscle comfort.

The staff was very nice and super accommodating. There was a hot breakfast every morning and the rooms were very clean. It was a perfect distance to the falls.

They entered my room without permission when we were sleeping we asked for extended save prior to that. I woke up with someone standing over my head. There was no communication between that desk at all. There were two people The desk clerk and a security officer one male one female and we weren't even 30 minutes past checkout and we called in for a late checkout we were not feeling well so we sat down and went to sleep for about 20 minutes and they bust in the room. Extended say would have been like 3 hours later but it's only 20 minutes after the original stay time. The surroundings were mainly prostitution it wasn't a good scene bad area very disappointing it looked nice to start out with. When we were leaving they called the police for no reason and nothing happened because it was a big joke and the cop told me they should never have done that so be aware when you go there.

Great hotel next to the airport. Free parking. Room was clean. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was amazing! Our daughter left a pair of shoes in the room after we checked out and the hotel staff made a point to call us so we could arrange to retrieve them. Very courteous.

Good breakfast, but could use more variety for people who stay multiple days

I did not have housekeeping during my stay (by choice) and also did not use the kitchen area or try the included continental breakfast, so I cannot speak to the quality of those. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely be looking here first next time I'm in the area.

This hotel knocked it out of the park. From the front desk making accommodations for us coming in super late, to the suuuuuper comfy beds, to the smiley faces drawn on the oranges, you can ABSOLUTELY tell that this staff genuinely cares and takes pride in their property. They decorated for Halloween. The coffee was fresh. It was soooo homey and we will 1000% stay there again if we are in the area.

We ended up needing a last minute hotel room and the Comfort Inn had rooms available at a reasonable rate. For the price point, we were extremely impressed with the service, cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast. We had our little dog with us and they only charged an extra $20, but they only have some rooms available for dogs, which is good for everyone who doesn’t appreciate dogs. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to freeway for ease of access. Shopping center on other side of freeway was a jump off point for waterfall tours.

I appreciate that housekeeping changed our sheets every day, since I needed it. I like the fact that there are two dryers because the wash takes less time than drying. Being able to wash my clothes made it easier when we got back home.

When I returned home, I realized I left my Kindle E-reader at the hotel, in my bed under the pillow, which is where it ends up every night when I fall asleep. I called right away and the front desk said the cleaning staff had not turned it it yet. I called back two more times. Once the following day, hoping it had been found by the laundry folks and then again after two weeks had gone by, in the hopes someone turned it in. No luck. It's obvious to me that one of the cleaners found it and decided to keep it for themselves. I mean, it was a top-of-the-line Kindle Oasis with a brand new case; who could blame them? I'm just really frustrated that the management didn't do anything about it. Be sure to check and double check your belongings, because if you inadvertently leave something behind at a Comfort Inn you won't be getting it back.

Fast check in and friendly staff. The room smelled musty when we got there and any time we entered the room. It was the smallest room of our trip that included 5 similarly priced hotels. You could easily hear footateps above you and there were dogs barking in the hall at 7am. Breakfast was good. Wouldn’t choose this location if we came back to the area. Not sure how this gets a 9.0 rating on this app.

This is the cleanest hotel ive stayed in. There wasnt even dust on the baseboards. The staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient to seeing the sites around the area. I would definitely stay at this hotem again.

Clean and friendly. Room is a bit cramped or crammed, Showerhead and water pressure were reason for less than perfect raiting. During night there was some police activity related to close by homeless camp.

Came to Troutdale for ZZ Top concert. Chose Comfort Inn because within walking distance to Edgefield. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

The Comfort Inn was spotless, COOL as it was 100 the day we were in Portland and convenient to Edgefield! The included breakfast was out promptly at 6 and fueled our early trip home. Great stay. I’d definitely recommend it!!

It was a quick stay, in at 7pm and out at 5am. Very comfortable room and nice property. Picked this hotel because I thought it would be an easy walk to our plane at Troutdale airport for an early departure Turned out not to be the case, 1 1/2 miles due to fences. Arranged with Radio Cab for a 5am pick up and they stiffed us. Desk clerk was very helpful, arranging an Uber for us! Time to get that app

Family of 6 stayed in a suite. Very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and very friendly. We went to Multnomah falls the next morning. Was a 15 minute drive and if you don’t want to deal with parking the shuttle is just across the street from this hotel.

It was nice. When I searched for a place to stay the website said it was 4.76 miles from our destination; what a lie. We were 40 minutes from our destination. Very frustrating.

Stayed in the 3 beds suite which is like 2 hotel rooms knocked into one. It’s huge! Really clean. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Hotel smells lovely too. Lots of local dining and shops.

We had a fire alarm about 9pm because someone burned their popcorn. Building was evacuated until issue solved (15 minutes). Hats off to the staff. She did a great job!

We really liked this hotel. It was very clean. It started with check-in by a really nice, friendly lady at the desk. Our room really nice. The bed was too hard for me but perfect for my husband. No surprise there. It seemed like a new hotel. I'm not sure how long it has been there. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay there.

During a seven day stay, we only had maid service once. I would think they would refresh towels and empty trash at least every other day. The facility was clean and welcoming. The breakfast food was varied and tasty. Staff were friendly. Would stay again, but next time will specifically request regular maid service since it's not a given.

The room was fine. The curtains were for black out, but I would have liked if they had them able to draw down from the top to open instead of draw up from the bottom, this would allow to let light if half closed, less likely for people to see in if you had them half drawn. Right off the freeway and across the street from a small airport. The airport was less noisy than the freeway. Still a higher crime rate in the area than the national area, google the zip code for the crime in the area, but it is close to Portland so...
