It was really a good stay I got this king bed room and it was more then I expected by far

The room was perfect for our needs and the staff was excellent! They were very responsive when we had to change our plans letting us keep the same room. One of the staff members helped us get into our room twice when we managed to wipe our key card 🙄. The staff around our room knew us after the first day and were helpful with even extraordinary needs They were even friendly with our dog 😊. And cookies! After hard days clearing out our storage unit cookies were greatly appreciated!

Room was clean & comfy. Every staff member was a joy to deal with. We plan to stay here our next time in Tucson The parking lot & some walkways need some cleaning. The area in front of office is sharp. Not so much in rest of parking areas

We got there and the layout of the room was non-functional. Photos did not indicate the only bathroom sink in the place was in the bedroom part of the "suite". Speaking of sink, it was broken and we needed to have maintenance there for about an hour (in and out) to get it fixed. The electrical was unreliable but did not seem dangerous. It was not as clean as other BWs I have stayed at. I used to use BW as my default, but not anymore. Very disappointed with the whole stay and we were forced to leave early as a result.

The front staff was amazing! I really needed a first floor room due to some medical issues and the front desk helped me out and was able to secure me a first floor room and it even had a Jacuzzi! The breakfast room has a very good selection it was very tasty. Housekeeping needs to watch the ceiling for cobwebs and vent covers need cleaned but other than that the room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and they have an on-site centrally located restaurant that is Cafe style that actually serves cocktails. I would recommend anyone staying here it's a great location great staff and great amenities.

Close to our old home so we knew the area. An attempt to break into our vehicle occurred. Perp tried to pry open the truck topper but failed to gain access.

The rooms are easy to get to and not too far from the main lobby, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great touch and were taken care of during my stay. The pool may have collected residue from trees that surround it throughout the day but was later cleaned the next day.

When taking a shower, the water would turn cold and then it would go back to hot. The room was very dark. The lighting was very poor and the furniture was very old. Needs to be updated, but it was clean. Breakfast was very good.

The room was not clean and the coffee maker was missing parts. Our door would randomly open as it was poorly sealed. The ice maker was located at the building that housed the front desk. Overall we will not stay there again.

Get the jacuzzi suite so much fun

How close it was to the location we had to go to. How comfortable the bed was. There wasn't an extra trash can in the room other than the one in the bathroom.

The staff and the service was second to none

The floor plan is a bit strange, with the shower and toilet off the kitchen, but the sink is in the bedroom (so you go from the bathroom to the bedroom to wash your hands). Breakfast was ok - the usual, including waffles, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, sausages, potatoes, fruit, sweet yogurt, little muffins. Pool was ok - not large, not particularly enticing, but people were using it, as well as the jacuzzi.

It was great. The only thing bad was the pool was closed but that was due to weather.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again.

Had a stove top but nothing to cook with. Beds less than average for comfort. Went home a day early.

When I finally arrived in my room I discovered the toiled was dirty (with poo)I called the front desk she said I can leave the hotel with no charge at 1:00am. So, I have to stay. I when outside to find a stick to clean the toilet. Then I used antibacterial and perfume. The worst experience of my life. When I complained the next day, they told me that since I did my reservation through Expedia.com it was not possible to do anything.

Our stay was fine except for the loud music at the pool. Another guest was with their family in the pool area & was blasting their music through a loud speaker. We complained to the front desk, but they said they wouldn't do anything unless it was after 10pm. Our room was directly across from the pool. Even with the TV turned up loud it still sounded like we were in a night club. I only requested the staff have them turn the music down, not off. I will not be staying at this hotel again because of this situation

This is a great place to stay very nice accommodations. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location, friendly and attentive staff. However, the overall condition and aesthetic of the unit was a bit of a disappointment. The unit was extremely dark, (dark colored walls, furniture etc,) holes in the walls, from previously hung art. The layout was odd in that there was no sink in the bathroom; the sink was in the bedroom room and not attached a to the toilet and shower.

Everything! This is our 2nd time staying with them and they never disappoint. From front desk, to housekeeping, to amenities and breakfast excellent. The room I am surprised how good of a price it is for like an apartment type room. I love it! I do hope they don’t increase their price when we come back next yearS

The room was clean with all the expected amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked great. I love the onsite cafe. The pool looked inviting and the deck was clean with nice lounge chairs. Breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, link sausages, potatoes and make your own waffles. Only one suggestion : This is Tucson, AZ! Please provide salsa as an option for scrambled eggs. I would LOVE a side of green chile, (I’m from NM) but I’m sure that’s asking too much. 😎👍

One Desk Clerk, sick as a dog, greeted us. We didn't want any contact. She shouldn't have been there. Room was cold, then too hot. Stinky. Picture shows a Suite (it's in the name). But instead a small, cramped room. TV guide didn't work. Barking, whining dog 2 doors down. Won't return under any circumstances.

Next, we spent 2 nights because i was scheduled for a 'procedure' at a doctor's office. The prep for the procedure kept me up most of the night the first night of our stay. I was trying to get some rest on our second day (before my procedure), but at 9 a.m. the yard people began clipping the hedges just outside our room and then spent another 30-45 minutes 'blowing' those clippings. Needless to say, NO rest was possible. Additionally, upon checking in, i immediately discovered that there was NO hand soap, shower gel, or shampoo in the room. All of the containers that hold these otems were completely EMPTY. It took 2 phone calls to the front desk to get these delivered to our room. How do you service a room & not check these important items? It was crazy! The shower was terrible. No water pressure & very poor shower head. They claimed that they had undergone a remodel, but I saw no examples of such. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this hotel/motel to an enemy for a good place to stay, let alone a friend or relative. We will never stay here again.

Breakfast —good scrambled eggs and lits of choices. Staff could not have been better. Pool nice. Card keys need resetting (wipe easily) but very safe feeling place and nice all around. Would come back.

The breakfast was great and had a variety of choices. I did not like that the doors face outside vs indoors. I have children and I was a bit concerned throughout the night but our stay was overall pretty good.

This is not an ADA accessible hotel. There aren't ramps and it's difficult to lift luggage up curbs. Staff were really friendly. The property needs work (Flaking paint, scum in the pool) but it did the trick for the price.

The rooms were very clean. The staff in the front were very nice. The bar tender was kind of rude. Other than that was a very nice stay.

Our stay at Best Western InnSuites Tucson Foothills exceeded all expectations. From the beautiful suite (impeccable as far as bed, couch, hot tub, cleanliness, wifi and insulation) to the desk employee's friendliness, in addition to the social hour and free breakfast, absolutely everything was great. The property is serene, quiet and the surrounding area has great restaurants. It is on a great side of town and the price was unbeatable.

The hot tub was warm but jets didn’t work

No balcony as I had a room on the bottom floor. The gym, is not a gym. It has an eliptical, no treadmill, and the free weights went up to 20 lbs.

Gym needs a treadmill. We were in room 130 . The bathtub had mildew bit was otherwise clean. The bathtub flow balve was loose and leaky. Otherwise, everything else was clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Everything was clean as needed! We did have a towel that had a few stains on it but didn't deter me from using it but that was the only thing I can think of that was not perfect!

Very friendly and thorough check in. Room setup was not ideal. Light switches on entry door wall did not work. Toilet and sink are not close together.

Very dated building. Some upgrades en remodel have been done but it still feels outdated. Beds are comfy. Bathroom was clean. AC is either on full blast and noisy or off. While not a horrible stay..wouldnt stay at this property again. Staff was friendly.

The shower would turn ice cold and then hot again. Very thin walls. Older hotel. It was ok, but not for the price. We’ll spend a little extra somewhere else next time.

Lobby staff

The bed was very uncomfortable and someone above us was walking around all night. We could hear toilets flushing and showers going all night and early morning. Not the cleanest either.

The room was very clean. The only thing that was a bother was the people in the hot tub. It was right outside of our door and at times they were very loud. I would ask for a room on the other side of the building next time. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The jetted tub in my room was stained, scratched up, broken buttons and mildew everywhere. The front door is so slim that you can see outside with it shut making me feel uncomfortable. I won’t be back.

It is a nice room. I felt the amenities of the towels were very cheap. The breakfast was nice. It’s located in a very convenient area. The bed did slope to the middle. Very nice people that work here.

Dirty room-filthy carpet, clogged bathtub (gross hair in drain). Hot tub jets have no pressure at all. Our room looked nothing like the one pictured on the website.

In the second room, carpets and floors were filthy. Socks/bare feet got literally black within minutes. Pillow covers were ancient and had edges hard enough to leave scratches on the skin. Floors behind the furniture had debris. TV in the "living" area had such poor reception we could not watch it. Body wash ran out the first day, and shampoo the next. We ended up washing with conditioner. The buffet "hot" breakfast was not only boring, but I am sure not hot enough to pass health dept standards. Second day, no yogurt. We skipped breakfast altogether the last day. Nothing like Best Western standards we have always expected. Definitely would not recommend this place to anybody. On checking out, it was the proverbial "sorry 'bout that". They did make a list of our complaints, however.

The room was okay, but the looks of the outside did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Best Western. We had a very late check-in which I had called earlier to let them know. Not only were the staircase lights either out or dim, the first set of keys did not work. And there was no place to park.

The place was decent. The key to the room stop working multiple times and the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower head needs to be replaced.

Check-in was friendly and I was upgraded from a second floor to a first floor. Happy hour was a plus and the staff was very friendly. Our room was spaces and roomy. Breakfast was the norm with waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and scrambled eggs and potatoes. PJ's was a bit small for such a large hotel and guests.

The check in process was very friendly. The room was clean but was located next to the laundry room so it was noisier than most rooms and there were several housekeeping carts parked outside our room throughout our 2 day stay. The breakfast was very good and the young man running breakfast was courteous and kept everything stocked with fresh items. The breakfast room was pretty small, however.

Staff were really nice and accommodating. Our room wasn’t ready by 3pm, but they did a good job of getting us in asap. Water was hot, breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. All good.

The next morning, when I expressed these concerns to the new General Manager, “Alfonso”he asked me to wait and tell his housekeeping manager. I showed him pictures and explained the problems with this room, which I did. Then, he apologized for the oversights and offered to deposit some reward points into my Best Western account. I accepted his offer and felt a little better about our situation but…. he didn’t follow through with that either. We felt taken in by the misleading photos of the nice, clean rooms advertised on line which did NOT reflect the reality of the run-down room we were given. Note: The friendly servers in the breakfast area were the only bright spot in our experience.

My neighbors were very noisy, and despite multiple requests, I was denied a room change. The restaurant was difficult to locate, with no clear signage. I need an invoice for this stay as it was a business trip, yet I have received nothing. Overall, my experience was very frustrating.

Room was clean and as expected. Light level is quite low. I found the main room light controlled by entry light with was not plugged in which made in real hard to see when arriving after dark. The shower from the start had no body soap but had shampoo and conditioner. Room temps were appropriate. Breakfast options were unchanged all 3 days-potato, sausage and scrambled egg. Only sliced bread no bagels or other bread options. Yogurt was from a dispenser. Coffee machine had a tricky dispense mode confusing all first time users. Fresh fruit-apples, oranges, and bananas. But the later were hard rock green. Convient to many food and shopping opportunities. I'd stay again

Staff was great, but everything was going ok till I got into the shower. No shampoo, no soap. They have these bottles hanging on the wall, and no way of determining if anything is inside till you start pumping away.

The best thing here was the guest happy hour! The “cafe” by the pool was good for breakfast. My husband liked the mini yogurt bar. The king suite had a weird layout. The bathroom was off the kitchenette and you had to walk outside of the bedroom to access it and then walk into the bedroom to use the sink. All said it was comfortable. Be aware that there are no plates or silverware in the kitchenette

This is a motel, not a hotel. The rating of 8.2 on Expedia is not deserved. The place was gross

No hot water for all of our stay

Room is clean and nice. The outer part of hotel could use a little upgrade, and it's loud. Has grills and pool ect. Seemed like old apartment complex.

Staff was amazing, room is old, dated, dirty. The sofa sleeper was full of cut fingernails, dirt, old food crums, and just nasty. It appeared as it hasn't been cleaned in years base on the debris and fingernails.

The room was dated and a little shabby but clean; bed wasn't comfortable but just acceptable. Front desk staff were helpful. Walls are thin - I had a noisy neighbor in my first room but was moved to another room which proved to be much better. On any normal restaurant scale the breakfast would be considered poor but compared to other budget hotels it wasn't bad for free breakfast with eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes along with the usual waffle machine, cheap breads for toast, muffins, orange juice, etc. There was a problem with the hot water heater while I was there, so no hot water in my room - I trust this is a rare situation. It wasn't quite a disaster but I likely won't stay again with better other options at this price point around Tucson.

We didn’t have hot water. Just Luke warm wish made for a cold shower. They had a lot of rooms rented so maybe it was a copacity issue

It was good condition but it did not have a single sofabed. The water was not hot. The room phone was not working so we couldn't call the reception.

They declined us for a deposit. We didnt even get to stay the night! They declined us because of a water shut off problem that they didnt send a psa about until the next morning! Terrible service never coming back will tell everyone about the roach motel you run here unless we get some compensation.

Check in staff gives 0 Fs. Room was surface clean, but the sink was slow draining and smelled. I pulled the stopper and it was coated in hair and gunk. I have a picture it was so nasty.

The room was ok. Pros The bed was very comfortable , had a small sofa to sit on. Overall nice, but Cons needed some upgrades on maintenance. Paint and doors needed touching up. But my main complaint was I couldn’t get the water hot enough to take a shower. I did but froze! I told the front desk and all she said was, yes I have had others complain too, we are looking into it.

Worst experience at this hotel! Whoever is leaving their reviews is a liar. No way people are enjoying their stay here. First the over charged us for our stay after already paying through Expedia then the rooms were beyond nasty and dirty. The walls are paper thin we heard the room next to us at 6am like they were in our room with us. The from desk morning lady was so rude when we told her our issues. Do not believe the good reviews like we did.

It's a good stay. Everything is good except for the towels and facilities are a bit old, but totally usable and in good conditions.

We didn't eat breakfast. But the coffee from the breakfast bar was good. The service was great. I was having trouble with the thermostat and my mom was very cold. I called the front desk and sent someone up right away and they got the thermostat taken care of. Service was exceptional and above and beyond. My dad was life flighted to Tucson Medical Center due to a stroke so being able to get a room with wonderful welcoming service was very refreshing in the middle of a difficult situation.

My room smelled like pet urine. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. The breakfast room was too small and the staff could not keep up the items. It’s very old and tired looking.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were clean. I loved the little kitchenette. I loved that it had a pub where you could get a fullfood at night that was good and they had a full breakfast.. if I could pick one thing that I would do differently at this hotel it would be to have a grassy area out back for dogs because having rocks is hard a lot of dogs don't like rocks to go to the bathroom on and it's noisy. Other than that I loved this hotel

The room had a bad smoke smell, maybe from the carpet. We moved to another room on the 2nd floor which was not ready, then a third room. After we got unpacked, someone had the same key and came in on us. It was a little stressful.

There was lots of noise that resting was almost impossible. Otherwise the facility is ok

I arrived late in the evening. The night shift clerk. (Jason I think) was very polite, helpful and efficient. Hotel is quite dated but clean with comfortable bed. The breakfast was better than average as well. For the price it’s a good place to stay.

This hotel was a treasure and a bargain, providing not only a nicely decorated, well-equipped suite and full hot breakfast but also an evening "social time" with free drinks. I loved the sangria. The laundry room machines worked well and were a bargain price. The pool and hot tub looked inviting but weather was already too cool to try them. We enjoyed our stay.

The only negative was the anemic partially obstructed cheap shower head. Come on ... it's a 10 dollar part that says so much about how well the facility is maintained.

We booked a stay over and realized that there is no ROOM SERVICE! Not even the trashcans were emptied! Further in the next room a machinery was rumbling day and night. To have a relaxed sleep was not possible! This is not a Best Western Standard!

The fact it had two rooms made it feel larger than a regular hotel room stay, as it had two tv's and a pullout couch.

The staff welcome was the thing I could rate with the most positive response. I almost NEVER leave negative reviews as I understand and appreciate all the work that goes into every level of the service industry. But, this property itself was in such a shambles, I can't recommend against staying strongly enough. There were things ranging from litter and even dirty, wet socks outside my door. Then inside the room were dead bugs inside the bathroom in the corner, what I'm pretty sure was blood on the wall by the wet bar area, a floor so dirty if you walked around with barefeet your feet got black, the tiled baseboards were crumbling, the wallpaper looked waterlogged. There was no way any of this could be addressed by a single cleaning, so there was no point in mentioning it to the staff. (I was also in town for a funeral, so I had no energy to spare on requesting improvements to the room.) Do not stay at this location unless you have to for proximity to what you're doing in town. Period

Outdoor pool and hot tub. In house cafe. Great breakfast. Basketball court. Tennis court. Rooms were quiet. Very pleasant.

The bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling apart, making it feel like the place hasn’t been maintained in years. The so-called housekeeping was just as nasty—throwing pillows on the floor and then putting them back on the bed like that’s normal. It’s absolutely unsanitary, and I can only imagine what else gets “cleaned” the same way. This was supposed to be a safe, comfortable stay, but instead, it was a nightmare. I felt uncomfortable, dirty, and ripped off the entire time. No guest should ever have to deal with filth, bugs, and negligence like this. Save yourself the headache, the disgust, and the wasted money. Stay anywhere else—this hotel is a disgrace.

The staff was excellent. I needed assistance twice and they were very responsive. The front desk clerk i engaged with was extremely friendly and professional. The room was outdated. In the bathroom, there was one light that would not turn off at all. We just kept the door shut at night so it wouldnt bother us. The room had a bit of an odor to it but it went away afted a while. Most noticeable when we first entered. The breakfast was decent. It was myself and 3 kids, agesq6, 12, and 2 and there was something for everyone. Healthy options as well. We weren't out walking the property much but it felt safe overall. I would maybe try a different place before staying here again.

Closer to shopping

The "kitchenette" oven and sink looked nice. Kitchenettes are useless if there are no dishes or silverware or pots/pans if you want to use their pretty flattop stove...useless. I usually keep my hairdryer like most guests who use one...in the BATHROOM not in a little black bag hidden in the closet outside the bathroom. So, since after looking high and low in the bathroom where one belongs, it became evident there wasn't one supplied for their guests and I went without shower to an important event. Whole in carpet in between sofa and coffee table. Years ago (we are travelers...well traveled much more than we do now) I always looked for BEST WESTERN because I could be certain it WAS indeed one of the BEST "hotels". I stopped even considering BEST WESTERN as time passed and BEST WESTERN let them shelves go. I chose this Best Western fiasco because it was an emergency trip and unplanned financial trip so, as now as seniors on such limited budget I had to make a choice I truly was in dread. The grounds seem to be well kept..hit and miss on employee attitude to help...I only take my time for reviews if it's of excellence or not a choice I would ever make again IF I HAD the choice..hopefully you WILL take this to heart as management and for future guests

The property was listed ad no Smoking but the room was permeated with the smell of smoke and “old”. It was dark and dingy. It is listed as a hotel but is actually an old motel. The carpet was old and overall the room was outdated. Far below standards, I couldn’t stay the night as the odor and overall appearance made me nauseous. The property would not refund my money so I wasted approximately $169 for the two rooms I rented but couldn’t stay in. Expedia did provide a little Expedia cash to try to provide a little compensation for the bad experience. I would not recommend booking here.

Visiting from out of town Has no water for a whole day constantly being it would be fix in the next hour or 30 mins everytime what they said past by had wasted a whole day because I couldn’t shower had to shower with a gallon of water they offer no refund or service of any kind was waiting since 8 am being told it would be fixed wasn’t fixed till almost 9pm

We got the king suite with jacuzzi and sofa bed the room was clean but I have to say the architect who drew the room up was definitely not an architect. The Jacuzzi tub is in the main bedroom with a sink then in the bar area there is another bathroom with tub/shower and toilet with no sink. Other than that the sofa bed was given one fitted sheet a regular sheet one blanket and one pillow. The sofa bed was like sleeping on a frame only. You were literally stuck in the bed and difficult getting out. The king bed it was very comfortable. No safe in room. Other than those things it was a good stay.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was decent, only issue I had was the last night of my reservation, at about 4am someone tried to break into my car. The alarm scared them off but it was still hard to sleep after that.

I liked being close to the dining area. I did not like the surroundings around the rooms. It was dirty. There was equipment, trash cans, and janitorial supplies. Looks like the property was going under renovations.

We were right next to the boiler room so it fairly noisy all night.

Nice location in Marana / NE Tucson: close to good restaurant and our family. Older property, but the interiors have been remodeled. A fair breakfast and pool - a little upgrades would help the exterior - though nicely landscaped. Staff is friendly and professional. Overall, a good value.

While recently in Tucson with a family member in the hospital I booked this hotel. I was traveling alone went into the room and the switch light didn’t turn any lights on. The only light in the room was coming from my vehicle. I found a lamp and it didn’t work either. I found another lamp and that one seemed to work. As the light came on I saw a huge black bug either a spider or big fly on the ceiling. I immediately walked out. Drove back to the front desk and told desk clerk what had happened. He offered another room but I didn’t feel safe. Drove to a different hotel and booked a room. After settling in I contacted Expedia and asked for a refund. They contacted Best Western and front desk refused my refund.

The property needs some TLC, pretty run down. The tub was stained, the outside walkways were dirty with food and general trash. The bedding was not even close to the usual Best Western standards, the bottom sheets were pilly and thin, the comforters were thin as well and worn. We were going to stay here on our return visit but have changed our mind.

A lot of people were there to party no shame but I travel with my kids people don’t know how to handle themselves in public my microwave was broken my iron was broken people were fighting all hours of the night

Did not even get a room as the deposit was not covered with a original payment so original payment was accepted and never even got to the room. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.

Room was ok. Comforter was stained and the sheets had a big yellow stain. Asked to replace the bed sheets and comforter, they just made the bed with the same sheets. The wall by the door had a blood stain and so did the curtains next to the door. Worst BW I've ever stayed at. Never again @this location. I also have pictures of everything I mentioned.

Nice, clean hotel with a fun social vibe. The only issue we had (which was very annoying) was that although the hotel was labeled pet-friendly, after booking our jacuzzi room we found out that pets aren’t allowed in that specific room….so we paid extra for something we weren’t able to enjoy because they downgraded us to a lesser room for the same price of course.

We checked in late, and found out there is no hot water after get into the room. We call the front desk, the front desk said it could be due to many people are showering at the same time, just wait for another half hour. However, the truth is they had a broken heater or something, apparently, many people had already complain to them. They should just tell the truth straightly, instead of lying.

Bad service and didn't solve the complaint.

The room was good and I liked the policy of staff only entering it by request. The breakfast was excellent with good quality and plenty of choice.

I recently stayed at Bea’s Western and was very disappointed with my check-in experience. I had an event to attend and was unable to check in early, which I understood and worked around. However, when I returned after the event, I was lectured like a child about not having a party in the room — completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. I’ve never been spoken to like that at check-in anywhere else. As a Diamond member with both Choice Hotels and Wyndham, I expect to be treated with respect. This experience left a very negative impression, and I will be reconsidering future stays here.

I have stayed at this Best Western many many times and every time I stay I never have a single problem until this time. I am so highly disappointed and I am so irritated and feel really taken advantage of and very discouraged. It was my birthday and for my birthday my husband and I got a room and we paid extra for that room so we could have a room with a jacuzzi tub. Which would have been awesome had I been able to actually use The jacuzzi tub instead of just sit there and stare at it wondering why I wasted my money and spent extra money on this special thing for nothing. They had some water issues going on while I stayed there and half the time I was there they had some water and the other half they had no water at all so I couldn't even fill the tub up to take a bath and when they did have water they only had cold water and no hot running water so again worthless. My husband went to the front desk and complained and told them hey it's her birthday and she got a room that she can't even use and the rude rude woman in the front said well sir that's not our fault, referring to the water problem. Well GUESS WHAT LADY, ITS NOT MY FAULT EITHER! She was no help at all and she was very quite rude with a bad attitude she did not offer me anything to try and compensate for their problem. I honestly feel like I should get a refund because I was able to reserve a room that misled me to think I could actually use it.The disappointment of not using something I paid for on my birthday.

My family stayed one night. The hotel and room was clean. The Staff was friendly.

My husband and I and our dog went for a little get away. The reception was friendly and they had cookies waiting for us. A little happy hourwith a complimentary beer wine or soft drink. They also had some bar food available that was excellent so we didn't have to drive anywhere. We didn't use the hot tub or swimming pool but it looked like everyone was having a nice time. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet for sleeping, very clean. They had a full breakfast in the am and our parking was right outside our door. The price was good. The pet pricewas a little high (40)but considering the rest, it wasn't a point to argue. I highly recommend especially if you have kids

One night stay…limited parking, and the lot is poorly lit and needs repaved. At least nine people hanging around outside smoking weed…sitting on the stairs blocking them. Got into the room and needed to turn on the AC…it was loud and clunky, and did not work too well. A light see-through curtain over the window, no privacy. The room was pretty clean and everything else seemed to work. The mattress was horrible…it might as well have been plywood. The pillows were good though. Trying to get a few hours sleep…water hammer in the pipes inside the walls. The breakfast area was well stocked, clean, and busy. Overall, not a very good hotel…very old and has seen better days.

Weird having check in and office in separate buildings when room key doesn’t work. Circled buildings twice looking for the office in a separate building with a road in between ?.

Enjoyed my stay

Hotel was older snd could use some TLC. Breakfast was descent and the ladies who were taking care of that area were very nice and helpful.

The room was okay, perfectly acceptable for what you pay. The ice machine was not convenient at all, had to walk across the parking lot to get to it and the parking was really difficult.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the pool/jacuzzi.

They had a biker rally at the hotel. Enough said.

The Waitress in there was very good at her job, she made sure everyone was taken care of, took food orders, and kept the popcorn machine going. In the morning for breakfast the 2 ladies in there made sure the place stayed clean and the buffet filled.

Would have probably gave it 5 stars, but the 1st room we had, the bath sink faucet was broken. They sent maintenance right away, but he was unable to fix it, so they moved us to a different room. The 2nd room was cleaner. Breakfast was typical. Parking was ok, at least they didn't charge. Reception staff was ok, not much personality, but cordial and professional.

I would say that it was okay for the price, but the hotel definitely needs work done. The towel hook was falling out of the wall, everything just looking old and run down. Cleaning crew did not empty the ice bucket, there was a pill on the floor and someone left a pair of contacts on the nightstand that the cleaning person didn't remove so suspect minimal cleaning was done. Would not stay here again with so many more options. Was disappointed. Staff was nice and helpful, though.

Rooms are nice, clean, and the staff were really helpful. We had a dog and the property had spots for dogs and some good sidewalks to walk. The noises is what made this an average stay. Smoke alarm went off randomly and you can hear neighbors pretty easily. So many random noises in the ceiling that it was tough to not sleep without a tv on. The price was great but I am not sure I would stay again,

This was a little gem. For the money I would highly recommend a night or two. Check in was great. Lovely staff and you get free breakfast, free evening drink and bottled water. Coffee available all day. Where it lacks in moderation it is making up with the people. Found the housekeeping top notice too. Towel around the pool etc. it is an old building in fact almost retro.

First room we were placed in had blood on light switches, dirty sheets with hair on them, and light fixtures broken on the wall. They moved us and the second room was better but still dirty, towels were stained, walls were horribly dirty, ac either didnt run at all or ran non stop. Only highlight was the nice gals at the breakfast buffet. They were very sweet.

I have stayed at this property several times over the years. I was pleased to have a remodeled room which was comfortable-the bed was great and the abundance of pillows was appreciated.

It was close to where we needed to be and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Free breakfast was great.

Clean and convenient!

The bed look like the sheets wernt changed

First room we were assigned had exposed wires,holes in the wall and human bodily fluids on the sheets. After reporting to front desk, was "upgraded" to second room that had urine stains on the sheets. Third room had blood on the sheets and mold in the cabinets. After moving to two more rooms, both unclean and witnessed by maintenance, gave up after ten pm and moved to a different hotel. Reaching out to general manager next morning was met with rudeness and we were hung up on. I would not and could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great service at checkin, cookies and water free. Room was comfortable and clean..just noisy neighbour as has adjoining room..but it was close to pool and breakfast room. Happy hour room was good meeting place with free drink and popcorn, especially nice as it was too cold to sit by pool. Area had good Mexican restaurant a few blocks down on Oracle.
