The dishwasher was not well mounted, and some edges of doors and drawers were worn. We had young children we hoped to bathe in the bathtub, but the half of the glass tub door that was glued in place was on the faucet side, making it difficult to do so.

Housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was poor. Food was ok but ran out quickly and was not replenished. No staff found to request replenishment. Coffee was in lobby only and ran out and was not promptly replenished. Coffee makers in rooms which may account for lack of coffee at breakfast buffet.

Quiet. The bed could have been bigger and more pillows. The wife fell out of bed one night!

I like the breakfast choices, small but efficient and good options. Furnitures seemed dated, some pieces a bit smelly I would say. Appliances are functioning, but the fridge is noisy after our first night, the property engineer tried to address it but the noise came back during our stay. Staff, parking, locations are great.

Everything you need if staying a couple of days - kitchenette with coffee and everything to cook with - water pressure in the shower was awesome all around good place to stay.

Love having full kitchen. Bonus: Giuseppe's north oracle road was delicious... drink, meal and dessert. Starbucks also across the street.

We have stayed here before. We are more satisfied and impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Long story short, we never got our room but were charged for it. Lucky for me I put a hold on my CC. At 3pm, my check in time, I called to make sure the room was ready and was told it was not and there was no ETA for when it would be though I was told they would call me back. Th woman on the phone was very unapologetic and indifferent. She mentioned something about the maids having trouble turning the rooms. I let an hour and a half pass and called 5x with no answer. I left a message explaining that this was unacceptable and I would be putting a hold on my CC in case they tried to charge me and I would no longer be needing the room. At 9:30 PM a different person called asking if I was coming and told me they tried to charge my card but it was declined. I explained the situation to her and she was apologetic. The next day I called to make sure it was ok for me to take the lock off my CC and got someone else who was unaware of the situation, didn't offer me anything for my time but assured me they were sorry and the reservation had been canceled. I have two small children and was in town for an event. This whole situation was so chaotic and the lack of customer service I received was pretty appalling. The room was supposed to be $260 for an evening but they were trying to charge me $320. I also had to get a new card as the CC company was having issues getting the lock off which isn't the hotels fault but more bs I had to deal with because someone majorly dropped the ball.

I was very disapointed in the fact I could not collect my Marriot award points as I booked via Hotels.Com. Knowing this I Will never book via Hotels.com again.

Liked that i could work from the couch with little table or from full desk. Room was very quiet! Unfortunately I got in late and left early so i can't speak to the other amenities. I'd stay here again

Stayed for a 2-night trip. Arrived late for check-in, and front desk attendant was grumpy and would not look for another room for us. Other than that, stay was fine. Room was clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast was okay. Pool was nice for a short dip.

The breakfast was great and actually felt safe to grab and go despite covid still being around. Loved the tv/streaming options in the room. Would absolutely come back.

The room was perfect for an extended stay. Close to several restaurants or cook in. Complete breakfast, not gourmet, but a good selection. Laundry and exercise rooms.

We’ve stayed here several times. This year We were disappointed that our unit seemed to have less attention paid to it by the cleaning staff. We had to leave notes everyday if we needed basic things like a dish rag or dish towel, our garbage was not emptied every day (this facility now has two micro plastic bins for trash and recycling) and one of the days our bed was unmade. We pay a premium to stay here and so we expect these things to be handled appropriately.

Great value for room with two bedrooms and kitchen. Not quite the excellence of Marriott products that I am familiar with, but would stay again because of the value.

The walls are so thin no sound barrier I guess my t.v. was to loud at only 10pm I got asked to turn my t.v. down. So lame dont plan on playing any music unless you want to be asked to turn it down like ur in some monastery.

I’ve never stayed in a Towneplace property before, but it will not be my last time!! This is the perfect place for a family with children.
