The receptionist in the evening of 5/6/26 was rude and felt as if she was bothered she was checking us in. However, the morning receptionist was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The queen beds. When my husband and I returned to our room we was locked out of our room. I reserved 3 additional days when I checked in with the clerk. The clerk informed me that my husband was a choice member and we could get a additional 15% discount. Once my husband and I could not get into the room I called and was put on hold for a long time. My husband went down to the clerk to find out why we were locked out. The clerk abverdently did not update the reservation due to a shift change. She had it all wrong.. As my husband explained to her, she corrected the problem.. Bur she was rude and disrespectful to my husband and told him to leave or she would have him kicked out. My husband and I checked out of the hotel after we could not reach the manager and did a formal complaint with customer relations on the phone for about a hour. They booked us at another location for the remainderof our stay in Tuscon. I was not pleased with the manager once I spoke to him. He was making all kinds of accusations. He said he had to talk to the clerk. I told him to roll his cameras. He have not contact me back yet.

Great and helpful staff. Location was not ideal for walking. A little noisy outside in the evening. Saw pan handlers in the area. AC sounded like a freight train.

Property looked to be well maintained. Pool was nice and clean. The umbrella you had to have the front desk attendant to open it. The umbrella needs work, but it was still usable for shade. We noticed that they were doing upgrades to some of the rooms on the first floor. The front desk attendant, shuttle driver and the person catering breakfast are all professional. Thank you. Our room was of a good size two queen beds refrigerator and microwave oven and a nice size flat screen television. 50 inch? Clean room and the room service ladies were very nice and clean our room and bathroom and towel service. Thank you too. Oh there was also a laundry area for guest. We did not use. We would recommend this Hotel to stay at.

The entire staff is wonderful - very friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms have been recently updated and are very quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is welcoming, clean, and the food options are good. Parking on site is easy and safe. I recommend this property!

The general manager Felix was super friendly and helpful when I was coordinating a brief luggage hold and the shuttle to the airport. Thanks for the overall great stay!

My only concern with this stay was that both windows in my first floor room were unlocked and slightly open. I hope in the future hotel staff will perform security checks of windows prior to occupancy.

Bed was a bIt hard for my taste

Some tables not wiped off properly, sticky and with crumbs. This area needs better management. Pool area clean, laundry machines excelente, all day coffee nice. Loved having a microwave and fridge in our nice spacious room which had a comfy chair and leg rest. The room staff where on top things. Front desk staff very accommodating- helped with early check in. Noise level in the hall ways none existent. I would give them another try. Hope they can configure the Breakfast area better and keep up with cleaning tables a little better. Loved they had cookies and some treats in the lobby too. Will book again.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. I was very happy with everything and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the wood flooring instead of carpet and the modern shades. We were above the pool and there were many kids in the pool, but we could not hear it in the room.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The breakfast food was plentiful and tasty and the lady who worked there was really on top of things. The bed was comfy and the shower worked great.

I tried to print my boarding pass. Your printer was not working. The counter staff was to busy to help. I finally had to get help from the staff in the morning. Also sound proofing in the room was poor. Voices and conversations originating outside the room could be overheard. The parking lot could use a little love, as well as the landscaping.

The staff was so great during this stay. After an especially long travel, I just needed their extra attention and cleanliness. Truly a delightful stay. I lobe you Sylviaass

Room had been recently updated and was clean. nightlight in the bathroom was not working and had been glued into the outlet? noise from hallway heard easily in the room so sound insulation was not great. Breakfast was just okay.

Eventhough I was told that I would need to request housekeeping service if I wanted it, it came each day. My room was perfectly clean with the bed made on my return each day. The only negative thing was that the bathroom sink was very slow to drain and I probably should have contacted the front desk. That could happen anywhere though.

More soap bars, only one small one provided.

What a beautiful beautiful room and hotel. Very clean. Room had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, safe, ironing board and iron. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Darkening blinds. Room so well insulated- didn't have to turn on the heat or a/c. Free water bottles and cookies. Front desk clerk came to our room to adjust the connection that was loose on our TV. Very friendly. Heated outdoor pool and spa. Very clean grounds. Dog friendly was our first filter. Room was $53 cheaper going through Expedia! Worth any extra over other hotels.

We liked everything about this facility.

My family and I were very comfortable at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the reception staff treated us with complete kindness and hospitality, all of them: Stacy, Ismael, and Angelica, and I'm missing the name of another young woman who was also super attentive to us. They offered us water, cookies, coffee, tea, and sweets at all times, and a hot and cold breakfast in the mornings. The woman who works in the food area was very kind and always kept the area well-stocked. The housekeeping staff was wonderful too. We've stayed in many hotels, and I can say that the staff at this hotel were exceptional. The quality of the hotel is very good, and the rooms in particular are excellent. The cleanliness was outstanding. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, amenities, among other things. The area is safe, access to the hotel is controlled, and we always felt secure leaving our cars parked outside.

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed at. Very clean, up to date, and roomy. It had a front seating area with a hide-a-bed and tv. The bedroom had a door to close off any noise and also had a tv. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety of options. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

One of my favorite places to stay in tucson

Solid place to stay, would happily stay there again

This was our second time staying in this inn. It was not as pleasant as the first time. The furniture and carpet are outdated. There are holes on the curtain. The AC was not on when we checked in around 6pm and the room was extremely hot and it took 3-4 hours for the room to cool down. Breakfast, on the contrary, was nice. There was a lady stayed in the kitchen all the time and kept checking on the food to make sure it's available to the guest.

It was noisy on the 2nd floor due to poor insulation between 3rd and 2d floor. The bathroom had cracks on the floor.

Nice hotel they look recently remodeled but the remodel was kind of haphazard. The dresser was shorter than the bed so when watching tv you were actually looking down. Also the floor was wavy. Nice decorations but very few outlets for charging devices.

Breakfast was good. Walls are extremely thin. You will everything from footsteps to sinks and toilets. Hope you are a sound sleeper.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed. The decor is tasteful and relaxing. We appreciated shampoo, conditioner and lotion in wall-mounted squeeze bottles rather than wasteful throw-away little individual containers. We unexpectedly got a "suite" - not sure if we paid extra for it! - but it was nice to have a separate little living room and food prep area (microwave, minifridge, countertop, cupboards) during our 4-day stay. Quiet neighborhood once you're off the main street, good for an after-dinner walk.

Hotel personnel were awesome! Very helpful. Room needs updating however. The toliet sits way too close to the floor and honestly the shower curtain was way too flimsy. The bath tub was very worn. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is very well run and clean. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Shuttle service to the airport and laundry facilities are great amenities. Breakfast was early and good. The bed was comfortable, and heating/cooling system worked great. The only issue was noise from the outdoor pool and the toddler in the room upstairs who ran back and forth for about an hour when I was ready to sleep. No carpeting feels cleaner but accentuates the noise. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

Liked it so well we chose to return the next night. We had traveled to Tuscon on our way to Tombstone. On the return trip, winds were making travel hazardous so we decided to stay over another night.

Pretty standard airport hotel. Shuttle service is very convenient and complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. The room felt a bit empty and echoey, and the drain plug in the shower wasn’t fully removable so it kept sliding back in while showering. But other than that it was totally fine and clean. Might recommend other hotels in the area which are similar price but slightly better vibes.

We did use the gym and the weight options were what we needed. Easy to access from the interstate and it was quiet
