The staff and the facilities were spotless on a daily basis a the staff was lovely and overly accommodating, went out of their way to address any issues. An investment in room and pool towels would be a vast improvement. I also would have liked to have seen a few lounge chairs at the pool, the AC in my room was quite loud at times.

Clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great with eggs to bacon/sausage to breads/pastries to oatmeal. The kitchen was stocked well with all you need and fridge was nice and large to keep all your foods cold and stored. The gym was also open 24 hours and had all you need for a good stregnth training and cardio workout

Property was clean, and the room was very comfortable. The property was at a good location to where I was visiting. Breakfast was good at hotel. Had made a reservation through Booking.com, and received confirmation from hotel and booking.com. Front desk clerk could not find reservation and made me call booking.com to verify.

This hotel was modern and very clean. The breakfast was excellent both days. The pool area was perfect and the gas grill was an excellent amenity. We grilled out by the pool and this was a nice break from restaurants. The workers were friendly and accommodating. Very nice fitness center too.

Hotel and room are very clean. Staff was great. The breakfast was really good. Bathrooms were clean. The only thing that wasn’t great was the bed. it was like sleeping on a board. Didn’t like the location of the TV. Get rid of the big entertainment area with desk and put the TV on the wall and put a smaller desk in there would work better in the room

Unfortunately, our room smelled like someone ate a deli sandwich with lots of onions and it was hard to sleep.

Overpriced, advertises as "suites" but it offers very small rooms. The whole experience is of a dated, not well maintained place. The air conditioning was very loud and it was spewing black soot from the vents. The breakfast was lacking any fruit or healthy food. overall a bad experience. Do not go there... Marriott should be embarrassed to have their name on this facility.

Due to medical issues, my husband and I sleep best in separate beds. We had reserved a room with a queen bed and pull out sofa. The bed and sofa were situated so that you could not pull out the sofa - it banged into the bed. When we called the front desk, we were told to "just move the bed." Move it where? There were two heavy tables on each side of the bed and my husband and I are both 75 years old.

Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff made us feel very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony having tea.

Poor amenities, the comforter on the bed was dirty, I pulled it off the bed. The AC was very noisy The chairs on the outside patio were dirty.

Wrong hotel site. Was supposed to be at their sister property and they would not let me transfer the reservation from one site to the other. Is I have to pay penalty fees.

Staff is excellent! Rooms have everything you need for a possible extended stay. Near the airport so keep that in mind if a lite sleeper.

Breakfast was cold during prime time 8am

Breakfast was a gamble. Multiple mornings we found moldy muffins and / or yogurt. When broughr ro attention of staff, she rolled her eyes and pit it back when you turned around..

Pool was water clean, but lacked leaf cleaning, didn’t look like it had been done for days. Room was clean, but had paint peeling from the grilling where there may have been previous water damage. Shower was amazing! One of the best I’ve had in a hotel in a long time! Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

Quiet, convenient and easily found could walk to it from airport, but only in the winter too hot in the summer to wslk. Only problem is that I had to get an Uber because the so called pick up never came as I melted away in the heat waiting. Orher than that very nice place to stay.

Great place to stay before a flight! Perfect! The shuttle drivers were a father and son and they were fantastic!

We had a last minute, unexpected stay. First of all, the staff was amazing. We were exhausted and he was super nice and accommodating! The hotel itself was so nice! The bathrooms are beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

I feel the best part about staying at this hotel was the fact that they had laundry facilities. You can’t find that at many locations.

Terrible. After driving 12 hours with another 10 hour left on my trip with my family, we stopped for a relaxing night. We checked in with no problems. When we arrived at our room it was 95 degrees. My kids were exhausted and we couldn’t sleep. Room didn’t finally get comfortable until about 1 am. I definitely expected more from a Marriott chain. Was very disappointing. Needless to say I had to continue my journey on about 4 hours of sleep. Please do better and think of your guests. At least keep the AC on 80 so it won’t take as long to cool. You are actually wasting more electricity by keeping it off because it will run until it reaches the temperature. So your attempt as saving is definitely not smart.

The experience was as it should be. The layout of the room could have been a little more functionable but the room was clean and quiet.

I’m old and I need the pool to be a little warmer. It’s probably fine for everyone else.

It wasn’t the best, but not terrible. I would probably not return. The carpet was dirty, linens were dirty and hair all over it. We were grossed out therefore making difficult to get comfortable. The pool was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

Property charges daily for parking and doesn’t disclose that information ahead of time. Room was old and dingy and my bathroom smelled like the had cleaned it with Raid Bug Spray. Won’t be staying there again.

Only minor complaint was the lack of hot water. The water from the taps was never more than luke-warm, which made a hot shower or a bath impossible.

The breakfast was the only pro. Otherwise this was set up like an extended stay, and I had to request they clean my room after the 4th day. Most hotels cleanor at least check with you daily. They charge a daily rate for parking. Although not much, it was still a hidden charge that was not mentioned to me when booking or upon check in. Im not sure why the charge since there was a sign in the parking lot saying to park at your own risk and there was no security guard patrolling the lot. While aibwoukd stay at Townplace again, I won't be staying at this location.

The groinds were nice. Breakfast was plentiful. I took issue w the room. Hiwever.... There was feces on the front of toilet base that didnt look like any effort went into cleaning it off. The room itself just had the stench of sweaty armpits. Just a hint of musty funk that lingered. Everything else was fine.

Our first day there when we went down for breakfast I asked if they had anything gluten free and dairy free and was told “no”. The next day they had gluten free muffins and oat milk. I really appreciated that. Unfortunately the next day no muffins.

We loved the property! It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the area felt safe to walk around. I wish the pool water was warmer, it was too chilly to swim and they need more options for gluten free/dairy free on the breakfast options. We had a great time and would stay again.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Liked the shampoo and conditioner. Did not like that the kitchenette light also turned on the main room ceiling lights facing the bed, (effectively waking my kid) other than that it was great.

Water tube from the wall that connects to the toilet was rusty and need replacing (an eyesore). This was easily noticed while taking a bath.

Room was great until about 4:30 am the room next door were screaming profanities and moaning. Bang on the wall right where my two year was sleeping. All we got was a sorry and then they gave other guest that were in our party points to stay again. Nothing given to us but an apology.

Saturday night I took my wedding bands off due to an insect bite in the area on finger. I put them in a ziplock sandwich baggie for safer keeping then just having them laying around. I put the sandwich bag in the nightstand under a makeup bag. Thinking all was safe in that since I requested room cleaning every 3 days and the room was cleaned on Friday. We left motel. when we came back the room was cleaned though Monday would have been 3 days. No one cleaned the room on Monday. On Tuesday mornigng I lifted the makeup bag to put my rings back on and no bag or rings were there. We have searched the room & gone through all our belongings. Before leaving the hotel we searched in detail for the rings again. Upon arriving home we went through all our things which we had at hotel. No rings. A manager was notified & a police report was filed. The rings couldn't have just walked out of the room.

Good experience and the staff were excellent. Only a few annoying issues, such as the bathroom fan when light switch was on was very noisy and bathroom lights were not designed for putting on makeup. Somewhat dark lighting. Loved the location and the pool area was clean except for the wild foliage growing around the edges. The internet failed to connect to YouTube app at odd moments and cut off when watching. The desk clerk said it was some app/internet connection glitch but it came back on about 1000 the next day. I would stay again anytime.

Place is a tad run down or at least our ground floor balcony room is. Carpet ripped. Awful scent, like some kind of stinky air freshener

We wanted a place close to south Tucson where we went hiking so we picked a place near the airport. We figured a Marriott was a safe bed for comfort and quality. We arrived around 4 pm and dirty towels were still piled in the hallway. The carpet needed cleaning, the couch was stained. The worst part was the cooling/heating. A large vent blew right on the bed and hit our heads. When you put it on 71 degrees it was freezing. Put it on 72 and it was a blast furnace. We had to leave it off all night and discard clothing as we went along. Didn't sleep more than a couple of hours all night.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were stocked. The only gripe I have is the girl at the front desk wasn't friendly or welcoming. She wasn't necessarily rude, but she definitely wasn't friendly. When I asked her for an extra blanket she gave me the thin sheet like bed spread/topper so I asked for a thicker blanket not a sheet that's for decoration on the bed. She told me they didn't have any extra and gave me another sheet/bed spread and said 2 will work. Why is a big hotel chain like Marriot not sticking extra bedding and supplies? I know they had more she just didn't want to give them out. Hotels have a huge amount of bedding and other supplies. All in all I will be staying at the hotel again.

This is a great place to stay. Airport and Air Force base nearby so lots of planes (must not care about plane noise) Staff is amazing friendly. Rooms clean as you may expect if you’ve stayed at a Marriot before. Breakfast was good variety. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, milk, juice, cereal. I’d stay again

We were in a special needs room we had a kitchenette but the microwave took up all the counter space. Understanding that it is for special needs the closet was so low to the ground that are close drag on the floor, I would think they could make it half special needs half for regular there’s closet organizers.that And do a mountain microwave under the counter and give you counter space. We can’t even put the coffee pot on the counter had to put it over on the desk. And there say on safe in the room. The room was clean in the bed was nice.

The service was great. The place itself was great. The bed seemed soft at first, but that is only the very top of the mattress. Additionally, they should really provide a variety of pillows as they were all way too fluffy/soft. The breakfast was so so at best.

Clean, perfect for a one night stay. This hotel also charges less to stay with your pets than most in the area... only $5 per pet plus $100 cleaning fee and they allow up to 3 dogs. Very fair pricing.

1. Too much noise. First night, we were right next to the elevator. They moved us the next night. 2. The climate control is loud as well. There is no way to turn it off, as crazy as that sounds. You get AC or heat, that's it. Turn it up to 68, the heat turns on. It cycled often. 2. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were so-so. The bed was hard and seemed worn out. I'm not skinny and it hurt my hips, when laying on my side. Forget it, if you have a bad back. 3. T.V. has few channels. News and Jerry Springer. Their server was down so Netflix, etc were completely unavailable. The guide for the t.v. did not match what was on the channel. We had to turn up the t.v. to be able to hear it over the AC. 3. Airplanes pass over often. Enough said. 4. Clean. Very important with Covid traveling. 5. They serve a real, hot breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, and juice. All necessary fixings as well. 6. Pool looked nice. Decent. Kitchen was complete. You will need to bring your own dish soap, etc. The ventilatiom is not terrific. Expect your room and the hallway to smell like food. Better than some other options in Tucson but not that great. We won't be back.

We stayed for two weeks at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. Th room was very clean and the hotel grounds were well maintained. Check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff always did there best to meet any of our request and always had a smile. We will stay here again! Breakfast was consistently good every day.
