First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed.

While the room was slightly aged/tired, the location relative to the airport was fantastic, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was top notch. Comfortable bed.

I had requested a roll in shower and was in a room with a tub and was not handicapped accessible for my father. I did ask the front desk and they stated they had no rolI in showers at all. I had to request a shower chair however it was difficult to use due to the chair not fitting very well in the tub.

Cleaning service was amazing, the hotel and grounds were well kept, my kids loved the pool, and the gym had enough equipment to complete a simple workout. One of the best stays I've had in a while!

Why you have doors that slam so hard that it jars the walls I don’t understand. I was jarred out of bed EVERY day 3, 4, 5, 6 am. Good luck getting a good nights sleep. Also people above me sound like elephants walking around at 3:45 am !! I will say room was clean. Water had rotten egg smell to it

Rooms were great and staff were so sweet and nice (including the evening staff at the check-in desk at Country Inn across the street we mistakenly went to first). Shout out to Katie who checked us in and Patricia who we spoke to the day before our arrival.

Dislike - For a 2 night stay, I expected the room to be cleaned for the second day but it was not. I should have at least been asked or given the option.

Location was perfect, breafast great, no coffee potin the room, and they did NOT accept Booking.com reservation. Ihad topay doubletogetaroom. Booking.com could have worked and major delay checking in avoided. Reaching Booking.com to rectify nearly impossible easily. Still unresolved.

Great room, although the back of the bathroom door was stained and dirty. And swimming pool was very dirty with alot of debris. Kitchenette was so nice and offered alot. Front desk was super nice and was able to check in 2 hojrs early. Would stay here again.

The Residence Inn Marriott Airport has seen better days. It is aged & needs to be renovated. While walking to my room on the 1st floor I saw cracked floor tile. Our room, #140 has several stains in the carpet. The bathroom sink was partially clogged & drained very slow.

Outdated decor; poorly maintained details (toilet running, looks like a previous jerry rigged repair. Outlet under the control panel exposed, hazardous. Garbage disposal not functioning properly. Windows dirty. Location near airport convenient to those that need it, but very noisy in the mornings; few dining in choices and not a reputable area. Would not stsy there again. See above

The staff is polite and professional. The structure is dated. Everything is old. Carpet is stained and nasty looking. Tile is chipped and cracked. Not a good look for a major chain. Expedia you won’t get me twice!!

My check-in was smooth. I explained my trailer situation with the front desk and he gave me several options to park it safely. John on the night shift was awesome. I can’t say enough about this young man. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant and hot. The Coffee was great and much needed. The property was very well maintained and beautiful. If I ever get out that way again I will definitely stay there.

Everything was great, except when showering the tub would fill up with water and wouldnt go down until done with shower, and the sink in bathroom water would fill up there as well. Staff was great, breakfast was great also

Carpet is old. Sofa bed needs a deep upholstery cleaning. The pillows were old and lumpy uneven. The a/c doesn’t work properly. Also, didn’t know this upon booking but the Pool is Closed from November 13th-December 5th. Patrons can use the Hilton Garden Inn’s pool temporarily. They do have pool towels. Local area is dead. There’s nothing around close by to eat. You need a car, it’s a must, nothing is in walking distance in this area. Bring food. Buy food ahead of time. Pros: liked the spaciousness of the room. Liked the full kitchen. Breakfast was good. Parking was fine. The WiFi works but you have to log in again every morning for your stay. Would Not stay here again. No way. It ruined our Thanksgiving stay. I’ll go next door next time to Holiday Inn Express or other.

Overall a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The first night we were there the pool was broken. And the last night there was a fire alarm at night, luckily no fire. Which is why there are 4 stars instead of 5.

Very good property with a friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast too. I was visiting my grandkids in Tucson and they were kind enough to allow them to use the pool with me. I enjoyed my visit there.

Greeted by a really nice and friendly receptionist and was actually able to check in a little earlier, which was nice since I was coming in from a 3 hour time change. Room was clean and dirty, only stayed 2 days but the breakfast in the morning was different and not the same which was nice. Will stay here again if needed.

Beautiful hotel, some of the staff are friendly than others, our children loved the pool, it was beautiful. Breakfast had good options for everyone. Just down the street from the Kino Sports Complex which is what we were in town for but not too close to a lot of other things. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there for the Tucson Gem show. The room was large which was great because we didn’t want to leave boxes of stuff we purchased in the truck. The kitchen was very useful. The breakfast that was offered was nice as well.

The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Everyone said Hello, with the exception of the breakfast person. She did not run a good kitchen. Tables were not cleaned, garbage was piling up and she took it out with me sitting right next to it, never asking if I mind. Food was over cooked and very little was put out. On Monday morning I got down to breakfast at 8:30, No bagels, bread, eggs, milk, very watery oatmeal. At 8:50 she puts out more eggs and bagels and then pulls then back in at 8:58. Yes I was timing her to see what she was doing. It could have been a great breakfast if it was done right.

The young man at reception was neither friendly nor helpful, and the room was dirty and very loud.

We love this hotel for visits to Tucson. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I like having the full size refrigerator so that I can store any goodies I buy. There is a big variety for breakfast. I like the outdoor sitting area at night.

The third floor king studio, which was a very nice arrangement, had a great view of the Black Mountain. The hotel grounds were peacefully quiet and felt secluded. Cute little nooks in lobby to relax or socialize. Pleasant grounds. Only disappointment was staff didn’t offer to bring up shower toiletries when they were missing from room(room 331 does not have automatic dispensers). My disabled daughter was already in the shower when I realized they were missing and when I called front desk, they said I could come down and get them. When I ran down, there were 3 staff at the desk. Presumably, one of them could have brought them up. Also, at breakfast buffet, there was no fresh oatmeal at 9:35. Employee should have already had more made. Other than that, enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely awesome. We arrived super late and the service was still amazing. I needed extra bedding and different pillows and they arrived in a flash. The only issue was that I noticed that the prepackaged boiled eggs were actually past the date.

24 hour airport shuttle

All accommodations was very satisfying!

The extra charges for stuff that you don't even use it ask for then waiting for them to give the money back when it's like I am not ordering nor doing anything extra so why charge in advance. So I charged an extra $80 go stuff I didn't use it order ant extra like room service etc and now I have to wait a week just get money back when didn't do anything
