At check in the lady got our rooms switched with my father in law. My tv said welcome-Jaime. My name isn't Jaime. My ac didn't work. My bathroom was dirty. Shampop/conditioner empty. Food left in refrigerator-moldy. This place is overall gross. Pool wasn't clean. Spider webs in rooms. And by doors. Horrible parking. I will never stay here again.
- 1/5
Room had cobwebs and spiders by windows and doors. Air conditioning did not work. Hotel key did not open pool gate. Incidental fees was more than the room cost for 1 night! Breakfast ppl would not nake more waffle mix but had 30 minutes left for breakfast. Very rude employees! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, AWFUL SERVICE!

Breakfast was terrible. Items were not available. It was chaotic. People milling around waiting for food to come out. Waffle batter was empty. Bagels were gone. Hot food was only there intermittently and gone almost immediately after it was brought out with long waits for more.

Breakfast was a dud, the staff never showed up. The had someone supposedly coming to set it up, but I didnt have all morning to wait. There was litter on the property that appeared to have been there a while and the gardens/landscaping was well neglected. Not at all what I expect of Marriott.

Front desk lady was so rude !!!

Reserved 3rd party, at check-in I didn't have to ask for my Marriott Bonvoy points to be added, the front desk clerk searched my name and applied my member number to the reservation. That showed initiative. All the staff were polite and accommodating. Full kitchen, every cooking gadget & utensil you can think of. Clean, quiet, and convenient.

Breakfast was always fresh and they introduced some different items on a rotating schedule which was nice as we were there a week. Our kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well.

It was great. The 2 bedroom loft was great
- 5/5
Clean and new property
- 5/5
Yes and yes
- 2/5
The pull out couch bed was like sleeping on pavement, it’s not made clear that the fireplace is wood burning, and it was over $100 for a pet to stay a single night!

Great
- 5/5
All of the staff were cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

2nd time staying here. Always great service
- 5/5
Awesome stay anamd atmosphere.

It’s not your typical residence inn rather and upgrade version of Days Inn. So if you are getting it for cheaper rate it’s a good place but if you are being asked pay much higher then may be find a better place. Place is quite and has 7/11 right in front of it so good to grab things of you need it. Staff is generally not happy and always give you an impression as if they are frustrated with their job. Getting in an out is easier. I am going with 3 because I cannot give 4, it’s somewhere in the middle.
- 3/5
Was spacious and the bed wasn’t horrible. I’ve read the place wasn’t quiet but there was no loud noises outside our room.
- 4/5
🙂
- 4/5
Clean rooms with plenty of space. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast options were great and eating area was spacious. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Super convenient. Close to SeaTac airport, shopping, and light rail station.
- 1/5
Please take this hotel off of your offerings. I book a lot of trips through you guys but this was unacceptable. Any assistance or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Warmly, Alanna
- 5/5
The Residence Inn/Tukwila was the perfect place for our visit to Seattle. The room was spacious, with all the amenities of home. The perfect place for us on the back-end of our visit to Olympic National Park, and relatively convenient to all the sites we planned to see in Seattle. Would definitely recommend this property for your next visit to Seattle.
- 4/5
Very comfortable and a great set up. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was negative was the additional charge for parking. I don't like paying for my stay and then when I arrive there's an additional charge for parking. Just put it in the total charged for the room.
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful—very polite and attentive. There was a minor issue with the shower draining slowly, but they came right away to fix it. The only downside was a slight smell of marijuana in the room. Aside from that, my stay was amazing. The room was clean, breakfast was top-tier, and overall I had a great experience.
- 4/5
Loved it
- 4/5
Great breakfast and overall ok hotel. Stay on the top floor because the bottom was noisy.
- 5/5
For my first time in Seattle Residence in was perfect
- 5/5
Our stay was great! The bed was comfy, it was super quiet, and very clean!
- 4/5
Very convenient for soccer tourney. Great location and easy to get to shopping, dining etc.
- 3/5
More disturbingly, she made hostile remarks about another group of Asian guests and seemed to lump me in with them based solely on appearance. Even after I clarified I wasn’t with them, she remained combative and cold. When I later called from outside—where she couldn’t see me—a different staff member immediately found my reservation and got me a room. That says it all. Nikki repeatedly threw around her title in an intimidating way, and even circled our room later in her vehicle, which made my son and me feel watched and deeply uncomfortable. Every other staff member was kind and professional. Nikki Chapilliquen was the outlier—and a glaring one. Management should seriously evaluate whether she is fit to represent this property.
- 2/5
The property is ok, but the room was smelly and we couldn’t check in until after 5 pm.
- 5/5
Thank you April at the front desk. You are simply the best.
- 5/5
Very nice property and staff
- 5/5
Very convenient in location, morning breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly
- 1/5
Bugs in room, unclean shower, rude staff
- 2/5
Exterior is less than inviting. Room smelled like smoke. I use a c-pap but not last night. Of else i would be smelling for a week every night.
- 5/5
Very convenient for tourists
- 4/5
Was nice, clean but the bed was very hard like a rock
- 5/5
Everything was great no issues!
- 5/5
Only downsize was breakfast was not accommodating for all guests. Breakfast 4 those who came at beginning of breakfast or midway through should be the same. Some guests were not considerate of others taking multiple plates when others received none.
- 3/5
Also, people leave their clothing in the laundry room, making others wait until remove their items. I had to call several times to the front desk.
- 5/5
Good space with two bed room loft kitchen option
- 4/5
It’s great convenience location and service. But property is older style and sofa bed are very old.
- 5/5
This is a nice place. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient to the airport.

If your looking for a 4 star experience, this is not it....this hotel although staff was friendly and tried to accommodate, the hotel needs deep cleaning and serious remodel. The first room was filthy with 1/2 in thick dust on the ceilings, the furniture was dirty ,there was food stains on the curtains. So i asked to be moved to another room. Not any better ,the sofa bed was coming apart ,the chairs were written on ,the sofa was dirty. The mattress were extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. So it was a very painful night .Not to mention the smell of pot everywhere outside .On top of that they charged a $480 holding fee, when just the day hefore i was told the deposit would be $100 .That was completely unexpected.8 days later i still havent received that yet. This is the first and last time i will be staying here, such a disappointment especially for it being a Marriott .I was still charged a night and they were nice and threw in free parking.

Kitchen was equipped okay. I requested a toaster from front desk for burn my units and it was provided immediately. They share the paekerlot with a very nice mailings 7-11. This was beyond convenient! Laundry uses your debit card so no need need for quarters. Properly extremely well maintained and very lovely. Gym extremely small but has 1 treadmill. However the hotel is 3 blocks from nice river and walking paths to an amazing outdoor shopping area Edith at front desk is always super helpful. I was here for business and she made my life so easy. Kudos!! I will come back im October with my high profile client again!’ Note: 10 mins from airport. $27 over or &20 for cab.
- 5/5
Excellent staff very kind, friendly and understanding. Property is clean and has good amenities.
- 5/5
Exceeded expectations.
- 4/5
Staff at the counter need to train. I started there for 7 days. And asked for 3 bath towels. I dont know why she showed me an angry face. If not ready to work. Just stay home.
- 5/5
I like the room very comfortable and convenient to use, i like the set up it feels like home
- 3/5
not very safe
- 5/5
Booked room with fireplace but it’s wood with no supplies. Not clear in booking it’s not propane.
- 3/5
Shower would lose hot water after 5 minutes
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful.
- 5/5
It is an older facility that needs some maintenance in outdoor areas.
- 2/5
It didn't like it.It didn't seem clean area so i'm like I like an area to be clean
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
Plumbing problem with toilet and faucet with sink in kitchen and a refrigerator that roared incessantly. I am handicap and unable to use tub to shower. Tub too high to even enter, No walk in shower to use so for 2weeks unable to wash correctly. Dishes located out of reach, so I had to buy paper plates and bowls in order to eat. Would not recommend to anyone, especially someone handicapped.
- 2/5
Disappointed to have a bed that creates so much noise when you move! The mattress obviously needs to be changed. As well, the pillows were neither firm nor soft, they were worn out flat!
- 5/5
Very nice place. Good hot breakfast and buffet selection. Everyone very helpful. Would definitely stay there again
- 4/5
The rooms were quiet and in an area close to everything without too much roadway traffic. The included breakfast was excellent.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Amazing breakfast included.
- 5/5
Nice people. Quarter mile walk to huge mall and Cheesecake Factory as well as Olive Garden. Bus service outside of hotel
- 3/5
Also got charged for parking even though I told the guy at check in I did not have a car. I’m guessing they do this to everyone 😡
- 5/5
We enjoyed the spacious unit, convenient parking, and privacy.
- 5/5
Great place to stay !
- 4/5
Everything was great except the over the top pet fee of $100. We have traveled with a dog across the country and this was the highest pet fee.
- 5/5
Very appreciative of the consistency of your hotel properties are clean comfortable and well managed. I m always relaxed when I’m ready to settle down for the night because it’s so peaceful and quiet in a safe setting.
- 3/5
Not the cleanest room for picky people but it was a good price and easy to get to the airport.
- 5/5
I liked that there was a Security Guard on staff overnight. I was concerned about staying in Tukwila, but I liked it for its convenient location. Service was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was fantastic and it varied from day to day. Great staff working here!
- 5/5
Jeremy the manager, Sassy kitchen staff and April front dek clerk were very professional and supported us in everyway possible. We will definitely stay here again. No complaints
- 5/5
Everything was nice and clean
- 4/5
Staff friendly & efficient.
- 2/5
This property was not up to the standards of a Marriott brand. Our bed was super hard. The shower head sprayed water every where. There was no shower chair per the picture for an accessible room. We found spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom sink drained slow. Pool skimmers did not seem to be working so the two times we went to the pool their were a lot of debris and bugs floating in the pool. The one breakfast we did have on property was ok and the lady working it was great.
- 5/5
We were very pleased with our stay. Staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. It was the best free breakfast I’ve had in awhile. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Front desk associate, April was absolutely amazing and super accommodating!!! Location was everything and near all shops restaurants etc!
- 3/5
The property is tired.
- 3/5
Staff was super nice, cordial and helpful. The bed was too hard for me and my wife. Ouch. Shower was in need of some renovation. We had a ground flood unit with a unit above. We could hear every move they made when they walked accross the floor. Woke us up one night. Kitchen area was clean and well supplied. Overall neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Breakfast was really good. It seemed like costs are being cut as the towels were a little small, toilet paper was very thin and cheap. Propery outside was very well maintened and other furnishings were good.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing. It started with THE STAFF. They above and beyond to make me like a valued guess.
- 2/5
I liked the privacy but there were roches in our kitchen and staff did nothing about
- 5/5
The room exceeded any expectations we had, it had a kitchen, a fireplace, sofa and all the other things we need in a hotel, definitely permanently on our list, we will stay here again and tell our friends about this place
- 1/5
I never received any housekeeping nor did I receive any towels. I had to ask four times in order to get some. Management staff was very unhelpful and unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. I was lied too multiple times. Just an overall terrible position that I wished wouldn't have happened.

Our stay was great. The breakfast each day was excellent; however, there was no excuse to have run out of napkins (put roll of paper towels out) and no forks. I love eating scrambled eggs and sausage with a spoon. For goodness sake, the 711 was next door and I am sure they had napkins and plastic forks available. Poor management!
- 4/5
The bed was a little soft for my taste, but I slept comfortably. While there were a few areas that needed maintenance, the suite was well furnished with a complete kitchen and good TV reception. I was surprised to find that the fireplace was wood burning and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Service was excellent the the front desk were very responsive.
- 5/5
Very good staff, great check in
- 5/5
Very quiet and clean. It was very spacious and convenient for seeing different parts in the Tacoma and Seattle area.
- 5/5
The staff was great. The front desk and the breakfast staff were very friendly and did an excellent job.
- 5/5
It was a clean and spacious room. The receptionist personnel were friendly and professional. I am going to get the logs to burn in the fireplace next time.
- 5/5
Always a great experience... The breakfast is he best...
- 1/5
El de la recepción bien grosera y no nos dió nada, ni una compensación. Pésimo iiii Exijo de ustedes una compensación a estoiii
- 3/5
The staff seemed poorly trained. I had a visit by housekeeping once, about 5 days into an 8 day stay. I was just getting out of the shower and couldn't open the door. They didn't return later that day or anytime during the stay. The room had 5 hangers for 2 closets: really cheap. The front desk staff couldn't answer some simple questions about the hotel. I found out at checkout that my last name was wrong in the system, despite showing credit card and drivers license on check-in and being correct on the reservation confirmation. The hot food in the restaurant is substandard with the scrambled eggs being inedible. I tried them on 3 different mornings. The good news: all the staff were exceedingly polite, hospitable, and tried to do the right things. A little bit of a superior attitude from a couple of them, but that's true at most hotels.
- 5/5
it was a good experience. I like the room set up and all the amenities.
- 5/5
It was close to the mall and public transportation. Made it easy to go to places without driving.
- 5/5
Your breakfast staff was amazing. Very cheerful and friendly.
- 5/5
Staff extremely friendly
- 2/5
We were woke up twice in the middle of the night by other guests.
- 3/5
Missing amenities like bar soap in the bathroom and thwre was an empty shampoo bottle in the shower. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.
- 1/5
There were ants in the room. There was mold in the room and rust and it smelled aweful. I couldnt stay there
- 5/5
Great place to stay one night or many. Very clean
- 4/5
I absolutely loved my stay, and the staff was very welcoming!
- 2/5
My room was dirty, dried blood and dirt on curtains, on the tub, dishes were dirty. It smelled of mildew and old wet dog. Found ants in my bed night 2
- 5/5
Something different
- 2/5
First room I was given reeked of smoke. The front desk was very polite and gave me another room. It is in a very unsafe neighborhood.
- 5/5
Easy access off of highway, right by south center mall
