I felt like breakfast should have been included with the room rate you were charging. First time in several years that I stayed at a motel where breakfast was not included.
- 5/5
All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected, quality furnishings and bathroom and clean. Security robot patrolling the premises seemed to keep the parking lot safe :-D.

Only stayed the day/night before an early flight and the room and property were super clean and away from Portland which is what we preferred.
- 5/5
1st night stay, the breakfast was not happening because of "unforeseen circumstances." Today's breakfast service was great but the eggs, bacon and potatoes were nothing but microwave continental quality crap to be honest. food and snack options. Juice, fruit, yogurt, and cereal should've been available instead of being inconvenient or an additional fee.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Very clean and relaxing.

Not only was one elevator out of commission for most of my stay, the lone remaining elevator shuddered horribly upon arrival to the fourth floor. Very disconcerting. Otherwise, the room was excellent.
- 5/5
Absolutely fantastic hotel, no complaints. The bed was extremely comfortable. You can tell they take pride in their hotel, everything is clean and well kept. I could do without the robo cop!

Great hotel, and one of the cleanest pet-friendly hotels I've been to. I love how they have a cute robot as security. I did not see any homeless or suspicious characters around the property at night. The location is great and quiet, yet close to any store you need. The Vancouver Food Carts are within walking distance. Great place to stay if you have an EV; the Ionna charging station is right next to the hotel, and the hotel has two Chargepoint chargers onsite. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I will 100% stay again.
- 5/5
Charging for the standard breakfast buffet was unusual, usually included espeif you just want something light.

Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes. We went in, were told to seat ourselves by the waitress who 100% saw our dog. We proceeded to wait 15 min to put in our order and then she says, you know dogs aren’t allowed in here. I told her she could have told us that 15 minutes ago while she watched and knew we were waiting to be served and we left. I’m a big fan of Best Westerns but I Would not go back to this one for sure.

I booked the hotel through booking.com We paid more for the breakfast .at first when I checked in, the receptionist was busy with phone calls and then she didn’t explain anything about the hotel just gave me a paper and the card keys. after we got the room, the bathroom door is sliding door. The door stuck halfway and every time we close the sliding door it would open slowly until it half way. In the morning we go down for the breakfast, bcs yesterday she didint explain anything and didn’t give me the voucher for the breakfast so the staff from kitchen asked us about the voucher bcs I didn’t get it so I straight went to front desk to ask about the voucher. I asked the front desk for the voucher but the front desk said we have to pay, I told the front desk we did pay, but she persistently said I don’t pay the breakfast so I had to go back to the room to get my phone to prove it, rather than they can check in the system. And I showed her the receipt from my email to receptionist she just silent not even say sorry to me. Why I have to argue for just some vouchers ? That’s so disappointing! Luckily, The breakfast staff is super nice and accommodating, that’s a plus. Swimming pool is indoor, it was nice but the hot tub is not working, so no bubble just hot water. I absolutely wouldn’t come back to this hotel, we rather get regular best western or plus.

The entire hotel was incredibly clean! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had rooms that joined, even though we booked them on separate platforms and made this request at check in. Beds were super comfy and the room lay out is great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. For such a nice bathroom, I was expecting more pressure.
- 4/5
Nice room
- 5/5
The pool was not heated so pretty chilly but still fun
- 5/5
Room was clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and polite. Only downside to was that our room ran out of hot water during the first shower of two occupants. Could have been due to full capacity but unknown for sure and it will not hinder our next visit. Will stay here again when visiting Vancouver Washington. Great hotel clean and well maintained.
- 1/5
I talked to the lady at the desk and her response was, we are really full and that happens when a lot of people take showers at the same time. I said well we took showers at all different times and that made no difference. She said sorry there is nothing we can do, there are just a lot of people staying here right now. We stayed two weekends in a row, carpet had a huge burned iron mark on it first weekend, next the carpet was coming apart in areas. Other than that pool was great and things were clean.

Nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Convenient
- 5/5
The property was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and the parking lot seemed to be safe.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Second time staying at this hotel and it was very nice. Great room and same with service from the staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful day place with friendly staff!
- 3/5
Staff entered our room unannounced which we didn't appreciate. During breakfast they ran out of both bacon and sausage. Bed was worn. This hotel offers some of the best pricing in the area, however if service declines, sometimes it is worth paying a bit more...
- 4/5
The room was very nice. We ran out of Kleenex (the box had 4 tissues) and no spare roll of TP.
- 1/5
Cold water and no offer to rectify situation will not recommend or stay again. Lady in front didn't care .
- 5/5
Everything at this hotel was GREAT! Employees, room cleanliness, amenities, help, location. Will for sure stay again if in the area.
- 5/5
great service
- 4/5
The staff was able to accommodate us when we needed conjoining rooms for New Year's. We were bummed that the hot tub was out of service and we didn't know about it prior.
- 5/5
I stay here on business 2-3 days per month. The staff is top notch, helpful, the rooms always clean, and coffee always on. Restaurants all around, even walking distance. 5 Star people, 5 Star hotel.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was pleasant and cheerful. Room was clean and well laid out. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Great food at bistro, awesome knowledgeable staff.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff great.
- 5/5
Great location, love how modern this place is. 10/10 for cleanliness.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and spacious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were sad the hot tub was available everytime we tried to use it. But other than that it was a great stay!
- 2/5
We have stayed here many times. It will be hard to stay here again. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Staff told us that this is normal. The bed was worn out. Dissapointed as they must be short staffed.
- 5/5
This hotel was much better than I had expected from my previous best western experience
- 5/5
Clean, close to everything and great staff
- 4/5
Clean and staff was good.
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff was very polite.
- 3/5
The room was decent for an ADA room. They were kind to give us more towels. The TV had some technical Internet issues but Jacob helped that works there after a second night of TV shutting down. The pool lifts were not working just like most hotels in the pool room. So my daughter had difficulty getting in. We chose to only go once during our stay because it was very difficult to get her in the water. I don’t think we will book here again but it was okay. Most hotels have these issues these days and people with challenges get short changed. Even a cruise we went on was non-compliant with the laws for people with disabilities.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff
- 4/5
Some “designer” complaints: clogged doorway at entrance was much too tight. Microwave needs to be up on the counter. Worst bathroom ever, despite looking stylish! Shower door in the wrong spot for starting water. Toilet was way too low, good for kids BUT I’m 5’7” and could barely reach the sink’s very tall, deep faucet handle and equally faraway spigot flow. Bathroom lighting too dim for cosmetic care, makeup mirror light was inoperative( as was one bed lamp)
- 5/5
What stood out - clean room, nice staff, and amenities!
- 5/5
Great place!

- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Staff were wonderful and asked what floor I preferred which I thought was nice. I happened to get the same room and it was so special for me and my partner.
- 5/5
Lots of parking. Check in was easy and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
A free breakfast
- 5/5
Nice room, new accomodations, did not use other things like pool so can't speak to those topics
- 5/5
Danger Will Robertson: Security robot at front was annoying, it was sitting in the middle of the drop off area. Our driver had difficulty maneuvering around the security robot. After we got out of the car and walked into the lobby the robot finally moved to the sidewalk.
- 3/5
The property and room was clean and comfortably, however I didnt feel that the customer service whenever I would go to the front desk. Seems that I was bothering then when I asked a question.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean and comfortabl’
- 5/5
Located in a safe neighborhood of Vancouver. Have stayed here before and will book again when I come back.

The one staff member and highlight of the hotel stay would be the front staff employee named Jasmine. She was very kind and able to check us in early. We found mold in the room which was disappointing . They left the toilet paper from the previous people and the way they “closed “ the roll was dirty. The pool needed to be cleaned. The ground inside the pool was dirty and the pool felt like oil. The pool floor was dirty and there was lashes left at the pool with other debris that had not been cleaned. The hotel was empty and it was only 1 pm. It seemed like there could be some care put into that area. We ordered our kids food from a fast food place near by and they were in the lobby sitting and waiting for us. When we brought them the food, the bartender kicked them out and said they had to eat on the other side of the wall. ( it’s an open concept) there were no tables on that side and NO ONE WAITING TO EAT AT THE EMPTY HOTEL. There was one table eating on the far side of an opposite wall. The kids wouldn’t have bothered anyone. I feel like it was rude to kick them out especially with no other accommodations available. You can come down there and sit and use your computer all day, but you can’t eat food that you don’t order there? It made us not use our drink vouchers and leave the hotel early the next morning. Again, Jasmine was great even at check out. We will never stay here again and our son just moved to this town.
- 5/5
Staff wa very friendly, loves that we could get dinner onsite and be able to wash clothes that had gotten wet due to outdoor activities!
- 5/5
We stayed here for three days. The room was very nice and easy to live as a home base during this time. The front desk staff was nice and helpful when needed. The security was good I think as they had a robot that would travel around the parking lot at night. I did get the free glass of wine with the VIP experience which was a nicely added touch. There was a painting class one night, but I did not know about it until it was too late. It would have been fun to join though. I did not use the pool or eat breakfast. There was coffee available and free cookies in the evening. My son was ecstatic that we were staying at a "Premier " hotel!
- 3/5
Sadly the front desk check in person was rude and unfriendly
- 5/5
Just stayed here for one night and things are good. Room is clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! The bed was super comfortable.
- 3/5
Yep average stay...
- 2/5
Nice rooms and clean. Staff are not service orientated and property tries to nickle & dime you on anything extra I.e. breakfast, water. Unlike a portion of Hilton hotels.
- 2/5
I would not stay at this BW again. I have stayed in many hotels in the area and this by far was my most sleepless, most disappointing stay. They gave us a room that was in a corner near the laundry, so when we arrived, our floor was shaking because of the laundry machines (9pm). Very loud hum noise. Then, the bathroom door was a sliding door and in terrible need of repair. We had to put our entire body weight into opening and closing the door because it did not slide well. i wws locked in a couple of times and have to have my spouse rescue me. The Simple Human magnified mirror in the bathroom was cracked and did not light up. The vanity light was burning out and many lights were flashing. The shower and shower head werecaked in water deposits and the water was very hard (which isnt great if you use any hydrating products). The rooms are also not soundproofed in any way, so if you have a guest above that that stomps all night, well, you are screwed like we were. Not one wink of sleep after driving all day. Management's solution was to have the housekeeper walk the hall outside their room to see if they can hear anything. Invited them to visit my room, but they did not. Not gonna force management to handle things that are happening on a Weds at 11pm. I paid to stay here, not police their hotel for them. Also, nearby street noise is so loud vs the other hotel like a block from them. It is too bad, because the area and location is great, but this is not my type of place to stay.
- 4/5
The room was clean (but a bit dusty) I'm assuming because of the 3 day rotation on room clean-up. The amenities (Large TV, MicroWave and Refrigerator) were the right size and well received by me. I loved the Beekman bath products and the large walk-in shower.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing. Will stay again
- 3/5
They did not welcome pets. The bar had a pretty good selection. The hotel offered to complementary drinks from the bar.
- 5/5
Liked the walk in showers, and property was close to a variety of restaurants and rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
Nice service
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The security guard “Robby the Robot” had us cracking up, which added some unexpected fun to our stay. Parking spaces were pretty compact, but we managed easily with our compact SUV. I could not imagine parking something much larger. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again.
- 1/5
To check in I had to wait 15+ minutes and when checked out as well. The shower water pressure was a extremely low. Wasn't able to take a good quick shower! The stream was like a dripping water hose
- 5/5
My stay was good.
- 5/5
Weird little pillows.... outdated low toilet.... no grab bar in the shower...otherwise a lovely facility.
- 4/5
The room was lovely and comfortable for a week stay with plenty of room. The couch and sitting area are nice touches. The housekeeping is inconsistent so its good to call the front desk and make sure youre on the schedule. The bar/restaurant hours are also inconsistent, so again, call the desk before you plan on it.
- 5/5
front desk experience was just so so Room was wonderfull
- 5/5
Beautiful property with well appointed clean rooms. Very comfortable! Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Really like the Bistro and bar - bartender a real professional and friendly - staff very efficient.
- 3/5
Staff at the hotel were great, and the room was large, quiet, and clean. I won't be staying at this or other Best Western Premiers again, however, because they don't value guest privacy. There was a robot at the front door taking photos of everyone coming and going, for "security." Honestly, it just felt creepy.
- 4/5
Reasonably priced stay and close to PDX
- 5/5
Nice place to stay.
- 4/5
We did have a dog with us, so we stayed in a dog room. However, the carpet in the room was not very clean and did not appear to have been previously vacuumed. I wondered if that was because it was a dog room, not a big deal, but would prefer it to still have been cleaner.
- 5/5
Everything was really nice and the price was excellent.
- 5/5
If you travel with pets it is perfect since it is per friendly. Lots of green areas outside to walk with your pet. Hotel is clean, lots of parking and staff is very friendly. They even have a robo-security that is strolling the property for safety. Rooms are big.
- 5/5
Security for hotel parking. Location.
- 5/5
Only negative was our AC fan had one speed even on high, other than that everything and everyone at this property were amazing!
- 4/5
Good location, friendly and accomdating staff switched us to a different room when the room we checked into had issues, one being the air conditioning was not working. Nice made to order breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
Beautiful luxurious hotel. Friendly staff and a robot security. Although stayed for the night, I enjoyed the place. Area is close to everything
- 5/5
Great all around
- 5/5
I'd never seen one in the Wild!
- 5/5
The first gal I spoke to was not at all understanding. She clearly didn’t believe me. However, their maintenance guy admitted the breaker was off for my room’s AC unit. So she begrudgingly offered me a $25 credit on a $260 room I was barely in. The rest of the staff I spoke to the next two days were very kind and understanding. They could see the back & forth, that I was not lying about the situation. I anticipated a 50% credit back but they agreed to waive the whole thing. Because of that extra kindness, I’ll reconsider staying here again in the future when I’m in town.
- 4/5
Nice staff, clean and good location
- 4/5
The pool was dirty, very dirty and the hot tub was very, very dirty. That gets people sick.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Spacious room. Would stay again if in the area.
- 5/5
They don't have a free continental breakfast
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful....comfortable bed, big room, excellent service. We were only there for one night so didn't use the pool or fitness room but both looked to be outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Super clean and inviting.
- 4/5
Raised sink stylish, but not practical. Hard to use. Kind of in the way.
- 5/5
It was just what I needed at a reasonable price.
- 4/5
*****
- 5/5
When I went to check in the front desk said I was booked for 2 queen sized beds, nope I booked a king size. She said there was one available so we took it. Other than the wrong booking, everything was great.
- 3/5
Everything is so so.
- 5/5
Hotel and staff were great
- 4/5
Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot spaces were really small, so if you drive a bigger car, parking is a challenge. I would recommend staying here.
- 3/5
Dining options for breakfast
- 5/5
Great staff, very spacious and clean
- 5/5
Second stay, both times were great, would stay there again
- 3/5
Upon check in I noticed there were fragments of dry grass or something in the bedding. I was too tired to care so I didn’t mention it until I checked out. For the money I was surprised to see that. Crazy enough it happened again at a less expensive hotel in Portland.
- 5/5
I stay here often. It’s always safe and nice
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and professional, check-in and out was quick and seamless.
- 5/5
Clean place , friendly people
- 5/5
Great hotel, friendly staff only downside is the shower. Could use some better water pressure
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Very clean. Friendly staff. Should have included price to pay for parking security in the overall total price upon booking.
- 4/5
Everything was very nice except the bed in my room was very hard, so it was difficult to sleep!
- 5/5
This is the third time I have stayed here in the last month. We travel to Vancouver for baseball and this has been our go to hotel. The location is great, It is clean, The staff are friendly and I will definitely be staying here again.
- 3/5
I have stayed here on multiple occasions based on its location. I most likely will not return. A parking fee for an ungated non-valet parking lot I find uncalled for. The carpet in the rooms are matted and dirty looking. The furniture is chipped and in need of repair, the hairdryer had a cord about 2 feet long and the bathroom door suck halfway open. The light in the bathroom would flicker on and off. The cost of this location is comparable to much nicer options close by.
- 5/5
I've stayed here many times beause we have family in the area. It is a very nice pet-friendly hotel, well-maintained. This particular stay didn't go as planned, but still had a satisfactory outcome. The pet -friendly room we were supposed to occupy for 2 nights had some unwelcome biting bugs (associated with pets). I have an allergy to those bites even though I have a pet. After being bit several times, I called the Front Desk and requested a different room. They immediately okayed the change of room, despite the fact that the new room was not "pet-friendly". I so appreciated the response we received. We will be returning to Vancouver, WA and will be sure to stay at BW at Fishers Landing. Thank you.
- 5/5
Property was great staff was great. Just wish there was more of a selection for the Complimentary breakfast.
- 4/5
They have a patio placed right up against the building directly below the rooms where every night groups were drinking and playing Cornhole. It was really loud.
- 5/5
Met all my needs
- 4/5
Decent hotel, clean enjoyed the brakfast
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. The inside elevator panels needed to be wiped down because there were hand smears all over, our bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, and the shower head handle wouldn't latch and stay up because it was broken. But the room was nice and clean otherwise.
- 5/5
Clean smelled good and always pleasant
- 5/5
Quick overnight after a concert, staff were understanding of our late check in. Room wa clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
It was good.
- 4/5
Horrible restaurant. Was almost the worst menu and they had no steak as shown on the menu. Noodles and sauce tasted like Ragu.
- 5/5
Very quiet and great convenient location for my needs. The staff is friendly and efficient. Wonderful property
- 5/5
Perfect location for access to family and friends in Vancouver. Also, very convenient to shopping in the immediate area.
- 1/5
Dirty property pool and hot tub out of order
- 5/5
Loved everything! We will be back
- 5/5
I really liked this. Hope to be back if needed!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Very clean. Would stay here again
- 5/5
The staff & grounds were great. Only issue was the pool was not open
- 5/5
Wonderful property. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
It was a good stay, close to restaurants and stores. Just not enough body wash or shampoo for the both of us. Other than that, room was big enough and cozy.
- 5/5
The staff was great
- 5/5
Wish it had better water pressure.
- 3/5
it was ok.
- 5/5
Peace and quiet; just what I needed.
- 5/5
I was a here for a work trip, so the location and availability of a room in such short notice was convenient for me. The bartender that only works two days a week ("Saturdays are his Mondays") impressed me with his service to my beverage needs. Only thing that was not great was that there were lots of children/minors, so Sunday morning I woke up to a bouncing ball in a room around me, couldn't tell which one but it was loud. Would stay here again! Also Thanks Michelle at the front desk for being efficient.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Good location, pet friendly.
- 4/5
Out of toothpaste, loud AC.
- 5/5
Always clean and quiet everytime we stay here.
- 5/5
good
- 1/5
BEWARE - they will wait til you arrive and come up with some scam to get $10-$20 per night above expedia price without prior notification - disgusting
- 1/5
On arrival , even though i booked 3 weeks ago and have been here many many times, they inform me they adding $10 per night car parking fee - pretty disgusting. These fees should of been told to me ahead so i can choose to accept or find alternative. This place constantly is coming up with scams to get as many $$ above expedia price. Not staying with them anymore - dishonest
- 5/5
The pool was too cold but once we took the plunge and got used to the temp we had fun! We had the pool to ourselves too! The hot tub was perfect temp and the jets were strong. We only encountered the front desk staff and a waitress and they were both friendly and welcoming. No free breakfast, but we went over to Sunny's Diner (we could see it from out window) and they had THE BEST scramble I've ever eaten. We did have dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was a nice environment with ok food and great service. We are looking forward to another trip here so we can spend more time exploring the area.
- 4/5
Very clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff was wonderful. Room wasn't quite as quiet as I would have liked.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and location is great. My family had to stay here for a few days while moving. My nephew loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. The only thing that bothered me is having to pay $10 a day for parking.
- 5/5
