- Breakfast options are not up to par for some guests
- Additional fee for parking

They are very rude especially the white guy he wouldn’t let me enter my reserved room with my driver license that had no issues so they are he was clearly mad at us because of we were black the people did a very sloppy customer service so thumbs down

The hvac was pretty loud but effective. Otherwise good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of restaurants a short walk away. Great for pets.

It was a wonderful day, clean pleasant staff. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing room, perfect for a couple night stay had a small kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and fridge which was my favorite part. Lots of close walking and driving things to do and eat.
- 4/5
The property is great for dogs: I love the park area behind the hotel. The pool looked very nice and the hot tub was steaming. I wasn't able to sample breakfast as it wasn't served until 7 am on weekends.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is wonderful with 2 excellent restaurants in the parking lot as well as a nice walking path and park. Everything was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful.

I find the staff there. Wonderful courteous professional. Much appreciated.
- 5/5
My bed was a bit hard or stiff so they brought me up soft pillow top cushions. They made the experience fantastic. I find the staff there. Wonderful courteous professional. Much appreciated.
- 5/5
Nice selection of breakfast items. Would be nice if the iced water was available beyond breakfast hours.
- 3/5
We’ve stayed at this hotel several times but the room was not up to standards in terms of cleanliness. The odor of the room smelled of cats. The floors were not as clean as usual. The hotel is looking run down.
- 5/5
Great location, looked very pet friendly, and excellent staff.

Location suited our needs and it was very quiet, staff were very helpful, it had a handy laundry, and the room was well stocked with kitchen items. The breakfast was a little average compared to other places we stayed during our time in the USA.

My go-to place to stay. Staff is amazing and the hotel rooms and grounds are excellent. Many perks for Bonvoy members.

excellent property in a great location. pool and park behind property are really nice and with great jogging trails. Also has a decent gym

Walking path behind the hotel was great. View from our window was nice. We missed the breakfast by 7 minutes and the person that was cleaning up said it's too late. He didn't even offer something to go when I could see stuff was still on the cart and kitchen counter. Not great customer service.

Internet isn’t great - looks like they want you to pay to upgrade. We’ve stayed there a few times. We have had really nice rooms even with a dog and have also had more run down room. We look for places that embrace our pet where we feel like our room isn’t the quality as if we didn’t have a dog. Used to be you got the smoking rooms. Now it’s just designated dog rooms which we get. Front side rooms will get more noise from the street (those loud tail pipes) the back side will get noise from the outdoor patio pool area. Not too late people seem to be respectful. View out to the park is awesome.

Was a nice stay, enjoyed our time. Highly recommend.

The location was close to great food places

Breakfast was horrible... There was hardly anything available. The waffle machine was empty so the gal closed it. There was no sausage because they ran out? I had to ask for a container of dry cereal.
- 5/5
Only negative would be it was pretty noisy til pretty late midnight with street traffic. Lots of loud mufflers. I would request a room on the back Side of the building.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Close to amenities and shopping. Easy to get to.

- 4/5
The room was excellent. There was an odd smell in the hallway that fortunately did not extend into the room. Breakfast was hotel blah. Parking at $10 per day is outrageous for an uncovered lot subject to rain and no security.
- 5/5
The staff are really so friendly and I appreciated the size of the room!
- 5/5
We loved our stay here, 1 adult, 4 children and our dog. The best parts were the dog friendliness, the front desk staff were superb and our room was perfect. The only negative was the mattress on the bed in the room with the bathroom, it was extremely uncomfortable but everything else was great!
- 5/5
We loved the area. Very close to shops and restaurants and only 15-20 minutes from PDX Airport. Room was clean, staff was friendly and free breakfast in the morning. They have free Sunday evening concerts in the psrk behind the hotel (at least when we were there) and Thursday farmer's market.
- 5/5
I was very happy with the room layout.. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool was great as well as the fire pit and sitting area outside. It was nice that it backed up to the park. I will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
We stayed here for a night to get the kids some time in the pool, and generally relax due to the heat. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pool/amenities were fantastic. Clean property and solid breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more.
- 2/5
When I checked out, told front desk of my dissatisfaction … they said breakfast is standard across the chain and I said this is only one that has only sausage & eggs. She claims corporate can audit them and if not standard, they get dingoes. OTHER Towneplace Suites have much better breakfasts … and booking sites show lots of “non-standard” food items. Don’t believe a word she said! Was not expecting to pay $10/night for parking in the typical large parking lot outside the hotel. Have never had to pay for parking at Towneplace!!! Did not see that in the writeup when I was booking. The parking should be included in the room rate when booking. Enough negatives that I won’t stay at this Towneplace ever again.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean facilities. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Amazing park located behind the hotel with gated access. I highly recommend!

Beautiful location and pleasant surroundings. Staff was above and beyond helpful
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
- 4/5
Didn't like that you can't provide your Marriott number because the reservation was booked thru a third party. Shouldn't make a difference
- 5/5
Friendly staff members , simple breakfast but good.
- 5/5
Exactly what we needed and the fact that this property allows pets was a huge plus!
- 5/5
Delicious hot breakfast available in the mornings. Beautiful park right behind the hotel.

Excellent service!
- 5/5
Good stay. front desk was very friendly and personable. missed the waffle machine but understand why they were removed.
- 5/5
The room was perfect, I will for now on only stay at this property. The staff from check in to house keeping were super nice. HIghly recommended.
- 5/5
There was an outdoor area with a fire pit and a grill. And lots of comfy seating which overlooked a park.
- 5/5
Nondescript front but behind is a quiet city park with walking paths, a small wetlands and lovely green space, in addition to pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. Across the parking lot are two restaurants. Rooms have kitchens.

Really nice place with friendly staff, modern rooms and design, pet friendly, park right next door.
- 3/5
I rated it average because of the extra fee for parking and poor breakfast choices. Went to breakfast only once. Hot dishes were prepackaged microwaved fare - not appetizing.
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 5/5
Clean , comfortable outside nature park is perfect place to relax
- 5/5
Pool was closed, so that was a bummer, but otherwise, this property was awesome, staff was super helpful and accommodating, and breakfast was pretty good. Bonus points for how clean everything was! Frogs on the bog out back were entertaining and surprisingly loud! Didn’t affect our sleep at all, but thought it was worth mentioning. 🙂
- 4/5
3rd time staying at this location. Will return but will avoid room 206 as it sits directly above air-conditioning compressors, which shake the room when they turn on. Felt and sounded like a jet taking off! Otherwise, quiet and pleasant.

Nice and quiet with superb customer service. The beds were very cozy and everything was super clean. There is a delicious French restaurant in the same parking lot. I can't wait to visit again and stay at this Towneplace Suites.
- 4/5
Very accommodating great breakfast staff was very pleasant and efficient.
- 3/5
I reserved a suite for 3 adults. We had a king bed and a sofa bed. One adult needed to sleep on the sofa bed which had a very thin, old mattress and the bar of the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Newer sofa beds do have a configuration that no longer uses a bar traveling across the bed. When I asked about it, I was told that sofa beds are used by children and therefore it was not something guests usually had a complaint. Note to self, when reserving for adults there needs to be beds for all adults. We also experienced issues with being unable to connect to the internet and I had to use my hot spot.
- 2/5
Well i waited like 2 hrs after check in time to finally get a room. Then when I finally checked in the didn’t tell me it was a room with accessibility so we were a little shocked. We got a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom so it would be easier to get ready but no one was comfortable showering in the other as it was with accessibility no one bought slippers for that shower. When called if there was another room they just said it was all the had that night. We spend all that money for an extra bathroom no one used.
- 2/5
Originally they didnt charge for parking but now they do. But because when I called several week before about the parking they said they'll honor the free parking but they lied. They're extremely short but they still charge the same which does not make sense.
- 5/5
The only "bad" thing I would say is that the breakfast options weren't the best I've ever seen, but were still sufficient for our needs. We didn't stay here because of the free breakfast anyways!
- 5/5
There are two restaurants in walking distance and on Thursday a Farmer's Market serving many choices. Behind the building is a large park with walking trails, a playground, and a small wetland which you can't see from road. Basic pool and hottub, ok gym. Serves breakfast. No other restaurant in the hotel. Rooms large with fridge and range. Would be good for family.
- 4/5
Bed was a bit crunchy hard for me and the TV did not work despite staff attempts as well. Too tired to move rooms. Has brand new feel. Very clean. Good amenities to cook on your own if you want. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The property was in a great location i.e., it's away from congested areas, it had a great walking trail (for pets and people), playground for kids. There's a wonderful restaurant across the parking lot. The only negative- we were surprised that we were charged $10 for parking when the location didn't seem to warrant an extra charge- it wasn't mentioned in the precheckout itinerary...
- 5/5
nice and clean
- 5/5
The room was perfect for our needs. The amenities exceeded expectations. Will def stay again.
- 5/5
I've stayed there twice and both times the staff was courteous and responsive. the facility was clean and it's convenient to everything. I got to plenty of rest and I would stay there again
- 5/5
We have dogs and there is a beautiful park behind the hotel which is ideal for dog walks. The hotel was just what we wanted - wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast was a bit skimpy, but adequate.
- 5/5
Good stay. Quick check in. Modern amenities. Clean and well run establishment. Good value for the money.
- 5/5
It's a safe area in the city, close to Camas side. Shops nearby and spacious. Gas stations and restaurants are plenty too. I love the La Provence bakery/restaurant right in front of the hotel. The only downside is they charge $10 per day for parking. Which was not shown on the website when I booked, nor when I was checking in or checking out. I just found out on my bill after I checked out. Overall lovely place, we would like to be back.
- 4/5
Clean, basic hotel. Everything that is needed on a short business trip. The included breakfast is not recommended, though. But there’s a decent restaurant right outside.
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly friendly. We were in town for my sons birthday, they made him feel extra special with goody bags.
- 5/5
Very comfortable rooms with nice amenities in the room.

Decent room, nice receptionist but they were over an hour late on having the room ready. Frustrating when you have a tired kiddo who just wants to nap. Would stay again but will ask about housekeeping staff beforehand.
- 5/5
Great location and awesome staff!
- 4/5
Nice location near food and drinks
- 5/5
The room has a great floor plan. Very spacious for a family or for a person away on business. The closest was accessible from the bathroom and the entryway. There is a QR code so that your phone can be the remote for the television.
- 5/5
My family loved it
- 5/5
Quite comfortable check out is at a reasonable time.
- 4/5
I would’ve given this hotel 5 stars but my sheets had brown spots on them. So that really turned me off. But it’s a great hotel, in a great location.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. The nice staff rounded out the weekend. I already booked my next stay there :-)
- 5/5
Awesome place for a quick stay. Check in was easy and seamless
- 5/5
This is a VERY nice hotel to stay at in a beautiful area!! The suites are great! Two bed two bath! Dog friendly! Places to eat close by! Walking/running paths all over a beautiful park right behind the building! The hotel is quiet! The staff is great and very helpful! It has a huge parking lot! Beautiful view of the mountains. We will be back!
- 3/5
The amenities in the shower were really nice, and breakfast was good. Staff were super nice and helpful. Everything was very clean!
- 4/5
Everything including cleanliness and food is great. I did have a barking dog issue one time, but not during the night.
- 5/5
Megan and Kimberly provided excellent customer service at the front desk.
- 5/5
Most often i close out of a survey if a response ie demanded.
- 4/5
Enjoyed the studio apartment feel. Enjoyed the availability of Netflix and bluetooth.
- 4/5
Updated decor. Clean and friendly staff . Location is close to a lot of restaurants and services.
- 1/5
This was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. From our reservation being canceled on to the quality of the room. Poorly managed, we were very disappointed.
- 4/5
Staff is very nice and the rooms are quite comfortable. The bed was not bad, but not great. My only issue during our time there resulted from down pillows. I am allergic to down and asked many times to get non-down pillows. Every time I did, more down pillows arrived. Aside from this (and luckily this ended up being only a minor issue this time), the stay was a good one.
- 5/5
Loved having two separate bedrooms in the Double King Suite!! The service was terrific, breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were awesome, and our little kitchenette had everything we needed for a three night stay. We had two other rooms for the family as well, and no one had a single complaint. Well done, Marriott.
- 2/5
I always use my credit card to reserve a room, but at ckin i pay cash for the room, and leave a cash balance for snacks etc. They refused to accept my cash payment. They would only charge my card. I will no longer stay at any Marrett hotels if this is the only way. I never used my card as I believe in cash only.
- 5/5
I love the little park, even heard frogs at night! Great location!
- 5/5
Hotel was clean/new, good local brewpub right across the parking lot.
- 5/5
The Suites are big and nice and have everything needed
- 5/5
Breakfast, the room (set-up and clean) organized and well maintained ;) we’d definitely go back!!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, with everything you could need to make for a comfortable stay. Also, the room and area around the hotel was very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel. I've paid more to stay at other places that were not as good.
- 4/5
The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The room was small but we weren't spending all day in it. The pull out couch is uncomfortable. Everything seemed very new. The breakfast was pretty good too.
- 3/5
Nice,no bacon for breakfast, every day sausage patties.,could we have some variety, like bacon,my 5 days was a day without bacon,,
- 5/5
Very nice room. Comfortable bed. I love the pool and hot tub!
- 5/5
Great place to hang our hats for the weekend. Not as walkable as other hotels in the area but everything was a short drive away. Enjoyed having my own bedroom and bathroom for about the same price as a double room in a nearby hotel. Will stay again!
- 5/5
Clean hotel, close to park for younger kids, comfy and relaxing
- 5/5
Nice, comfortable, QUIET hotel close to all. Close to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing. Although the breakfast was just average, I loved everything else about the hotel.
- 4/5
Very nice and spacious rooms. The continental breakfast is very well put together. Ask questions at check in because the staff checking me in didn't even tell me what time check out was or that there was a continental breakfast. I was disappointed in the staff, they seemed very young and inexperienced in service. But the hotel was excellent besides that.
- 5/5
The staff were so nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
I was on the 4th floor. The view was nice, room was clean and front desk was very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again if I need to
- 5/5
My husband and I travel to Vancouver/Portland for business quite often and love staying at this hotel. It is pet friendly so we always bring our dogs which is always a plus! Accommodations are super clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful and just the overall atmosphere and environment is GREAT! We will definitely continue choosing this hotel when traveling to this area.. thank you Town Place Suites!!
- 5/5
Monique at the front desk at check in was great 👍 very nice hotel will be staying there on my next visit!!
- 5/5
Room was perfect. Two bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms, sofa and chair in living room. Dining table, kitchen. Netflix setup for watching in the room. WiFi was great. Breakfast was good. I’d stay here again if in the area.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff. Room size is ok, not big but good enough; one tv on each bedroom and living room . Breakfast is free but not many options.
- 5/5
Everything was great except for the breakfast selection. The hot food looked disgusting and the other foods were sugary, or low in nutritional value.
- 5/5
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Although the hotel is apparently a couple of years old it still felt like it was brand new--one of the best maintained hotels I've stayed in recently. It was a great last night on the road on the drive to Seattle from Palm Springs, CA. We had a 2 bed 2 bath room with separate living room and full kitchen, so plenty of privacy for both of us. There was also a brew pub just across the parking lot. The hotel is farther east of Vancouver than we had anticipated and there's not much in the area that is walkable, but the brew pub's food was excellent so met our needs nicely. There is also pretty much any sort of food you might want between I205 and the hotel, so a very easy drive to lots of other restaurants, both sit-down and fast food, as well as grocery stores. And there was a very nice breakfast buffet that was included. I would recommend this hotel for a family or for somebody staying in the Vancouver on a longer term basis as well as it felt very comfortable and homey as soon as we walked into the room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as well.
- 5/5
We stayed two nights at the Towneplace Suites and had a great experience. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was great.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was comfortable, well laid out and clean. Items found in the room were unexpected and there was enough room for more than the 4 people staying.
- 3/5
We are so excited to try and find hotel with 2 separate king beds and 2 bathrooms. Front desk was super welcoming and check in was a breeze. When we laid down on our bed, we were surprised to see a couple of stray hairs on the pillow and black dirt specks on different parts of the blanket. We immediately reported it to the front desk, and we were given a new room. Our new room had cleaner beddings, but the forks we used had water stains and tray was a bit dirty and had some food scraps. I question the cleanliness and the cleaning crew in this particular hotel. If I am paying almost $200 a night, I'll expect differently. Staff were polite and courteous and the overall hotel ground was appealing. I recooked to inspect your room and bedding though.
- 5/5
good, close to good restaurants. easy access to main highways
- 5/5
eIt was amazing. Beautifully layed out, pleasing to the eye, everything a traveler could need was there. It had lovely landscaping. Very friendly & helpful front desk people. Enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
I felt very welcomed by the staff right away and throughout. The hotel is nicely appointed and decorated. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the mini kitchen allowed us to save money during our trip. The hotel is close enough to major freeways to get around Vancouver and Portland pretty easily if you have a car.
- 5/5
Was visiting to see the eclipse. Overall, very pleasant stay, and close to family.
- 5/5
We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time watching the solar eclipse on 21 Aug 2017. It is in a newly developed area not far from the 205 freeway. Very clean and comfortable ... we would stay there again.
- 4/5
Pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean and fresh room. Comfortable bed. Great location.
- 5/5
This is a very modern hotel with friendly staff and very clean.
