Our stay at the Best Western was pleasant as always.

Our stay at Victor was great! The room was large, clean and very comfortable. We would stay again.

The breakfast was fine for a day or two. Then we needed other options Very convenient and lower cost that hotels closer to the finger lakes.

Nice hotel near freeway. Staff was helpful and pleasant. When we booked, we indicated that we had a dog. The staff at check-in didn’t know, charged us $40 for the dog and made us sign a very restrictive dog waiver (like no dogs over 30 pounds). This extra cost and the waiver should have been provided prior to my booking….we have travelled with dog for many years and have never had a high fee and draconian waiver. We were lucky to have 20 pound dog…..

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ONLY reason we booked here was because they advertised EV charging. The rates for charging were $4.99 initial fee and 1.09 per KW. Standard rates are 54 cents initially & 36 cents. Absurd.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was quite spacious and clean, with furniture in good condition. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was fine. I appreciated coffee being available 24/7. Parking was easy. A good location with easy access to main roads and highways.

Nice, clean hotel with an excellent breakfast! Only issues were a dog barking while its owners were out to dinner for a couple of hours and snoring heard for awhile from next door - but it’s not like the walls are thin. Super super clean place and the property felt safe.

The entire facility was cleaned, maintained and treated with care. Our room was clean, the pool was stocked with towels and the breakfast was great. The morning coffee was really appreciated. A very nice stay

At the end of a very long day, the efficiency and friendly demeanor of the front desk was extremely appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable.

I was only there 1 night, based on the recommendation of my son who has been there many times. Easy check-in, everything in order in the room, a good breakfast and easy check-out. Easy back on the freeway.🙂

Staff member checking us in and answering phone was brusque, not very friendly, but otherwise stay was very good. Room was large, beds and pillows comfortable, everything clean and in good working order; breakfast adequate. Will stay again. Chili’s, Turtle Tavern, gas, and Dunkin’ all nearby.

Stay was good was surprised that the pet fee was rasied from time i booked until time i stayed which i was not informed off at checked in only noticed when checking charge. Asked at checkout why i was charged mored and lady simpy said it went up a few days ago but i said i called and asked fee and was told 30. She didnt really do anything about being told it was less then charged

Room was big and spacious. Unfortunately, like most hotels the pool water was cold. For that reason we will no longer use this hotel for a 2 day get away.

The bathroom needs to be clean thoroughly, because the makeup mirror is little bit sticky and dusty. And also the tissue paper box has someone’s hair in it. The room is a little bit cool during night , but the fan is on all the time.

The staff at the front desk were so nice and the guy at the breakfast was so kind he give us a container for pancakes we are running late. This was so nice of him we really appreciate after a good night sleep and rest. We probably will be there a lot of time more our son decided to go to RIT.

Breakfast was very good, with some healthy choices. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only drawback I noticed was how much noise you could hear from nearby rooms, using the bathroom or just walking around. Not sure what's going on with the plumbing (lack of soundproofing) but it sounded like people were in MY bathroom and actually woke me up in the morning.

Honestly, during the days I stayed there, the service was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the pool was great—even the water temperature was perfect. I spent a few incredibly peaceful days there and felt completely relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the customer service was outstanding; they truly look out for you, and everyone is very polite. I honestly had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again. God bless you all, and thank you!

Good clean room

We had a quick overnight stay before catching a flight from ROC. The property was a quick and easy 20 minute drive to the airport, very convenient! Check in was smooth, the room was clean and perfect for what we needed (bed was a little too firm- but we all slept well). My son (5) enjoyed the pool! We were so impressed by the breakfast selection, did not expect warm options such as the sausages and eggs- big hit! We will stay again!

The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not available. It was under repair.

Everything was fine so I was happy to spend the night, but the pool was not functioning (closed for repairs or maintenance) and this is something you never find out until you get there. If you have expectant kids in tow, it would be a HUGE disappointment, enough to make me switch, for this trip, it was okay.

Check in staff was not very pleasant. We chose this hotel based on an indoor pool being available in the area we needed to be in. However we arrive and "pool under construction" signs on pool room. Hotels.com SHOULD have notified me of this SIGNIFICANT issue, as the guy at the counter could have cared less of this inconvenience. Room was clean, tub in room worked, extra towels were nice, tv was broken, bed was horrendous. Very uncomfortable 😕. Being a 3 star, keep in mind it has very thin walls. Ive stayed at other BWP, this was the worst.

The bed and pillows were terrible. The worse sleep of my life. We also thought we booked a room with a jacuzzi because that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com and we ended up in a room that did not have that. We went to the front desk to be told that because we booked online through a website we booked wrong. They also told us there were only 2 rooms with jacuzzis which were not available. Over all a let down.

The ice cream man called Mister Joe was pretty nice with my Kids. We spent a wonderful weekend.Thank you for your service. Highly recommend

The room was spacious, but was kind of dirty looking/feeling. We turned the heat/ac unit on because it was kind of stuffy and it smelled like someone smoked 10 packs a day in that room. I went down to the desk and the overnight desk person was incredibly rude and said I shouldn’t insult Hims rooms like that. We turned the unit off and dealt with the smell and it was extremely hot in there all night. The pool room was 100 degrees to sit in, way too hot and it smelled like a swamp in there. Quite gross. The pool towels were the size of a dish towel. Water seemed pretty clean though and was a good temp. The next morning we went down for breakfast and the guy in there was so sweet and helpful and kind. I told him about the room smelling when I turned on the unit and he said he would take a look at it. He was a really refreshing change in tune. We checked out came home and I immediately washed everything that came to the hotel with us. Also, there are no roll away beds available.

The negatives: not enough towels, towels were thin, rough, and some had stains. There was only a shower curtain --no liner--so the floor was a pool after my shower. The toilet didn't flush well. Check in was slow as it showed I already checked in and out when I only just arrived.

I reserved a suite instead of a standard room and was very pleased how nice the room was. It was clean, I enjoyed having the convenient amenities, and all for a reasonable price. The staff, all of them, were friendly and helpful.

We also love the guy who serves breakfast - I think he said his name is Jim. Great guy and my kids love saying hi to him.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. Although this hotel is older looking inside, the facilities was th cleanest we have seen in the budget hotels we have been to. There was ample hot water, and there was a bathroom fan! The two queen bedroom was also very large.The man at the front desk was very friendly. I also liked that the pool had some life jackets for the kids to to use. We will stay again!

As in the past, this hotel is one the best in the area.

We were locked out of our room because the key card fell in the lock. The maintenance man was unavailable because he was sleeping. We had to sleep in our clothes in a different room without dinner, since it was just delivered in our original room. It was a nightmare.

Clean spacious room. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold options and a machine that made espresso drinks. The check-in person was surly and distracted. I told him we had our dogs (which should also have been a note in our reservation), but when he saw our dogs come in he got upset and made me fill out dog paperwork after I was all checked in, like I was trying to pull something off. The breakfast attendant made up for it by greeting our dogs in the morning and giving them treats! Note that both Apple and Google maps take you to a nursery across the main road from the hotel. It was confusing!

The pool was heated and the pool room was also a comfortable temperature. The parking lot was a sheet of ice. The room had a strong odor, like someone was trying to cover up smoke. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nit. The shower was hot. Overall, the hotel was ok and worked for what we needed.

My first suggestion is to remove the brightest of lights above the whirlpool tub. Ambiance is key and that deterred is from using the tub. Way too bright. The housekeepers need to do a much better job, I found quite a few things on my floor, wouldn’t touch them so didn’t know what it was, and there was a hair clip on side of fridge that you could tell had been there for a while as the dust layer was quite a lot. Missed a lot of dusting in areas that should be done regularly. I have pictures. The bed was stiff and could tell was old. The noise level was not as quiet as other reviews stated, as I could hear both neighbors on each side. Other than those things, it was generally ok.

The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. My friend and I who were staying there both have asthma that is aggravated by cigarette smoke so really struggled. There should not be smoking in non smoking rooms, and honestly we should have gotten a refund.

This Best Western Plus in Victor was an excellent value! Everything was pretty much as advertised. The complimentary breakfast had several options to choose from. Our room with the King size bed was comfortable & had a decent refrig. & microwave. I did use the convenient Blink EV Charger to charge my EV. One frustration the owner could easily fix was Non-EV's parking in the charging spots. Another frustration was there were several parties in our hall where the guests were getting a bit loud even late at night. This kind of frustration is common to Hotel stays I guess. Overall a good value!

I’ve stayed here many times before and always had zero complaints but this time there was so much noise in the early mornings, including a dog barking extremely loudly either right outside our door or window at 6 AM. We could hear the people next-door showering I don’t know whether it was just the location of this particular room, but there was no peace And quiet.

Issues with cards getting in buildings n room. Had issues with elevator. I thought breakfast was to end at 10am ? Maintenance person was making breakfast for us which seemed a little odd but was willing to accommodate are needs we showed up around 9 might have a few minutes to 9. Very comfortable slept very well.

Everything would have been great. Hotel was clean, room and breakfast were good, staff was terrific. However, the first room we got was right above the pool and smelled so moldy that we asked to switch. The second room was much better compared to the first and we were happy at first, but gradually noticed that it also smelled moldy though much less so. We were settled in by then and decided to tough it out for the one night, which I regret. I wish we'd asked for a room in the other wing away from the pool.

Place was well cleaned and very convenient. I really enjoyed the place and amenities. Dining area was little small but it's okay. Area was safe lots of restaurants and shoppings less than 5 minutes away.

This hotel is old but very clean!!! When we walked in the lobby and breakfast area the first thing we noticed is how clean it was! The rooms have carpet, the bathtub was clean but rusty in areas. The hotel is not far from the mall and shopping! Not far from the thruway!

I stayed for three nights and had a fantastic experience. Well-managed, clean, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed, great location, shower head with strong water pressure soothes and caresses the skin so much so that I wanted to fall asleep. Breakfast had a nice assortment of food and fruit. If you into biking, the Lehigh valley and auburn trails are nearby. The goal of my stay is to see Niagara Falls. This was the ideal spot in terms of its location and wonderful accommodation. It is a two hour drive from the Niagara Falls.

A great hotel to stay at when you’re near Rochester, New York. The town of Victor has a nice mall, restaurants, and shops about a mile away from this location. Very clean and quiet hotel. We will come back if we’re in the area again.

Couldn’t care less about ‘Eco Friendly’ virtue signalling BS. Maybe align your priorities with that of the VAST majority Hotels.com 🙄.

The stay was great but check-in not so good. I stood in front of the sensor to alert them of someone at the counter for almost 20 minutes before deciding to call the hotel ( 4:30am). The guy working the counter had to be asleep in the back room. When he finally came out to answer the phone after the 6th ring, with a big red mark on his forehead where it had been resting on something (I hung up). He asked my name grabbed my reservation sheet then almost fell sideways before catching himself. Handed me our key card and told us how to get to our room. Not once did he look at or ask for my ID.

Very pleased with our 1 night stay. They had everything we expected and it was located near eating and shopping.

We could hear car doors in the parking lot from our room. We could also hear people in the next room talking and in the hall. Also there is some kind of splatter on the wall between the TV and microwave station. Otherwise, it is a nice place in a nice area. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options.

We wanted to stay 2 nights but the elevator was broken so we couldn’t do the things we wanted! The gentleman acted like they were repairing it! I have bad legs and back problems and a really hard time using the stairs!

This Best Western fit our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was well prepared with an excellent layout. The whole facility was very clean. One drawback was the fitness room odor was rather unpleasant and needed airing. Its location made getting to the eastern suburbs of Rochester and into the Finger Lakes very easy. We will definitely be staying there again.

Everything super easy, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not an overly large place but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Two things though, washroom sink was blocked and it took some time to have it fixed. 2nd , the shampoo and soap is nauseatingly citrus like a de odourizer. Hope they change it.

I never leave good reviews for hotels. They are all usually bad or unremarkable in our experience. This one was very different for us! From the friendly, courteous, accommodating staff to the absolute cleanest bathroom we have happened upon in a hotel in years to the wonderful little pool opening early enough to enjoy before checkout with rambunctious kiddos to the wonderful breakfast with a great and thoughtful variety of options - this place was truly excellent! There were 2 weddings with guests staying the night we were there and we didnt hear much noise from anyone throughout the stay. Highly recommend to families! They are very kind and accommodating if they know there is a need!

It was ok! The rooms weren’t clean, nightstand and tables were dusty.

We stayed 2 nights but room was not clean after 1st night. I did not see anything mentioned about not cleaning the room while booking it.

We have stayed here for years when we visit family in the Rochester/ Fingerlakes area. Great location, friendly staff, clean and really a great value!

The hotel is clean but could use some freshening. The elevator door was not operating properly. The pool is small and was crowded with young children even in the evening. The gym was tiny, and the one treadmill went only 0.5 miles per hour, the one elliptical had a low battery. We gave up on working out.

Elevator often broken many times a day. Phone in room never fixed, despite notifying desk. Air conditioning not adjustable. No housekeeping service for week I stayed. Convenient location was only positive.

The hotel appears to be in good condition, the staff are lovely- everyone was super friendly and helpful. However, the beds were not comfortable and our room had this sound, as if we could hear water running through pipes. Our room was right above the pool but the sound interfered with sleep. The property was well-maintained, so much so, that in order to complete maintenance, access to the driveway leading to the door was blocked off, making it very difficult to unload/load the car.

The property looks great, can always tell when an owner cares about there establishment.

Everything was fine except being trapped in the elevator. "Oh yeah, sorry, we are waiting for a part to fix that."

The breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past. The "western" omelets were not western omelets and did not taste very good.

Unfortunately, despite being out of the room for almost the entire day, our room had not been cleaned when we got back. At that point , we did not not anybody coming in after that. I am finding this to be true at a lot of hotels lately. Probably understaffing issues.

The property was clean but showed signs of wear. The odor in the room, probably from the cleaning materials was unpleasant. The person to check us in was somewhat harsh yet the person to check us out was very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast needs to be upgraded to be on par with other hotels.

Nice room at reasonable price. Breakfast attendant was exceptional.

We love how the hotel was off the beaten path, nestled in a green wooded area and yet close to the freeway and restaurants. We had a first floor room. Everything there was superb and worked well. My bed was a little "squeaky" but i survived. All in all, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Excellent stayproperty needs more parking. Not their fault, but around 1 AM the hotel lost total power. Use of a CPAP machine made it very hard to sleep. No local storm, so we don't know what the cause was. We wondered how we would bring our luggage and items down the stairs. Power was restored in time to wake up.

All it's fine but the bottle water in the fridge is indispensable.
