I was in for three days for a hockey tournament. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but when I was there the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and fueled me for the day.

The bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation fan, and the staff do not answer the phone when you need assistance. They have charged me extra.

The manager spoke with booking.com for almost an hour after our reservation was lost (on bookings end.) I understand these things happen and appreciate the fact that they fixed it for us. (Be cautious booking 3rd party, day of) they gave all of their guests a goodie bag, including us. Obviously we didn't get to see the rooms, or much of the hotel at all, but the lobby was freshly renovated. They served fresh lemon water and complimentary cookies upon arrival.

Temperature of hot tub was great

We arrived late in the evening and the gentleman working the front desk was so energetic and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. We were five in the room and felt comfortable. The breakfast was the best. The kids enjoyed making waffles and I loved making breakfast tacos. We wished we would have been able to spend more time.

Great experience as always

I Stayed here 2 yrs ago when I first moved to NY. We liked it then. We decided to come back for an overnight stay to bring my young child. We love the Wednesday night dinner and the morning breakfast. We enjoyed the day away from home and we loved the heated pool and hot spa! We love how everything is newly remodeled. I love the new upgrades! Definitely a beautiful place and getaway! Wish it was an tad cheaper for midweek stays.

Everything was perfect for a stay over a weekend

Staff was great. Room was advertised to sleep 7 but had only 6 and no availability of a rollaway bed.

Excellent stay over Thanksgiving weekend while visiting family! Impressed with room and request for 1st floor due to back injury was honored. Totally renovated, clean, spacious, and quiet! Close to everything. Night desk clerk was amazing as we checked in late after long drive and very friendly. Only minor feedback was staff that was maintaining the breakfast area was busy talking and eating from stations and I asked a question and was given a very curt response. Other hotel guest heard and also looked surprised. Other than that, loved our stay and will stay again!

Everything great as usual

Whole facility was clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were excellent. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Was very nice

The room looked to have been recently renovated and was absolutely perfect for my stay. The only thing I would recommend is a bigger sign with your name on it by Main St. Fishers road. Staff were very friendly.

Water pressure in shower is terrible

When I step into the lobby I was greeted warmly and welcomed by the staff .I went to my room which was very clean and the set up was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay I have no complaints its a 10/10 for me I will stay again .

Excellent place to stay!

We had called ahead to warn the desk staff that we would be arriving late in the evening. Someone was immediately available and checked us in right away. In the morning we had a pleasant breakfast and used a basic but clean and adequate gym facility. Checkout was also quick and easy.

Construction dust

Despite the fact that have the hotel is under construction, the staff was helpful and accommodating. And as always, my children loved at the pool!

The staff was amazing and so friendly! The hotel was under construction so any complaints I would have would be due to that and temporary. The pool and hot tub were great, and the kids had a blast!! The double bed suite room was very spacious, and I was impressed by the full-size refrigerator! Can't wait to see everything after construction!

My room didn’t have a refrigerator. They upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was very comfortable.

Best place ever

Construction caused quest to go outside to enter in front for breakfast. Hot tub out of order our last night and that was the main reason for our stay bc my husband has bad back and needed it to drive home the next morning

Most of the staff was really attentive. The hotel was being renovated so we were not able to access the laundry and there were no vending machines. The pool and hot tub were great. Our room was great, carpet and bathroom were a little old and funky, but the room was clean with a great kitchen.

Stay here often & enjoy!

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. They are renovating part of the hotel and this had no impact on our stay. Hot shower. Pool is warm but hot tub isn’t quite hot enough and could use a cleaning. Wonderful kind service at the desk. Internet was wonky. The speed on the treadmill didn’t work but the rest of the gym equipment is fine.

Staff was excellent! Took care of issues that arose with our first room. The building is undergoing construction and the pool and hot tub were sporadically unavailable. Wish we were notified of the work prior to booking.

Carpet was stained so bad & all the furniture was old & awful - there wasn’t one good thing about that room However when we checked out the guy told me that they are remodeling it soon - it should have been done about 10 years ago!

This hotel is pet friendly in all rooms. Good if you have pets - second thoughts if you are traveling without pets.

I love that all of the staff from check in to breakfast to check out were all super sweet. The hotel was nice. The pool , hot tub and gym were all inservice. The beds are nit the mist comfortable but it works. The door to our room had to be slammed in order to shut properly otherwise. I would definitely book with them again. Oh yes before I forget breakfast was better than I expected. Also there is a Chili's at the corner from the hotel about a 5 min walk

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is nice and clean, staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, we got plenty of towels, the A/C and the heat worked great ( just a little bit noisy). Our room had a mini kitchen that was spotless and had everything we needed ( from dish washer, microwave, cutlery and some very clean pots and a regular fridge). The only thing that I will like to see changed was the carpet in room that had some stains but it wasn’t a big problem for us because we didn’t spent much time in the room. Definitely we are going to come back!!

Upon entering my room there was a severe musty odor inside it. After speaking with the front desk, they moved me to a different room which was directly across from my first one. This room was even worse, as it had such a strong smell of deodorizer that it caused my eyes to be irritated and I was unable to eat my dinner due to the strong fumes. After speaking with the front desk again, she stated that the cleaning staff must have just “Deodorizer Bombed” the room due to other customers complaining that the same rooms I experienced had a foul musty odor. I was then told they had no other rooms available to switch me to and that the “deodorizer bomb” hopefully will only last for another couple of hours. Sadly, that was not the case and my entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and miserable to say the least. Not a happy customer.

Access to and from the property was difficult from the interstate.

Staff and breakfast were great. The room was fine but the bathroom, specifically the shower, could you a deep clean.

We stayed for one night. I have stayed at many Homewood Suites. This hotel is tired and old. The carpet is stained, beds are old... just really tired. Staff was very nice and welcoming though.

Furniture and decor is outdated but functional. Breakfast lobby is dull and little dingy, but all functional. Otdoor sitting area is not inviting nor cozy, needs to be upgraded updated, maybe relocated. Even with these remarks, I give the hotel a 5 star. Suff is very nice helpul attentive. We will recommend and return definitely.

The room could use an update. Some doors/locks in our suite did not close properly.

Facilities were good but a bit outdated. Liked the room setup and the kitchen. Food in the evening was awesome. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful! Room was a bit humid for my liking.

The bed was comfortable and the hard surfaces and the main bed were clean, however the soft surfaces (all of the chairs and the carpet) were badly stained. The pullout couch also had food or something folded up in it.

My stay at the Hotel was a good stay, although i was by the elevator and i heard elevator all night, other than that bed was comfortable, room very clean, i kinda wish there was a patio or balcony u have to outside to do everything else, Breakfast was great, and staff also.

Kinda tucked away in a odd location which isn't a bad thing. If you weren't looking for it you would never find the hotel. Hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly. Beds were above average. The breakfast was above average compared to most continental breakfasts. The pool room is nice but extremely loud. They were having issues with the hot tub but nothing's expected to be perfect. Would stay again if ever back in that area

This property is extremely dirty, needs updating, mattress was terrible and old huge dip in the middle of the mattress so when your turned inward you rolled to middle. Extremely overpriced.

Old, dingy, dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again. The room had an odor when you opened the door. Several places were clearly not well cleaned . Curtains were ripped. Was happy to leave. On the bright side, they gave us enough towels.

Rooms are very outdated - 2 light bulbs burned out, couch ripped, ants, broken closet door mirror, very uncomfortable beds & pillows stained chairs, long walk to/from the elevator, freezing cold pool. Breakfast was average.

Room was stuffy and had stale smell. Pillow did not smell clean. Bathrooms filthy. Ants on the floor and in the sink.

Stained carpet in room, dirty plunger left in bathroom, microwave did not work, bedding was old and in need of replacement.

This was a great place to stay the only downside was the $100 deposit when checking in that Expedia didn’t tell us about. Other then that the experience was great.

Easy checkin

The suite we stayed in was dated and in need of repair. Most of the furniture had stains as did the walls and doors. The room was surface clean but it was easy to find stuff that could be cleaned better. The breakfast was good; I appreciated the fresh fruit. I was disappointed given the price I paid.

When we checked in the thermostat was set to 45. I don’t even know that was possible! The room was stupidly cold.

They overbooked the suite I booked so to accommodate me they have two suites with king beds and pull out couches. Well at 10pm when it was time for bed the one pull out bed literally the springs were already fallen on the floor and the mattress wouldn’t stay up… so we go to do the second one and it was so dirty and nasty with old sheet. There was old food and GARBAGE behind BOTH couches…. I called down to the office and they said they would get back to me so 40 min later i had to go down and ask what was going on… they offered me ( and my daughters little friends) a room in PENFIELD at 11pm!!! we had a suprise party for my daughter (shes 10) so the manager OFFERED a refund and seemed genuinely sorry that we had to sleep on the dirty ass floor! so earlier before this we had confetti and i had asked for a broom or vacuum to clean up our mess and they don’t allow that. So in the morning the manager said she called expedia to give a refund well here we are days later and she denied it because the mess. I asked to clean it AND i gave the house keeping a cash tip. TERRIBLE

The hotel is like studio perfect for families with children, stove, fridge, small table, and the breakfast is definitely a plus.

Clean, friendly, pool & spa excellent. Breakfast was terrible fake wet eggs, uncooked sausages no flavor. Everything but breakfast was top notch best hotel in a long time.
