Room was clean but service was a problem. Housekeeping walked into our room twice without knocking. The bathroom amenities - two were empty (hair conditioner, soap). We booked here for the hot tub - only to discover it was out of service.

The amazing front desk worker, Daniel matched bookings rate and even upgraded us to a king suite, because our original hotel never received our reservation. He made our experience so much better! The lobby had a cozy fireplace but the jacuzzi was out of order, and doesn't seem to be getting fixed anytime soon. The pool is warm though.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room and all areas of the hotel we used we always clean. We had breakfast around 9 both days, and the staff were very attentive to cleaning the dining area and refilling the food. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready.

I arrived at 430 to be told my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for my room. I have an 11 month old baby and if my family wasn’t there I would’ve been left to wait in the lobby. When asked how they could compensate I was told there was nothing they could do for me. My room was 2.5 hours late. They didn’t even apologize.

We had a wonderful sisters getaway weekend. Room and bathroom were very clean and updated. Location was great and close to things we were doing. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wish the hot tub had been working for our stay, but maybe next time.

There were things in my room literally falling apart. Bed could only lay in the middle or it tipped over. Light in the bathroom falling down. Door stop in bathroom falling off. Many cracks in the walls. Not to mention the people screaming cuss words and threats of harm to each other. Will not be staying again.

Odd that the liquid soap dispenser for the bathroom sink was located half way up the wall and unreachable for anyone about 5'3 and under.

A couple was screaming at 2:30 in the morning last night on the first floor for what had to be about 30 minutes. For all the common area cameras and being right around the corner from the front desk, they allowed it to go on. For what we paid, that should have been assessed and fast.

Lobby is beautiful with an outstanding breakfast assortment. Pool and spa tub were nice amenities. The gym was well equip with Peleton bikes that my husband could use his account on. The only small issue was that the room was pretty dark. The lighting wasn’t great but it was clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice too. However the quality of the room was not as good as we expected. The water faucet was loose and one of the hangers in the bathroom was loose. It is not very safe, especially with kids around.

The room was great, but the heater was blowing directly in my husband's face, and he couldn't sleep very well. There was too much chlorine in the hot tub, and my skin was itchy. My husband's skin was itchy, also from the bed sheets, probably too much bleach.

There was a bit of a snow storm and the snow removal was basically non-existent. Even the next day the hotel parking lot had not been cleared and it was entirely filled with snow and slush. It had snowed 3 or 4 inches. It was very uncomfortable in terms of loading the car after checkout. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast and facilities are good.

No pool and hot tub, out of order since 12/4.

The room was not in great condition! The trash in the bathroom had garbage in it that was bloody and a hand towel was sitting out that looked like it had been used upon arrival.

The room is impeccable and the girls at the desk were so very nice. The hot tub and pool are not working and I was very disappointed in that but overall the room is beautiful. We have a corner room with a fireplace and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was on the first floor, where the smell of chlorine from the pool was overwhelming. There was a hole in the bedspread and the room was beginning to show it's age. The lobby is dark, like a hunting lodge. I like that light roast coffee was an option. The staff was friendly. Check-in and out were fast. Staff provided a list of restaurants nearby and free bottles of water. Location is right off the expressway, so easy on/off.

Really disappointing stay. We were placed in a room with a malfunctioning toilet. When we let the desk know, we were given a plunger. It didn't work. $200 for a hotel room and we had to use the lobby restrooms.

I love the eating or sunning myself in the garden courtyard attached to the dining area and the pool. I love the hot tub and pool area. The staff are friendly and keep the place emaculate. I always enjoy working out in the exercise room. It is so quiet and relaxing, you would never guess there is Walmart and a shopping center just across the street. This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. I will be sad when my daughter graduates from RIT, because I will no longer have the excuse to visit my favorite hotel!

The room was filthy. The bed sheets were torn and stained, the bathtub was dirty, and the overall condition made me so uncomfortable that I had to leave.

Overall excellent. I love the fact that it has a jacuzzi pool, which is not always available in all hotels. The only critic for me are the pillows--- I would love a more dense, bigger pillows, because it becomes so flat and uncomfortable. Thank you.

The location was great to stores and location to the highway. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The only issue I had is the housekeeping didn't come in while we were there.

This was the perfect place for our needs in the area for a few nights. The breakfast was great! We could not have asked for better.

Spacious suite but bath/shower could use an upgrade. Unable to reach very high showerhead to adjust. Edges of quilt/duvet were stained. Extremely strong odor of bleach/disinfectant in suite.

Elevator was down so we had to carry heavy bags to the third floor. Hampton said no discount because we booked through Hotels.com.

I just like the room to be cleaned daily. Just new towels and bed being made. Besides that it was good and breakfast was good as well

We like the overall excellent appearance of the property. Bed was very comfortable and the roomwas clean. Many food options and we chose. PF Chang, a Chinese restaurant, which was excellent. A fairly new mall is close by which is one of the nicest that we have seen.

This property was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and outdated. The only upside was that the front desk staff was helpful and friendly when needed.

It was clean, check in was great, I love the 24hour front desk staff. I disliked that the elevator was broken. I have mobility issues.

One of the Queen beds in the room was broken. Half-eaten candy bar left in the fridge. One air conditioner was not working. Elevator was out of order and we had to be moved to the 2nd floor.

The only thing that would have been more convenient would have been a refrigerator in the room.

Needs more parking

We were there for a short time, but this is a large hotel without feeling crowded. The lobby and courtyard are so cute and a great place to enjoy the included breakfast!

I had requested a handicap accessible room, and the room was perfect. It was located on the first floor, was very spacious, and the bathroom was well equipped.

2 things I did not like was the pool area. Those stones on the floor are all loose and they hurt when you walk on them. Second the bottle of body lotion is so high up the wall you couldn’t reach the pump to get any if you wanted too.

We like the location of the hotel. We have stayed here a few times, but this time was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned every other day and the front desk employee who came to give us towels was not friendly. The a/c made loud noises and our request at the front desk never was resolved.

Clean, quiet, safe and had a beautiful courtyard and fireplace.

Sink won’t drain, toilet clogged, shower doors won’t close. Woke up to loud banging in the hallway.

Clean and great breakfast! Gym had good treadmills and lots of towels!

We checked in late (@2 A.M.) and the attendee (Larry) was very accommodating. Larry also helped my family out with a few mishaps. My daughter was graduating from Nazareth University, and we had forgotten some things. He was very helpful. The breakfast staff was AMAZING! We've stayed here on at least three occasions, but this one was meaningful. Everything was so convenient that we walked everywhere...Wal-Mart, Five-Below, and the sushi restaurant that was literally a walk across the parking lot. It was a great experience.

Everything was so great even the one time something was forgotten it was made up to us 10 fold. My Hats off to the Manager Emani, her mom Pam Brittany Morgan Larry and the staff that prepared our breakfast with such care. My only regret is with my Baby's graduation we won't be back to the city. A hotel experience with no complaints for a picky person like me is unusual. 5 stars. The staff made the experience great

In the bathroom the fan was extremely loud, the outlet didn’t work and the toilet would sometime keep running after it was flushed.

The house cleaning was clearly not a Hilton standard. We asked for towel service daily. 2nd day we went down and got clean towels from front desk. 3rd day they re-made the bed (no change of sheets), didn’t empty trash, and only left 1 towel. This kind of poor service reflects poorly on this Hampton more than it does Hilton.

Quick and easy check-in, nice facility and a nice little pool. Only complaint is hard beds but to each their own.

Only downside was that bed was not that comfortable and we did not have nearly enough blankets or pillows (4 small pillows for 3 people). I would stay here again for the property and pool, but I'll be bringing my own pillows and blankets!

Only one thing. The bed was made with a duvet so it was too hot with it and then only the sheet for cover. The room was too hot despite the setting of 61 degrees.

This place was amazing.....friendly staff and quick check in. The room was massive with plenty of room for the children to eat. The bed was comfortable. This is in a convenient location with plenty of food places around.

Well the hotel was pretty, the breakfast was really good. However, when we walked into our room there was a rag on the floor one of the housekeepers I think dropped and food in the fridge that was not ours. Otherwise it was good.

Its an ok place. Room that I was assigned to has a very unpleasant odor. Got a different room, but that also had the issue after a day of occupancy. Lighting is bad in the room, same with HVAC - controls dont work, system struggles to maintain room temp...overall the place needs better upkeep.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. But the second day we were there the power went out so we checked out and went home. Hoping for a partial refund.

Eventually, she mentioned that the manager was on the phone and might have answers. Thankfully, the manager was much more helpful and had a printout with available rooms and a hand-drawn room layout. It turns out they had a power outage, and the employees didn’t know how to get the system back online. Once we were assigned a room, we were escorted and let in manually since they couldn’t issue key cards. From that point on, everything improved. The room smelled fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and I appreciated having a flatter pillow option rather than just the overly full ones that can be hard on the neck. We grabbed breakfast right when it opened. Most of it was delicious, though I’m never a fan of the powdered eggs—is anyone? Overall, the check-in experience was frustrating and unprofessional, but the actual stay was good. Improve trng.
