The location. It was 5 mins away from the venue. The hotel was roach infested. Staff knew this, and acted like he didnt or was surprised. I did not stay. I could not get a refund.

It was 10 minutes from my job & loved the places to eat & it was close to Walmart & gas station was right across the street. Bed was king sized so sleep was great, internet was pretty good & the staff was awesome. Noisy tenants.I hate drama. Police was there at least once to twice a week. The room was great but justt the noise. I can't stand drama. I have to have my peace & quiet.

Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.

Ac was fine. I had to switch rooms and wasn't compensated for price or inconvenience. The property did not have a cleaning staff and it was a horrible stay

Room was clean. Staff friendly. HVAC work well, if somewhat noisy. Restaurants within walking distance.

Motel 6 is much better than this I am Very very disappointed. Please remove it from your list of hotels. I believe I should get some credit back for having such lousy stay in this hotel. Loved my stay

Checked into the first room, and was greeted by a cockroach. Immediately called for a new room. If it wasn't as late as it was, i would have demanded a refund and found other accommodations.

Everything about this hotel location was GREAT!!

It was a cheap hotel since I only needed one night. But it was nasty. I think they might do hourly rates cuz of the nasty bedding. Slept with my clothes on and left without even taking a shower cuz I thought I might catch something. Saw a few bugs too. Comforter looked like someone took a razor blade and sliced about 30 holes in it.

Bugs, cigarette burns in sheets, scratchy towels….I guess you get what you pay for, but if other options were available, would not be staying here again…my sister evacuated from the hurricane and had no other options for her family.

The room was infested with small cockroaches; second room we went to was the same. Seems like there were some illicit activities were going on in the top floors with muscular people guarding the stairs and hallway. Felt unsafe at this hotel and resorted to putting furniture against the door on the first night and checked out the following morning.

Staff does their best and beds are clean. Unfortunately shower has some critters and wifi would not stay connected over 4 days despite best effirts

Roaches and other bugs kept us company all night. We were greeted by a huge roach at the door. They could have paid for our night instead. The window unit air conditioner had no weather stripping where the insects could have been coming in. There were stains on the sheets and the TV eithet didn't respond to the remote or vice versa. Only good thing was the cost.

Hotel had a roach infestation as soon as I sat my drink down 3 roaches came out on it in less than 10 seconds front desk guy was very rude the older white male I talked to a Indian man who was very nice and polite though my room also had no working lights the only light we had was 1 single lamp and I was awaken at 2 am by a roach in the bed and also the room smelled terrible I went and bought some air freshener and left the room smelling better then when I arrived just from a few sprays all the sheets has burned cigarette marks and not one of the outlets would work VERY DISGUSTING DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

Checked out the next day and was told the remaining 4 days left would not be refund! So I was ultimately expected to stay in a room with bugs and heath issues and just be ok with it. Reporting to BBB and health department as well, Avoid at all cost! Worst experience ever, will never be staying at another Super 8, or booking with Hotels.com. Be sure to pass the word around about the colliding between Hotels.com and Super 8. Not worth the time, stress OR the money!

Attendant was off the property buying lottery tickets when i arrived 8pm. After a short wait there were no issues checking in. There was marijuana smoke in the hallway that was dense enough to see and leaking into the room. Smoking and nonsmoking rooms are not on different floors. Very noisy (doors, footsteps, voices, neighbor's bathroom pipes) all through the night. There are no outlets to charge your devices near the bed, they must be plugged in behind the tv. The bed was the hardest bed i have ever encountered in my travels. No blanket was provided, only a top sheet and a very questionably stained bed cover. Soft spots in the floor made for constant creaking. A hole beside the air unit was letting a very cold breeze blow. Bathroom mirror was broken. Room was "clean" (no cigarette holes, debris, bed bugs, hair, blood, or other bodily fluids were apparent) However i would recommend keeping shoes on based on what my feet looked like after 20 minutes barefoot. Not suitable for a family. Would have asked for a refund, but we has been driving 10 hours with a 4 month old baby and just needed a bed.

It was okay for one night. An hour in the room sinuses were acting up. I check the Air conditioning filter and it was filthy like never been clean or change. The bathroom commode was soil as well as the sink and shower. The coffee maker water reservoir was soil and unusable. 😱😳

I reserved my room online non smoking. I arrived , checked in. Going to the room all I smelled was smoke. Once inside the room I immediately got a headache. While spraying down everything I noticed that I was in a smoking room. I called the front desk. I was told they were sold out. My issue is that I wasn't given an option if I wanted to be in a smoking room or not. My allergies are really bad. I had to go to the store to by something to get the smoke smell out and Benadryl. I didn't go to another hotel because I had travelled 2.5 hours and was exhausted. The hotel is outdated and need several updates.

Bed was comfortable. Smell of Pot lined the hallways. Front desk staff was NEVER there. Breakfast not available. Sketchy behavior by staff and guest. When I checked in the staff member was sitting outside fratenizing with visitors and I had to wait to check in.

HORRIBLE, NASTY AND SCARY. When i say scary, i really mean it. Don't stay here if you're a woman by yourself.

The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the building. I felt as though I was damaging my lungs just walking down the hallway. I had to borrow an iron from the front desk because “Guests take them”, The only reason i stayed the night is because I could not get a refund.

Our stay was horrible from the jump. Nobody was at the front when we tried to check in. It smelled terribly like Marijuana. We finally got checked in and went to unlock our door and there was a roach on the handle. We got into the room and sheets looked dirty and our TV didn't work. Went to lay on the bed and it was lopsided. Just an overall awful experience. Never again!!!!

The parking lot was pretty dark and only a few lights are working. There was no guest's car parked, just the front desk clerk outside smoking. NO RECOMMENDED FOR FEMALE TO STAY IN THIS PLACE. Shame on Orbitz for not doing their part with checking out these type of properties first hand before promoting them on their site. They shall be held accountable.

Front desk person was pretty cool but hotel condition was bad. As soon as I walked through the hallway, I knew I would not be pleased. The floor was very dirty and hallway smelled of smoke. Upon entry of the room, I realized one of the door locks were broken. Bathroom was decent at best, shower curtain was dirty on the inside, left went to Walmart to buy towels and wash clothes as I was concerned about the cleanliness. Bed cover was thin and had one sheet to try to keep warm as well as scratchy. Pillows were flat and extremely uncomfortable. The worst hotel bed I have ever slept in by far. The only good thing was room got very cold but not enough cover to enjoy it. See attached pic for more details.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean, staff was knowledgeable. Nothing overly fancy but for the price a very good hotel. No continental breakfast on site.

Decent place and a good price

I began packing my things before my last night. Over all. I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely wasn’t a 4 star ⭐️ or 5star place. Hands down, I was not pleased🧐

This hotel is mostly working travelers. 3 floors, 1 entrance, and zero elevators. The towels will peel the skin they are rough! The rooms were clean and so was the hotel.

For whatever reason, the top of the toilet lid was dirty. I used a washcloth to clean it off. In addition. There were Snickers wrappers on the floor. I did check the sheets. They appeared to be clean. I also had issues with the TV and the remote.

Would not supply enough towels. Remote didn't work phone didn't work continental breakfast was cereal and toast very bad odor. Drug trafficking going on. Do not bring family

The only thing I did not like was that when I was checking in, the young man on the phone would not get OFF his cellphone to give me his full attention. He kept yammering on the phone and ignored me completely. He needs to stop that.

I cannot believe Wyndham allows their name to be associated with property. It was awful. The only thing going for it is the guy at the front desk. He was very helpful. Mold on ceiling in shower. Smoke detector missing from room. Bathtub was atrocious! Coffee maker had to be plugged in in the bathroom. This place needs to be burned down!

The staff were so nice, I was evacuating from hurricane Dorian and I started having car problems and I was right down road from hotel and they let me check in way early and were so accommodating in all service provided that I would completely recommend this hotel to anyone

Good things: Housekeeping came by early in the day and always left plenty of clean towels and washcloths. Clerk at check-in was very nice.

The room was in a hole and there was no pool. And only 2 entries into the building. 1 in front and 1 in back.. just didnt feel safe..

The staff were friendly, breakfast were adequate, but we killed about 15 cockroaches during our 6 night stay and our keys didn’t work 3 times.

Blood stained sheets. Stairs yet supposed to be handicap accessible. Manager was polite and did let us cancel the reservation after checkin because of problems though.

There was no pool for the kids and the bathrooms needed to be upgraded.

I think maybe the owner is trying to clean things up but they have a long way to go. On a 1 - 10 scale I’d give a 2. Someone should check this place out because it’s hurting the Corporate image!

Convenient for purposes. Limited breakfast bar. What they had was very good.

Toilet was leaking water into bathroom floor, around 3 am a man came to my room trying to get in with a key card and left after a few tries, he then returned with the front desk attendant and she tried until they realized it was the wrong room, internet and cable were out for hours. Spoke with the front desk and the manager wasn’t available. They said i would receive a call but i have been contacted
