The hotel is generally described as having a good location, with friendly staff and clean rooms. However, there are frequent complaints about the lack of facilities in the rooms, such as microwaves and hairdryers, and the condition of the hotel, with some describing it as old, tired, and in need of refurbishment. There are also complaints about the lack of breakfast and the quality of the breakfast provided.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. The place was filthy, bathroom was covered with pubic hair, dried blood spots on the bed coverings, smelled of mildew, not even an alarm clock, no toiletries, and the room had only open power outlet. Seriously you should be ashamed of having this hotel on your website.

Cleaning staff had no idea where the check in office was nor if I could get more than 2 towels for for people or if the dirty blankets on both beds could be changed. Wi-Fi... If you wanna call it that... Was spotty at best.

The microwave was louder than a motorcycle, and both the coffee maker and hair dryer didn’t work because the outlet was broken—which the front desk already knew about. There was no shampoo or bath soap provided. I booked a three-night stay but had to get my key reactivated at the front desk every single day. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The microwave was louder than a motorcycle, and both the coffee maker and hair dryer didn’t work because the outlet was broken—which the front desk already knew about. There was no shampoo or bath soap provided. Hair in the bathroom floor corners. No drain stopper for the bath tub, so I couldn't soak my feet after a long day's work. I booked a three-night stay but had to get my key reactivated at the front desk every single day. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I give the hotel one star because there is no lower option. The staff was OK, I suppose there was nothing they could do, they only work there. I would stay there even if they pay me to. The worst experience I ever had!

As for the room, while it looked like it had been partially remodeled, there were still a lot of issues. Rusty fixtures, no ventilation in the bathroom, and worst of all—the floors were absolutely filthy. After just a few minutes walking around, my socks and feet were completely black. That level of dirtiness is unacceptable. We were only provided with two small bath towels and half a roll of toilet paper for a three-night stay, which felt very unprepared and inconvenient. We ended up making a trip to the target down the street to get toilet paper and some bath towels because the front office door was locked both times we went to get the supplies. Would not stay here again unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, amenities, and customer service. This is the cheapest hotel in the area.

My family (husband & two children) and I were traveling to Washington from Michigan. I called the hotel, as a courtesy, about 9:00pm to inform them that we were still on the road and that we weren't going to check-in until after midnight. The Desk Clerk informed me that they had given our room away (double beds)and that they only had one room left (king bed). When I booked the room I was told that my room would be guaranteed until midnight. Thank God I called when I did!! Sleeping with my kids wasn't pleasant, with all the kicking, twisting and turning that they do. But, at least we didn't have to sleep in the car!! After checking in, I tried calling the front desk for a wake up call, but, our phone didn't work. Also, our toilet leaked.

When we asked the front staff, they said it wasnt their fault and 'its the Day Shift's fault'. Very unprofessional. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want bad service.

It was in a bad and kind of unsafe area of dc. It is a 15 minute walk away from the nearest metro, and you have to walk along the freeway on a dirat road. The internet connection was bad in my room. But you get what you pay for right?

Reasonable rate, close enough to Metroline for traveling into the city.

접근성도 엄청 떨어진다. 차가 없으면 너무 불편한 위치로서 대중교통과의 접근성이 떨어지고 도보로 이용할 경우 너무 한적하여 위험한 느낌이 든다.

It didn't stayed there I went inside the room, removed the comforter and there it was, a long black disgusting hair in the sheets. Then went over to the other bed and the same, more hair on the sheets

Overall, our stay was quite comfy. It was very clean. It wasn't as close to the metro as we thought, about 3/4mi and it was a very hot walk. Our first night, we had to call the manager to get rid of some people pounding on our door, apparently they had the wrong room. Other than that, we were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness. The staff was very pleasant. We took taxis back in the eves and it averaged about $15 for 2 of us. They 4 of ea towels in the room, which is great and hard to come by sometimes.

We were on a field study trip (5th - 10th graders) all the way from Inglewood, CA. It was our intent to stay here from Monday afternoon until our early check out on Saturday morning. As we pulled into the parking lot many of the chaperones noticed a "woman" who was obviously a "pleasure specialist" if you will. A car pulls in, she hops in and they pull off. A truck pulls in a few moments later and drops off a different woman. The lead chaperone decides we won't be spending more than one night here; we all agree. We get the keys to our rooms. One of our chaperones opens her door to see the belongings of the current occupant still in the room. She has to be issued another room. I take my girls to our room. It just feels like an icky place. I go into the bathroom to relieve myself (after a quick prayer), and go to wash my hands only to find that there are no toiletries. No soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, or any of the usuals that await you in a freshly stocked hotel room. The room smells heavily of smoke. The solution? Someone comes to the room and sprays some sort of aerosol. Doesn't help. Thankfully the lead chaperone was able to find a hotel with seven rooms available the next day. We couldn't get out of here fast enough. Special note: the website specified that they were within 2 miles of the National Mall. False. It was about 4-5 miles.

No restaurants to eat in that area. Breakfast only served until 9am. But near enough to downtown to take taxi cheap. Room was very convenient. Overall: happy for choosing this motel for that price. Oh ya... Train tracks right behind!

when we checked in, we asked for a room on the second floor. This was denied with the reason that all other rooms were occupied. As is standard procedure, we signed a document which advised us of the penalty for smoking in the room. Both my girlfriend and I are non-smokers, so we had no problems complying with this request. However, as soon as we entered the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Moreover, the room was extremely seedy and in disrepair: vents not properly installed and hanging from walls, electric connection socket to a/c torn from wall, graffiti on wall, gum on carpet, several large stains on chair, filthy and rusty bathroom vent, etc, etc. Moreover, no hair dryer (its holder was on wall, without the hair dryer) and no safe as had been advertised. Also, but less important: the TV had no remote and the reception was very poor. Seemed to be from the 1980s. Under the circumstances, the room was relatively clean, so housekeeping cannot be blamed. However, the maintenance was just horrendous and we took pictures to substantiate our review which we will gladly submit to you. We did stay the two nights as we had already guaranteed payment some months ago. All hotels we stayed so far through your organization, whether last year in Italy and this year in Germany and Austria, plus the previous stay in Savannah, have been satisfactory and some even great. This one should be taken off your list.

It was a place to rest for the night. Needed a place to rest my head during a long road trip and it served that purpose. As far as everything else it was subpar at best. Room was dingy, reminded me of the types of seedy motels in movies. In comparison I stayed at another hotel along my travel for half the price and got way better results. If you need a place to stay for a night with no expectations.......this is the place, otherwise look elsewhere.

This hotel left much to be desired. The area was close to downtown Washington but very bad neighborhood. The rooms we musty and the were cigar burns in the covers. The desk man was busy tring to get the local girls into rooms for the right price. The traffic had me thinking they were being charged by the hour.

I'm very relaxed about hotels, VERY RELAXED. Still I have to say this was not a very pleasant experience. The motel is in very poor conditions, no presure in the sink faucet, poor presure in the shower. Horrible towels. The only good thing was the guy in the front desk, he was very kind and attentive. The other good thing is having the continental breakfast included, which is good despite of not having a broad selection of products.

OK FOR THE PRICE - COULD HAVE USED SOME EXTRA PILLOWS. THE ROOM STILL HAD SOME STRONG SMOKING SMELL - POSSIBLY FROM THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS. AFTER DARK, THE HOTEL SEEMS TO BE IN A RATHER LONELY SPOT.
