Very beautiful, simple, exceptionally clean. Has old school charm but updated indoor features. Breakfast okay, The pool is sparkling. Wish they’d fix the hot-tub, over all super lovely place.

TV and lamp didn’t work in our room, our room was also not cleaned the second day even though we asked for it to be. Then the front desk gave me attitude when I asked for clean towels after they didn’t clean our room. It’s definitely not 4 stars, very outdated and the parts that have been remodeled are still cheap and not cleaned well.

Overall, it was okay. But as basic as it comes. No carpet on the floor. The breakfast wasn't good. We aren't picky people but the food wasn't very good. It's next to a railroad and moving trains.

The rooms are nice. However, the doors slam hard and make a loud noise, not good in the middle of the night for guests sleeping.

Recently renovated, clean room. Standard breakfast options but the staff worked hard to keep it stocked during a busy weekend. Good stay!

Hotel is old and pictures on website are misleading. Rooms are noisy. Shower was not clean so we opted to not even take a shower. Disappointing stay.

I found the environment very pleasant, and the cost-benefit ratio was worth it. The location is great, close to restaurants and shopping stores. The people at the reception were lovely and treated me very well. The pool was great too — I was able to enjoy it, and my son left very happy!

It had a mini fridge and microwave exactly like the other less expensive standard rooms did, plus a counter top with a bar sink and empty cupboards save for one with a few dishes. No silverware, no stove, no way to wash or dry the dishes - nothing. So basically it was just a larger room with a countertop and some dishes - not a functional kitchenette at all. Had I known this, I would have saved the extra $100 and just reserved a standard room, since the “kitchenette” offered nothing of substance. We generally book rooms with kitchens so we don’t have to eat out all the time when traveling for work. This was pretty disappointing.

Let me be clear, the staff that I interacted with was so nice and helpful. The first room they assigned me at 6pm was not cleaned from the previous guest. They then set me up in a room that had a conjoined room that was occupied and had a 2.5 inch gap from the door to the floor and I could hear ever word the guest next door was saying and I tried to muffle it with a towel but it barely worked. Then I went to take off my shoes and the laminate flooring was so sticky and dirty that I either used a towel to scoot around after a shower or kept my shoes on unless I was actually in the bed.

I booked a larger room with sofabed and kitchenette, and that was not the room I received, despite the hotel being mostly empty. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff could not have been more pleasant.

Shower was plugged. Water filled to the top and had to cut the shower very short. Not ideal when it’s a family of 4.

The staff at this hotel is spectacular! Kind, accommodating and just really great. The rooms and amenities are a bit dated and worn. The beds dip, and the carpet has seen better days. If they ever get a chance to remodel, they will have something really special on their hands.

More concerning, my 8 year old daughter stepped on a fishing hook that was embedded in the carpet, cutting her foot. While the hotel did offer 10,000 points for the inconvenience, we would have preferred that the room or bedding had been changed instead. Overall, the cleanliness and safety issues were disappointing.

One of the main reasons we booked this inn was for the hot tub, but unfortunately it was only lukewarm. We also found that the shower water wasn’t very hot, and there was someone else’s hair left behind, which was disappointing. There were a few other downsides during our stay. The train tracks right next door made for a noisy environment, and no robes were provided, which may have been a blessing given the circumstances. The heater was quite loud, and noise from other guests carried easily. Our mini fridge froze all of our food and drinks, and we weren’t given a “Do Not Disturb” sign the first morning, resulting in housekeeping entering the room until we later retrieved one ourselves. Breakfast was another letdown — the hashbrowns were undercooked, and most items were soggy and cold. That said, the stay wasn’t all bad. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Ultimately, it served as a roof over our heads for a couple of nights, but nothing more. Overall, it barely met basic expectations for an inn and didn’t offer anything particularly memorable.

She said yes. 5 minutes before my cab arrived, the manager walks over and is very rude to me. I said, "I'm just waiting for my cab to get here. He said it would be an hour to an hour and a half late." 'You be here to long. You need to leave.' I said,"I'm definitely not staying here again." That place is outdated and is in dire need of an elevator.

Breakfast was nice, the fruit a little lacking, the oranges were past their prime. Wenatchee area and NO APPLES? Hot tub was nice, first filling of the tub, the jets blew out gunk and had to drain and refill the tub. One of the lamps has seen better days, the lamp shade had holes and not an aesthetic kind, either. THE STAFF ARE SUPERB!!

Gym is small with minimal machines. Some were out of order. Not accessibility friendly. No automatic doors, no elevators. Stairs only. Room service was great. Things were kept clean and their breakfast variety is decent. Air quality in the building was good considering heavy smoke outside.

The property is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub was clean and refreshing. Breakfast had continental and hot selections daily. The room furniture and carpet was worn, but comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom appeared to be recently updated. The price was the best in town for the services provided. I would definitely recommend and return. My only negative comment is that if you are sensitive to odors, the carpets are treated with a scented product that permeates halls and rooms.

We've stayed at the Best Western Chieftain on several occasions over the years, and always liked the rooms and location. We hadn't stayed in a couple of years, though, because their post-pandemic pricing seemed too high. We were pleasantly surprised to find that their mid-week pricing is again very reasonable, and hope that this continues to be the case.

The pictures are very outdated of this property. Room key would not open to doors unless we went to get replacement keys for every use of the key. None of the outlets really worked in our room besides the one the TV was plugged into, whenever you plug something into an outlet it was spit right back out. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price!

This hotel was very comfortable in that from the minute we walked in and we're greeted and helped kindly and professionally, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay. We had easy access in, around and out of town. The room was in tip top condition for cleanliness and comfort. It was a very hot day but the AC kept us beyond comfortable. Having stayed at other BWs we appreciated they still provide a breakfast hearty enough to carry us all day.

The bathrub was plugged & would fill up witg water antime we showered. We talked to front desk about it and it never got fixed

The room and the bathroom were clean, and they smell good. All the staff was super frinedly, polite and helpful. And the breakfast, made by my new friend Mrs. Hope, was deliciuos and with plenty of options to choose. 100% recommended, and for sure, it will be my Hotel in my future visits.

Didn't like how, old and dark it was on the inside along with smelling wet. The pool and hot tub were clean but the water jets did not work.

No elevator. Request first floor early if important to you. As a Best Western, it definitely did not meet expectations. Desperately needs renovation. Staff was nice but key card had to be redone twice. Again, no elevator. Dark and dumpy. Wish I could post photo of desk chair's peeling seat in room. Dirty lampshades. Little fenced patios/balconies were highlight. Photos look much better than reality. I very rarely review hotels. Had to this time.

This is a great basic hotel. The a/c in our room was very cold and the King bed large. The towels are not that great and the hotel is right next to railroad tracks. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room closer to the front desk. Aside from that, good hotel for the price you pay.

The only thing that I could have done without was the party in the breakfast room. They were so loud, we could hear them in our room. I also wished that the breakfast was earlier.

Hotel does look better on the inside than the outside. Had a hard time getting the key card to work. Room needs upgraded switch on lamp was loose and hard to turn on carpet had stains and the connecting room door has a gap that you can see into their bathroom and vice versa. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was fantastic.

When staying in Wenatchee, I always stay here. It is centrally located, both for getting around Wenatchee, even going over the bridge to east Wenatchee. Plenty of restaurants. Easy to get around.

The room was a double queen but had only one chair. I was told that was standard but they brought us a second chair (great service) The pillows on the beds were HORRIBLE, they were square and very uncomfortable. The TV was via Direct TV. I watch a lot of Tube while on the road,. The TV connected with U Tube fine the first night then it wouldn't, they tried their best but after several hours and two equipment changes they made it work (but only for a couple of hours) I gave up.

Had noise from adjacent room from youth baseball players. A call to the front desk didn't help. Left a day early. Hoping for refund for night that we didn't stay.

So I would like to start off that this hotel was very outdated needed to be renovated. It definitely was good for the pricing but overall it needed a lot of upgrades and renovation. The first thing I really wanna do address is that the showers and the toilet were always leaking and never seem to be replaced after I asked them to come in and fix these problems the toilet was leaking and the shower when you turned off the shower, you had to use full force to turn off the water. The faucet itself needed to be secured. Better was not secured properly. The area smell foul of garbage and needed to be revamped. But overall, the day was pleasant, but definitely needed to get some upgrades.

My son likes this hotel, the rooms are large and has a decent pool and hot tub. It is noisy, however. Between the train nearby and loud guest, I highly recommend bringing a sound machine. Nice staff, clean room (new linens might be needed) it’s a good value for the price. We did not have breakfast so I’m not sure if it’s good

Friendly staffs. Very well kept, considering many things seem to be from back in the day when it opened. I'd stay here again.

The weekday breakfast person was nice but a stickler but the weekend staff was fantastic and really helped us out by having breakfast ready a full 30 minutes before scheduled- absolutely saving my morning before having to leave early for one the bike races. It's a slightly longer walk than I would have preferred to downtown (15-20 minutes), but a straight shot and fast by bike. I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming in for Tour de Bloom- spacious rooms, close to downtown, solid breakfast, and hot tub.

Stains on the carpet, all the water ran red with rust. Location wasn't great and the room looked out on the parking lot. Not a great experience.

Worst service I have ever received!!! Tv didn’t work in the room and was told by the morning girl she didn’t know how they worked so. I asked if we could check out to find some where else she then offered to switch us rooms and the bathroom door didn’t close and the toilet ran all night! I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful night sleep or comfort😭 I usually always love Best Westerns

The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are always clean and the property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. Dollar for dollar, the Chieftain offers the best hotel value in Wenatchee.

I asked the front desk for a second blanket on my bed in room 241. It was not placed.

Blow dryer did not work no matter which outlet I tried or which reset button I pushed, very loud neighbors with screaming child. When I spoke to the person when I checked out, they did not seem to care. I have stayed at this hotel for years but I will not return.

The hotel is out of date but it had new mattresses and looked really clean at first glance. After settling in for the night we were appalled seeing a bed bug crawl across our pillow. I had done an initial check when we got there but after seeing the new mattress, I didn’t see anything noteworthy. When smashing the big, it left a blood stain on the pillow. So we searched further finding more carcasses under the bed skirt. When bringing the evidence down to the desk, they seemed surprised and offered us another room down the hall. They allowed us to inspect that room before moving. When checking out the next morning the front desk gentleman didn’t seem surprised and offered no apology. He seemed like he might be the owner or manager too.

This hotel was very old. The room had a smell that I could not get over, it smelt old musty, and it gave me a headache. The carpeting was tore up by the sliding glass door. All of the furniture was very old. It was obvious pets have been in there and it smelled a little bit like smoke. I could hear a dog barking next-door. I didn’t feel like I should be walking around with my shoes off. I did pay a very small rate for this room, which makes it very affordable for someone who is not very picky. Wenatchee is a very beautiful town.

Arrive at check in not early or they charge you. The hot tub could be a bit warmer. Beds comfy! Breakfast was over crowded.

The mattresses were so old they were like hammocks. I’m not sure what the pillows were stuffed with but they were lumpy to say the least. The other guests were up to all hours partying.

Building is older and needs revamping. Noisy neighbors.

I got the suit with the jacuzzi for our 1 night honeymoon and the room was big but for what we were paying I'm very annoyed and disappointed. The jacuzzi was gross hair everywhere and when you turned the jets on it smelled bad like they have never cleaned it and was pushing gross flakes everywhere. So we were not able to use the jacuzzi which is the whole reason I went to that hotel. And then the door doesn't lock and anyone can come in with out a card. We didn't realize this until we were on our way out either. Luckily I know better and had all the locks done the whole time but still. It's a scary situation none the less. The furniture is old and has never been cleaned. It has that old grimmy film on it that motels usually have. It isn't worth the money and the breakfast wasn't that good either. I would not go here if you can help it.

No phone in our room even after we reported it to the staff. A phone was brought up to our room and connected. Still didnt work! Stained wash cloths. Toilet paper that had been used. Tiny pillows. Noisy room from train noise and vibrations. No pen or paper to write on. No bible in room and no survey to fill out with concerns!
