Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel

Breakfast on weekend does not start until 7. Dark pool area. Hot tub jets are fair. For the price, good option.

Room was clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. At night it may be hard to find parking.

Friendly staff. Walking distance to the strip. Stumbling distance from a quality dive bar. Driving distance to the gorge.

Didn't expect the room to be "cleaned" after just one night when we were only staying 2 nights. Most hotels only clean rooms upon request now for environmental reasons. Would have preferred that, but otherwise it was great.

It was a typical Best Western. I could count on it being clean, and safe as a solo traveler. Breakfast was typical.

Our only complaint and a reason we'd probably not stay here again is the beds are rock hard. Like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, not comfortable AT ALL. Rooms were clean staff was great, breakfast good, just the beds were absolutely terrible.

Could use ‘adults only’ time at the pool/hot tub, maybe 9-midnight. Poor towel quality in the rooms and only 2? That should be thought through a little better.

Room was nice and clean and the staff was also very helpful. The elevator was not that great and not quite clean. Also there was no free drinking water available; there was coffee and ice available but no drinking water. They should at least give two bottles of water in room for each day of stay. Otherwise no complaints, breakfast as expected was just okay same thing everyday.

Room was very clean, except a small piece of cookie that blended into the carpet under the bed, 😆 staff was super helpful getting us extra pillows for our stay.

Well at the Best Western plus your computer went down and the poor girl Ashlie I think was her name was doing the best she could to fix the problem but couldn't, so I asked her if they would honor our reservation up the road at another Best Western and THEY DID! Now that's service the only complaint was queen bed verses king bed. Maybe have a hot line for computer malfunctions

The hot tub was wonderful. The only problem I had was people overstayed their time in the hot tub knowing that other people were waiting for turn in the hot tub.

The front staff (Ashley) was very accommodating and friendly. The hot tub was hot, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Pillows were lumpy. The bathroom fan was super loud. It sounds rusty/clunky.

Coffee maker was broken in the lobby. Had no hot water, ice machine on main floor was empty. No garbage can in back parking lot. Beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Curtains were not long enough to block out light Not the best experience and would not recommend

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has cheesy omelets and not just scrambled eggs like other places. The eggs were the first things in the line-up which decreased the opportunity for cross contamination. The front desk was friendly. The coffee was old and not great. The location was a little odd for ingress and egress but manageable.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly! Pool was fun and warm. Breakfast was okay. The rooms smelled like stale cigarettes. Beds were just okay. Pretty small room for the price we paid.

Nothing much to write about what we liked. Only the staff were helpful and great. Overall hotel stay was below average. The hotel is marked as 4 star but we felt like a 2 star. Not great Cleanness. Exhaust fans in the bathroom isn't strong enough .. always felt damp.

Staff was great

So incredibly noisy. Was in a room right beside the stairs, with children running up and down all night. And then someone walked down dragging their suitcase at 6am.

Hair in the shower before we used it and paint needed touched up in lots of places. Cob webs in the lights. Other than that the place was a decent place to stay.

Clean, good value. Staff did not put me near the kids! A little road noise but not too bad.

The property was close to everything and the lobby was nice. Staff are super friendly, especially the ones who set up the breakfast. The breakfast was surprisingly nice , really liked having a little yogurt cup and some eggs/waffles/coffees to start our day. Pool and hot tub was a bit of a plus. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was also nice and roomy. Simple check in and check out. That being said , the pool facilities need a nice deep clean! Almost slipped stepping in a weird slimy spot trying to walk over to the pool. The pool / hot tub themselves seemed fine. The room seamed clean and comfortable but there was a bit of an old funky smell. Ended up having scented candles our whole stay. (Did the trick but still) our table side lamps weren’t working, used the other 2 lamps in the room.

The location and price was amazing. The breakfast was really good as well very clean rooms and nice staff The tv in our room was going out needed replaced and the bed was very firm

The room was fine, no complaints, the staff was incredible. There was a mix up in the morning and Gigi at the front desk had them bring out the breakfast we missed. My kids had a blast in the indoor pool too. Great hotel, I will definitely come back.

The room was excellent, breakfast was nice, and everyone seemed friendly and courteous when we tried to stay right up until 11:00 check-out. Visitors seemed to enjoy the hot tub and space (but the water was pretty violently bubbling LOL).

There were several families with children running up and down hallways, screaming and out of control. Took do not disturb signs off doors, chaotic in pool area. Staff did give warnings but it did not take care of the issue. They should have revoked their reservation

The staff was wonderful, we enjoyed the hot tub and the bed was comfortable. Only thing that I didn’t like was being on a floor that was under construction. The flooring was being replaced at the elevator on the third floor. Also the elevator needed some help it scared my wife to ride in it. The tag/license in the elevator was expired 08/25. I stayed there 11/11.

Love the on line check in. Walk up to desl, give name, get keys. Done in less than 15 seconds. Yay!

Nice room. Clean. We stayed on the second floor at one end and the stairs were unusable because of maintenance which made it more difficult coming and going but one good thing is that, that end of the building was really quiet with no one using those stairs. Breakfast was good with a variety of food but they had a hard time keeping up with the demand.

Mattress was horrible. I stayed @ Best Western in Renton & they were the best beds EVER. That's why I booked this location. Never again- unless they upgrade their beds. Felt like I was sleeping on plywood.

Food service area needed more service. Waffle iron, pancake maker going down. Many families didn't seem to know how to use anything. Many families seemed to be traveling together, not giving up table space, etc. No ine managing the situation.

The room was 'nonsmoking' yet smelled like complete smoke, we came home with our luggage smelling like smoke. Additionally, the shower water wouldn't turn on, so we were unable to shower. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out though, so I did appreciate that.

Jade, front desk, friendly, efficient and helpful. Bathroom is tiny but functional. TV doesn't include Mariners, a major disappointment. Breakfast, standard, with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, etc. - a bit above average. Central location.

We came for the festival and we had such a good time! Staff was kind and helpful. Food was good. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. We were two blocks off the parade route so it was easy to enjoy the town.

We enjoyed breakfast, spa and pool , smart tv , friendly staff, and great location . It was short walk to wonderful riverside park trails .

All the amenities are just as described. Really nice place. I'll stay here again if I need to come back to this area

What made the difference for us was the wonderful employee named Zee. It was so apparent that she loved her job. She was not only cheerful and helpful but really went out of her way to make sure everyone had a good experience.

Recently renovated, clean, abd spacious room. Conveniently located to Confluence Health Hospital.

Chlorine in the pool was reported as too strong by my son. I liked the hot foods breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly.

Great place to stay every time we are in Wenatchee.

For the money it is a great deal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. If you have kids they will love the pool and the free breakfast will save you a lot of money.

Stay was as expected for a one night in Wenatchee with friends and going to a hockey game. Very quiet rooms and comfortable.

Decent breakfast, accommodating staff, pool and hot tub fun for family, easy distance to Leavenworth at a much better price.

Breakfast was okay—typical middle-of-the-road hotel fare—not the greatest. Powdered eggs, bacon only half-cooked, coffee was tasteless. We opted on our second morning to go across the street to Sage Hills Bakery instead, highly recommended!

Great place to stay with a nice pool and hot tub. My only complaint would be breakfast wasn’t served until 7 and we had a volleyball tournament and had to be at the gym by 7 so couldn’t eat.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I went down (after breakfast) and asked for lemon tea and honey, without hesitation immediately stopped what she was doing to fetch it for me. I truly appreciated it especially it being the holidays and they were working. My kids enjoyed the pool from morning to night and it wasn't ever overly busy. Maybe shared it with a family or two at a time. The breakfast was well prepared and consistently stocked no matter what time we went down. Would most definitely stay again! Easy to get to mission ridge. Good hot breakfast included. Pool and hot tub were nice but TOO much chlorine (I couldn't even open my eyes in the pool room)

The hotel was updated with modern amenities, clean, and family friendly. Great price for quality stay! The front desk was very nice, and we love the breakfast. The hot tub did lose temp halfway through our stay and the pool room needed more ventilation because the chlorine was very strong. Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel and will stay there again!

For some reason the room was really hot, even after I turned off the heating entirely it was still really warm all night.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfy, the pool and spa was excellent, the breakfast was excellent as well as the gentleman that was doing the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I give this place 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there again!

Front desk staff were so helpful and nice. Always greeting as people enter and exit the building. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We travelled with a baby so lots of room for his travel crib. Onsite EV charger right by the front door. Would definitely stay again.

First we got our room turned out someone else was already in that room. Went back down stairs and had to be moved to the 3rd floor. The elevator was super tiny. The morning was super busy kids screaming.
