Tweaker broke window and fell on a car. Cops were called.

The lady at the front desk was helpful and efficient. The whole place was very rundown and filthy. Arabic men hanging around outside. Five minutes after O checked out this Arabic guy called me and said I had smoked in the room. I don't smoke anything!! Probably the people next door that looked like tweekers! Every room in Wenatchee was taken or I would never of stayed in this dive.

When we showed up for check-in after our concert, the lights were off and the lobby door was locked. No one answered. Rang the doorbell several times, knocked on the window several times and nothing. Ended up going down the street in paying three times as much for a hotel. The next morning when I stopped by to make sure they refunded my money they told me they were likely passed out and to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia told me I had to get refund from hotel. Endless cycle of B.
- 4/5
It was nothing special and worked great for a place to crash. The staff was extremely friendly and we'd stay there again.
- 3/5
Well for a cheep place to stay it's fine don't expect it being fancy, took a real quick shower cuz the hot water didn't last long ,the blankets were on a shelf just a very tin sheet /blanket on the bed,but the staff was very nice,if you need anything they help ,will not be going there again.
- 1/5
The pool was not available. Said it was being repaired, no evidence of that. Ice machine was out of order. Room was filthy in places. Terrible noise all during the night.Hard to get and stay asleep. TV watching was terrible because it was nearly impossible to find a channel.
- 3/5
The rooms are very dated, it took an hour to check in, and there was never anybody at the front desk. I don’t recommend this hotel if you want a nice place to say. It was clean, but I won’t stay there again.
- 1/5
I come to the front and you need to call to get someone there it was 7pm then she said the computer was slop and I saw her using her phone while trying to look for my name

- 4/5
Is good
- 4/5
Needed to have shower curtains changed out, not very clean. AC did keep the room cool. Which was nice. Ice machine was out of order, unfortunate. Would be nice if they had lil coffee machines in the rooms.

Manager refused to give us the 2-bed room that we paid for and the receipt clearly showed we paid for 2 beds and it was a 5 night stay and we had to sleep on the floor because the hotel refused to move us to the correct room
- 1.5/5
Mold and Residue from the cleaning products. Also my salad was frozen from too cold of the freezer in the refrigerator.
- 1/5
The room was dirty, found dead bugs in my bed and the sheets were stained. I left right away and checked out but didn't get a refund.

The building and facilities are little bit older, the heater not good enough in the winter too, but they can help and keep warm, convenience location, close to everything, fair deal with this cost.
- 5/5
Great stay, everything was good. Highly recommend!
- 1/5
Room was absolutely disgusting ceiling in the bathroom look like someone threw up on it never been in a dirty hotel room definitely will not be staying there again
- 2/5
Room quality is not more than 2 star:
- 1/5
Our room was not clean. Hair in shower, mold growth in cracks of tile, poor paint job, no toilet paper, only one set of towels, the tv cable was not working, ancient curtains, etc. Staff helped with towels, but the facility needs updating and it would be worth investing in.
- 2/5
Cold rooms due to inadequate insulation under doors
- 1/5
The room was absolutely disgusting! Brown stains on the bathroom wall, filthy baseboards, floor was dirty, smudges around door knobs. Just gross. The mattress was very comfortable but that’s about it for this place. Will NEVER stay here again
- 5/5
Recently stayed at this hotel the gentleman at the office was completely amazing and super nice and friendly all the staff was super kind. Me and my family would stay there anytime. Even though the hotel is located across from a bar the staff made me and my family feel completely safe threw our stay.

- 2/5
Room was not very secure and a lot of activity.
- 3/5
Friendly helpful staff who are always available. It is nice that it is across from a bar for Sat. night entertainment. Property is in poor condition and needs remodel with paint job. It was a great value though with nice clean pool!
- 1/5
The holiday lodge has cockroaches. Motel is run down and looks clean at first but nope cockroaches come out of cracks in doors and from under the bed. Nice tv's. Pool is ok. No breakfast. Our rooms door frame was broken and door wouldnt open, we had to have someone kick the door open. Management didnt fix lock. When we complained about the cockroaches they threatened to call the cops and trespass us. Told us our dogs brought the bugs and did not refund our money or compensate for us having to completely clean all of our belongings. Management was rude.
- 1/5
The person running the hotel was very nice, but the hotel is very bare bones. It was very old and needed to be remodeled. We didn’t realize what we’d booked. We would not go back.

Remote was in spanish. Bed dirty and towels. No hot wateŕ
- 2/5
So the people here who own and or work here are amazing but this place is disgusting. Pillow was covered in mold and the rooms smell like they covered it in a million gallons of air freshener that’s nauseating. Super dirty rooms that look like they’ve been cleaned at the laziest way possible. Guy at the front desk was amazing and asked how we liked it and the guy cleaning rooms switched out our pillows but it truly doesn’t undo the nastiness of the rooms itself.
- 5/5
This Hotel was Amazing very friendly staff and the room was ready when i arrived and room clean they exceeded my expectations i will definitely recommend Holiday Lodge to family and friens. Very happy with the service i received i can't complain about it.
- 2/5
Stain on sheets. Mold in bathroom. Hair in shower, sink, and towels.
- 3/5
Bathroom could use a little more cleaning. Rest was good. Noisy neighbor, but had kids, so understand. Pool was refreshing!
- 2/5
Just one staff on site . Place looked smelled dirty , old. Price way to high.
- 3/5
Sky lights above windows let light in allll the time. Hair dryer did not work
- 1/5
Very run down. Had broken glass in the sink. When turning the bathroom sink water on, water spurted out and sprayed everywhere. No microwave even though the ad says there is one. The stairs to the second floor were rusted through and had holes all over them. People obviously live on site, they had canopy’s set up with a grill and tables and left all their food out on the table all night. Very sketchy people hanging around the building. Rating a 1 seems too high even.

- 3/5
This property is very old and run down. We had to ask for pillows for one of the beds as it had none. It had the feel of a long term stay hotel that had not been kept up. There was paint on the bathroom tile where it must have dripped when painting, but didn't bother to clean it up. Bathroom sink was set very low in the wall and was below my waist, so not comfortable to use. One of the bathroom walls had what appeared to be snot on the wall. Very disappointing, and not worth the price we paid to stay there. I was glad it was for only 1 night.
- 1/5
My door looked like it had been kicked in and the frame wasn't fixed. I was in the room right next to the office and instead of two doors between the room, there was only one that I could hear them talking through all night and see enough light under to tell when someone was walking by. There were stains on the floor, wall, sheets and blinds. When I grabbed the towel, the bar it was on fell off the wall. Not much I can say positive about this place...
- 3/5
The desk people were friendly. The facility is old and in need of paint and repair. Basic room with a bed, toilet and shower. Not much else to say.
- 4/5
good location. staff very friendly
- 1/5
This hotel should not be allowed to operate. Broken glass windows, the stairs threads have large holes on the threads. The first room they gave us wasn't not cleaned. The second room, the bathroom didn't have a door handle, the light bulbs were missing, stains were everywhere. We arrived late and due to the holidays nothing was available. Never again.
- 4/5
"Locals" live up in there. You get one key, and office is not open during the evenings, be aware or you'll be locked out. Not to mention our truck got hit in the parking lot there prior to us leaving 😶
- 1/5
Stunk so bad when i walked in my room i almost puked, toilet was plugged, sink wouldnt drain, owners were above me contantly stomping and making noise and lots of wierd people around all hours and the cost was more than the best western plus, which was i have to say outstanding
- 1/5
The absolute worst place you could ever stay. Curtains were way too short to cover the window, the door wouldn’t lock in room 111 and the crack head next door came knocking on our door for drugs! Management refused to give a refund and there was no way I could stay there with my kids after all of this! This place is for prostitution and drugs and that’s all you’ll see there. The photos online are nothing like the reality of this place!
- 4/5
Old motel, trying to make improvements. Decent enough for the money I paid. Just needed a place to sleep in town.
- 5/5
I’m still very happy here !!’
- 5/5
I’m very happy staying here working full-time selling my art on the weekends at Pybus Market … I love room 123 … it’s my little home away from home !!’ Thank you !!’
- 3/5
Very NOISY neighbors in Apartment above me this time !!’ … I mean it’s OK for a little bit of noise, but with them it was ALOT OF NOISE until midnight !!’ … hopefully they are not there very long !!’
- 5/5
I’m very very happy with room 123 here … I plan on staying here weekends permanently while I sell my Arts and crafts at Pybus Market
- 1/5
This place was the sketchiest spot I’ve ever been. The bathroom was a mess, the toilet was stained and the shower was falling apart. The ceiling had blood on it and the other “patrons” were definitely the people you don’t want to stay with. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Ended up getting a last minute hotel instead. 0-10. 0 stars. Would rate it negative but it won’t go lower.
- 1/5
The price was great but their was holes in walls that should have been repaired, something smeared by light fixtures near bed, water damage on walls, curtains stained it's basically run down needs better maintenance when I showed it to management they said just cover it up so you don't have to look at it
- 5/5
Very happy with rm 123 here
- 5/5
I’m very happy here with rm 123

I’m planning to being here weekly for quite sometime selling my Arts at Pybus Market … Rm 123 feels like my home away from home … I’m very happy here … thanks

Rooms 219 and 123 are my favorites so far
- 4/5
I like staying here but … room 104 is a bit noisier than room 123 … due to being closer to the Avenue … if possible could I have room 123 each stay … I also like room 119

Yelling going
- 3/5
Too noisy fans are noisy neighbors were noisy walls are too thin
- 1/5
. Sheets had stains - Bathroom old and gross - Could use new towels . Had a dog on one side and crying kids on the other. Absolutely would not stay there again.
- 1/5
Dirty hotel, had to leave right away. Not in a safe part of town, and a lot of sketchy people staying there. Did not feel safe being there.
- 3/5
Trying to check out around 600am. Nobody in the office. Trying to call them and the person sound liketheu were sleep. Left the key room and called them back around 8am to tell them hey key in room. There nobody in office when we left. Its no bad property; just need good wipe down on the wall and clean the fan in the bathroom.
- 3/5
Wifi did not work , looks generally run down and not a good part of town
- 3/5
At first glance, the other guests seemed rowdy, a little low class. But ultimately, there were no issues. Room was sufficient, nothing fancy, with a refrigerator that was important to us. In the morning we realized that the fridge hadn't been working and we had some spoiled food. While the staff was very apologetic, there was no offer of compensation, even a token amount.
- 2/5
It was affordable and the staff was helpful. But the walls and doors could use a good wipe down. There was an over whelming smell of perfume or incense
- 1/5
This place is terrible. AVOID at all costs. Worst customer service and experience. I booked a two night stay and had to cancel last minute. I was told I would get a refund for one night and was quoted the refund amount. Understandable that I wouldntbe refunded the full amount but have been waiting for the partial refund. The refund was never honored and the staff has refused to respond to my multiple follow ups about the request. I escalated to get help (I included an email that stated I would get a refund) and was told a refund would not be processed. A company that blatantly goes against their own policies is not worth anyones time.
- 4/5
It was aight
- 5/5
We'll definitely book here again when we come to Wenatchee.
- 5/5
The room is clean. George was responsive to any requests I had.
- 4/5
Don’t judge a book by its cover. This place was great. Not the best looking from the outside but the rooms were big, a little out dated but nice nonetheless. Definitely would stay again!
- 5/5
Amazing staff and service
- 3/5
We had a good time in the pool and the staff was nice about supplying towels.
- 1/5
Disgusting place. Dont recommend here at all!!
- 4/5
Basic but comforatable.
- 3/5
Basic room but good value if you won’t be spending too much time in your room. Quiet and comfortable.
- 2/5
The room smelled like an ashtray! This is a old roadside style motel, so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but when we noticed the towel in the bathroom was dirty and the bed sheets were not just stained but had some kind of candy stuck to the bottom sheet, that's when we decided driving home might be safer than staying.
- 1/5
Terrible. Smelled and room was dirty...we opened the door, looked around, returned key and found another place
- 2/5
The room did not smell very clean, the window did not Lock. We found a dirty diaper in the room. TV was remote was missing. Ask them three times for a remote and finally told them to forget it because we didn’t want them coming and why we were gone and then even though I booked the hotel because of Having dogs, There was no signage and after we had checked in and was in the room for a while we were asked for $25 additional fee.
- 3/5
Room smelled old. Not fresh or nice. But clean enough
- 4/5
This is not the Hilton, but giving it 4 stars for the price and what you get. Went there on a weekend getaway and was just using the room to shower and sleep. Bed was good. AC worked in high temp. For the price I would defiantly do it again.
- 3/5
Basic drive up motel. Room as expected for the price, very old building but clean rooms and comfortable bed.
- 3/5
Was ok for the price. Lots of noise from the next room starting in the middle of the night and lasting till morning. Bathroom could use some updates. Was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Pool was nice and clean, floors were very dirty/made your feet dirty. They mopped the floors twice and were still dirty. Several areas with exposed drywall mud. Beds were clean and comfy.
- 5/5
The room was clean and did not have any bad smell. Room has a fridge and a microwave.
- 2/5
The outside of building was run down stairs to upper level had holes rusted through stairs, AC was marginal and person we checked in with could not communicate that well.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was welcoming.
- 4/5
The Holiday Lodge is a very old property with very old amenities. It was clean, air conditioned, with mictowave and frig. I could complain about the missing aerator in the bathroom faucet, or the TV that was unplugged, or the missing bulb in the vanity light, or the toilet seat missing the rubber spacers putting you too close to the water, or the frig that froze my water, or the kid upstairs doing jumping jacks on my ceiling.....but what heck? I paid $147.54 for 2 nights including 2 bottles of drinking water. What's to complain about? Bed was comfortable. Shower worked. AC worked. TV worked (after i plugged it in). It was perfect for the money.
- 3/5
I liked the price, but I didn’t like how outdated the hotel was.
- 1/5
Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life. Very rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Room was dirty and smelled horrible. The floors were sticky and unswept and the bed literally smelled like the sheets had not been washed from the previous guest’s stay. Shower head was so strong it peeled my skin. Lots of homeless lingered on the property every day of my stay, being loud and disruptive in the parking lot, at the pool area, and literally right in front of the front desk office. Front desk did absolutely nothing. The property did not feel safe.
- 3/5
Not a bad place clean enough tv wasn’t working but didn’t turn it on till bedtime anyway didn’t ask anyone to fix it
- 2/5
Windows had no screens, room stinks, no cable. Your better off paying a little more.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet despite the number of motorcycles in parking lot, staff friendly. Not a place I would have chosen if just looking at outside but very decent - would stay again.
- 5/5
We were on a motorcycle trip. We stay in a lot of motels during the trip. They gave us rooms side by side on the bottom floor. Easy parking for the bikes right in front of the room. Very affordable, safe, clean, hot shower, given water bottles on check in and hot coffee in the morning. Perfect!
- 5/5
Nice centrally located hotel. Very clean rooms. Amazing water pressure in shower. Staff super accommodating friendly. Very recommended
- 1/5
Tedious and confusing check in when they weren’t aware of the second room. One room had a pink light and a concerning door connected to the front desk, the other was actively flooding in the back. The rooms were between the front desk and a room their family was staying in. Between 10pm and 1am they went back and forth causing the front door bell to ring over and over. There was a small child wandering between crying. They could have put us almost anywhere else in the motel to prevent the sound. The next day they offered coffee, the creamer had gone bad and was chunky.
- 2/5
The check-in process went smoothly enough. The desk attendant was courteous and friendly. The room was clean. However, it needs updating and renovation. The bed was positioned right beneath the blackout curtains so even though the light didn’t come through the windows the light was still waking us up because it pointed in right down on our faces. Also, the remote for tv didn’t work. The bathroom sink, if turned on more than a trickle would spray everywhere and there was a large bubble in the bottom of the bathtub. The toilet flushed but slowly, and somehow water leaked into the seams between the tiles but inside of its origin. If I was there for a vacation I would have been very disappointed. A one night stay it served its purpose for its cost.
- 3/5
Staff limited english, no continental breakfast, only tea and coffee.
- 5/5
Room clean and very quiet, all appliances (air conditioner, fridge, microwave, TV, wifi) in perfect working condition. Definitely, I will come back here, as price is reasonable and the service excellent!
- 5/5
Great deal and Bath tub, and convenient...
- 4/5
The TV did not work at first so I let the office know and they came and spent a lot of time working on it and got it to work fine.
- 4/5
Good location. Quiet. Access to shopping and dining options
- 1/5
I walked in and saw new renovations and was feeling hopeful that the new management was taking care of stuff. After a bit I started realizing that my allergies were acting up and thought nothing of it, but after an hr I looked under the bed and saw green wood all over and thought it could be mold of some sort. Contacted management and they were helpful and understanding and offered me another place, but after that experience I wanted to go somewhere else. They would not give me a refund since I had stayed an hour and they lied to me about giving me a refund if they were able to talk to expedia and sort it out with them. Overall I hope they get their stuff together but do not recommend this place.
- 1/5
The room was uninhabitable. The bathroom floor was completely fllooded and there were roaches. We did NOT stay and they had no other rooms available. The clerk at the desk said i have to get my refund from you.
- 2/5
There was moldy food left in our fridge and no top sheet on our bed. The food stunk up our whole room when we opened the fridge and we were wondering how long it has been since the fridge was last cleaned.
- 4/5
It was just fine for the money...clean and convenient.

Clean and quiet Good for an inexpensive no breakfast no frills motel.
- 5/5
Very nice stay.
- 2/5
Insisted on charging a refundable $100 deposit for damages. Left undamaged, hope we see the refund.
- 1/5
The room was clean but it smelled so bad of mold my asthma flared up we woke up with really bad headaches even though I went to the store to by air freshener the smell was horrible. The bathroom door got stuck because it was out of frame. I did tell the manager but the only thing he said was I’m so sorry
- 2/5
Had to negotiate to get a room with heat but no ac and a tv.
- 5/5
Very pleasant people at the front desk, the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. All and all was a good experience.
- 5/5
It was in a good location and clean
- 5/5
The only thing we didn't like there was no phone in the room
- 5/5
The staff was frie,

We were first told that we had the room that we booked with a queen size bed. When we went in the room, we realized that the door would not lock so we went to the front counter and the young lady gave us their last room with a king bed. The lock worked in this room, thankfully. The room was ok for cleanliness, but the bathroom was old and run down. There were stains on the roof of the shower, the door was so marked up and not clean and it looked like they had just tried to patch everything up. The heater was so incredibly noisy that it woke me up from my sleep when it came on. The bedding was ok, but the top comforter was so thin and fell off the bed every single night while we were sleeping. There is no coffee maker in the room, which I find very inconvenient. You have to go to the front office to get your morning coffee. We also found it to be quite loud as there is a bar across the street and I wouldn't say that it is the best part of town. I don't think that we would stay here again.
- 3/5
It’s not a nice hotel, isn’t in a nice part of town, so expectations weren’t high, but a working heater in December is kind of a big deal. I would recommend checking functionality of all items prior to moving your stuff into the room. Remove all valuables from your car and expect noisy neighbors.
- 5/5
I couldnt believe that Holiday Lodge beat the PRICE of every airbnb and Hotel in the CITY of Wenatchee !! What an upset that airbnb couldnt beat the price of only $64.00. THIS PLACE DESERVES A Noble Prize !!
- 1/5
Zero stars if possible. $114 gets you a room that is disgusting and falling apart. They used new flooring to mask the issues. Everything is dirty, walls, trim, bathroom, everything. The bathtub does not drain. We went to shower and the water never drained til we manually made a vortex so it would go down. Person working said no refund because she isn’t a manager, then proceeded to say we couldn’t contact her manager or anyone else in charge. Disgusting room and horrible service. If the owner is reading this then I would hope you send us a refund and do some actual work on the motel. Desk lady took our number so the boss could call us but we all know that isn’t gonna happen. Not to mention the connecting door for the room next to us was broken so who knows if that’s safe and also the front door doesn’t seem to lock well….. do not go here. Ever. Spend the $190 to stay at a name brand hotel.
- 3/5
The property is average. It can be a last minute option for your stay at Wenatchee but if you book way in advance then you should consider booking another property. We just had to spend the night there so, it was ok for us.
