Really clean and really nice helpful staff. Plan to stay there anytime in Columbia. Highly recommend.

The front desk attendant was nice. The room had dirty towels. The bed sheets weren’t even changed. They were just folded nice but there was other peoples hair and stuff in them.

Urine stains on comforter. Cockroachs. Yellow white towels. Breakfast worse yet. Yogurts machine broken. 1 little cup cake. No eggs or exc. Coffee was dirty water.

Check-in was very easy get it to book.com confirmation Credit Card guy was very curious and professional front desk. I didn’t have the washcloths but ass gave it to me so very professional always love Quality Inn

The bedroom had stains on the floor and the bed itself was very loud getting in and out of from whatever is holding the mattress up. Went to front desk next morning to complain about the bed sheets and bathroom and mentioned the hair. Came back later in the day to find a made bed with more hair in the sheets and an uncleaned bathroom, just 2 new towels. Went back to the front desk and had them change sheets again and clean bathroom. The 3rd cleaning showed a still dirty grimy toilet and bathroom and more hair in sheets. Safe to say nothing was taken care of not to mention the gentleman said I would receive my $100 deposit back same day as checkout, but then said it could take 3-7 business days. Very disappointed with this stay and will stay elsewhere. Didn’t bother with the breakfast due to the state of the property, figured I’d find more. The hair in the bed was a mixture of dark head hair and below the belt and above the knee hair :( I didn’t want to write this but want to warn everyone else. I even read the reviews and all of the complaints have not been fixed.

Was great!

The only good thing about it , was the costumer service off the gentleman on the front desk. But the room not as good, because it was a not smoking room but people smoked inside the building and it smelled like weed super strong. Another thing was the door to go in the building, people would bang the door so hard on the middle of the night, that it was hard to sleep. Also the air conditioning would make a loud noise every time it would go on. Overall the environment was not to safe.

This property was clean and my room was clean with fresh linens. There was chipped paint on the door but everything worked fine. It was quiet.

Clean and spacious room

Great. Clean. Comfy beds. Nice shower relaxing. Quiet. But at 8:38 and 8:45 am I regretted paying for my stay instantly after a great late check in just to shower and eat and sleep with my two year old to hop back on the road today to drive states away and house keeping or somebody a guy and female both were knocking at the door not once but twice. That’s way too early. Ridiculous. When I asked for a manager the guy told the woman that works there “let’s go”. As my baby woke up and started crying. So now I’m having a terrible drive with a crying baby who didn’t get all his sleep so his whole day is thrown off which means mine is! Not happy at all at all! Do better.

Cost efficient and adequate facilities

The room was great and afternoon staff was and always has been very accommodating. Parking was tight so we did have to park in another area which was ok'd by the staff. The yogurt is an added yummy, so keep it working.

Parking is tight. Beds are average. Bedding was not new and fresh. Television was small.

This place is extremely run down and dirty. There were stains on the walls, sheets, and floors. The pictures looked like it was newly renovated. DON’T BE FOOLED. After we checked in and saw the room, we immediately left and booked a room elsewhere. I could not even imagine getting into the bed. I did not make a refundable reservation. So, I ended up wasting the money for the room. But it was worth the extra expense to not have to stay in such a seedy, disgusting, room.

The "curtain" in the room was a joke, barely kept out any light so it was difficult to sleep. The bed was pretty hard not very comfortable.

The rooms inside were clean even though the exterior was off-putting. I was happily surprised to have a clean room. The exterior renovation is a little off-putting.

The only negative thing I have to comment on is the tight parking. The room was great. The breakfast includes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravey, and a waffle machine.

The sheets on the bed were not completely clean. There were spots at the head of the bed and it didn't appear to have new sheets put on the bed. Otherwise the stay was un-eventful. Thank you.

We stayed one night, prior to a flight out in the morning. Our grandson graduated from Basic Training from Fort Jackson. This location has everything we needed but we probably will never need to stay in the area again. For a budget hotel, we were very happy with our stay. Our expectations were exceeded!

A sign at the driveway entrance would be good kinda hard to notice driveway between the gas station and Ruby Tuesday restaurant. Overall a decent place to lay down for a night or 2.

Not clean. Was double charged for my room. Stated there was no booking even though booking.com had sent a confirmation and payment was already processed. Have reached out to both booking.com and hotel about the charges and still no resolution

I stay here often when I just wanna get away and be alone. It’s nice quiet and it’s not to expensive. The staf is wonderful here.

The let us check in early Room was full of cockroaches. We did not even stay the night. Left immediately. Staff said we would receive a call from the manager about a refund. No call received. Uploaded a photo. I have videos of all the bugs but I cannot upload a video. Please save your money

The oarking lot was lit at night. Some shady looking people hanging around in the parking lot at all hours.

The guy in the front desk I asked extra towel because I have a long hair they have only two sets in the room and he said no. And they put an empty bottle of lotion and little tiny shampoo. The room is ok.

Nothing Ran down old outdated. Cockroach infestation!!!!! Not enough outlets to charge phones and other devices. The door wasn’t sealed as we could see daylight all the way down, the blinds still let the lights come through no way to make it dark. The pillows are tiny flat jokes. The bed was hard. The bathroom door was old and beat up to where the wood panels were ripping off the door. More cockroaches. The refrigerator wasn’t cold and had cockroaches in it. When I said something about it all they offered was to change our room. If that room had them then they probably all do! Paint touch ups weren’t the same kind of paint.. flat and semi glossy. Was an utter disappointment.

I was late coming to hotel due to a meeting with our client and when I returned, my luggage was outside the room in the storage room, even though I had locked the room before leaving.

The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty big. I wish for a king size bed that they would have pillows to accommodate. Also the bath towels need some bleach. But overall everything was fine.

We stayed here on a South Carolina football game weekend. Hotel prices in Columbia were sky high if you could find a room at all. This place is about 4 miles from the stadium and had very reasonable rates. It is an upgraded old motel. For what it is, it was really pretty nice, and the staff were very nice and helpful. It is a great affordable option for a game weekend. I would stay there again if I come back under the same circumstances.

No Wi-Fi available. Nice staff. But old. Moisture, rusty, moldy, and cigarette smokey. Enter rooms from the outside. They offer “day” and “one hour” rates👀. Definitely a MOTEL!!

I stay in motels 95% of the time with traveling for work I recently made a bad review in which I thought it was for a stay in Greenville and it was actually posted for this motel by mistake I’ve been staying at this motel for approximately 6 weeks now and the staff is absolutely amazing they are very friendly and Also jump to any needs and I’ll continue staying here and highly recommend it to anyone just stopping overnight or for long term

The stay was quite nice and the breakfast was decent the pool is small but it’s not crowded. Staff was accommodating and the room was quite neat. No bugs and that’s really what I loved they make sure no pests are in these rooms.

The lady at check in was very rude I travel 95% of the time and I stay often at Quality Inn however after this time that may change because I worked all night long for 10 hours and then drove 2 hours to get here from Columbia and I got here early so I asked the lady it I could check in at 12:30 and I would hang by the pool or something until actual check in time but she denied me that opportunity and I guess thought it would be better if I waited in my vehicle somewhere with it being 100 degrees outside so I had to wait 2.5 hours in a hot vehicle

The room was fully stocked with items to used, hot water maker and frig nice. Many other spots have pens and note pad to jot down plans of activities. Add pen and paper to your rooms will enhance the experience

We had stayed at a handicapped friendly room, room 110, a few days before this visit. They put us in room 114., Even better! The bracket holding the showerhead was broken and so it was hard to clean yourself. There was a hairdryer unit in this room, 114. Breakfast is adequate, but they didn’t have any pancake mix, so you were forced to accept toast or bagels.

There was mold on the A/C vent, we tried a second room and there was still mold. Comforter on bed was stained with food, dead roaches on the floor, and a stale odor.

Breakfast was not appealing. The breakfast room was also dirty. Only two skimpy towels were provided, and I wondered about there cleanliness as they appeared yellowish. staff were very nice and polite. We did not complain to them. It needs alot of updating and then it would get a higher rating.

I felt safe. The room was actually quite good, especially for the price. The staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that the window shade wasn't a total light blocker shade. Otherwise, very good value.

Conveniently located here the airport but the room was very dated. The phone was missing all the buttons. More of a motel than a hotel.

Peeling paint on doors, furniture was torn but the roaches crawling around the walls was the worst. Notified the manager and was told we could move to another room. Was told we could stay for late checkout but was bothered by mgmt at 9:30 am and again at 11 am about checking out. Would not stay at this place again.

I booked through motels.com for the 1st time. The room ammenities said handicapp accessible so figured it was on the 1st floor. I travel for work and have expensive tools so I like my car close so can keep eye. Also said king size bed non smoking which was good bc I do not smoke. I arrive at the motel to be told they had no king size beds available and nothing downstairs. I told the guy working thats not what description said and he got an attitude. I said it may not be your fault but the website i booked through and he still had an attitude. At that point i just went to the room. The room was very bad smelling and dated with damaged furniture, a drawer that was broke so kept sliding out, stains and burn hole marks in the bed linen. I know to never stay there again.

At check in, I was given the exact room I booked. I did double check to make sure I was receiving a non-smoking room as requested. The room was within the interior portion, with the room entrances within a hallway on the second level. Around 11pm the first night, I had to call the office due to the entire hallway being full of marijuana smoke, which was filtering into my hotel room. Staff did speak with the culprits, but there was smoking that continued throughout the night and through the morning before the day laborers left for the day’s work. I requested a room change, considering I was required to work each day I was there. Doing so with such little sleep wasn’t in the plans. The staff was very understanding and offered a room change. The room was smaller with an exterior facing door entrance, on the ground level. There were no more issues with smoke the rest of my stay. Internet was unreliable and not high speed. Connection continually lost throughout the day - ended up working a Starbucks down the street. There does seem to be a high amount of traffic all hours of the night. Very thin walls and floors with no expectation of ‘quiet hours.’ Great, clean place for a quick, affordable stop. Would not recommend for any type of prolonged stay for work or pleasure.

The walls had odd brown splotches. The linens appeared clean but stained. The room smelled STRONGLY of the flowery-scented cleaner. The chair in the room was threadbare, all the vinyl was picked off. And they were stingy w the bath linens- 2 people, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth.

The hotel was ok to stay at for a few nights. Most places we usually check into we’ll let us check in early with out a charge, they charged us $80 bucks to check in early and we had just came off the night shift, we also asked for a late check out and they gave us 30 minutes. Not staying here again.

I seen a roach in the bathroom and the towels looked dingy

I have the manager on video saying why he charged me 50 dollars AFTER I checked out! He shows me a dirty hand towel, yes, one single hand towel that I had to wipe their dirty behind floors with so that dirt on that towel came from their floors! They do not provide breakfast, only bare minimum and won't even go to a store to get some darn butter and waffle mix because they ran out? So I pay 561 a week for this trash! Prostitution in EVERY smoking room that's why they keep them separate from the non smoking rooms, also have a whole bunch of illegals working for them! Fans don't work in the bathrooms, roaches everywhere and terrible, terrible customer service! I even contacted an attorney! Don't waist your money or your time!

the hotel should be 1 star, outdated, old, mixed-math decoration, seats in the lobby stained and dirty. The service is also horrible. first when I asked about the breakfast they told me that the breakfast room was broken (whatever that meant), then a guest approached the person at the front desk lady to ask if he could use the restroom in the lobby. She said that the restroom was broken as well. then when I got to my room, I noticed the pillowcases were stained and the room felt like it was falling into pieces, then when I went To adjust the temperature of the AC unit, I noticed that the controls were broken (the outside temperature was about 45 deg F and the AC unit was set up at 84 Deg F). After i started getting into an argument with the front desk lady about the AC I decided to get out of that hotel as soon as possible, Don't stay in this hotel unless you get a room at a substantial discount!!

Bed was clean and good, other than that building is very old and ambience is very poor. The water from the shower faucet started brownish, there wasn't enough towels. The location has a tesla charger but not available for guests. Overall might be a good spot for pitstop to take a nap.

Service was great bed was good. Looked and smelled clean. Walked on floor with socks and there was a coating of something dark yellowish on the floor which got on my feet and socks. Could not sit in chair as it was torn up. Padded it with towels.

This property is under renovations. It is an older property located convenient to the interstate. We stayed at the property on our last visit to Willie B. The property is convenient to the stadium on the late night games. The price point is within reason, and it is safe and was quiet.

Our room was very dirty and outdated. Furniture was torn. There was what looked like dried blood on the walls. The refrigerator did not close and microwave hadn’t been cleaned. Toiletries were not even full. The only thing that was clean was our sheets. I should have just left but there was nowhere nearby available. Someone from the corporate company needs to visit and check it out. It really puts choice hotel to shame. I would like a refund but I’m not sure who to contact.

We arrived in the wee hours, exhausted from Hurricane Helene-related layovers and canceled flights, and happy to have a place to grab a few hours sleep before trying to make it back home. Alas, the room, despite being reasonably clean, was worn out, threadbare, and not close to being worth the $100 we paid. The air conditioner was broken and barely brought the room temp down to the low 80s. The included breakfast was in a converted motel room that could only seat about 15 people, which was no problem since the eggs, sausage, yogurt, milk, and fruit were gone 45 minutes before breakfast time ended and no one seemed to be replenishing them. The best thing about our stay was that checkout was a breeze. And a relief.

I had got 3 rooms at this property to accommodate 10 people 4 adults and 6 children this was communicated when reserving the rooms so we got there each room only had 1 set of towels. So i go ask the front for more towels and they had none so i had to go to Walmart and buy my own towels to accommodate my family. So then we get back and find roaches in 2 out of the 3 rooms. There was mold all over the shower heads. Hair all over the place. I found an eaten chicken bone under the mattress. The toliet was dirty and crusty. I will never stay at one of these hotels ever again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

Terrible stay my family was fleeing a hurricane and this hotel was the only one with a vacancy that night and it had roaches the staff didn’t move us or accommodate us I’ll NEVER book there again

Within 10mins of arrival, 10 small roaches were seen in our room. Crawling by my drink, in the bathroom, by the door, on the walls… etc. I took pictures and immediately went down to the lobby to return keycard and demanded a refunded. Staff wasn’t surprised, so I am sure it is a common occurrence. A refund was issued. Dirty to go plates were scattered near stairs leading to outside door to building. Smoke smell in hallways. I would rate 0/10 if possible.

Every single thing that was said or pictured on the website was false. everything the only thing that was halfway decent was the breakfast. It was definitely not worth $115 a night the staff I did encounter was rude. the first room that we went into had no TV and it smelled like mold. the second room had mold that had been covered up, and no sprinklers in the ceiling.luckily there wasn't a fire. it wouldn't have mattered because the fire alarm wasn't working anyway.

The rooms are ran down towels and face towels are limited u had to wait for them to be washed from the prior guests. The staff was rude i paid for my room the night before i was told to get it back because they wouldn't honor the booking because they were overwhelmed with bookings. It was unfair i was told to come back at 3pm when another Caucasian guest was told to come back at 1pm she was guaranteed her room but not me and i paid the night before 12am! I was racially discriminated against. Not to mention im only at hotel because of hurricane my home has no lights or water.So i was forced to move to another quality inn in Lexington sc which worked out to my advantage it was 10x better and better staff!!

I booked my stay here but didn’t feel safe enough to stay. The hotel is more of a motel, the rooms were sketchy, no elevator, carpet was rough looking. I stayed for about 5 min and realized I needed to book elsewhere. I also didn’t feel like my car was safe parked there. The front clerk was very nice, but the facilities did not meet my standards for safety and cleanliness.

My stay was adequate. The door did not close easily. The hallway at 930pm smelled of cannibis smoke and smoke hung in the air outside my room. The desk attendant was pleasant and helpful.

It is not what i expected. The room is dusty and smells the hall way is dirty need a better clean and furniture is old and my husband got bitten by bug bed. When you walk back to the room you can smell someone smoking Pot I only stay for 3 hours and move to a different hotel. Its not worth the price.

It was extremely dirty. There was peeling paint, mold in the bath tub, and an unswept floor. It was awful.

Bed was fairly comfortable. Bath not as clean as should have been. Walls need to be cleaned or painted. Stained very badly. Making one wonder what was smeared on them.

Waited about an hour to check in because there was no one at the desk, the same person that’s on check-in is also cleaning the room. Reported to them that the TV wasn’t working the same day I checked in and nothing was done about it. It was a not working the entire stay. Bedsheets were dirty. Did not come equipped with the right amount of towels. The queen size beds are actually full size beds. The rooms are very outdated. Overall, the AC work.

Just didn’t like the cleanliness of the property the guy that checked me in was pretty cool he even gave me a number for taxi service though I didn’t use it the lady overnight at the front desk was pretty helpful too
