Room was ok just the hallways had a humid odor to it

The exterior of the property didn’t look well-mainted, but especially the parking lot. But, to our surprise, the inside of the hotel was very clean and mostly updated. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and updated. There’s a small kitchenette area near the entry with a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The bed and linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The carpet was clean, and the room smelled fresh. We slept well. The breakfast was continental. But everything was fresh, and the area was clean. The only downside was the parking lot. It’s neglected and confusing. However, for the price, I got what I paid for and would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to in a long time! The spa worked and was very clean! The room was quiet and comfortable and clean! The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast rocked! You cant go wrong with this hotel book it and you will see! I will be back and will book with out hesitation! Thank you days inn for a pleasant stay! Five stars *****

Spacious and clean

The staff had the front door locked everytime we arrived even in the middle of the day. The breakfast was just a step above a continental breakfast. The staff and guest were in a yelling match in the parking lot for over and hour.

The bathroom backed up several times during our stay. But the room was clean.

Parking was a bit tight in and out. Nice clean pool and spa. It was grest that it was pet friendly. Room was clean. Nice grab and go breakfast. The bed was terribly uncomfortable very hard and killed my back.

Although it was clean. The rooms are outdated. Bathroom doors don’t fully close and chairs arent in great condition. A slight renovation would work.

How friendly staff is

I like how the building is and looks the parking can be a little bit bigger but other than that it’s fine I didn’t like how there was bed bugs in our bed and didn’t see/ realize till it was time to check out

We arrived earlier than expected but the staff got our room ready quickly. They also let us put our vehicle in a secure covered parking area. Very accomodating. The road noise was annoying.

That it offered smoking rooms The fact that the people at the front desk that checked me in were very rude and that you can’t have visitors, nobody can come and visit you at any time

There was underwear hanging in the shower curtain.

The only good thing was the bed. The bed, surprisingly was great. The room smelled SO BAD, like 20 years of stagnant air. This Hoel is right on the freeway, so expect a very loud experience. This hotel needs an upgrade in the worst way. Broken microwave, super old furniture. Flooring and finishes were cheap and mismatched. It's my fault, I was trying to save money. I spent two nights wishing I had spent more.

Its was clean and we loved it.

The staff was very nice. The room, however, was not good. The heater is so loud you can't sleep with it on. The room was not very clean, stains on the walls that should of been cleaned up. Also, the people next to me were completely rude with the volume of thier music. I complained and they lowered a little but still feel the thumping against my wall. Probably my last time staying here.

TV please improve!!!!

Door & door lock were inoperable at times which is a security issue & privacy issue. Poor lighting in the room - & 1 lamp completely inoperable. Was not advised of $100.00 deposit prior to stay.

Pictures are not what you get. Room look old and worn down. Shower faucet did not work properly.

The Room was very clean!

The room was clean, but needed some TLC, minor paint chips, bathroom grouting, etc.

Amenities, The furniture was old and dirty, the windows were hard to open and the screen were bend. The bed mattress are old. noting compared to what is shown on the web site pictures.

Easy overnight stay at this location. Nothing fancy. Just a quick bit in the morning and I was on my way.

Greediness and false advertisement on pictures

Pool/ border Jacuzzi Comfortable beds Broken toilet, slow as elevator the shower was stopped up the AC had a small smell coming from it

overall great stay, however the WiFi services was really bad.

Was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Our keys didnt work after the first day when we were of course in a hurry to change clothes and get to dinner reservations. Front desk was quick about it. Housekeeping took the soap from the shower but didnt replace it with a new one which was strange. Unfortunately we didnt make it to the hot tub like we had hoped as the day we checked in there were way too many people in it and the next day we got back too late.

We can hear the voices and TV from nextdoor room and hallway. The closet rollers needs new wheels. There was roach in the drawer so I didn't use any of the drawers. The breakfast needs protein options. I called the front desk twice, he has to ask someone for answers.

I had to scrub the shower and Jacuzzi. I'm still waiting for my $100 deposit.

I liked that it was close to the venue we were going to that day. The check in was relatively easy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lacking in choices and the area is very small. I think this could improve.

We had a problem with the water in the tub/shower draining slowly. The maintenance guy came out about 3P the next day and at first told me that it was normal until I showed him the video I had made. About a half hour later the tub/shower drained correctly.

I arrived early and the staff was very accommodating in preparing my room for me.

The room was spacious and the bedding was clean. The microwave was not cleaned, there was an old French fry left in it. There were ants coming in from the window. The front desk service left a bit to be desired, seems like they have young kids working that don't exactly know what they're doing. Breakfast was ok- a waffle machine, packaged pastries, bagels, and cereal. It was a bit of a ghost town, when we checked in it seemed like no one else was there with us but we began to see a few people throughout the stay.

This hotel gave me a birthday gift removing an extra cost on getting a room. I am so grateful for the gift and staying there.

I was hoping for a better experience. We were put in a room that did not have anywhere to hang your clothes so they changed us to a different room. That wasn’t great either. No phone service in the room. The blow dryer didn’t work. One of the sheets was stained. Also entering and exiting the property was confusing . It did not have an enter so you had to use the exit which was not that great because trying to maneuver, if someone is also exiting.

Just needed a bed and shower for over nite. Run down but the front desk staff were welcoming. Motel atmosphere.

The room they put me into was infested with termites. Nice enough to change rooms, however it's very noisy, next to fwy. Staff was not overly friendly, kinda felt like a nuisance every time I went to front desk. Would not recommend

Jetted king room such a vibe so reaxing spacious! Just fyi there’s no door for the bathroom with jetted tub it has a shower door so if yhu need to lay one good luck 😂 but overall check in was good fast easy parking is good too ! Have no complaints definitely would stay again.

You ripped me off and charged me for a day i did not stay there, i tried multiple times to correct it and you failed again and again. Your customer service is awful. So you still owe me for a night!

It is a clean and comfortable place to stay. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition.

The Hotel front and lobby were lipstick on a pig. With children jumping off beds at 3:00 Am (parents gone), the highway is loud and never ending. The air conditioner was so loud it actually almost covered the freeway noise. 25.00 charge for checking in Friday at 12:30. 165.00 for this dump plus an additional 50.00 for my show dogs. Wyndham had my trust before but this one will leave a doubt from now on. This was rated higher than the one next door. OMG, would hate to have seen that one. Sorry didnt think to take pictures of the signs of people living on the third floor.

I felt unsafe

The people who serve you are very aggressive and violent, they're not friendly at all, they don't understand what customer service is. They don't have the proper manners to serve people. They even talk to you with their mouths full of food. They yell at you and make excuses saying it's because they're sick.

Not bad it’s just the property is close to the main freeway.

The breakfast wasn't any good, the options are horrible, reservation desk was rude and the room was over priced, the layout of the room is unpleasant and the jetted tub needs replacement to be priced still outrageously. Some properties would respectfully charge a maintenance price for the room in such a state. Also, the microwave did not work and the room in entirety out of date.

When I got there, the manager was too busy to help me give me a map get me a bell or even a cart like that at all and then I came back and six police cars were there. They were arresting some people. It was very frightening to see was not happy at all should’ve left them.

Good stay

We booked this hotel and the room looked nothing like the pictures. Upon entering our room we encountered a musty smell that started making my wife and I sick, there is broken chipped furniture all around the room, room number made out of cardboard and color markers, people arguing and yelling on the room next to us. There was a gentleman fixing his suv in the parking lot and he kept staring at us as we were walking from and to the entrance ( we didn’t feel safe). We were in the room for 20 minutes and decided to leave. The person at the front desk didn’t offer a different room he just said “ok bye and you are not getting a refund” we paid alot for two nights (expedia wont let me add the amount) and were there for no more than 20 minutes!! We will never be staying at this place again. Thats our personal experience hope everyone else has better luck.

When I was waiting to get checked in there was two upset customers and all the girls at the front could say was “I am sorry don’t know how that happened” then when I checked in I was told there was no more of the room that I reserved and that once again they couldn’t do anything. I had an emergency so I had to check out one day prior to what I had planned they tell me to call but the website tells me other wise. He says he can’t do anything because he is going to lose money due to him going to get charged $32 for canceling it on his end. He cared more about him losing money than making his customer happy. Once I told him I would pay the $32 he was able to cancel my reservation.

Tight parking lot.

I had someone knocked on my door at 2:30am, I was sound sleep. He knocked first time I didn’t answer. He knocked second time I yelled out who is it and there was no answer. The he knocked third time. It was some scary experience as a female in a hotel. Hotel management should stop food delivery person come up the hotel room after midnight.

The room was comfortable but the lock on the door didn’t quite lock all the way. The premises were clean, well lit and safe. I enjoyed my stay. Staff at front desk were friendly and knowledgeable.

This is an older property. The room was clean. Upon walking into the room there was a stale smell which resolved when I opened the window.

bedroom is clean but dark: paint is drab & b/room light for the mirror did not work & there was no one to fix it.

my room had roaches within the one hour I was there I left I told them I wanted a refund so they sent someone to come see my room mind you I got my 10 month baby with me and we literally only needed this room for the night to sleep in checked in around 9pm and left around 10pm the manager was acting like he was a cleaning guy at the hotel came to look at the room and kept saying I was lying I had pictures because best believe I took videos and pictures of the roach. I paid $160 for this room literally just for the night and they can’t even clean the rooms up. And then when I kept asking for a manager they said he left on vacation and they didn’t even know and they don’t know when he’ll be back….. LOL do NOT go here unless you want to sleep with roaches

A little out dated decor but clean.

The shower did not have shampoo or body wash besides a soap bar. The stay was nice and the bed clean and comfortable.

Terrible long trip brief it a bathroom front desk no bathroom available took forever to check in did not honor my reservation and gave me the more expensive room I won’t go back to the hotel

The front desk was professional and kind.

I asked for late check out (12pm) when i checked in and it was granted by the receptionist. The next mprning i was bombarded by calls from tbe front desk threatening that if i didnt leave by 11:30 i was going to lose my deposit. Horrible experience.

Sam and the people downstairs love to scam people they charged my card twice and refused to refund me my money back

Only complains I have are that 1 the hair dryer didn’t work and I didn’t pack one because I was counting on using the one in the room and 2 the conditions of the property could be updated but it wasn’t too bad.

Overall it was an on stay. There were ants coming out of the sink and floor was uneven at some places.

I was a little thrown off when I walked into my room and two men were in there switching out the TV but other than that I had a great time with my husband

Customer service was good. The room faced the freeway and was loud 24 hours. The window and the windows covering did nothing to block the noise. Overall, the hotel has an old field to it. On the second floor leading to the rooms, the towel is cracked and broken. Lost a hill on my shoe because of that. Bathroom Floor tile was loose and bath water. Was tepid not hot. Just warm enough that you weren’t taking a cold shower. The beds were clean and comfortable. .com

Nice clean quiet place to stay

The hostess at the counter was very pleasant and nice. Seemed almost shocked to have someone there who was visiting family in the area. Wow I'm gunna guess the ladies in and out of the rooms around me might have been, prostitutes????? Very very very disappointed!
