I didn't like that the room smelled old, stuffy and mildewy when I first entered the room. It took running the air condition for a full day for the smell to subside.

Absolutely amazing stay

The hotel was pretty clean and reasonably priced for what you are getting. the breakfast set up was decent, nothing out of this world, but it's nice they at least still include it with the room. Parking is not the best, but the room was nice and spacious.

Location is perfect, nearby market to shop for any basic items you might have forgotten to bring on your trip. Clean property, helpful staff, located on I-10 with access to almost any location. Loved out stay!!!

The room decor is dated. The room noise is loud where I can hear the hallway traffic and the TV sound from the room next door.

The front desk staff needs customer service training, every time I reach to them there was no customer care at all.

Room is clean and lots of space for parking. Breakfast good. Booked from Expedia clearly stated with sofa bed but only 2 full beds. Their beds are comfortable and enough pillows.

This was our second stay at the Fairfield and we loved it! We will definitely be staying here again due to bigger rooms and better breakfast.

The air conditioning was spewing lots of dust or mold dust bc the last 3 days before my departure me and my son started to sneeze a lot after I turned on the AC, the last night was the worst ! I was woken up at 3am coughing and my throat hurting me, I turned off the AC and I felt better soon after and was able to go to sleep and woke up with dried eyes and back pain, I honestly believe your Air ducts need a deep cleaning same with the air conditioner. I stayed in room 308 couldn’t wait to leave! Unfortunately I always enjoyed staying at the Fairfield hotel, the breakfast was a plus, and the stuff, the room needs attention.

Breakfast food is ok - both healthy oatmeal, juices, bagels, eggs, sausages, cheese muffins. Overall, I would stay there again - it is a Marriott property, and rate is good.

We did not use the gym or pool, but noticed that people were using it. The staff were all very nice, the room well air conditioned, and it was a nice place to stay. The only downside was a few of the guests who were not considerate at night, and made too much noise! Thwart being said, I would recommend the Fairfield.

The room and property were well maintained and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. I had one mishap when I turned the shower on but I was able to resolve it myself and the front desk brought extra towels to me immediately. The breakfast was convenient and makes a difference when budgeting. All in all I would recommend this location and hotel to family and friends.

The staff serving breakfast were very friendly, but the breakfast itself lacked variety; eating the same thing several days in a row wasn't pleasant. The hotel didn't have coins for the washing and drying machines. The machines needed maintenance because they weren't working properly; the coins kept getting stuck. It's been almost two months since I stayed at that hotel, and they still haven't refunded my fee and one night I didn't stay and canceled well in advance

Breakfast was all made fresh, s scrambled eggs were fluffy!! Even though the breakfast area was packed with two college soccer teams in town, service lady lived up to a job well done!!! 💯%. Only the coffee ran out at the very end, I got the last cup at 9:05a.m. She didn't let anything else run out with all those hungry in ous and girls.Kudos.

The lady running the breakfast was outstanding everything full and clean and took a moment to chat. Could not do enough for you. I wish I asked her name. We have come now to this property several times and she has always been there and always smiling. After several years and pretty much the same staff says good things for the management. Overall we were not happy with the service we got and were not expecting to be welcomed into a room full of bugs flying all over.

We booked it for the pool and hot tub. In fact, I called to make sure the pool was in order before booking. They days it was closed that day for routine maintenance, but it would be open the rest is our stay. But that was not true. It was a disappointment the pool was unavailable for that first two days. On the other hand, the beds are super comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The location is close to Los Angeles and Pomona. The clean, room, facility and pool and gym nicely maintained. The interior was cheerful. I made a good choice picking this hotel.

The are clean and one the lady reception is friendly. But the breakfast is the are taking out even you are still there eating and the will not tell you if the will removes so that you get some more. And far the mall or restaurant. And very high price. But the hotel the room i stayed is very clean even lobby and hallway is very clean. No toothpaste or toothbrush and lotions and no water inside the room some hotel have free water and coffe.

The beds are always comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are always sparkling clean. Staff is friendly and responsive to issues.

This is the third time I stay in this wonderful hotel. Nothing but satisfaction.

During my visit. I found dry blood on the bathroom floor and one of the pillowcases had blotches of blood on it. I was able to inform the manager.

Excellent customer service. The surrounding area has a lot of plazas and stores. Spacious room and nice views especially from the 5th floor. Only issue was the shower, water wasn’t even lukewarm when set to warm/hot. Bathroom wasn’t spacious (toilet placement). Overall, great stay.

We stay here whenever we come to see our granddaughter in San Dimas. It has always been a well maintained hotel with great staff. It does need more handicap parking spaces. It would also feel better if damaged tiles, flooring etc were kept up. Every room we have had has some type of issue or several in one room.

We had a handicap room and the shower head was so high up the wall could not reach to adjust. The plug for the tub was broken. The chair for the tub would not sit flat in the tub. Very dangerous for a person with a handicap.

The area and the property was great. Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is close to a lot of eateries. I did not like the room as much. Small and cramped. The shower curtain would not stay closed because of the rolling things it’s hooked onto, the curtain itself doesn’t stop water either so outside the tub was soaking wet, the tiles were cracked and chipping and the AC doesn’t go below 68 degrees, which was disappointing. I look forward to waffles at breakfast and they only have it on the weekends. Pretty disappointed in my experience even though the property is well maintained.

Marriott used to be a solid brand and I have enjoyed them in locations around the world. After this experience though I'll stay away from them in the future.

Right in line with the Holiday Inn and Best Western Plus in West Covina, I would say that this is a notch above for the same price point.

only thing had comment on is, instead of using 'electrical plugs' for charging phones / iPads - there should be USB ports by bedside and/or writing table

It was a nice place with a good continental breakfast. But we stayed at the end of the hall, so the water took so long to warm up every time we showered.

I was a little put off that the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been and the unit above me must has have kids because there was noise of someone jumping all over until late in the night.

The hotel is using a cleaning product whose scent is very noticeable and unpleasant. Suggest changing to another product.

Unfortunately my car was broken into. They did not take anything valuable but they went through my car. Disappointed being that I saw a security and another staff member behind the counter. I honestly did not get a good vibe on that.

Everything was excellent; the only problem was check-in. We arrived around 12:30 AM and had to wait about 20 minutes because the front door was locked.

Disappointed that coffee wasn’t available in the lobby 24/7. Continental breakfast was average offerings but not great, ran out of a lot of things quickly, given it was a holiday week I think they should have been better prepared to accommodate a full house. Although I respect the policy to cut down on waste when it comes to maid services I was disappointed that we asked specifically for our room to be cleaned and told they could not guarantee it as well as knowing our hotel stay was a week so it would be nice to at least receive new towels and have our trash dumped. In one of our rooms the shower remained luke warm and in the other the toilet didn’t flush. And while I’m being picky I also noticed cleaner on the Kleenex and had to throw away several tissues before getting to one that didn’t have the blue cleaner on it. This stay was disappointing.

I typically book at this hotel and similar properties. This time the room was a major disappointment. Smaller than usual it felt cramped and worn down. Furniture looked outdated and the bathtub water did not drain easily. Avoid room 227.

The hotel is great, but bathroom fittings are quite old. It has free parking. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was not updated; everything was functional, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The room service was also great. It's a great value.
