The check in area was nice, clean and welcoming. The staff member was nice, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything was fine this time around. Sometimes we have issues with the water not draining in the shower. I also do not like to end up in a room with a door to an adjoining room.

Only giving 4 stars because there was no blackout drapes in our room on first level. It was just the see through ones which offer no privacy and in the morning bright light. This was big for us. Everything else was great.

Clean common areas and room, everything you need in a quick hotel stay.

Well typically when you spend this much money on a room for a few days you have a continental breakfast. That's free. With the room and when I went down in the morning to get it I was told I had to pre-purchase it, don't know what that was about. Ask for extra pillows when we checked in. Never got them and I guess because of the Chinese restaurant in the in the lobby, the whole hotel smelled like Chinese food. The room we were in was decent clean. However, there was a lot of noise going up and down the floors with new people coming and going. Would not stay here again

It smells like a rehabilitation facility. The kind someone goes when they break a hip and need help recovering. If the owner/management would spend the necessary money to recarpet, repaint and get some fresh, clean and scented air flowing through the HVAC system, the hotel would be stayable. We basically stepped into our room, went next door to the Marriott, booked a room, came back only to gather our things and left.

The room was clean, and generally fine. It looked like an old hotel amd had some issues. The coffee pit was broken and it took for me to ask 2 times to get it replaced. The toilet did not flush properly, but it flushed. The handle on the sink faucet was loose, but the water did come out and was hot. The freezer door was stuck closed, but the refrigerator was cool. The AC unit made a heck of a noise, but it did blow cool. I was in room 119

They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed.

Was supposed to be made to order as told the night before. All three mornings it was buffet and $16. The large stand up sign for pick your breakfast special for $10.99 was never removed nor were the menus at the check in counter. Buffet eggs get runny from the moisture from the stream trapped and the bacon or sausages are always gross.

Outdated hotel. Brought towels but didn’t clean room or make beds. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room. My only suggestion would be to do something about the odor that comes from the kitchen. Not only do you smell it when you walk in but we could smell it in our room during the night.

Check-in was honestly pretty frustrating. There were a lot of people arriving at the same time (it looked like multiple buses had just come in), so it was very crowded and slow. On top of that, my card kept getting declined 3–4 times, even though I knew I had funds available. The staff member kept running it as debit, even after I mentioned trying it as credit. I ended up calling my bank, and they confirmed it should be processed as credit—once that was finally done, it went through. That part was stressful and could have been handled better. That said, the rest of my stay was great. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. I really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. So overall, a good stay—but the check-in process definitely needs improvement.

The rooms were clean staff was nice and polite the building is a bit out dated but not bad for the price. WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms furthest from the reception and the TV’s are basic and not smart TV’s. But over all a decent place quiet and great location lots of options to eat walking distance.

Our room smelt musty and of mildew, but we got used to the smell, and otherwise our bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the late night snacks and convenience of the location will be back.

The beds are uncomfortable and the bar is closed. Why miss out on potential revenue?

This place is grimy. Looks like it is about to go out of business The bar is closed because they have had too many fights and too much noise apparently. The only thing good was the price and it still wasn't worth it. I would stay elsewhere.

Stayed for a get away and the room was pretty clean and kept up the front lounge was nice and spacious, didn’t get to the other amenities but i will next time.

The rooms were clean, had a small issue with the bathtub drain, but front desk staff was helpful and maintenance came within 5 minutes. Quiet also.

The room was nice. The property was clean and well maintained, the only thing that was concerning to me was the fact that the lady at the front desk assured me that there was Security on the property in the evening watching the parking lot, our vehicles, etc. Yet as I return from work at 3 o’clock in the morning, not one evening, did I see Security on the premises?? Although I did see more than one random homeless person loitering in the parking lot in the middle of the night. So that was a concerning factor for Mi Mi other than that the hotel and the staff were great.

I've been here about 4 times now, I really love the place it really is a comfort to be here. Unfortunately this time I did deal with some inconveniences this time around, the TV had vertical lines had to ask for a replacement, the shower handle to set hot and cold was reversed, and the sink was clogged. I just dealt with the minor inconveniences except for the TV my kids were not gonna have it 😆. But overall this place is alright. The staff are courteous and respectful and they accommodated my needs for the TV. I did not mention the other minor inconveniences but I meant to before leaving hopefully this post lets them know to go fix that room.

This is my 3rd time staying here. I keep returning because I really like this hotel. My only complaint is that the gardener was doing work at 9am on a Saturday morning. I was looking forward to sleep longer and I couldn't, I would like to suggest to have this work done on a weekday maybe? But definitely not on a weekend.

Everything was pretty clean except for a pillow I stayed here three times so I'm judging from my three stays only one time that I have that experience with a pillow other than that everything was pretty clean what you expect to come from me decent hotel really no complaints other than Ive not received my down payments for three stays yet and it's been a week.

My room had a horrible sewage smell, I paid 55 dollars for an early check in. Housekeeping kept waking me up 4 times. The bathrooms might have had mold. I do not recommended the first floor. The staff is very friendly though.

It was very hard to find after dark. We did not see a sign until we were in the parking lot. Staff was nice. Room was nice, except for the bed. It was like sleeping on plywood! Very uncomfortable. I did not feel like i slept at all. We did not gget the breakfast so i cannot comment on it.

In the bath tub the drain that starts draining when the tub get too filled was loose and moving around. There was an outlet that wasn’t covered all the way and both the sink and the bath tub drain appeared clogged as they drained very slow. Other than that, everything was great🙂

The room was not spotless, but pretty comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi was plenty fast and reliable in my room. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Staff were professional and courteous. Location right on I-10 was convenient, and price was competitive. I would return here!

i think the room had a tiny smell when i first checked in. otherwise it was fine and the scent did go away. the shower makes weird noises but runs fine. decent for the price i paid.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bed sheets looked old and quite disgusting. On the positive side, the staff were very nice and polite, and I appreciated that they allowed me to check in early. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stand the smell and ended up checking out by 7 p.m., even though I had booked until the following morning. Definitely not a place I’d stay at again.

Don’t waste your money at this run down property. Many other hotels nearby. Staff is rude and unprofessional. You can hear water leaking in the walls made me think about mold. Old carpeting smell as soon as you get off the elevator.

A one night stay cost me $$$$ with the theft of my BIKE ! On the grounds of the hotel in front, thieves were able to Cut cable strand by strand (15 min) in the graveyard hours. Security was present but on break !!!. I soon discovered the entire incident was not reported to local law enforcement !!! Video shows bicyclists removing my bike and ride off into the night. By not feeling compelled to notify POLICE this incident will likely repeat but far WORSE . Thanks “ Pacfic Stay”… Who does this !!!

The hotel was very clean. I’m glad I chose this place. Front desk staff was very sweet. Hotel was clean not dirty. Very spacious. The best part was how quiet it was. I was able to rest really well before my 12 hour shift. The mini fridge and microwave came in handy to store my food and snacks for the long day ahead. Only thing was the keurig was a bit dirty. But it was just fine after a few cleansing brews. It would be nice if you emailed the client in more detail about the pool and other amenities in the hotel. For example the breakfast/food/bar and prices you have inside. It would be nice to have that listed in your welcome email.

The hotel room smelled like a sewer. The room was never serviced, they only emptied the trash and left towels. I would not stay at this hotel nor would I ever recommend it to anyone!

The air did not work on our room, we were moved to a different room but, the air conditioning is very weak. Thankfully the windows open very slightly. There are no iPhone or android usb-c or usb adapters. The tv guide is difficult to use. I would not recommend or use this hotel in the future.

I booked here for a quick trip and wanted a hotel that had a restaurant due to our time there. But of course their restaurant was closed the entire weekend. No where on Hotels.com website or their website does it state their restaurant is closed.

Did not look like online pics. Ac unit was loud and toilet was not flushing correctly.

We seemed to be the only people staying at this hotel. It was not ideal. Perhaps it is undergoing a renovation and will get better.

Very old hotel, I feel like the pictures make it look nicer than it is. The carpet is honestly disgusting and needs a very deep clean. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, not dinner like advertised and the bar was not open on a Saturday night.

The staff was respectful, nice, and they made check in easy. The rooms were a ok, some of the floor panels were lifted, the tv service was no good, we couldn’t connect to any steaming channels, the internet worked perfectly on my phone. The pool was nice and clean but the furniture around the pool could have used some TLC! The only good option were outside at a restaurant, nothing was provided inside the hotel. I think the pictures online were from another hotel..

I traveled from out of state for an event, so I was out most of the day. When I got back around 10 PM, I reported the issue to the front desk. I had showered at 8 am that morning & the water from my shower still hadn’t drained. Thankfully, my daughter was staying in the room next door, so the three of us had to rotate using her shower. I ended up using a straw to try to snake the drain just to get it moving. The carpets were filthy—our feet turned black just walking around. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep fully under the covers because the cleanliness was questionable. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the man I spoke with about the shower was kind, but unfortunately that was the only positive. The bed was okay—not too hard or soft—but overall, I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. It simply wasn’t clean or maintained well enough.

Better than expected. This is basically an aging Holiday Inn with pay for play bfast. Staff are personable. Property is aging but good. Weekends may be different but mid week was good.

Housekeeping knocked on my door continuously at 9 am, which is not yet check-out time.

Room size was good, bathroom a bit small. Some of the furniture did have a bit of wear, but not horrible. No noise from other rooms nearby was a plus. Only complaint was that the AC unit did not work correctly. It blew cold, but could not be turned off or change the temperature from control panel. I ended up just turning it off from the plug, and opening the windows since the outside temperature was not too hot.

The fridge was not working and they exchanged with a working one right away. The bath tub drain was slow. Otherwise everything was good, nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and close to building.

Someone left a sock on the floor between the bed and the wall. There was some hair on the bathroom counter. Otherwise the room feels clean and the bed was comfortable.

I believe they are going through new owners. The lobby isn’t very appealing when you walk in. The pillow case and comforter had stains on them that looked like old blood and I didn’t notice till the morning after I checked in.

Decent service. Room was spacious and the bathroom was okay. TV and Wifi was very unstable and dificult to use. Desk chair was uncomfortable, very small. A false fire alarm went off in the early morning. Safety can be better, but overall an average stay at best.

This hotel was a Holiday Inn previously. You can still see the old sign under the new one. Our air conditioner was off when we got into the room and they sent maintenence up to turn it on. The next morning, the floor under it was wet which makes me think that's why they had it turned off. The room wasn't the cleanest. I picked my shirt up off the floor and it was covered in pet hair. But for the staff was friendly and they're obviously trying to make it nice. The beds were comfy. For one night and the price it was fine.
