The size of the room, with its own kitchen and living space was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Location was near a bustling part of WeHo with Erewhon and other trendy spots nearby. The rooftop pool was wonderful to relax by on sunny afternoons, although there were no staff by the pool so service for any food/drinks was confusing and frustrating for everyone who was wanting to order something to eat or drink. You eventually saw waiters come up and walk around, looking for people who had ordered. The bathroom needed updating - the bath/shower would fill with water, making it super slippery when getting out. The balcony was not overly clean so did not make it an appealing spot to relax outside.

Comfortable bed, great heat & pressure in the shower. Mostly friendly staff. Nice view from the rooftop. Reasonable close walk to bars & restaurants on Santa Monica Blvd Room was in need of a few repairs. Missing a ceiling light completely you enter the room, and light next to it's globe wasn't working. Shower was on the narrow side. Was surprised by the $500 incidental hold for the stay, a lot more than most places.

Really good location, beautiful area of LA The staff were horrendously rude and unhelpful. They’ve got a huge issue with the noise of their lift, we were in the first floor and a few doors down from the lift and it kept us up all night with the awful wurring every 3 minutes on average, must be a huge design fault. Complained to staff and they said they’d move us, they didn’t, then were just rude after it. They’re snide in regards to parking too, they push you to pay $70 for valet parking claiming there’s no parking anywhere for cheaper. There is, it’s literally round the corner which is £2 an hour and free overnight, but as a tourist it’s hard to work that out

The property was well maintained. The room was sizable and clean. It was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The kitchenette was stocked with snacks and drinks for a fee. The staff was gracious and helpful with any issues that came up. The restaurant offered sizable portions that were tasty. I will book here in the future.

Spacious rooms, nice rooftop pool, though a bit small. Well-equipped gym, bigger than most hotel gyms. Amazing West Hollywood location — one block from Urth on Melrose, two blocks from Erewhon, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Kitchen setup could have been better for my taste — no cutlery or pans and pots, a small fridge — but overall okay. nice plcae to sit and work and have a snack. Tennis court upstairs made some trampeling noises during day hour usage

Location to west holiday is great Uber rides are not expensive as you are close to many of the attractions £45 from LAX £22 to Universal Hollywood £7 to Hollywood Blvd Hotel pictures make it look like you have amazing view on the room. It’s mostly surrounded with fencing Pool is also very small. Not heated. But they are little things. Also we reported at front desk issue with the tv. Told someone would be sent to the room. No one came and as there were 2 x TVs did not bother to ask again.

The hotel is located in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood in West Hollywood, which will put leisure travelers in the vicinity of many Hollywood and Beverly Hills locations. Room size is amazing, equipped with storage rooms large bathroom, balcony, living room and even a kitchen for those long stays. The room's size and fitout can justify the price. No water available in the room upon arrival. Water is sold at hotel lobby for 10$ per bottle. Coffee is available only at the hotel restaurant and is priced at 9.50$. Amazing price, bad coffee. Cleanliness at very low level, with dirty rugs all the way from the hallways leading to the rooms as well as in the room. Strange foul smell within the room when entering, which was resolved on our own by venting the room.

There is a kitchenette, but it has no plates, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. we asked for the kitchen kit, and only received 3 plate, 3 bowls and 3 sets of cutlery, when there were 5 guests registered. The kitchenette was part of the reason for choosing the hotel, but we couldn’t use it without cooking utensils. The sofa bed was not made up when we arrived, and we had to ask for bedding and do it ourselves. Not great when arriving late at night with children. Aside from these inconveniences, it was an otherwise pleasant stay.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My flight was delayed so I checked in late, and nobody came to the front desk for 20 minutes. I finally fell asleep at 6am (this hotel is EXTREMELY loud and impossible to rest in) and the front desk CALLS MY ROOM at 8am asking me if I want a car???? What?? I finally fall back asleep and 1 hour later a staff member rang the doorbell to my room because he wanted to “see if it was occupied”. Unacceptable. I got no rest, no peace, I was bothered by staff the entire time, and the hotel is SO. LOUD. 0/10 do not recommend

It’s in a great location and walkable to a lot of great restaurants and grocery store, such as Trader Joe’s and Erewhon. The staff always seemed annoyed that I wanted something. I asked if we could get room service, since it has been two days without one and they said they needed a one day notice to that done. That’s fine, but I wish they told me about that. In addition, we went to the pool and they had a QR Code scanner for the menu and a number to call to order. So we called the number to order and the front desk person was again annoyed we called them instead of the kitchen, when all we did was called the number on the menu!

However, it felt completely pointless to have a kitchen with lots of cupboards that were completely empty! There was not a single plate or cutlery to use, let alone pots and pans! Either it is a self catering suite or it is simply a hotel room, in which case the cupboards are a waste of time. Having a kitchen was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, so that bit felt very disappointing. It was also a bit annoying that we were staying as a family but the sofa bed was not made and we had to request bedding.

The room was located close to the elevator, so the noise coming from that was quite loud until late into the night. Also, upon check in, the room had a strange odor, so I opened the window to air out the space... after a couple of hours, I started to have a headache and a bit of nausea, so I had to have maintenance come to the room to turn off the gas in the fireplace. After another hour or so, the smell was completely gone and so were my symptoms and it smell didn't return for the rest of my stay, so I knew it was the gas. The property did take my concern seriously and sent someone quickly, which was much appreciated.

However, since my arrival I noticed that the staff at the reception have never been particularly friendly; in fact, they have often been quite impolite. The only exception was a gentleman who I believe works at the hotel restaurant — he was genuinely kind and very helpful. The worst part of my experience, though, was the smell in the room. I believe it was coming from the carpet. It was extremely strong and even got into my clothes. I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this because I’ve read similar comments from other guests. I don’t know if it’s due to the cleaning products they use or something else, but it was really unbearable.

Location, cleanliness, pool area, friendly staff. The shower was a little tough to get into for short people. The way that only one side of the doors open, if you’re short and the shower is on it sprays your directly in the face/head. The shower nozzle was hard to move so that wouldn’t happen. It sounds like not a huge deal but I’d get my hair soaked every time even if I wasn’t washing it, which sucked.

Our room was enormous - lots of space. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is superb - coffee, food, shops are all very close by and it feels like a safe neighborhood as well. The staff were invariably welcoming and gracious. At that price point, I expected a bit more amenities. There was a large kitchenette area but absolutely nothing (other than a microwave) in it. A Keurig style coffee maker and (thank you!) ceramic coffee cups, but not even a spoon. There was an option to 'chef it up' which likely had a cost associated with it, but I would have expected at least a little more available in the basic price. There were two hand towels and two bath towels (and two face cloths) in the bathroom - more would have been nice since we didn't feel the need to have housekeeping services every day. There was a dressing/makeup table in the bathroom, but the toilet and shower are in a tiny space. There is very little in the way of common or lounging areas: the rooftop pool is not particularly attractive and the restaurant is tiny. We were not inspired to have a drink or a meal there, which surprised me. All in all, a lovely room in some ways but a bit disappointing overall.

This hotel is in a great location. Safe, nice street. Very central. One block to nice shops and coffee shops. Our room was very spacious and clean/comfortable. The pool on the roof was warm in the winter and my kids had fun swimming. It's a small pool but at this time of year, no one else was in it. We could have used more towels. The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The space was perfect for us and our two teenagers. It was a large room with the small kitchenette and the table the 4 of us could sit at. The large walk-in closet doubled as a changing room and a door separated the toilet & shower from the rest of the bathroom which helped when we were all getting ready at the same time. Location was great too. I’d definitely stay there again on our next trip!

Overall it was a nice visit except for the staff. Upon arrival the front desk was not very welcoming and seemed like they were having either a hard or a boring day. The keurig machine in our room wasn’t working. My husband called the front desk and they offered to have someone come look at it. He said we didn’t want to be disturbed and asked for a pot of coffee to be sent up instead. They said they would have to check and hung up on him. He tried calling back twice and got hung up again twice. He had to walk down to the restaurant where they were making coffee (no one called back to inform us). Then they tried to charge us for the coffee. Left a really sour taste all over some coffee.

We loved our stay at Le Parc at Melrose! Our room was very clean, spacious, and we loved the balcony. The pool area was the highlight, it's a lovely space with a bar and tennis courts and gorgeous views. I did want to let someone with the hotel know that in our bathroom (Room 209) some of the construction on the other side of the wall has impacted the bathroom wall. There's a prominent nail sticking out of the wall, I scraped my leg on it coming out of the shower, and it could definitely cause serious injuries to anyone using the restroom in 209, especially children.

This was disappointing for many reasons which I have addressed with the hotel. Rooms are not soundproofed at all. Make sure you request a room away from the elevators or you will hear the noise all night. You will also hear loudly whoever is staying above you so pray they don’t wish to walk around all night. Make sure reception tell you about all facilities and services. Rooftop is gorgeous but food is just average. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Showers are inconsistent and tricky to operate. Some good staff and some not so good. Gym is ok but no music or tv so this would be a good addition.

Loved the quiet street location and easy walk ability to shops. Also loved the space in the rooms. However, no kitchen supples anywhere. No paper towels not even tissues. No utensils. Hard to use without those supplies. The entry to hotel is a little offsetting. Reception area is dingy But the staff is really nice and accommodating. I think it is a perfect place for its size of the room and location and quiet place to stay. I did not hear a sound at night (I was on the top floor). Good overall.

Spouse and I had a couple’s trip in mid-June and everything about this hotel was delightful. Our room had a balcony that opened out to a quiet street with lots of jacaranda trees. The bed was firm and comfortable, and our suite (which looked to originally have been a studio apartment?) was spacious. Very clean and up-to-date fixtures and furniture. The rooftop pool was also amazing, with four great covered cabanas. Hotel staff was attentive and friendly. The free coffee in the morning and wine at happy hour was also great. Some construction dust and debris on the third floor was the only drawback. Would definitely stay again!

Located in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. Seemed like the property was converted from an apartment complex. So not the newest of buildings with a slightly musty smell - which did not particularly bother us. Staff were very nice. The double bed premier suite we had was quite spacious with a small kitchen, small breakfast table, living room with a large couch, and a separate but connect bedroom and bathroom. What I most liked about it was the chic decor - very well done and homey. The only downside, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, was the wifi connectivity was frustratingly unstable - it would randomly disconnect - and this is with us paying an extra $15 for a faster connection. All in all, we would definitely consider staying here again.

I was pretty disappointed in the customer service. The young lady didn’t even make eye contact with me and she was trying to explain the valley parking situation. Every other time I went there there was never a valet, but I guess there is now which is cool. But I did not understand and she was very short and she looked annoyed with me and she didn’t even make eye contact with me so I felt like I was a burden to her. This was a very cool hotel. Beautifully decorated and in a quiet residential area. I would definitely stay here again. The room was large and we enjoyed the extra space to spread out and not be on top of each other. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and it was excellent!! Both the service and the food were outstanding. There is free coffee in the morning and free wine offered from 5-6pm daily. Both were very much appreciated!! The only downside for us what that we were in a room with a dog next door and our room had pets previously. My allergies acted up every time I was in the room. I would prefer not to stay in a room where animals have been.

Our floor had a strong pungent odor. It was something the hotel was aware of as they had portable fans in place to try and get rid of the smell (unsuccessfully). However despite being aware of this issue, they neither informed us about it when we made the reservation, nor when we checked-in. The fans that were installed to get rid of the smell were really loud and we had trouble sleeping due to their noise. So we made a call to guest services and requested turning them off. Unfortunately it took three calls to finally get someone to turn them off. For our second day we requested housekeeping and informed the guest services a day in advance. We were told that our request is noted and it will be taken care of. Yet when we eventually got back to the room after a long and tiring day expecting to see a clean room, it turned out no housekeeping was done. When we called the guest services they confirmed that our room was on the list but they had no idea why no housekeeping was done. In any case we requested some fresh towels etc and were told that we would get them right away. Nothing came even after a long wait and again it took multiple calls to receive those. We made a request again to turn the fans off due to noise and yet again it took multiple calls to get it done. Overall it was a mediocre service. Main bed was good but the double sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

After disputing this with my credit card company, the hotel responded with outrageous and fabricated claims. They alleged "incidental charges," implied my card "stopped working" due to excessive charges, and then audaciously accused me of "trying to get away from my financial responsibility." They presented a "bill" with 14 declined transactions, all under the deposit, followed by a charge they claim was the deposit used to cover the 14 phantom transactions. This is utterly false. We stayed for two nights, arriving late the first night, were out all day the second, and checked out the next morning. There is absolutely no way we accumulated 14 transactions. Furthermore, I have geolocation evidence proving we were not even at the hotel during the times of most of these alleged "chip read device" transactions. Crucially, the hotel NEVER explained or provided any evidence of what these 14 transactions were for, nor what "incidental charges" I supposedly incurred. It's insulting to be accused of evasion, especially given my good faith and the significantly larger cost of my trip. The suggestion that I would create an issue over a few hundred dollars is not only absurd but deeply offensive. This hotel's accounting engages in deceptive practices. Avoid it.

Expected a lot better based on the reviews I had read... Arrived late at 11:30pm and booked a one bedroom apartment for 4 of us. Got the the room and only one bed was made up and the sofa bed in the living room for the kids was not made. Had to call down to reception, they then brought bedding and sheets but we had to make the beds... Not what you would expect from a hotel of this quality. There was no daily maid/cleaning service and you had to actually request for your room to be cleaned and towels changed etc. Bathroom was pretty outdated and not the best shower which was over a bath. Also $65 a day for hotel parking which was very expensive plus you had to rip the valet parking staff all the time. Great location but would likely not stay again.
