Nothing The bathroom sink was stopped up. The walls was dirty. The line on the bed was dirty. The room smells the toilet would not flush. I tried to go get new line so that I could clean the room. The owner was very rude. Had to go buy my own blanket just horrible.

I'm not a very demanding person, having the basics is great, but my stay at this hotel was the worst I've ever had

I'll spring for something better next time, but this place was okay. I heard a lot of noise from the interstate when I went to bed and was woken in the middle of the night by people yelling in the parking lot. My room had three very small square "pillows" instead of the larger rectangular ones I am used to (see picture). Those were not comfortable. The bed was not especially comfortable or especially uncomfortable either. The place was clean and roomy and the people in the office gave good service.

This is a small family-owned hotel. No frills but comfortable at a great price for a five night stay. The staff is nice and the rooms are very clean, and the bed was wonderful. I rested well. It’s located right off hwy 40/55 in West Memphis, Ak. It’s close to Southland Casino, and Memphis, Tn is right across the river. Many restaurants are in the area, too. all and all, is was a good stay.

There was people hanging out on second floor and came from bushes area like they were living there, so more like these rooms were rented out maybe weekly. We entered the room and looked around and left. Did not look safe at all. Ended up driving the rest of the way home.
- 4/5
This was my second stay and I wil return.
- 3/5
Remote and next to nothing.
- 4/5
Decent budget driven motel. The room was inexpensive and comfortable. The staff was great.
- 4/5
Didn't like the dirty floors
- 3/5
They do not offer breakfast.
- 2/5
Room reeked of cigarette/weed smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
- 4/5
Okay place close to casino. Nothing fancy just a room at a cheap hotel.
- 3/5
Arrived in a snow storm. Room was clean, warm, with an excellent bed. Desk person does not smile, but was businesslike. Shower head needs to be replaced, but worked with hot water. There are no rugs in the room, just pergo floor. I understand "budget", but coffee cups that could go into the microwave and some packets of instant coffee and bags of tea would have been a hospitable touch, especially since I never found the lounge for guests.
- 5/5
nice reasonable clean stay
- 4/5
Room was clean although basic. The refrigerator and microwave was nice to have.

As soon as I opened the door to check in my room a rouch fall from the door into my hair. Bathroom was nasty azz hell worse hotel I've ever booked

Neighbor is not so great. Very basic.

We always stay here when we are passing through. The staff are so kind and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

I e room but there’s we’re discarded toilets and sinks lying around the motel grounds. Looked like a junkyard.
- 4/5
Good value for the price
- 2/5
trust me on this please make this your very last option if you are looking for a hotel. there are better choices near by
- 4/5
The staff was always available no matter the time. I have a broker shower head around 11 P.M. and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Like any other low-budget hotel, it needs a lot of cleaning on the outside but it was very nice.
- 1/5
Tge man at the front desk was nice but that is the only good thing i can say. The door between rooms was busted. The latched for room door was broke. Cigarette burns in sheets. Smelled like marijuana in the room. We ended up just taking a loss on the room because we refused to stay there the night. Nasty hotel would not stay there or recommend anyone to stay there.
- 1/5
The smell was terrible and the neighborhood is run down
- 1/5
We stayed at this hotel 4 yrs ago when we visited, and couldn't believe how much it went down. We could only stay one night due to the horrible smelly dirty room. It smelled like i was sleeping in an old musty, mildewy basement. Do not recommend staying here.
- 4/5
Room was clean, a/c microwave and fridge worked well, nice staff. Price was as quoted on arrival. Some shady characters hanging out around the building, parking lot is small. Good stay here.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for - it's an old motel, but the room was clean and tidy. No noise issues, lady at front desk was prompt and nice. Zero issues.
- 4/5
Affordable hotel.
- 4/5
Handy for ice outside the door. No wash cloths in room had to go to office to get. Out with no nearby restaurant, across freeway. No coffee.
- 1/5
Cigarette burns on tub, toilet not clean. Would not recommend or stay ever again.
- 3/5
This was basic room, cold a/c, hot shower working tv. Nothing fancy served my purposes for the price.
- 1/5
Old and stinky rooms. Non smoking rooms all with cigarette burns everywhere. Good to rest a few hours but if you find something else even better. Not satisfied

Expedia reviews rated this hotel at 3.6. I'd rate it a bit below average at 2.9.
- 5/5
The room was in good condition and quite clean. No complaints. Good value.
- 4/5
I stayed at this hotel on short notice due to a travel complication, and it's pleasant overall. Room is clean and well maintained, the king sized bed was comfortable, and I'm glad that my room has a mini fridge, microwave oven, and air conditioning. I just have an issue about location, but at least it's close to a gas station. I dont ask for much when it comes to lodging. This hotel did the job. I just may stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
Front desk was friendly! Our room was quiet & clean, they also have a good selection of channels on tv, loved the led mirror! The area seemed safe!
- 4/5
It was satisfactory
- 4/5
Ok stop on road trip especially with a dog. Great walking area for relief for dog. A bit dated. Appreciate no carpet in room.
- 4/5
Great stay for the price. Would stay again.
- 5/5
It was a so-so hotel, but they are renovating. The carpet was clean but stained, cobwebs, and burn marks on tub.
- 5/5
Rooms were way better than expected! No smoking, carpets were clean walls showers and drawers were all clean. Parking lot was clean, managers were always present so vehicles and rooms felt safer. Only complaint was pillows/pillow size
- 4/5
Room seemed clean...very large
- 3/5
Cushions smells. All in all could be cleaner.
- 5/5
It was a great stay friendly staff quiet will be staying again soon
- 4/5
I didn't realize check out was at 10 am. Owners were cool with my delay in getting out of the room.
- 3/5
Guy at the front desk was friendly, room didn't smell 'clean', but the carpet and room was in great shape. Neighborhood was a little less than desirable.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
No breakfast, front counter lady was monotone and not very friendly. Area was a bit sketchy and made me uneasy about my car overnight.
- 4/5
No frills or extras but basic comfort is what was outstanding. Would have liked to have coffee available or the means to make it.
- 5/5
Our check-in was quick and easy. The clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was an older one, but has been well taken care of. Our room smelled fresh, the linens and room were clean; no black feet bottoms from this floor. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but I can't say that I rolled to the middle because the mattress was wore out. Very quiet, exceptional AC, TV and lighting. I highly recommend this quaint little place, will definitely go back.
- 4/5
Good bed, nice shower, clean, refrigerator, roomy, big tv, close to interstate.
- 5/5
very clean, inside and out comfortable, safe, friendly atmosphere I was upgraded to a better room for a more convenient space with no additional fees.
- 2/5
Man, this place is tough. I wouldn’t spend more than $30 to stay here again. We arrived late and people were all over the parking lot and it was pretty loud. If you’re staying there for just sleep, it’s fine.
- 2/5
They were kind enough to allow an early check-in; however, my room phwas rang by the office at 4:00a.m.
- 5/5
Neighborhood not bad.
- 2/5
This hotel was really in need of renovation!!! The room was clean but VERY dated. The area was not what i was lead to believe. My grandson walked to the convenience store across the parking. The cashier asked him what a guy of his ethnicity was doing out. He told him to go back to the hotel. Also when we left we noticed that the wire to the phone/doorbell was smoking. It was visible from the counter. Do not stay here it really wasn't safe.
- 5/5
Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The people were very nice and accomodating. Room was quiet, and gave ease access to casino and Beale street. Definitely will stay again!
- 5/5
The place was clean and quiet enough. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Located in a very seedy neighborhood. A lot of minority types, and undesirable looking people loitering around and hanging about in cars. Room smelled as though it had been a smoking room at one time. Floor dirty, couch/fold out bed ripped and run down. Overall, not a pleasant place to stay. Probably the worst on our trip.
- 2/5
We asked for Non smoking and we got a bone smoking room clearly when we opened the door we were hit with a bad smell of smoke.
- 5/5
Chain was missing from the door
- 3/5
The king sized bed was great. The linens appeared clean. Acceptable TV reception. The bathroom needs work- tile appears worn and dirty, The tub may need replacement. Suggest a handicap bar by the toilet to ease getting up and down.
- 4/5
Yes, it's older n worn. But the towels were thick n clean. It was quiet and my car was very close by.
- 5/5
It was clean nice room
- 5/5
We stayed 2 nights going and then coming back on 5 day family trip to Tennessee. We enjoyed our stay both nights. The rooms were cleaned, bed was comfortable no complaints. The heater worked good, staff was very friendly and polite. On our 1st night we wanted to go downtown West Memphis. They the staff helped with directions and information of the area.
- 5/5
I love the Atmosphere

No. Just no. Sleep in your car if you must.
- 5/5
Great room at good price.
- 5/5
An additional perk, whatever bar soap they used, I thought I would regret using it, because I have eczema, but it actually seemed to soothe my skin. Most hotel side is harsh and drying.
- 1/5
I made reservations online so check in should have been quick and painless. It was not! I had five rooms, all of which smelled horribly of pot smoke with an attempt to cover it up with cheap room spray. The doors locks were all broken so we had to push furniture in front of the doors. The linen was old and outdated. I heard from the locals that west Memphis has a very high crime rate so sleeping with only a deadbolt and no chain locks made for a sleepless night. I honestly don't rate places badly unless it's warranted and I don't have any thing positive to say about this motel.
- 4/5
No breakfast.
- 4/5
Everything was fine except there was no coffee in the room.
- 3/5
I appreciated the check in process was quick and easy. Quick access to the interstate. However the parking lot was small. Therefore it becomes a chore to find a parking place. The furniture was old and worn. Microwave and fridge was old. But the bed was comfortable. No TV channel guide.
- 4/5
My stay was good. Good place to stay. A/C works really well. Beds are comfy enough for good night's sleep after a long day of work. Parking is lacking. Drain for shower lacking as well. Also nonrefundable place so make sure if you stay, you stay the entire time or lose out on money. Other than that good place to stay.
- 5/5
Smell was good. Clean , good location , good wifi, The owner was friendly.
- 3/5
Beds were hard. Staff was very nice though. Close to highway
- 5/5
Very nice owners, clean, fresh, newly redone rooms. I was very pleased!
- 4/5
According to the comments somewhere, every room has a kitchen. Ours did, and a sitting area, and a king bed. It's in a not great but not bad part of town, and the place hasn't been updated in a while, but overall, a terrific bargain for the price. West Memphis is, as usual, working on the roads....
- 5/5
Always a great experience
- 5/5
Other than the pull out bed. Everything was clean and comfortable. No real complaints.
- 4/5
I was skeptical about this place when we pulled in because it was not in a good area. The room was super clean and comfortable to my surprise. They have big LED lights in the parking lot and cameras so I felt a little better about it. The bed and pillows were great, so for a night’s rest was suitable.
- 1/5
Don’t go, is in an unsafe area the places is falling apart is dirty nothing good I can say from this place.
- 5/5
I was very impressed with how clean the outside and inside was. For the price, I feel very good about my decision to stay here. Will definitely stay again if work brings me back.
- 3/5
Room was somewhat dim. Only an overhead light and one lamp. Price was one of the better in the area. But the adage "you get what you pay for" applies here.
- 5/5
As a frequent guest at various hotels throughout the year, I must admit that I was completely caught off guard by how awesome this particular hotel room was! It was basically a Suite, and for the price ( under $60, which included taxes and fees ), my opinion is that this is the best deal I've found in many, many years. The room was very spacious and pleasantly clean. When I visit the area again, I'll definitely be staying there if there's a room available...
- 1/5
When I turned down the bed to sleep, I found hairs in it and it was obvious the sheets had not been changed. The sheets also had stains on them. I went to the front office to complain and was confronted by a very unpleasant owner of the hotel. He was adamant that i created the hairs in the bed as i had been in the room for a little over an hour and had not said anything. How many people turn down the bed to check for this condition as soon as they check in? I have not been accustomed to doing so but I have since then! I was not given any sort of refund from this owner - who was extremely rude - but Hotels.com did refund the cost only after much complaining by me. This is the epitome of a 'fleabag' hotel, in a horrible neighborhood. Don't bother staying there!
- 5/5
It was very easy ti check in. Also let us check in at about noon.
- 5/5
Really nice place to stay at a decent cost. The owner also mentioned that if we book directly at the hotel instead of Expedia he could have given a $10 discount.
- 4/5
The towels and face cloths were stained. They were washed but old.
- 3/5
It was clean but had a musty smell.
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly and the hotel’s location is excellent. Very old building but cozy. Solid wood floors. Be forewarned you will pay for parking. Valet or a parking ramp. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
- 4/5
Attractive, clean room and bathroom. Thank you! The aroma of incense/candles in the office area was overwhelming, though.
- 5/5
It was very nice, good bed, one of our best stays using hotels.com
- 4/5
It was ok for a one night stay but bed was a bit stiff.
- 5/5
Great little place, extraordinarily clean!
