Staff were friendly but the rooms were dirty and not safe. The door to our room did not lock and there is a lot of homeless in the parking lot.

The value of the room Staff was not helpful nor did they care of my concerns with the room

Room that I was given, the bed was broke, leaning to one side. The AC barely blew, the tv all channels were blue, the bedding was DIRTY. When I called to check on changing rooms not once but twice I was ignored and never contacted about my concerns. Also I was told since I went through a third party (booking) that I guess they weren't responsible is what I was told. Toughed it out for the night but definitely won't return. Very disappointed in how staff handled or didn't handle any concern I had with the room.

The floors were disgusting. The bathtub was nasty. I also saw two bedbugs.

The handicapped accessible room is not wheelchair accessible. The sheets were not fresh and there were exposed wires in two locations and outlet plugs did not work.

Photos are extremely deceiving, the inside is slightly updated but the outside is really rough and right on the interstate and you hear traffic all night long the walls are thin and crackheads live here so you hear screaming and fighting and cussing all night would definitely not recommend to anyone

Nice big room but small bathroom and the bed was thinner than a hospital mattress, blanket was thin as paper, overall just not comfortable sadly.

I was traveling and this was close to freeway so I booked it. You will hear vehicle noise all night long and will not be able to sleep.

Plenty of parking, and quick access to main highway. The room was clean.

I've stayed a few times and its always been good. No problems with staff. Right off the highway which is very convenient.

Toilet was broken, shower was dirty and the lock on the door was broken so we weren’t able to latch it, then staff tried to make me repay for a room that was already paid for.

Shower would hold water and the temperature would go from hot to cold. Property was not in the greatest part of town.

If you have never stayed in a motel or any place where you open the front door of a bedroom the first thing you see is black parking lot concrete instead of a hallway with other doors of other rooms... I suggest book elsewhere. If you don't have preference for smoking vs non-smoking room, you will automatically get put in a smoking room... I didn't have a preference :( not to complain, but I underestimated the stench from a room that would have been consistently smoked out. Ummm...to tell the truth I didn't stay the entire night here.

The bed had blood stains under the cover they cover it up with new sheets to sleep on so you won’t bother to look under it , the tub is nasty all stains , the toilet didn’t flush & the man at the front desk tried to get over on me with my money but thank god my man was with me

Mold in room by door bathtub was so nasty with dirt and grime did not even shower at all turned ac on smelt sttaight like mold our other room was in same conditon had burns on toliet and shower just as nasty blood stains on bed casement that was so ripped and does nothing to protect overall nasty hotel i ever stayed in and front desk attendant was more worried of sitting and watching a show then really even trying to help do not stay unless u want to see spongebob smoking a blunt on the bathroom door

Air vent in bathroom very dirty. Everything else was in good condition. Was able to park right in front of room. Check in super easy and quick. Very good no frills for the price room.

When I got to rodeway inn I was happy every time I go there Ron is in the front desk he always looks out for me I had a problem with my room the date went to the wrong date I could not get it fixed with Expedia the owner and Ron fixed it for me and got my room for me my room was clean it was quiet it was convenient I was close to the interstate close to the casino close to food they sell Coca-Cola's and with Waters in the front there's a store across the street the friendliness is worth it will I go again always I'm always going there again thank you for the hospitality there and I will be returning

I stay at the rhodeway inn every time I go see my grandkids and my kids and I'm always happy to get there rin from the front desk and rashihi from the front desk are amazing there friendly and ron is so helpful the casino is 1 min away there's restraints the rooms were clean safe and they have plenty of cameras I feel safe and happy when I go I will be back this summer thank you rhode way inn

Unsafe location. Potholes all over the parking lot. Rude staff members. Roaches coming from other rooms since this is a transient location with residents that pay weekly or monthly to live here. Cameras all over property but no one is watching the cameras. Unsafe don't stay here with family.

Check in was fast and simple however the first room we were given had a very strong mold and mildew odor as soon as you walked in. The baseboards and walls all along the outside of the bathroom under the sink and on the side we covered in about two feet of water damage and mold and the bathroom was dirty with black mold in the ceiling. I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. The next room I was given smelled strongly of men’s cologne as soon as you walked in but the only guest I saw was a large bug on the ac unit when I walked in. As I walked toward the bathroom to check it there were several other dead smushed bugs on the floor. I asked for a refund and found another place to stay for the same price but better accommodations across the freeway. I know this is a budget motel but basic cleanliness and hygiene should be simple standards to uphold for any place.

The service was great. I got a non smoking room & it still smelled real bad. Lysol & room spray did not help. I was paranoid the whole trip but it was peaceful. Great stay for the cheap

Room outdated but quiet neighborhood.

The room was filthy, the wall next to the bed was stained with dirty footprints. I didn’t even think about taking a shower after seeing how gross the shower floor was. The sheets on the bed were partially stained yellow all over the place; I didn’t even feign the idea of sleeping on those sheets without soaking the bed in disinfectant. I heard someone try to open my door at about 3am and then they shuffled off into the night. The only positives that this motel has to brag is good staff, and cheap rates. Smoke detector was not functional,

When we turned the water on the water was brown. We ended up having to stay at another hotel. We had to pay for a night that we never used.

Quick check in

We made a reservation for 3. There were only 2 towels in the room. We called the desk and were told they couldn't give us one till the am. Just seems like such a basic need. 3 adults and 2 bath towels

Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly.

Both the staff and rooms were very unpleasant. I'd rather not stay there again. And, no I would Not refer anyone there.

Nothing was exceptionally bad, but there wasnt anything great either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility itself was a bit dated and not maintained the best. Small little things like a toilet that ran constantly or low water pressure. Also the bathroom seemed like it had just a wipe down and not a deep clean. Breakfast was premade brown paper bags, they were ok, had yogurt a fruit and a breakfast dessert. Bed was clean and checking in/out was easy and quick.

I thought this hotel was adequate according to the reviews and photos….not!!! The floor was nasty, the bathroom was old and the bathtub was rusty. The shower curtain was dirty at the ends. It was quiet with no problems, but it was not what I imagined. The room was always damp, maybe because it rained our entire stay. The door did not close tightly and I will not be staying here again. The staff was fine but the room and hotel itself…no!!

Just what I needed. No issues, no creatures, I was satisfied. Also they didn't bother me before checkout which was awesome.

Tv had no sound and bathroom toilet seat was broke and bathroom door broke.

Stayed here for a weekend away from the kids. It was comfortable and everyone was nice.

Ok for overnight stay only. It’s quite an old Inn. Neighborhood is a bit iffy smells marijuana.

We refused to stay at this hotel. Criminal activity (human trafficking) is being conducted at this hotel. After checking in as we were going into our two rooms from an all day drive, we were approached and propositioned by prostitutes. After declining their advances, we were stared at and felt threatened by 4 of these criminals. We immediately took the keys back to the receptionist who acted like he didn’t care, he wouldn’t give me any documentation showing we didn’t actually stay there. We then decided to make another 5 hour trip home arriving at 3:00AM. What little bit we saw of the inside of both rooms was disgusting, stains on the beds, mold on baseboards and in the showers etc.

Front desk was very nice, room was updated and clean..

The property is old and requires general upkeep. It is located near the freeway, so noise is an issue. The room felt old, but it had hardwood floors and a well-maintained bathroom. The bed was comfortable but needs an additional comforter or two. The room is well-lit, and the LED lights behind the headboard were impressive.

The listing did not show the outside of rooms, or the state of the property. The site was also near quite a few truck stops so we did not necessarily feel very safe, but the lighting helped. Overall, a good stay.

The room had no deadbolt lock, toilet rocked and there was yellow stains on floor around toilet, large patched hole in the wall was unpainted, spider webs all around and the floor was unclean. I put the chair in front of the door for safety. Air conditioner filters were not clean and even though it was a no-smoking room it smelled of cigarette smoke. There was obviously another part of the hotel that was detached that was all boarded up. Parking lot was rough. The lobby was uninviting with a couple of chairs & no artwork!, I had checked and the only thing I didn’t see was bedbugs! Due to exhaustion I couldn’t drive one more hour & due to confusion over reservations I stayed. Would I recommend this hotel, NO!

Been booking this room for months and out of all the nights staying there my car along with 3 other cars was broken into.. seen the guy in the surveillance camera and he lives over there in the hotel.. Don't feel safe there and wont be booking there ever again.

I had to change rooms twice due to wholes in wall and water leakage. The 3rd room had mildew stains in the bathroom and the unit smelled like Mildew.

The person running the front desk during the morning shift has an attitude problem. I will not stay at this motel again guess you feel like you can talk to people like they are dirt as long as you have there money in my opinion this is not a good choice but then again you get what pay for

Cheap gas nearby. Good quality lighting in courtyard. Bigger room then normal. We had ground floor with parking at the door. Only problem ws had to ask twice for towels despite on check-in they told us the towels would come. Found coffee in tje lobby next morning but no mention on xheck in. ACworked well

The room was a complete let down. The sheets had viable stains at the head of the bed, burns in the covers on both beds, making or dirt off some sort on the walls. The bathroom omg, filthy. I didn’t stay in the room and checked out and requested a refund for my and night.

The bed pillows were worn and needs to be replaced.The soap was too small with no lather.Last thing there was no coffee in room.

It wasnt the cleanest the tub and toilet needed attention the water pressure was seriously lacking the towels were dirty and some were missing. The door had a unintentional locking mechanism that locked me out with my key card twice. It was very subpar but the staff was helpful for a short stay it was ok I guess the tv worked and the bed was breaking down but I slept couldve been better tho. For the staff Id give em a 3/5

Room poorly painted, lobby looked like a gas station, cheap mattress, uncomfortable, paper thon blankets, had to turn furnace to 80 to keep warm.

No disrespect to the culture of the owners, but they use an air freshener that is not liked by most of the western culture. I, as well as many others will not return to a hotel that has an oder that is not liked. Other than that, the room was just for sleeping so it was a great price for me.

The staff could not take simple diection. Worst hotel stay I have ever experience.

I used to love this hotel, but it seems to be steadily going down hill on my last few stays. Each stay something hasn't worked and it wasn't fixed during my stay. First time it was the A/C, next time it was the refrigerator, this time the TV remote. I wish you all would take the time to make sure everything in the room is in working order before renting it out. I understand that this is a Motel 6 but that doesn't mean that it has to be cheap or poorly kept up. You guys are going to loose good customers, like myself, because of the cutting corners to make money.

Overall better than expected based on other reviews. The room looked updated recently except for the bathroom which looked outdated and somewhat dirty. Didn't bother using the shower. Towels and sheets seemed clean. Sheets were stained in some places and the bed cover was ripped. Room was mostly clean with dirt and crumbs behind furniture. Someone was pushing a grocery cart around at around 2am and woke us up. Felt unsafe but we didn't actually have anything bad happen. Was really our only option for under 21 check-in so it did the job.

Noisy highway

The room was clean and comfortable however the television did not work. Since I got in late, there was no reason to watch TV but this would have been an issue for a longer stay.

Very soft beds and pillows. Fresh clean air from AC, no moldy smells.

Nice staff

The room was nice but the hot water didn't work in the shower all night and had to let it run for almost 15 minutes the next morning to even have it remotely tolerable. It was a horrible experience considering all we wanted to do was take showers that night and couldn't even do that

Horrible and abandoned place, very very dirty rooms with no hot water and blankets, cheapest mattress of the market and probably 10 or 15 years old, dirty sheets and pillows. TV not working properly. Terrible and disgusting.

The place was a dump. It was so gross I didn’t want to use the restroom or shower cause I would get dirtier.
