Pleasant stay

Run of the mill hotel breakfast. Though no fresh fruit unless you pay for it. Rooms need an update/thorough clean. Hard for a hotel to do well in the area it's in. Felt a bit nervous about our car being broken into, just the way the neighborhood is. Worked fine for 1 night.

Lovely well-kept property with very comfortable rooms. Spacious restaurant and bar area was very good for breakfast too. Very pleasant and professional staff.

Breakfast selection was decent. The room was terrible~~the sliding glass shower door would not stay closed and kept sliding all the way open while trying to shower. Went to close the curtain at bedtime and the whole rod and curtain fell off. Had 3 people with only 1 set of towels in the room for 3 guests. When checking in and needing a cart for luggage lady insisted there were 3 or 4 inside front door even after telling her there were none. There were only 4-5 vehicles in parking lot when we checked in so where were the carts

Well, I didn’t like was that my card for my room kept deactivating plus they had a power surge where the power went out then came back on then for my room deposit I supposed to receive back after I leave. I did not receive it back. I was charged for it. I’m still waiting for my money to return to me and it has not

The location is great not to far away from anything. It is clean and comfortable At check in they person charged my card then told me that they made a mistake and I needed to pay again because the first one got voided out somehow. The problem was that money was taken off my card and couldn't be put back for 3to4 days meanwhile I now had to use the money I brought to buy food and enjoy my weekend and was left with nothing....no compensation was offered to me for there mistake and my weekend was now completely ruined.

The AC temperature was set at minimum of 66 and cannot be set lower than this. The ice machine was outdated and need of replacement. The shower curtain was showing its color and the shower head didn’t have a lot of water coming out- both needs replacing

The room was clean, if I had a problem, they worked to correct it, they were very friendly and welcoming. The food was good. The restaurant was good and well priced. The bed was soft and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Noticed Dirt stains everywhere when we walked in the room… not clean and the toilet seat was falling off… was too tired from being on the road to even tell hotel staff. We checked out super early and was told that I can’t receive a receipt until 3pm because of an audit? Will not stay here ever again

The room was clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast, just coffee. The location is excellent for people passing through, as we were. Our room was quiet and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

For our 1 night stay, it was a nice hotel. Check-in was easy. The breakfast buffet was ok. Often those have yogurt and fresh fruit, but this one did not. I'm a tea drinker, but my wife says the coffee was undrinkable. The room had 2 bags of Numi Earl Grey though, so I'm happy!

It was at a convenient location for our travel plans. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was exceptional for the price. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot. The fit and finish in our room was not up to the standards I would expect of the Radisson. The showerhead attachment was loose. The bathroom did not have enough hangers for the towels. The curtains over the one window were not adequate to keep the light out from the parking lot lights. Two of the plugs made poor contact with chargers and seem to be loose inside.

No hot water and low water pressure for almost two days. Never stayed at a hotel where I called for towels and hand soap and had to go to the front desk to get it myaelf. That was "Different." I wouldnt stay at this hotel again.

The room was great for an overnight stay, lots of space for us to relax and rest. The breakfast had your usual egg, sausage, and waffles. The pool does need some cleaning, we ended up not using the pool. We would choose the hotel again.

They are short-staffed and your room may not be ready on time.The shower fixture may come off and the maintenance person will track dirty boots in your shower and not wipe the dirt off your shower floor. The shower floor has been repeatedly painted and re-painted. There are nicks on the paint which reveals a grey color beneath. The shower was yucky so I showered with shower shoes. It needs to be replaced all the way. Not to be mean but there is a lady that work the front desk that has not teeth and does not have dentures. Perhaps she is not paid enough to afford them, nonetheless that is not good as the face of the company when you first approach the front counter. It took time to get fresh, clean towels. The power went out on this past Sunday for 3-4 hours due to a storm. I was surprised that they did not have a back-up generator. Unacceptable, this is not where you would want to stay in case of a severe weather. You will be sitting in the dark. My food spoiled after I was not able to keep it cold. I could not get my work done on my computer due to a dark room and not being able to use the wi-fi. This was a ghetto motel. It gives a false impression from the online pictures. Save your money and just go to Memphis altogether. What a waste of money. I would never stay at the hotel. Only good thing is they did not have bedbugs r roaches (to my knowledge). They bought a motel and slapped Radisson on it. Very, very misleading. The franchise owner needs to pay the workers more.

Very clean room and quiet, parking wasn’t bad for me as I was a late arrival in for check in.

Only one night person and she was away from the desk when arrived and also knew so it took almost 20 minutes to check in. Room was not the cleanest. For an 8.6 rating I expected better.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and well appointed. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The air conditioning worked well. Very nice bathroom and shower. Decent water pressure. The free breakfast is what you would expect.

The staff was very welcoming and they had a shuttle to take you to Memphis or other spots nearby. The layout of the room was nice. There was a comfortable couch and the television pivoted so you could watch from the bed or the couch. The shower was slippery. Wish there were safety bars. The breakfast was fair. The usual food you find like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. All just average - nothing special. Overall it was prerty basic.

The heating/air conditioning did not seem to operate accurately - so we simply turned it off, rather than messing with it.

* the couch was dirty * furniture had sharpie marks on them * lint/dirt in the beds * floors sticky or dirty * shower handle was completely broke off in one of the rooms. * I couldn't recommend this for any reason with this many strikes against it. I don't expect perfection but it didn't match the quality of the photos shown on Orbitz.

Room was clean, love the bar, enjoyed the Valentine’s Day dinner they had, kinda wish the restaurant/bar opened sooner than 5pm-10pm but other than that everything was great

The rooms were okay too. Bed was a lil hard and the floors could’ve been swept and cleaned better. Overall I’d stay again simply because of the location and the friendly staff!

We have stayed here several times and it is a good layover hotel when you're just trying to get clear of Memphis for the night on a long drive. Though from last year to this year it has gotten noticeably shabbier. Our shower looked dirty, and the hallway carpets definitely need a deep clean or a replacement. Otherwise it is a good stop. The beds are clean and the breakfast is good.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. The pool had visible rust along the sides, and the surrounding area was rundown, which made us uneasy about venturing out after dark. We did park directly in front of the hotel and, thankfully, had no issues with our vehicle. Our room was average. The dark stains on the shower floor made it appear less than clean, and there were no drawers for clothing — just a small closet with a few hangers. The pillows didn’t fit the king-size bed, the A/C unit worked but was loud and rattly, and the TV remote wasn’t properly connected. Overall, we expected more from our stay. The outstanding staff truly made the difference — without them, we likely would not have stayed

Clean facilities, very comfortable. Catered to our group of ten from Australia. The buffet breakfast was great, a wonderful variety of food. They have an on-site restaurant with authentic Southern-style food- superb customer service from Shannon and the chef Blane! Misty and Buja at the reception was a great help! Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was very convenient with lits of parking. Breakfast was good with a good selection. The bed was comfortable.

Nice atmosphere.

However, I had an issue with the toilet and called the Front Desk to resolve. I was told that I needed a plunger and the Attendant told me I needed to come down and the plunger and unclog the toilet myself. It was 2:30 a.m. in the morning and he asked if I wanted to change rooms, after we were settled in and asleep from a long drive to the hotel.

The parking was amazingly easy and close. The beds were firm. Could have used a foam topper because I have old hips. The room was nice and well appointed. We had an ADA room. It did not have a walk in shower but did have a bench seat and lots of hand rails. Nice tall potty with hand rails. The staff was GREAT! When we told them about slow drainage in tub, they were grateful. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Coffee was good. The evening dining right in the property was good and convenient after a long day of driving. We will stay here again.

The state was very wonderful but I never go through a third-party such as you hotel.com because I found out and I get no award points for going with you as a third-party. I lost all my points. Thank you.

Excellent location

I love that they have a shuttle to take visitors around to Southland Casino, Beale st. & Elvis home. I didnt like all the strands of hairs on the towels and sheets( my pet peeve).

The wife and the kids loved it, they didn't want to leave on the last day! Highly recommended and highly likely to return next year.

The rooms might get cleaned but the rest of the building needs it. Shampoo some carpets!! I think the city water pump station went down because the water was brown and there was no water pressure. The bed was hard as a board.

Bed was comfortable. First room we were put in was supposed to be non smoking but was definitely not. We had to argue with the front desk about whether it was a smoking or non-smoking room. The first room was also dirty and still had trash on the floor from the last guests. We eventually were moved to an actual non-smoking room.

We had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and pretty well equipped. The beds were comfy and everything in the bathroom worked. The only little issue we had was with the doors. When you walk out, the door slams behind you. It would be nice if they closed slowly, so you dont have to hear doors slamming everytime someone leaves their room. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

Our overall experience was quite poor. Upon arrival, the first room we were given had a strong smell of smoke, which was very unpleasant. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding felt old and worn—more like what you'd expect from a 1-star motel. The property itself did not appear well-maintained, and the surrounding area felt unsafe. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations in any way

The stay was good at the hotel. The floor was dirty but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. I was able to check in late which was great. The staff was great.

The spacious room, wood floors, and several lamps made the room feel clean and comfortable. The outside pool was heated, and my son loved swimming in it. The room was completely quiet at night despite the highway and casino outside.

This was an okay stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hot breakfast was very good. I was disappointed by the weak water pressure in the shower and found the shower floor to be slippery. There were no grab bars available nor any type of grip to keep from slipping. I did check the mattress under the sheets for bed bugs and thought I was OK. But I woke up to a cluster of bug bites on the back of both of my legs which is highly likely from bed bugs. I'm not happy about this.

Busy place in the summer . "Free breakfast" wasn't there as we had arrived after the masses had decimated the buffet. No timely replenishment of breakfast items. Area around the hotel is noisy.

Easy to access on my roas trip. Clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was great; it's rare to find hpyel breakfast without non-pork options. My family was grateful for the turkey options. Staff was pleasant and helpful

How do you say nothing that special but I was all right, the most problem I had there was no food that I could eat need something like some Whitey fish ,some buffalo fish or some mushrooms. Something that people that vegetarian eater will eat,catfish I don’t eat. Thank you.

An exceptional hotel. We came from NC to meet halfway to bring our grandson to spend the summer in Texas. We will definitely make this our half way meet up from now one. Thank you for a very nice evening together as a family.

Good location for taking a lift to Broadway street or the Nissan Center. The Only downside was, the hotel sits right in the flight pattern and I mean if your at the pool the airplane are about 100 yards up when their landing.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. But, The room still had dirt and dust in the corners and there was a straw on the floor by the bed. I also had an opened lotion bottle and 2 hair conditioners as toiletries. No shampoo or bodywah as my son had in his room which also had dust and dirt in the corners. The staff will not engage you except on reception when you speak to them first. I said good morning to a staff member at breakfast and a member of housekeeping, both totally blanked me after looking at me. I do not think I will stay here again if I find myself in Memphis. Also, the road noise is really loud, windows do nothing for soundproofing.

Bathroom is already worn and not as clean as it should be. Sheets on bed looked slept in 😞 I appreciate hotels without carpet in the rooms tho 😁 Breakfast was regular hotel food and pretty good.

Our room was spacious and clean with a faux wood laminate flooring. The bed was very comfortable and the room had many lighting options. However, the carpet in the hallways throughout the hotel were extremely dirty and smelled very musty. It appeared they had not been shampooed or vacuumed for quite sometime. The shower also had very poor pressure.

Just was not the best experience in opinion. Food was sparse and disorganized. Plates one place, utensils another area. The room had sticky floors and countertops. Hair in bathtub and shower wall. Sink and Bathtub very slow to drain. I would have asked for another room but upon checking in we were told how lucky we were because we got the last room available.

We have a wonderful stay at the west memphis radisson. The hotel is less than 10 minute drive from downtown Memphis and Beale Street. The room was clean and spacious with a desk chair, loveseat that doubles as a pull out bed and sittong bench. It was nice to have seating options over than just the bed also it was also very comfortable. The breakfast is above par for price point. The price is very fair for the location and amenities and i will definitely seek here out first upon visiting Memphis again!

The staff I'd super friendly & helpful! we really liked the shuttle driver who drove us to the casino! We will definitelystay here on our next trip to Florida!!

It's a truck stop. Front of the hotel is literally the freeway. Not a good place for vacay. I left my watch and of course they couldn't find it...

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was surprisingly really good & well seasoned! It’s 15 min from downtown Memphis so it was more affordable, but still a quick and easy drive to the action and there’s a casino right across the street which they offer a shuttle for. However, we didn’t get a chance to visit the casino during our stay. I would stay here again for the next weekend getaway.

The hotel was a great stop for an overnight stay while traveling. It was right next to the highway, so easy on-easy off. The downside of that was the traffic noise--I would recommend asking for a room on the back side of the hotel if possible. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was nicely updated and clean.

The property is nice, but the bed and pillows need to be updated. The bed was old and extremely firm and the pillows were old and flat.
