It was a nice stay, was there for three days but went to anaheim, san diego etc so i wasn’t in the room much. for the price and what it is, i would like to say its worth it! Though, the times i was in the room there was a lot of commotion coming from outside such as other guests fighting out loud but that’s subjective to who is staying with you at the time. there are a lot of people who walk the parking lot at night, and some homeless would hang around the stairs but they wouldn’t bother anybody. aside from that, good stay! close to anaheim and rest of OC

The place was ok but I saw a few roaches.and the mattress felt like u were sinking in like quick sand.will not be going back

Me and my boyfriend love coming here from Palm Springs! This motel 6 is waaaaaay better than the ones in our valley in Palm Springs. This place is CLEAN , BED IS COMFORTABLE AND ALL OF FD STAFF IS HELPFUL. we come here to be close to the beach!! Our new comfortable AFFORDABLE STAY.

Home was very clean and comfy was located in good location

No towels. Had to ask everyday. Rooms cleaned every 3 days. No shower because water was shut down.

I would not recommended, especially if you like having a clean room to stay. The restroom floor looked like it had not been swept, I saw hair on the floor. There was a bunch of sugar ants in the restroom, and also saw a few baby roaches. There was a very limited amount of towels in the room, although I did go ask for extra towels and did not have an issue getting them. I also did noticed one of the floor boards was broken in our room and kept lifting up. I also did have trouble sleeping at night due to so much noise from the other tenants. I kept hearing them walking,talking, and constant opening and shutting of doors and could hear dogs barking. I was disappointed since this hotel has so many good reviews, unfortunately I had a bad experience.

Nice clean rooms ( no hairs on linen). staff very helpful. property offers easy and safe parking with ample spaces and convenient access to fast food locations. Security deposit required. room comes with combo micro/fridge. Good selection of tv channels plus HBO and Wi-Fi speed decent. limited amenities

Everything I love it very clean

This location was easy to check in and check out. Everything was clean and organized. I also love that they had a wake up service. Definitely would stay there again!

The property has been cleaned up and upgraded. The outside environment was very aesthetically pleasing. The room we stayed in was decorated in modern colors with recent paint.

I had a reservation but they did not give me room stating I was late and the rooms are first come first serve never heard about this concept, if you have a reservation not sure how they can not give a room and it was midnight and I had to find another hotel. Not at all recommended.

Parking was easy, access to the room was easy, the room was clean for the most part, the only issue was that we encountered a cockroach in the bathroom, that was the only downside and reason for the rating.

Beer can pyramids and smell of weed.

There was no breakfast Could have used a small refrigerator. The mattress is very old.

Nicest Motel 6 we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was helpful, room was exceptionally clean, property is clean and the pool is nice! I liked that we were able to park right outside our room. The towels seem softer than a normal motel 6, and our extra pillows request was filled immediately. Really enjoyed our stay.

staff was great . the location and this place wasn’t. i killed a roach and spider my first night. the room and AC stunk like chemicals and cigarette smoke. i changed rooms and still had the same issue. i will NEVER stay at this location again.

we had a really good stay, i feel like the only complaint i have is the shower head didn’t move much and so the water would spill out of the shower and into the ground and there would always be a puddle of water, i cleaned it up the best i could with the towels, but then it would dirty the towels. so it was kind of a different situation bc i didn’t wana dirty the towels but i also didn’t want a puddle of water on the ground.

Location was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. The rooms were visibly clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was finding roaches in the bathroom during our very last night. Due to checkout being in 6 hours we decided to just stay in the room but we were told that we would’ve been able to switch rooms if we had told them (at 5am). The pictures included of the bugs are from videos recorded in the bathroom. Parking was very easy to navigate and not too far from the rooms depending on which one you get. $50 deposit upon arrival which we were only informed of after booking despite initial conversations on the phone prior to booking. There is a little convenience shop kiosk on site for snacks but you’re definitely paying for the convenience based on the prices. Despite the bugs would stay here again for ease and the overall price of our 2 bed 4 night stay. The very latest you can checkout without a fee is 11:45am to the minute

Lots of parking. Generally safe but as with any hotel, be aware of any belongings left in vehicles especially around early morning/check out time. Clean and comfortable. My pet didn't like the "astro turf" type grass around the property; we walked to the adjacent apartment complex nxt door for the real grass.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, it’s in a safe location with plenty of shopping and restaurants down the road. There is a really great diner that shares the parking lot with this motel. No luxuries, just a place to sleep comfortably. Affordable with no hidden costs. Highly recommend.

Ive been to this location a good amount of times but they always seem to give me the rooms that have the WORST wifi signal. The TV was broke, wouldnt turn on.

This was all in all a good stay and one of the most affordable properties in the area, so that was a win. We brought our dog and appreciate that pets stay free. There was plenty of astroturf in the courtyard and around the property for the pup to potty. Only thing I would note is that the noise from outside the room carries very much into the room. We never really heard neighbors though. If you’re sensitive to noise, definitely request a room away from the pool/courtyard.

It was a pretty clean environment for a motel 6, only thing is no shampoo and conditioner which was very inconvenient for travelers. We expect to at least supply these amenities. So travelers expect you will not wash your hair for a night or two or 3 if you decide to stay here very inconvenient. I won’t stay again for that reason. I need to wash my hair daily.

This has been one of my top worst stays. We were killing all kinds of bugs left and right in this room. We didn’t expect top tier/top notch as it is a Motel, but we didn’t expect extra “guests” to stay with us during our time there. Plus we had one working outlet in the whole room for 5 of us. Plus we were given 2 full size beds for 5 us and it was extremely uncomfortable. The property smelled like Cat urine as there was several cats there on site. I know it’s not the staffs fault but hopefully this does reach the right person so changes can be done as I wouldn’t recommend this Motel to my worst enemy.

Loud neighbors!

Stayed 3 nights and booked 2 rooms, in one of the rooms the A/C didn't work at all so fan had to be on all times, which the room got pretty warm fast in the mornings before heading out for the day. Down side of our stay was there wasn't any extra trash bags for the trash can, so had to use with what we worked with. Towels aren't the best so I would suggest bringing your own, beds were good but sheets could have been better for the price they charged. Area is a little sketchy and came across a toxic couple that had cops called out on them, but my guess is they were living there so that wasn't surprising if that wasn't the first time. I would have assumed someone would come by and at least replenish our towels and make our beds but nope we did not get anyone to come by to clean our rooms. I'm just surprised that this Motel 6 was misleading on the information they put out. Next time I'll make sure to dig deeper in my reviews.

Room was in good condition. Staff were courteous. I guess i do not understand that motels in the States means bare bones as I was quite surprised that no fridge nor microwave in the room. I was told i could switch rooms but there was no other availability for that weekend. The hotel environment was quite impressive though.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place was nice! I booked for the low cost and proximity to the Anaheim convention center, and assumed it would be a little run down (given the low price compared to other hotels). I was pleasantly surprised though, as the room was clean and everything worked as it should. When my flight got canceled, the staff was friendly and helped me rebook the same room for additional nights. To be fair, this is not a luxury hotel: fixtures and appliances are clearly used with cosmetic wear, the room smelled a bit musty upon arrival (until the air was turned on and circulating), outlet plugs are a little loose, no daily housekeeping, and you will occasionally faintly hear other guests in above or surrounding rooms (mostly when dragging the plastic desk chair around: who chose such a loud chair for a hotel??). And it should be noted the surrounding area is not very walkable at all (though this is not a fault of the hotel). But these were inconsequential issues overall, and I was very happy with my stay! The courtyard is quite pretty as well. Probably the nicest “budget” motel I’ve ever stayed at!

The room was average clean when first arrived but stayed three nights and didn’t get the service cleaning any of those days soo we had to throw out the trash when full. When asked for extra towels, pillows we had to go to front desk to grab. Free parking was great. No noise complaints.

Yes the laundry room was clean the staff which i mean the cleaning staff were okay untill we notice that the front desk has them viewing guest when they check in and let them know how many people are in the room. Not only that our room 133 was infested with roaches i was going to change rooms but i was lrwady situated the staff was very rude. If you complain about anything they will find a reason to try to kick you out. I will never stay again here. I always stay at motel 6s but not this one. Lesson learned.

They customer service was great. My heater/air machine wasn’t working and they sent someone right away fixed it. House keeping stopped by early evening seeing if I need anything I was gone during the day. and I needed towles. All the fake grass around the hotel was nice. Had doggie bags available on poles. Metal ash trays on the hallways walls nice. This motel 6 I kid you not had the most comfortable bed at any motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at and there been a lot. It was even more comfortable than most the expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. Two thumbs way up

I truly thought the staff was very kind even the management until I made a review on the walls being paper thin, and I was able to hear the nieghbor having very agressive sex. It was not the nieghbors fault the walls are thin. However, my issue is the manager felt the need to come to me regarding my review of the property saying , "please come to management first before making the review". (Backstory I had cancer so I have chemo brain). When she approached me regarding my review, I didn't remember but I did remember calling the office at 3 in the morning about the disturbance. Which means I did reach out before I made my review. Now when I was trying to explain to her about my memory, this woman was so dismissive and she cut me off and acted like she had something more important to do. Before I left that office I told her, her actions deserve a one star. I am a paying customer well with in my right to express myself as long as I am not disrespectful or belligerent. And when paying money I expect EXCELLENT customer service and from this manager, her actions /alone is causing another another one star review. Housekeeping was kind and professional, the desk people were kind and attentive and even maintainance was kind. THIS MANAGER AND HER ACTIONS ALONE cause this property 2 1 star reviews. Now I do not know this lady's name HOWEVER it was NOT the manager named Diane. It was the other female manager that worked on12/29/25 at 11:30 AM.

What did make me happy is the phone call confirmation. What DIDN’T make me happy is that you tried to run my card at 6pm despite me selecting the pay at the property option. Don’t give people the option to pay at the property if you’re planning on charging them. Especially if you plan to cancel reservations. Many people like me use a card to book things and pay with a different card on arrival. The fact that this was even a thing is DECEPTIVE. I appreciated the little 24 hour snack lounge. Now the room… the walls were really dirty. The beds were fine but you guys really should clean the walls. It was kinda gross. Overall, it was Motel 6. It suited our needs. I won’t be staying at this location ever again though - because of the card situation. Don’t be deceptive.

Compared to the photos, the reality is only about 70% similar. The worst issue was the lack of internet. The internet was extremely weak and basically unusable, even for opening Facebook. I spoke to the front desk twice, but the internet still did not work at all. I stayed in room 102. The internet only worked in the bathroom area early in the morning or late at night. At other times, it did not work at all. I had to spend extra money to buy mobile data. The hotel is located close to the highway, so it is quite noisy. There was no daily room cleaning service. We had to clean the room ourselves.

There was some strung out dude smoking cigarettes right next to my door and he or his partner had the yappiest little dog which just barked angrily and would not stop. I left after maybe 20 minutes knowing I couldn’t stay there. Motel 6 still charged me for one entire night despite how many vacancies they had. Also bright lights all around the property would’ve made sleeping difficult on top of so the three drugged out people I encountered.

The walls are entirely to thin and being the walls where the bed are, are shared. A customer was having sex incredibly loud at 3 AM.

The room was clean. You need to bring your own hair dryer. There is no power at the desk. The TV is very, very limit in channels. If you stay multiple days you have to ask for housekeeping. Ask for inside rooms the street noise is loud. The staff, this trip, seems to have never learned hospitality. I felt like I was doing them a favor by staying and that I was a problem. They had no sense of hospitality. There is only one ice machine and it is behind the pool in the laundry facility so if you are on the outside of the building you have to walk all the way around the building(in the rain) to get ice.

machines always in use and parking faced the main street very noisy. My stay here is Southern California is for 2 more weeks, so I changed hotels paid more but quiet and is underground at the hotel. My card was fully processed for the deposit of $50.00 and has not been reversed yet. Power outlets in the room were few, so I had to unplug the microwave to do my work on my laptop and send invoices, check emails i guess you get what you pay for.

The room was very clean and the staff was very courteous. They were very helpful with our needs and concerns. They were always kind and pleasant to interact with. They go above and beyond to help with customers issues.

I usually never stay at motel 6 just because they’re always sketchy but found this one last min and decided to stay! It was very clean and no weird sketchy people around which made me feel safe! Overall 7/10 just because of the cigarette smell in the room!

Everything was great, clean and friendly staff. My only complaint was the refrigerator would randomly start to squeal in the middle of the night and scared us awake everytime, it sounded like an alarm. Overall stay was great other than that

This is my third time staying with you I loved each time the staff and office staff was very helpful and sweet your place is very clean I am looking forward to staying there in the future. I will definitely be back. I fly out every 3 to 6 months. I will stay at no other place and I love all the maids. They are terrific.

First, the staff was great! Very welcoming. Room was in excellent condition. I chose this property because even though places might be pet friendly, they don’t welcome birds. This property does! I loved how our room was clean but didn’t have a harsh smell from the products used to clean the room. Birds have sensitive respiratory systems. Overall loved this place and will continue to use it. Thanks!

Check in was easy, room was clean and quiet at night. Had no issues with parking or anything. Staff didn’t clean our rooms but it didn’t affect anything. Would recommend 100% if you want something safe and affordable :)

Immediately checking in the gentleman didn’t tell me about any of the property amenities, seemed bothered I asked for two room keys. Didn’t advise me there was going to be a $50 deposit and just charged me. When I noticed I called the front desk and the lady explained. The room smelled strong almost like some sort of chemicals mixed with smoke. Bed is extremely hard. Room was cute though. No tissues or blower but fridge and microwave. Noise all hours of the night. Sounds as if they are rolling the cleaning cart by bedroom door at 3/4 am every day. People smoking on the balcony. Trash sitting next to trash cans every day. Smells like pet urine outside rooms. Wouldn’t ever stay here again.

My night wasn’t interrupted by loud guest or other noises. I did notice some things starting with the toilet. It had a urine stain, no shampoo bottles, the microwave was unplugged from the wall and the cable tucked behind the mini fridge for some reason. The towels are a bit small. Even though I only stayed one night, it would have been nice to have shampoo since it should be included in the $130 I paid for my stay.

The newly renovated rooms didn't have the typical stuffy motel smell. It felt really clean! The motel got most of the important things right: cleanliness, it is in a quiet and clean residential neighborhood, there are really good food options super close, free parking, simple but cute property landscaping, AC, and they allow pets. And they have nice touches like doggy bags and a clean pool. I would stay here again if the prices are still around $100/night!

Everything is functioning and maintained properly

I asked for a quiet non-smoking room. I left after 2 night s since the attendant could not reach the room next door where there was a small puppy pitbull left alone whimpering & crying all night. I called the attendant at 11"32p, 1Am, 2:30am with the only resolve being that he would try to reach them. The bathroom light/vent turned on smelled of weed. 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom. I asked for at least 1 night off- they did not feel it was worth more than returning a 20% off one night only!!! The manager said I could have left to stay elsewhere! Why would I pay twice? very unprofessional!

The first room they gave us was quite dirty & smelly … but we got another room and I was much better other then that it was pretty quiet outside and staff was very nice.

I reserved a non-smoking room but ended up in a smoking room. I requested to be moved to the smoking room, but they informed me that it was sold out.

Throughout the night, she repeatedly came outside her room, appeared disoriented, and yelled loudly at random times. It made it very difficult for my partner and me to sleep and we felt uneasy the whole time. We only stayed one night and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I wish the staff had placed us farther away from that situation. I don’t think I would recommend staying here.

The room had a horrible smell. Too much fragrance/ cheap carpet powder smell. It was not good for my son who has asthma and my husband who has a sleep machine. All of our luggage smells horrible. Would have check out immediately but had been on road all day. Everything else was what you should expect from a cheap hotel. Only one night but coming home with damaged smelly luggage/bags

Just be sure to get your own water for your stay. My only complaint is that they have this nice little convenient store self-checkout cute little room thing, which is pretty cool but the water they sell there is $7 for a bottle of Smart Water.

Room was dirty on arrival countertops had grease stains on them floor still had crumbs on them and was bitten up by bedbugs. Stay away from room 129.

Bathrooms weren’t as clean as one would hope in the rooms.. The room itself had a very strong lingering smell. It wasn’t necessarily a “bad” smell but it was overpowering and stuck on our clothing :bags: our selves as well from sleeping in the bed prior to taking showers beforehand. It caused nausea and a headache. Unfortunately windows wouldn’t open and we didn’t want our door propped open for air considering some shady people on the property.

The room was excellent! Everything was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and my check-in and check-out were seamless. Thank you!

This hotel was slightly better than expected. I am usually wary when I have to book any Motel 6 as my experience in the past have not been great. However this hotel was a good value for the price. The check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The room was good enough, nothing fancy but was comfortable and clean. The location was fine with a few food places near by and I was within a short distance of most places I needed to go including Huntington Beach. I would recommend for non fussy travelers just needing a solid place to stay with out lots of amenities.

I booked non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. It was apparently first come first serve, but my booking said check in at any time, so they gave my room away. The room was good just did not like the smell of cigarettes that transferred onto my clothes and blankets. The room was clean and the staff were nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Homeless and drug addicts all around the property walking around all through the night. Broken windows taped up. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Room was dirty and had roaches. Bathroom door had the lock on the outside of the bathroom instead of on the inside. Who are they trying to lock in? Front lobby staff was rude and charged me for another night when I had already paid in full. This place is a nightmare and you won’t feel safe.

Fantastic in every way !

This is a comfortable Motel6 the room I’ve been staying in is fresh & new. There is no doubt it IS new. What’s nice is that upon arrival that fact was not waved in my face as a tool to get me excited about a room I already purchased. Usually when that happens the room is tired and old. But here that’s not the case New as if it was completed yesterday. So comfortable I’ve rebooked repeatedly. The ladies & gentlemen at the front desk are genuinely polite & professional. The cleaning & maintenance staff are great, jovial, always the hardest working team in most hotels. My room is &has been sparkling clean. grounds are groomed. Dogs & cats welcome. bed is incredibly comfortable good pillows. TV is a fact a current smart& NEW The clothing rod includes the length I need for longer garments. Great Shower pressure &quick hot water. NO bugs. Clean laundry room with new machines. New a/c heating units. Anyhow that covers just about anything one could comment on and mine are all good. Honestly if the personnel here would tell you that all of my compliments I’ve already given them several times during my stay . So thanks Motel6 Westminster North. Thanks for the what’s been an easy breezy all around good stay . See you soon 🙂

Absolutely amazing I would stay anywhere else. These people are dropdead fantastic and caring and kind so very polite. Oh I’m talking about the cleaning and maintenance staff. As far as the front Desk zero to none. I do know there is a desk but I don’t know who’s behind it. Although I do think they’re uncomfortable with themselves as human beings. There’s a huge visible chip on a few of these individuals shoulders plain as day. Sad but true . The mngr has no people skills she is unhappy for sure. because in the way that they treat other people it’s almost as if, well I don’t know actually because I don’t live on that side of the tracks. It seems they are stuck and act rigid and cold. Maybe their shoes are too tight. You know there has to be a lot for a good shoe and comfort . They are uncouth and they certainly don’t know the definition of the word hospitality, which isn’t that hard to look up, but if you’re in the business, maybe you wanna hold up on that hospitality this is basically a truckstop or a dump stop. I haven’t seen any trucks, but I have seen people living in their cars with blankets and sheets and tape. Apparently it’s OK for the owner he doesn’t seem to care but they try to put you in a room back there. I said absolutely not. So if you cook crack this is your place. You’ll find it very comfy & cozy.

Super clean and upgraded room ( only complaint is there are no counters in the bathroom) the courtyard area was clean and has astro turf for the pups. VERY dog friendly!

They need to fix the outlet next to the sink I needed to blow dry my hair luckily the outlet near the closet wall was close enough to the mirror with that said I had too improvise and use the chair to lay the blow dryer down as I sectioned off my hair other, also one complaint my key didn’t work I had to go back for a reset when initially arriving to the room !! Didn’t have to walk too far but yeah I didn’t like that issue at all to be honest I was tired had a long work day

This is horrible room 131 full of cucarachas yest pick up the the table next to the refrigerator you will fine your sorprise the people at the counter have noerespect for you I will never ha back Tube una de las peores experiencias que jamas e tenido en un hotel Los que atienden son las personas más irrespetuosas querré puedes imaginar aparte que me gustaría que alguien mandara un inspector a revisar ese hotel tiene muchísimas cucarachas como yo me voy a regresar a mi casa con mis maletas si tienen cucarachas si tu estas en ese hotel solo levanta en la noche la mesa segunda al refrigerador y te vas a encontrar con esa tremenda plaga de cucarachas.

I was able to check in early ...was skeptical about staying here because all of the negative reviews but for a 2star motel it's not that bad. Room was clean, bed was soft, everything was stocked and had parking right in front of room where I csn see me car. it's the 1st night still n it's quiet n feels safe enough for me and my 10yr old son sonfsr...

Absolutely a great surprise. This little fresh clean Motel 6 superseded any expectation. Room is new . Well appointed and modern. The bed is phenomenal. Water pressure is fantastic. The TV is up-to-date. There’s plenty of space in here. The lighting is perfect. The blackout curtains there’s a window to open so you can have air so that that’s nice. The property is clean and fresh and when I can see everything new, my room is perfect. The hotel staff are nice from the folks at the front desk all the way to the cleaning staff and maintenance everyone’s really nice and polite and kind. The room is so clean. It’s so so clean so thank you Motel six Westminster.

I like this Motel 6 Westminster, it’s clean really truly clean. The front desk staff are all polite and professional. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are just as lovely. Every once in a great will you find a small motel and without any expectation you’re pleasantly surprised. Around each corner I’ve found bother but the opposite of what I had not expected. The room is sparkling clean, the interior is well designed. The Bed is fantastic. The pillow are perfect. Water pressure in the bath and shower are great. The room has Room black-out drapes. The smart TV is actually smart, new up to date ( thats rare) there is a Microwave & a 48” refrigerator All of these are a must have. So I’ve been pleasantly surprised for certain. I read other reviews any negativity I don’t see. I haven’t had any issue thus far ana I don’t expect that. It’s been quiet and relaxing. Hotels and Motels don’t tick all the boxes but this little spot does. Thanks Motel6 Westminster, Goldenwest blvd. I appreciate you.

This is a decent place to stay. You will enjoy your stay more if you get a room by the pool. The service was good there's a 24-hour snack bar if you will with water sodas food. The room that I stayed in had a microwave and refrigerator.

I will definitely come back to this place if I travel to Westminster. It’s super convenient and I love the price I spent. Unlike other places I stayed, finding a parking spot was easy and free. The room is clean too. Overall it’s a very good place to rest while you are on the trip.

They remodeled everything except for the doors and the beds. There's no seals around the doors and you can see sunlight. The beds were pretty hard. And the shower head sprayed water so hard and sharp that it felt like pins and needles.

The room was decent for the price except the fact that there were tiny German coachroach nymphs in the bathroom. Otherwise, the stay would have been fine.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Place is kept up well. I just had a small problem with wall air conditioner. Two of the buttons were worn and missing so it took some work to get it set to my comfort.

I've been to 4 or 5 Motel 6's in the last few years, because they allow my dog for free, and overall consistency and low cost. Some were not so good. This one is by far the best. I felt surrounded by fellow animal lovers.
