Great Hotel

The rooms were very nice as all the Marriotts we have started at. There was one particular staff member we would like to send kudos on... Ari was the evening desk clerk when we were there. Very courteous and she went out of her way to order dinner for us and bring it up to our room from the hotel restaurant.

Horrible stay. Kids sports teams running up and down halls knocking on doors and front desk did nothing about it . Horrible

Accommodations were lovely and the staff was great. Charging for parking in the suburbs, however, is a ridiculous cash grab.

We enjoyed our stay. Everybody was very professional and courteous.

Overall we had a good stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and cooked to perfection. The bar staff was great and cleaning staff were so helpful and kind. I was disappointed in some miscommunication with front staff. I was double charged for the stay even though I had prepaid in full through hotels app. Additionally there was a request to have some sort of happy birthday set up in the room. But. I believe this was where the miscommunication/misunderstanding happened.

Room 233 4/12-13. The Room service linen cart was parked by my room, I left the hotel for hours, yet not even trash removal or towel replacements were left. Disappointing. The hotel itself is really lovely. Gabriella at Check in could not have been nicer. But no tidy up service made me cringe.

Love this place every time I stay it's my absolute favorite, was a little upset no hot tub but understandable and everything else was perfect.

I didn’t get a Mountain View room but it was a comfy stay for 3 nights.

Such a nice place! The staff was so kind. There was an employee going in between the bar and the restaurant, and I had to wait at most 10 minutes which I did not mind at all! But the employee gave me my Starbucks for free to apologize for the wait. How sweet and kind. Totally recommend staying here, very clean and SUCH friendly staff. One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Colorado!

Just generally a nice place.

Cleanest, quietest, and most comfortable room I’ve had in a very long time. I was a frazzled mess when I arrived and the front desk clerk (Cody?) was so kind and accommodating. There were some out of town hockey families on site as there is an arena close by. I witnessed the parents and kids being very disrespectful to the restaurant/bar staff, but the staff remained patient and kind. Bartender and breakfast staff, as well as the food, were amazing. My friend and I already have a return visit planned for March.

Stood there this past Saturday and had a horrible experience. The area was full of cops and had someone surrounded in the next hotel. The problem was I was in a room where it was right in front my of my window. Wasn’t expecting that.

All was good, a microwave in the room to accommodate the mini refrigerator would be nice next time.

This is a great property it is in a good area and has quite a few dining options. Staff is great.

2. The restaurant had an OK menu, the food was average, and the price was outrageous. 3. Each morning, a dog from a neighboring room howled for 45-60 minutes nonstop until the owner returned from breakfast.

first night it was pretty confusing on how it was with the checking process a kind of was misled and something got changed but then the next day I came back spending more money and giving away almost $300 you know and then the gentleman was just real just not compassionate about certain things not not really quick to help me out in like find a solution or at least you know kind of easier solution than just stick into what his policy was I understand there's rules and regulations and things like that but you know sometimes you don't have to be and you look physical manager and have a big headed and feel like you have all this power and control we really were the customer and we have more control than that you know responsible

I can't believe this hotel still charges separate for overnight parking and wifi access. The hotel has a lounge that allows those who visit it to park for free taking alot of the parking spaces making it hard for hotel guests to find parking. Hotel overall was okay but not worth the price for a view of a roof. Stayed recently at another hotel in the near proximity and that hotel did not charge for parking or wifi, parking was much easier, they had a great complimentary breakfast, staff was much more friendly, and room views much better. Recommend you look at other properties in the vicinity before staying here.

We had our 45th class reunion and it was great! The room we used was ready and people were very pleased! Food and service was great!

Nice hotel. Easy access to Denver. Convenient breakfast, not 5 star, but filled us up. Very helpful staff.

The location was nice and convenient for shopping. The hot tube area was very small. I was looking for nice outdoor area to relax and it only had four chairs.

However, I wish there were "adults only" hours for pool and hot tub. At 10:30 on a Saturday night the pool was still full of loud kids, teens and outdoors at the hot tub people were smoking and kids there too. Not very relaxing.

Theres no microwave in the room, but they do have one in the snack area downstairs. The room was very clean and beds are comfy

This hotel is very convenient, feels like new, the staff is kind, attentive and professional. There are a few others in the area but I prefer to stay here. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

The price we got the room for was definitely worth it.The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was $20 and wasn't worth the price. Some of the hot food wasnt hot. Also, they only offer medium roast coffee, no light roast.

Booked this hotel because it said it had a hot tub. Well, it was out of service. If a hot tub is not working, that should be noted during the booking process. This is pretty annoying, but it is the only negative i have about the place.

The property was clean and maintained. Housekeeping was spot on. Staff was courteous, polite and friendly.

Room and facility were very clean, nicely decorated and well-maintained. Breakfast foods were plentiful and very good. Desk-front and waitstaff were very attentive and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our evening sitting outside around one of the fires while planning our vacation. We I’m was clean! Staff wonderful and helpful.

Easy highway access, the one thing that drives me nuts is it wasn’t busy but we got a room #311 way out of the way overlooking the pipes on the roof.

The body wash and tissues in my room were both empty upon arrival and two different lamps didn’t work. It wasn’t the worst thing ever but just things that I feel like should be checked by housekeeping after every single stay. We paid extra for a Mountain View and were put In a room that was south facing directly towards another building. The hot tub was really dirty and no signs indicating you needed a key card to get back in from the hot tub area. Several of the equipment items in the workout room also did not work properly. Overall could have been a better experience and probably won’t return

Great stay. Even though it was a short one. I ordered food and slept great with very little noise or disruption.

The room we stayed in was great, beautiful view, very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was emaculate. Breakfast every morning was great tasting and very well made, it was also kept clean as well. Would definitely say here again!!

Just really fantastic My king bed.... had to check what brand because it will be my next bed SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!!! I really didn't want to leave. I almost started crying like this little girl on elevator that was upset she had to leave and she was 6! lol

Everything was great EXCEPT for the pillows and blanket. The pillows went flat as soon as you laid your head down in them and the duvet/comforter combo was a recipe for waking up tangled in your own bed. I did not get a single good night of sleep. Liked the members lounge perk. Breakfast was great. Overall it was a good experience I just wish I had the ability to swap out the pillows and blankets to actually get some sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and included several handicapped spaces. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion as well as a refrigerator abs microwave in the room, reading lights in bed and usb A charging ports. Whether staying for a night or a week for business or for pleasure, the accommodations are well-suited to travelers' needs.

Easy access to dining and entertainment facilities. The hot tub had been turned off for the night we stayed.

We stayed for a business conference on site, but also some fun Colorado exploration. This hotel is well located, quiet and very comfortable.

It was a very nice hotel. The only thing was that we arrived at 5:30 and our room was not ready. They were very busy with many large groups staying at the hotel.

When we arrived we were put on a waitlist for over an hour past check in. We did not receive a call when our room was ready like we were supposed to. Instead I had to call. We requested a handicapped room, which was extremely far from the elevator for a disabled person to walk. The grab bars in the shower were all low and there was nothing in the shower to prevent slipping. There was also barely any toilet paper. Staff was nice and room was clean are the only good components.

First time to this hotel and it was a great experience. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. If I'm ever i. The area again, I'll be staying here!

Very nice property. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Hot tub needs to be fixed as the keys shot the water straight up instead of under the water.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The first night we got there late and the front desk individuals were so welcoming. We checked-in quickly and afterwards were hungry. Thankfully there was a snack area and cup noodles. The front desk was so kind to offer hot water so I didn't need to microwave it and also provided utensils. Overall our stay was pleasant and the room was clean.

Loved our stay with the Marriott Westminster during our family vacation. The location is close to Boulder and Denver downtown. We enjoyed the proximity to plenty of great eating options. Bonus: the restaurant in Marriott is really good!

The staff was definitely notable in service and friendliness. I appreciates the turnover service each day so our space was clean.

The room was spacious and clean . The lights flickered in bathroom when i plugged in curling iron, and there wasnt a fan, otherwise bathroom and shower was great. The bed wasnt the greatest, it was comfortable enough but i felt like it wouldve been easy to roll off, seemed like there was a slope on the edge. We would definitely stay there again tho!! Close enough to Coors Field!

No smoking by the front entrance would have been wonderful since not everyone wants to smell marijuana while walking in the front doors or in the lobby.

The property is nice. The breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. The charge for our pets was high.

The elevators were broken and had to use a service elevator that could only access through the kitchen

Quiet, comfortable, clean, nice restaurant and bar, comfortable bed with nice bedding.. no noise from neighboring rooms.. only gripe was $60 charge for our pet.. significantly higher than what other hotels charge.
