Awesome hotel. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with several options. There was also an evening meal/happy hour available. We really enjoyed our stay and I will definitely return.

This is our second time there and we absolutely love it. The kickback hour was amazing and of course, so was the breakfast in the morning. The staff was awesome and the rooms were very clean. I highly recommend it to everybody.

The room was nice and clean and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a blowdryer, etc, which is nice, The staff wasn't the friendliest, there seemed to be a fairly new staff member that seemed a bit uninterested in our needs when we checked in, but the check out staff was warm and friendly, No real issues, we would still give it another try,

Breakfast and dinner was great. The evening waiter in the restaurant was friendly and personable. He was funny and professional when taking care of 5 women especially the expresso martinis!!!

Love this hotel, so convenient and very friendly staff. Breakfast is always just what we needed and the afternoon food and drinks is really nice at the end of a long day.

The property has cheap spring mattresses only. No support, and you can feel every move your partner makes.

Staff is always so helpful and kind Our room location was noisy on the north east side as the traffic went late into the night on a Friday. We have stayed on the west and south sides and they are both quiet.

Service was great. Food was above par. Clean and neat property, outside a little run down but clean.

We had a king suite. It was very roomy and had comfortable seating. The bed was very good and overall a quiet room.

The breakfast and afternoon snacks with drinks were excellent. The fitness center was well equipped - two treadmills, two elliptical trainers, one stationary bicycle, dumbbells from 5 to 35 pounds and 3 or 4 weight machines. The convenience store was well stocked and reasonably priced.

Convenient access to great shopping centers, rooms are nice and clean, staff member (Rod) was so nice at check-in and the rest of the staff were also super nice. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to call it a night. We will be back.

They were very rude and left huge messes for the staff to clean up as well as customers waiting to come into the eating area. It was in a great location. Surrounding stores and shopping center is in walking distance. The rooms it self are not very modern. I also told staff I would be coming in late but when we arrived after a long night of traveling we couldn’t even enter the hotel. The phone was not being answered when I called. My daughter left something in the hallway by mistake and staff didn’t pay attention to what it was when first reported, than I went to the front desk to ask on how the progress was going to find the item and they did not know what it was they were looking for yet they said staff looked everywhere.? They did not voluntarily ask to review cameras, nor did they send someone to get the item when we called it in two minutes after we realized she dropped it because if they had they would have had it in there possession, instead it seems like most likely they were busy downstairs with a big party and forgot and by that time it was taken by someone else, there are also people living at this hotel which is odd I was under thee impression this was a 5 star hotel the suite was mediocre. Than at Check out mind you I did not check in till very late so Thursday was basically paid for nothing but it was how the flights worked out instead of taking this into consideration and allowing a hour later on check out I was charged $33 because our limo was coming an hour after checkout which I find in pour taste. All In all it was nice but just not to my expectations thank you.

It was almost the typically excellent stay at a Drury Inn with the single exception that there were very loud guests throughout the middle of the night that kept me and my wife from getting decent sleep. That no one was proactive to quell the noise will keep me from ever going back to this location.

The breakfast and evening receptions were extremely generous. Fridge and microwave in room. I liked the hot tub and pool. More and better in room coffee and condiments.

I have now booked this hotel on three separate occasions when traveling to the outskirts of Denver. I definitely recommend this hotel.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. The parking lot was well lit, staff was extremely helpful and polite, and the hotel and property was clean. Only downside is that if you have dietary restrictions (I.e. gluten free), you don’t have any truly safe options as part of the dinner/snacks/breakfast that they offer. However, I have now booked my third stay at this hotel if that says anything.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the pool was too cold, the carpet in the room was dirty and dusty. However, the room had a wonderful view. The best thing we enjoyed during our week-long stay was the free breakfast and dinner, plus drinks, and the parking lot's location was safe.

wish they adult hours for swim in the morning as the pool is small and opens at 9. Pool and hot tub seem small for size of hotel, outdoor area is also small. If your looking to actually swim book somewhere else this is a dipping pool.

He is my kids basketball coach, i was paying for his room with my mastercard. I was not ever at the Drury and that was made clear to amy and rachelle at the Drury. However, when he arrived early a.m. the 2nd the Drury made him pay with his own card and still charged my card. We were charged 2x for 2 nights for one room. See above. We were charged 2x for one room after amy and rachelle from the drury were spoke prior to Jai Lopez arriving at the drury early a.m. the 2nd.

The location was good for the activities we were doing, which were about 25 minutes to redrocks and Coors tour. If you don't want to eat at the hotel there are a lot of food choices nearby.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was similar to cafeteria food which wasn't bad--nothing amazing but for the price of free I was very happy. Healthy breakfast options included yogurt, granola, bananas, and oatmeal alongside more traditional breakfast buffet items. The staff was nice and helpful. The value of this place is amazing. The level of cleanliness this hotel maintains is so hard to find. I will seek out this hotel chain when traveling in the future!

Always a great place to stay and my first choice. The amenities make it even more affordable. It just so happened the night I stayed the following morning, they were shutting the water off from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. When I went to take a shower the pull mechanism for the shower was frozen. But maintenance was there within five minutes and replaced it. That was greatly appreciated. I always recommend the Drury Inn.

Pool and hot tub were closed and there was no free breakfast, plus it looks like it hasn’t been remodeled since 1980. Walking down the halls smelled like you were in a pot store

The breakfast was great. The coffee was very good and always hot. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Having the option of a late evening meal was fantastic as well.

Traveled with my friends and stayed here for three nights. We loved the location of the hotel and their breakfast. There is a gas station, Target, and Starbucks right across from the hotel. They have the best coffee and waffle! Their afternoon snack is also awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast—the eggs were ok (barely), but the “sausage”? That gray thing didn’t look, smell, or taste like sausage. Thankfully, there was fresh fruit.

The constant fan in room started to squeak. and I requested a solution, but nothing was done and no one checked or asked if their “solution” satisfied the issue. Either they didn’t address it or didnt fix it, or ignored it, but no solution and it squeaked all night for two nights- (could not turn off the fan)

We were in room 207. The room was 74 degrees, it was hot! We immediately asked for help to turn down the heat. The front desk personnel said they could take care of it remotely on their end. We left for the day and came back to it still being 74 degrees I our room. We called the front desk, they said they would send someone up. Nobody ever came up to our room. The next morning we went to the front desk in person and explained that we had trouble sleeping because the room was so hot. She said they would have someone come up to our while we were gone for the day. We returned on Sunday to it still being 74 degrees. We called again and they said to come down for a box fan. I’m very disappointed.

We find Drury Plaza to be a welcoming place. Especially helpful are the breakfasts and light dinners served. If you choose, you don't have to find a restaurant and make provisions to get to and from that restaurant. Time saving and ease of accommodation is wonderful.

Our stay at the Drury was exceptional! The room was clean and spacious; bed and pillows were comfy; the breakfast and evening reception food was tasty; and I loved the soda machine and snacks, especially while watching the Broncos game! Check in and check out went very smoothly and while the hotel was very busy with dancers and hockey players - there was a fun atmosphere and everyone seemed to be having a good time and a great stay. Thank you, Drury!

We stayed here over Christmas break and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The included breakfast was good, and it was a nice bonus having dinner included as well. Everything felt comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Denver.

We have stayed at a lot of Dury Inn’s and this one was the best one so far. Rod checked us in and he was so helpful and friendly. The room was clean, pool was open, and there wasn’t a lot of noise at night. My only complaint would be breakfast, our pancakes were cold and the potatoes tasted old.

Also one of the days they did not refill the Bath Soap and when we complaint someone came to the room and was not even able to do it since they needed a key to open the case where the soap was.

Not in a very well lit area!! Our vehicle was broken into in the parking lot….they broke the back window and stole things!! There was another vehicle in the parking lot when we arrived with his window out also and glass in the parking lot so I’m assuming it also happened to them as well! I forgot 2 shirts in a different room we originally stayed in, the room was vacant that night I asked if they happened to find them and NO they DID NOT!!!So that means someone that was working at the hotel stole my shirts and I was told there was nothing they could do!!!! Everything was brought to their attention and a police report was made! I would NOT recommend staying here!!!!!

Our room waa kept nice and tidy throughout the stay and the staff was constantly cleaning the group dining area. Pool and hot tub were also very clean and maintained. Hot tub was on the warm side which is great for my preferences. Was an excellent stay and I fully anticipate us staying here again when we come back to the area.

Friendly staff

The Drury hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I found a great deal on Expedia and hoped for the best. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very happy the location was right off the freeway. The parking was easy and free. Shopping and eateries were In walking distance. There was a full breakfast with lots of options and the evening snack was a complete dinner. After a brief conversation with the manager at the front desk, I asked to become a member. I plan to stay at a Drury hotel in my future travels.

One of the best hotels to stay 100% we love Drury Plaza

The staff was helpful and friendly in every area. My room was very clean. Good size parking lot that was well lit. I have a pet so walking them you want to feel safe. And I did. I did not eat a lot of breakfast but everything looked great. What I ate was warm and fresh. They have options for food in the bar. And there are many restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again. Family and pet friendly.

The power went out as i was registering for the stay. Staff made sure i could leave my information and they emtered it when power came on. During the te the power was off lighting was provided in the stair wells amd everyone made sure we were all taken care of.

Would be 5 stars except for the fact that we requested room cleaning 3 times and never received it. I had to exchange towels at the desk and waste cans over flowed with debris. Beautiful room, initially very clean... Could understand missing it once but 3 times?!

The food is always a treat

Great location, and I usually have a good experience here — that’s why I keep coming back. However, during my last stay, the power went out throughout the entire hotel for several hours, which was a major inconvenience. What made it worse was the lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Truly disappointing.

Westminster (city)lost power, so it presented it's own problems. The staff were really busy and helpful. The key cards still worked, not a good to be on the top floor, but we had already taken our luggage up earlier. After an hour or so the power to the bathrooms was restored...nice touch. After ? Another hour full power was restored.

Always a pleasant stay at this location.

I was here on business again, location was great for me. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The entire staff always greeted everyone. Would definitely return here if I'm ever back in town on business.

Called and the Overnight Front Desk associate didn’t have a clue about the property!! Didn’t know what was served for breakfast, Didn’t even know if the pool was an inside/outdoor pool?!! Had the do not disturb sign on the door knob and the help/maids knocked on our 4 TIMES and WE were trying to take a nap!!!!! Pissed!!!!!

First time staying at Drury and y'all have earned future business. Everything was visibly clean, the lobby, elevators, halls, and the room. Bathroom was huge and exceeded cleanliness standards. The room was also very clean. There's an accessable walking trail and biking trail just outside the hotel. There's also tons of bunny rabbits in and around that same area. There was free popcorn in the evenings and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place! Free hot breakfast and dinner every night. Super friendly staff, one night the general manager came and spoke to us just to be friendly. The building was spotless, seemed new, had a pool, office area, kiosk. Really welcoming, homey vibe. I’d stay there any time. And cheap!

Staff is friendly, ever present and conscientious. Constantly cleaning, frequently greeting you with a smile and an offer of assistance, and continually refilling the fresh food and drinks. This hotel feels familiar like friends or family, even after just once a day.

Great breakfast spread. A dinner was also an option but was not as good of an option. Nice to have both and it was appreciated. Staff was nice and helpful.

Room was good, bathroom/shower great, bed comfy. Big tv, not smaller like your get pretty much everywhere else, we're talking 60" out bigger, I didn't have a tape measure. Now include the snack thing with 3 drinks and the absolutely wonderful breakfast and you have a reasonable priced 5 star stay!!! We'll be staying at Drury plaza only if available in or future travels.

Many breakfast options, "dinnertime snack" was a full meal, we saved alot of money on dining by just eating the free food offerings at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The desserts are $5 in the bar from 5:30pm - 7:00pm and the berry gillette & the chocolate lava cake were glorious :) housekeeping stayed late to clean our room after we left which was not necessary but appreciated

I was nicly surprised , service very nice and helpful, breakfast, supper and drinks included, I slept there very well , highly highly recommend the hotel for everyone.

Stayed overnight for a girls weekend. Had such a fun time. Enjoyed the evening snacks at the hotel, which could practically be dinner, and the delicious morning breakfast of pancakes and eggs. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants, and there is a Target right across the street, which was nice for getting snacks and toiletries. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and good condition Bed is very comfortable. We had an upper room with a nice view of the mountains. Definitely would stay at Drury again!

Hands down the best hotel in Denver! I will absolutely stay here again. The room was huge and comfortable, the staff were extraordinarily nice, breakfast and dinner buffets were FREE and delicious, no one was smoking pot (hard to find in Denver hotels!), and the price was low!

Hotel was busy during my stay- lots of kids during one weekend made the pool area inaccessible as it was full of scrambling kids. The power did go out one morning that caused breakfast to be cancelled & one elevator also broke during my stay. Otherwise the room was comfortable & the free evening drinks & food were good!

We were blown away by this hotel! We go to water world every year. Im so glad I didn't cheap out and kept looking at reviews. This hotel had absolutely everything and more! Free parking, free breakfast, free dinner, 3 free drinks per adult, per night, an awesome indoor/ outdoor pool and spa that was the highlight of it all!!! Staff was so nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious for having 2 queen's. The surrounding area was so clean and safe. Not a crack head in sight! So many options for shopping, food and extra activities! Go carts, arcades. Mini golf all within 7 min. Also want to note that the food was amazing! A different option every night and not cheap stuff. Simple nachos, hot dogs. Mains like tacos, pulled pork sliders, garlic chicken alfredo pasta! Sides like, bbq beans, mac and cheese, salads. Breakfast has fresh cooked eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, begals, muffins, yogurt. Like I said, blown away! We will be staying here every year!

They people here are nothing short of amazing!! For some reason my Hotels.com reservation never got booked with them, but they looked at my reservation on my phone and still honered it at the same price. They whole time we stayed they were super friand nice. Hotel is in great shape and is kept very clean all throughout. The food area and food for breakfast and dinner was the best hotel food as out there. So many options that we could vary what we ate each of the 4 mornings we were there. This will be our primary hotel we try and stay at moving forward. They are simply the BEST!!

No Lights. No elevator. No phones or way to call in or out. No shower. No A/C. No breakfast. No coffee. No TV. No staff. The power went out for hours. Staff was nowhere to be found. We were on the 6th floor. We had to walk up and down them to go anywhere. There were no emergency lights in the halls or stairwells. Plus we found a pubic hair on the toilet seat and very long hair on the toilet lid before we even used it. They said they would refund our money, but I have not seen it. Plus I don't think they would have said so if I had not asked.

Breakfast was great. They have free happy hour with drinks and food. The pool and jacuzzi were stocked with towels, tables and chairs. Its an indoor and half outdoor pool, neat feature. The rooms were spacious and had microwave and fridge. I could hear the elevator from my room but I wanted to be near the elevator. There is an unpleasant smell when you enter the lobby but every where else therewas no smell. I would stay again and I traveled with kids. Free parking and a nice walkable trail around property. Shopping and restaurants across the street and we walked to the plaza.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for families with kids. Stayed in a suite and appreciated the space.
