This hotel, although dated, is a nice, reasonably priced place to stay when visiting Denver. It’s right off of the I 70 making it convenient and we were not disturbed by freeway noise. The breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, waffles, pancakes, various cereals, and oatmeals, yogurt, fruits and juices. There was plenty of parking. The only issue we had was that our shower curtain rod was literally falling off of the walls. The staff was very accommodating and put us in another room.

Don’t get the room next to the exit door!

Good location and easy to get to. The front desk staff were never there. Almost every time I entered the hotel the front desk was empty, including the first time I got there to check in. I waited there with several other people when I arrived for more than 10 minutes, ringing the bell and calling for the front desk person. Nothing… then he comes out of a door in the back of the desk saying he was there all along. Super strange and disconcerting at check in and I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Great location near light rail. Free parking. Welcoming lobby. Polite staff. Needs some TLC. Paint and tile beat up. Tub/shower needs deep cleaning.

Well located. The person at the front desk at the time of the check in first didn’t want to attribute us a room because we had a service dog and no room was available for us even with a reservation. Then he finally found us a room but it was really dirty (hairs on the floor, dust, …). We ask every day to have the room cleaned and it wasn’t done.

the clerk at the desk when we arrived was not what you would call a positive example of someone you would wish to provide confidence in the hotel. his attitude was so negative. i was almost embarrassed to have any interaction with him. I hope he finds a way to have an attitude adjustment before too long.

Yes met my needs

This is a property in transition. Some rooms are upgraded, others are not. The beds are a little soft. But, it’s quiet and clean and the front desk staff have all been very friendly and helpful.

We were about to get a early check in. The room was very clean. The only complaint would be that the tv isn't a smart tv and so couldn't stream anything for my granddaughter. Guy at the front desk said he might have a cable I could use but I'm not tech savy enough to do that.

The property was all that I expected.

Other guests were rowdy youths being noisy and rude running around the halls. Had a problem with a dead battery in the room door lock so could not easily get in and out. Breakfast was good except the eggs.

Not a bad stay. There was no safety concerns or anything it’s just an old dirty cheap hotel. Exactly what I signed up for really. Thanks for the hospitality!

Recommend. Delivered as promised. Kept me safe. No drug or vice on the hallways or parking lot. So that’s good. Makes it family safe.

I like it this hotel because it is convenient to I-70 and close to downtown Arvada. It is my go-to when staying in the Denver area.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I like this place because the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast has a lot of choice and is a quiet place to stay in.

The manager and the team who helped us checking in and out were great. We had a mix up on our flight and had to check out early. They worked with us and refunded the other rate promptly.

Nice hotel for the price. It could use a little refresh, but it was clean and comfortable. The shower looked newer and the water pressure was amazing. Also, everyone I interacted with at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

We checked in exhausted from a long drive. In the morning I noticed long dark hairs on floor and furniture in the room and bathroom. I requested the room be cleaned which was done I also requested daily housekeeping which did not happen. Would definitely not stay here again.

It worked but not worth the money to me. We had two rooms. One was nice and redone. The other not so much. It was reasonably clean but not great. Being right off of the interstate you could hear traffic all night. The pool was small but not bad. No hot tub. Breakfast was average. Not the worst place to stay but you pay top dollar for an okay stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff were wonderful, accommodating, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff were on the spot, observant and made sure everyone was served, and that food was refilled quickly. The coffee and water in the lobby were very nice to have available.

Room was clean. Breakfast room staff was present, attentive, and kept everything clean & re-filled. Crisp bacon; juicy sausage. (If there'd been a tip jar, I would have been happy to leave a tip.) Only complaint was the front desk was unstaffed several times when I wanted to ask a question, but they were there and efficient for check-in and check-out.

Easy check and check out and nice desk people. The room was clean, the bed and sheets were not stained, the shower was clean with adequate water pressure. The “free” breakfast was standard. Not much more you can ask for from a mid range hotel.

Unfortunately, there was a dog next door that started scratching and whining around 3 in the morning. Our room appeared clean if you didn’t look too closely in the corners or at the lack of upkeep of aging room. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Staff at check-in and checkout very accommodating and helpful. Hotel parking is fenced and felt safe.

The room itself was ok. However, the location of the hotel is not good. There is a very sketchy looking hotel (has blue doors) right nearby, adjacent to the park, that looks abandoned but isn't. Very shady people going in/out of it. Also had a homeless couple sleeping in the park, right below my window. When I mentioned to hotel staff, he didn't do anything about it. Said that police wouldn't handle it. I called right after that, police came immediately & moved the couple along. I definitely will not be staying here again in the future.

Nice stay

Hotel is older, could use more refurbishing. Carpets in stairwells were old and stained. Towel bar fell off at sink area, husband fixed it though, as he had his tool box in the car. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was great. The condition of the rooms was a little questionable. There were things about the room that helped me come to the conclusion the rooms are not cleaned as thoroughly as you would hope. I won’t go into details but when you pay as much as you do for a room you would expect it to be clean. I don’t care that the property was older or came off that way but cleanliness has nothing to do with property age.

Great place , inexpensive and close to old town.

The first night we noticed the exhaust fan made an awful squealing noise, but when we told the desk about it they moved us to a different room and it was fine. It would be nice if there was a shelf in the shower to put the soap on.

Staff not friendly. Couldn’t even figure out how to add fresh water to the water holder cuz he “just got there.”

I had a 5 day stay. Breakfast was clean and hot. Coffee was good. I ate once in the 5 days I was there. If I had received this quality of food at a restaurant I would not go back. It was gut buster quality as to be expected. Kids would enjoy it no problem. It just isn’t what I enjoy. No shade, just not for me.

Play area for littles

I liked how clean and inviting this hotel was. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The breakfast they offer was good. They had plenty of options to choose from. The area we were in was quite. It was kid friendly. I would recommend staying here. My litte family really enjoyed it. They enjoyed it so much they they didn't want to leave.

This hotel is overall very nice. It is right off the highway and there are some homeless people nearby. The hotel has a fence around the property, however, and it overall felt pretty safe. The rooms and amenities are nice.

The first floor king sized bed was wonderful and so comfortable. The noise between floors was a little bit annoying. Probably not much can be done with that.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room did have a faint smell of old cigarettes but was otherwise clean and tidy. Easy parking and check out/check in. The breakfast was top notch.

Comfortable, clean and suitable for a short stay. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so there was some painting and such going on in the hallways. Overall, decent place to stay.

The front desk attendant was professional and kind. As he should, he followed the rules given to him. The room is generally clean but the wallpaper is peeling. Again $150 / night this does NOT justify. As I shared with the gentleman that checked us in - this will be the first and last stay at this (or frankly any) Comfort Inn Property.

My daughter and I were there for a short stay. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Overall was great except for room next door to our room was smoking and our bathroom was overwhelmed with the smoke, which is terrible I did contact the front desk and they did get it the resolved. Also, there was a smell of marijuana in the hallway across from our room.

The back door closest to room 104 is difficult to use for luggage transfer: you enter and need to turn left immediately through another door. If you have 2 people it would be ok, but for 1 person it's difficult. The crime level in the area may be a bit high; the hotel's wrought iron fence is somewhat comforting. The $100 deposit is annoying: my credit card is already in use and on file. A deposit is almost insulting.

A good property near the interstate

The lady at the front desk was one of the most compassionate hotel employees I've ever encountered. My son and I were there on an emergency trip, and she went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of this part of the trip--the few hours of rest we tried to get-- was the best. She chose a room she knew would be quiet, was reassuring that she was there for anything we needed, and had a wonderful, caring attitude.

We’ve stayed a number of times for softball tournaments. Although not a fantastic area, they have gates around the lot to minimize foot traffic. The lobby is warmly decorated, smells wonderful, and offers 24 hour coffee, tea, infused water. Great basic breakfast, basic comfortable room, always warm service at the desk. Really great option for affordable rate. We will continue to choose this hotel!

The staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. The room was large and clean and very cozy. Slept like a baby. Parking was convenient with doors at either end for convenience. Breakfast had great options (eggs, bacon, yogurt, waffles, biscuits amd gravy, fresh fruit, cereals, bagels, oatmeal, teas and the coffee was good. Used the coin operated laundry machines which were clean and in good shape. Shower had great water pressure and a tub with a stopper so my baby could take a bath. Pretty much everything we needed and more for a roadtrip stop. There was also an accessible playground and dogpark that we used while my wife took a business call.

Pillows great. Towels thick enough. Bfast varied with eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, good yogurts. Very crowded. More people than seats. Then, the coffee machine had issues. Sometimes things happen.

Perfect hotel for my work travel

Staff is good and do their best. Just isn't a great neighborhood and restaurants in area are limited.

The lobby was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, our first night we were in a room where the sink and toilet didn’t work. We were promised an upgrade but that was only one night. We did love the playground/park that was close by.

The breakfast was good. We were given a room that had not had changed sheets, so we went back to the front desk and got a new room and after that it was great!

The drape in the room did not close ! There were sheers and a drape on either end of the sheet but it did not close ! Awful design on someone’s part. Opens to parking lot ! Absolutely no privacy ! Clerk gave us a large clip to clip the drape closed enough for privacy

Old & run-down and did not feel like the price was comparable. Strong smell of weed in hallways and our bathroom. I also didn’t enjoy being asked to apply for a credit card during our check-in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The park and dog park behind the hotel was nice! My only complaint is that breakfast was not well monitored so when things ran out midway, they were not restocked in a reasonable time.

The staff was amazing! I have nothing bad to say about them. We drove very far and that was the next hotel available to rest before we got back on the road. Unfortunately, we got woken up by a detective at around 11:30 am to ask questions about a crime that had occurred in a nearby room. At 11:30 pm!!! That set us back and we ended up waking up late the next morning.
