    It was convenient to where and what we needed to do. We stayed two nights there. While staying there, no one showed up to clean the room or to change the bed linings. We did not get any clean towels brought to the room. The carpet needs to be clean. A bad order was coming from it as if food or something was spilled on it, but never cleaned.

    Price seemed good before arrival. That is really all I can say that is good about this hotel. Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. Gobs of human hair on the bedroom floor. which was fake hardwood. Walkways around the rooms heavily stained. Fence on the border of the property looks like a truck ran into it. There was a landline phone in the room which was not connected. The agent said they are working on getting the phones fixed. TV was not working so I called the front desk for help 3 times but they never answered. I had to walk to the front desk to fix the issue. The agent was in the parking lot helping his friend clean his car -that is why I didn't get an answer to my call. He gave me a note with instructions on how to program the tv. I did not see the hair on the floor mentioned above until I had been in the room for 2 hours - probably because the room is not well lit. I used paper towels to clean the floor and took them to the front desk to complain. The agent accused me of creating the mess so that I could use the room for a couple of hours and then get a refund. He also said he could not give a refund, that I had to contact Corporate! The bathroom was also dirty. There is nothing "quality" about this place. You should stay FAR away from this hotel.

    The staff were rude. The housekeepers didn’t pay attention to the whole room when cleaning. There were tissues in the vent and a bag over the smoke detector. I reported it to them and the only one who did anything about it was Elizabeth and she was the only one who was nice. Then when we were leaving they charged us for towels that we didn’t steal but returned to get clean ones, and a sheet that had an old old blood stain on it from before we got there. They tried to say it was fresh. Then were really rude when I tried to fight it.so we are never going back.

    Spend the extra money stay somewhere else, stop the town before, or keep driving. You are legit better off finding a quiet road and sleeping in your vehicle. Notable things, Room was absolutely filthy, cheetos on the floor, stains and cigarette burns on the sheets, tv didn't work, mini fridge sounded like a cold start tractor, floor was hard and crunchy full of stains. Bathroom floor was sticky grimy and dirty. Trash cans had tissues and seltzer drinks. In no way am i picky, a room is a room for a quick rest. But i legit wouldn't pay 10 bucks to sleep there. The 2 semi good take aways. Bed was firm (slept fully clothed with shoes on) and the ac worked.

    Pro Clean Bed and room. Oversized dorm fridge (our drinks were cold and Ice frozen) Microwave in room Heating / Cooling unit maintained proper temp. Minimal outside road noise. Dunkin donuts next door, within walking distance Short drive to restaurants Shower maintained desired temperature throughout shower. Con Lack of power outlets One wall outlet was dangling out of the wall and did not work. We needed to unplug the clock and TV to have enough outlets. No room safe for valuables. Toilet was not secured to floor and it rocked back and forth. The room did not match the photo on Expedia (example: carpet on floor vs. linoleum) and contained the room was outdated. A hand writing degraded paper sign stated that the Fitness center was closed and did not list when it would reopen. This was one of the determining factors in choosing this motel. No daily housekeeping for trash removal or other services. I was told by front staff that I needed to personally hunt down housekeeping for towels and TP from 9am -2pm. Outside hand rails to the second floor are loose and unsafe. If you didn’t get to breakfast earlier, most items were gone. Also very limited food selection. No phone in room. I had to walk to lobby to talk to staff.

    The room smelled like smoke, there were stray cats coming through a fence towards me when I exited the people, random articles of clothing on the ground outside my room, someone on the phone right outside my room door, and abandoned shopping carts on property.

    Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was clearly newly renovated. There was a bit of a premium on parking, the lot was heavily occupied, but nothing too bad. There was also a small plumbing issue with the sink, but the staff was very helpful when it was brought to their attention.

    We were charged a $100 security deposit that we were unaware of. We arrived after 5pm so it was already dark. When we walked into the room and flipped the light switch on, nothing happened. We ended up feeling our way through the room to find a lamp to turn on. One of the comforters had stains on it. As did one of the towels. The beds were so uncomfortable, I might as well slept in the floor. Every time we moved the bed squeaked and the pillows were awful, they were basically lumpy couch throw pillows. Hair dryer didn’t work. Other than comforter and towel stain, everything else was clean. A/C and heat worked well. Shower was fine. Staff were friendly (thank you!) We traveled here for my sons surgery the next day, so it was disappointing the beds were as uncomfortable as they were because no one was able to get any rest.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, and this was by far the WORST experience. Some of the rooms have been renovated, but the one i received wasn’t. It was kinda dirty and one of the pillows looked like it had blood on it smh. The breakfast was trash. Definitely won’t stay here ever again.

    Well the overall stay wasn’t too bad but I think that there’s some remodeling going on and if I know that I would’ve booked another motel I didn’t realize he had outside stairs because because my sister and I are older and that didn’t help our getting around to the room very helpful and he gave me a piece of paper that’s supposed to show you what to do about the TV and it was so faint where they copied so many times that you couldn’t really know what to do so we had no TV we had no phone. It was dead so we couldn’t call the desk and I hope that the one that we stayed in is going to be remodeled it needs new carpet, but for the price in the overnight one day it was OK, but I can’t say that I would stay in a quality motel again unless it’s a newer one with a elevator.

    The Breakfast was the best part but all sweet. Not a smoker and was put in a smoking room that was so nasty and had bullet holes in the walls. Me and my kids did not feel safe here at all. One staff member was willing to help us the next day after we had to stay in the nasty room one night.

    The property was very run down. Broken table in room. I checked in around 3 pm and left again. Came back at 11 pm and i vouldnt sleep because I felt very unsafe and left after only 6 hours of a 3 day check in. Tried to get my mobey back amd was refused. Save your money and dobt stay here.

    Made me late for work, girlfriend had to stay in car overnight while I worked, I was really embarrassed and upset with this whole experience and don’t think I will be using it again. I’m also out of the money I paid to reserve the room. Which was basically $100. There was a deposit of $100 that was never mentioned in any literature only to be brought up by a very rude front desk clerk.

    If you are looking to save a few bucks, cut corners somewhere else. This place is borderline dangerous. The handrail on the stairs almost came off in my had. The plumbing in my tub would not drain and the whole room smelled like Lysol and cigarettes.

    Although there are NO proteins for breakfast (only waffle, toast, cereal) except yogurt, and there is an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT guard monitoring any food item that might leave to finish breakfast in your room (by the extra harsh and abusive behavior towards me by the very serious breakfast guard, it seems to be a criminal offense at this property. He actually would rather the food be thrown away instead of leave with you), the front desk people are very worm and friendly. The hotel is clean. Besides the EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE BAD BREAKFAST ORDEAL EVERY DAY, this is a good low-cost option.

    The room was very dirty. Mold in the bathroom, large stains on the carpet and a very noisy air conditioner which made sleeping difficult.     The check-in staff was super friendly and welcoming, which set a nice tone for our stay. The room was clean, though a bit dated. The breakfast was very barebones, even more limited than a typical continental breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable, which was disappointing since my child was really looking forward to it.     Had to pay $20 dollars a night for first floor rooms that were told renovated. Room were poorly done. Front desk offered no comment. Had to move rooms once checked in because the new bathroom light didn’t work. The room we moved to had smoke alarm wires hanging on wall but no detectors. Also bathroom door was damaged and didn’t close.

    The hotel stay was horrible. There was no indication on the website they would be asking for a $100 deposit. There were bed bugs in the carpet and I got bit multiple times. The room smelled.. The walls were dirty. The AC did not work well. One of the rooms were not vacuumed. the door was ajar or broken and would not close all the way. We found a cockroach. There were people outside all hours of the day and night smoking marijuana and cigarettes. Even though we were in a non smoking room when people were outside smoking the smell would come into the room. The hotel room next to ours was vandalized or trashed. We felt very unsafe. One of the keys to the rooms was always getting de-activated. I did mention some of the issues to the staff but they dont seem to care.

    BEWARE!!! This property is not at all what you see in the photos. As soon as we arrived to check in, we realized we had been scammed. It's a dump! The property looks like it hasn't been cleaned, painted or fixed up in YEARS! And the people loitering outside made it feel very sleazy. Unless you’re looking for a "room-by-the-hour" kind of place, DO NOT book here! RUN! The manager refused to admit that the property was misrepresented in the photos and refused to give us a refund. Thankfully we ended up staying at the Courtyard Marriott Hanes Mall which was just a few minutes away and had a wonderful stay. It was well worth paying $20 more! And fyi, the glowing reviews are fake!

    Shower/tub had brown water coming from spigot. Very outdated and in need of massive overhaul. Had we not been in town because of family emergency and local college graduation had almost all the other hotels packed, we would not have chosen this property to stay at. And we definitely will not choose it in the future. Or recommend to anyone else.

    This property is so outdated and dirty. Not sure if it was booking through Expedia at a different rate than the 160.00 they gave me when I called. The room was so filthy and springs in bed were poking our back all night. Bathroom in all corners and bathtub were caked with filth and had holes in the wall. One would say why did you stay and it’s because Expedia does not refund. So we used our blankets and laid with them. Then had to wash before heading out for our continued drive. The carpet in the room felt very gummy. Expedia needs to do a better review on these properties. One call to the health department 🤔 😉 and this place would be shut down. Unfortunately had to leave a message for today but Monday they will hear about it.

    When I booked the room it wasn't clear it was a smoking room. The water pressure was low. And when we got ready to leave a car parked right behind my truck making it impossible to get out. I went to the office to find out who the car belongs to they said there is no way for us to know we dont collect tag # anymore just go knock on doors it took a two hours to get out.

    The property was unclean and squalor like. The assigned room's bathroom floor had standing water, the table lamp between the beds did not work, the phone did not work, and the TV guide in the book directory did not match the TV nor did the TV's guide show what was on a particular channel. I alerted the office, so they moved us to another room, downstairs. This room's phone did not work, nor the TV guide. There was no vent fan for the bathroom which caused the bathroom, where the clothes closet was, to be humid. Also, I had to put down at check in a $100 deposit which I did not get back. We did not want to stay another night, so, we checked out the next morning. The gentleman at the desk explained because I booked the motel through Expedia, he could not give me a statement or refund. I would have to contact Expedia to obtain a refund for the remaining 3 nights. I have done this. However, Expedia is having difficulty getting someone to answer the phone to affirm what I told them. Very disappointing and frustrating.

    Check in/out process ans employees were friendly and quick/easy. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. The tv for some reason was a pain to manage... every time i cut it on i had to "retune" the channels in order to be able to change the channels and i wish the water pressure would have been better (but thats just my preference). Other than those two small areas, neither of which were a huge deal, our stay was nice.

    We made a reservation while on the road to our destination, so didn’t have time to do our “due diligence.” Did not read reviews, just saw the price and figured “How bad could it be?” We arrived after 10pm, checked in and went to our room. There was a chair against the door of the connecting room. The top drawer of the dresser was missing, the toilet lid was broken with a piece missing, the tub looked to have either a tick or bedbug in it. The 2 full beds had what looked like 3 small throw pillows on each bed without cases on them. I asked my adult son to lift the mattress to look for bedbugs and he said “No way, I’ll sleep in the car”. We decided to drive on through the 3.5 hours. The night desk guy told me to call the daytime manager and ask them for a refund, so I did. The daytime manager told me he would be happy refunding my 100.00, but it had to go thru the booking agency. So I am asking about getting my $100.00 refund.

    This property is undergoing renovation and it could be quite nice...BUT ..the guests who are starying there are disrespectful and thriw bags of garbage all over. A comm8n area could be clean and an hour later its a wreck. The motel is dog friendly, but it appears that NO ONE pucks up after them. Every inch if grass has dog feces.. some if the staff are very nice and welcoming, but theres one person who is incredibly rude. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Its conveniently located. It would be a 5 star experience if the people who stayed there were beat abd clean.

    I have stayed at such a low class place. The are rude and disrespectful. Homeless people have over taken this establishment. Decent people can't stay here because your staff have become the gate keeper for bums. I can you see you facing a serious lawsuit. I suggest you stop housing junkies and homeless people with working people. I am a nurse and I know people on drugs and people with mental health problems. I suggest you do like the Wyndham did and remove your good name from this homeless shelter. Very disappointed and disgusted.

    Continental breakfast was a joke. They only had waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and apple juice available during my stay. No source of protein and the oranges offered looked to be going bad. I killed a total of three roaches inside the room while it was 30 degrees outside. Roaches hibernate in the cold so if I saw three in the middle of winter, I could only imagine how bad it gets in the summer. Carpets appeared to have never been cleaned as within an hour of my stay, my white socks were black. Towels weren’t included in my stay. Even so, I wouldn’t have showered as the bathroom was filled with mold and stains all over the walls and floors. Mattress had yellow stains with no cover, sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. The two pillows offered were flat and half the size of a standard ones. The outside area of the place was also stained all over, certain areas smelled rancid due to urine and vomit. Noise travels through the rooms so you will hear the full conversation of anyone walking or staying nearby. Unfortunately, we were placed next to a couple having an argument. I typically wouldn’t complain for the price but we paid $80 for the night, and although the reservation never indicated a $100 deposit would be collected. We were informed and charged at check in plus weren't refunded until a week after checkout.. the highlight of it all was a roach ended up joining us home. It was a little surprise when I unpacked my bag. I wouldn't recommend.

    The property was a bit outdated, but the stay served it's purpose. There was a smell of dirty laundry-like, dirty socks coming from the floor in certain spots near the head of the bed. There was sounds of pigeons cooing coming from the ceiling all through the night and the ice maker rattled. Other than that, the staff was nice and kind.

    Sad when I saw property online it was totally different, we had wallpaper hanging off walls , mold open vents, a shower head that barely dribbling. The only high light was the friendly staff, the attempted to assist with our issues , moved our room , cleaned mold from shower and replaced shower head. I thanked them they were the only reason we stayed

    I booked this room several months ago when my husband scheduled an upcoming surgery. My husband and i had to leave our home @ 2am to get to his surgery site. My husband's surgery was completed early and we wanted to check in to get some much needed rest it was 12pm. We where told it was to early for check-in however after hearing our story they found us a room that was clean and ready. They made sure it was close to the parking lot due to my husband not being able to walk comfortably. I room was clean, and had all the administers needed. My only compliments is the pillows where small!! However i would stay again simply for their kindness! THANK YOU

    The room was fine except for the mold around the tub. The microwave was very noisy. The area right around the motel did not feel as safe as I would have liked. You could not take any food at breakfast with you, and that was inconvenient.

    The TV was weird too; to get the channels to change, I had to do a 10-minute rebooting process (which apparently is required for all guests in every room to work the channel changer. The bright soot was a guy named Tom who was very easy to deal with in that we couldn’t get there the first night and he gave us a credit no queations asked
