The receptionist assisting at the check-in desk was rude and condescending, the room was dated and had a sink leak, the wait times at the bar were ridiculously long and mostly because the bartenders didn’t acknowledge you. The life guards blew whistles the entire time but didn’t tell anyone why. Drinks are overpriced, most the amenities are no longer included in the resort fee. Nails sticking out of the wood on the bridge. Lattice work was ripped and torn and pokes you from the gate as you’re entering the water park area. I could go on and on. Save yourself the headache and your money and go elsewhere. This place has went down since Hilton acquired it. Oh and another thing, the complaints fall on deaf ears.

My daughter absolutely love this resort every time we go we always have a good staff even though this time the one staff that we had she wasn’t that great and I ended up having to get another staff that turned out to be perfect he help me with everything that I needed. I was grateful my daughter was happy at the end and that’s all that matter Rome always maintenance workers are always polite. We would definitely be back again next year.

Staff throughout the resort were expectacular. ChkIn associate was a bit strict or grumpy in her delivery of hotel rules and description of ammenities but overall everyone was very helpful. From Sue to Asdra, to Devon. Family friendly, very clean. Pool area and outdoor grills very clean as well.

People spend hours standing looking for a pool chairs. They have a few umbrellas and the customer service in the property is fine but at front desk they very unprofessional so rude. The people at the Tiki bar are the best customer service , there was some food next to the big pool at the water park ready to fall in the pool water , I told the Lifeguards ( by the way their in their phones all the time and they don’t care what’s going on around ) and the guy just told me : I’ll let them know , it pass like 1 hour and the food still right there so I told the guy in the Bar and he went immediately to take care of that . Someone told me they don’t care because this place is very cheap . I prefer to pay more and have a very good customer service experience. So if you go to this place be ready to fight for a pool chair because at any time you’ll arrive can’t find anything. And no matter how you be nice with front desk they are so mean and have an attitude. Overall the rest of the property staff are ok .

That was a 3 rd time we were there it’s a very nice property very clean gated it’s bit of a drive to parks but you don’t get crowds. Activities for kids on a daily basis you get a schedule for a week when you check in.

Property is a resort style, the rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds and a full size kitchen. 2 regular pools and a water park, there is also an onsite restaurant. The room was clean, we had a two bedroom, two bath, the first room had a nice king size bed and the other room had two queens.

The bicycles, fishing etc was always free now you have to pay. Both our rooms weren't even surface cleaned like usual. The shower didn't even drain. We called and no one came to fix it. The guys at the gate were very friendly this year and we enjoy when they say welcome home. We left them an expensive bottle of wine as appreciation as I'm sure they never get compliments. The time share lady at the desk to get parking pass was extremely rude when we checked in. I just feel like the memories with our kids there when it was liki tiki was more kid friendly and more FREE amenities then the past few years here with our grandkids. This place will always hold alot of memories for us both with our kids and grandkids.

The rooms were clean and super spacious. We also loved the pool and waterpark area. The food at the waterpark was really good but as a bit pricey. It was worth the money and stay. Check in was my biggest issue. I got there at 3pm the check us in and I expected the room wouldn't be ready since check in was at 4pm which was no problem. We prechecked in and went to a few places but at 515pm the room still was not ready and I had a car full of kids that needed to eat and relax. This part was not my favorite but the manager was able to help us out and get us into a room ASAP.

It had everything and more. Games, game rooms, multi pools, that's not even naming everything! If you just wanted to relax you could do that too. It was something for everyone. No shuttle to the parks.

Everything is great, I just don't like the 300 dollar hold on your card when you check in, Everyone don't have it. And they say if you don't have 300 on your card you can't check in. But everything else is good.

The pool was great and the rooms was awesome but When booking it ask what time will we be arriving.. we put from 2 -3 when we arrived it told us the rooms would be ready by 4.. well we was waiting for are rooms till 6:40.. by the time we got are things in the room and got are kids situated they was only able to be in the pool for an hour or so.. are two day trip felt like a one day trip..we was celebrating my son big 10th birthday and my oldest autistic 18 year bday was a ruff transition.. at least the rooms were nice and comfortable.

Room and property amenities were excellent. A room close to the pool was not great. The pool closed at 11 and kids were screaming up until then. Also, fees were different than listed on Expedia website. Listed as being around $56, but was charged $71 at the hotel. Resort fees and parking were assessed in this fee. Otherwise, the room and pools were exactly what we were hoping for on a last minute trip to Disney.

I was so disappointed by this resort with it having the Hilton name in it. Super old and outdated. The pools were crowded with people sneaking in for a family party and eating full blown kabobs in the pool. I was looking forward to being able to order food at the pool for the kids only to find out the cafe was closed until 4 that day but no one knew why. I would not stay beee again.

From check in to check out our stay was amazing! The staff was accommodating when my husband lost his key card and got him a new one right away. The pools were clean and not busy at all. We loved the spacious rooms and enjoyed the proximity of grocery & restaurants. We will be staying here again.

We felt safe throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation spot for our family, and we highly recommend it.

It was in a safe area. Having three different pools were extremely helpful for me and my family. It was nice having 2 of pools open up earlier in morning before the water park pool opened up if you just wanted to swim. My 16 year old enjoyed having pool to himself in morning hours. Can see the changes Hilton has done to the hotel. Great improvements in facility.

If Aqua Sol did not have an excellent maintenance staff I would've gave it two stars. The maintenance staff saved this for me the elevator in building 400 broke several times in the week I was here. Luckily every time it went down, I found a maintenance person, and it was back up and running later, but it kept being a problem throughout the week. The property is well maintained and the staff is excellent. It's a little dated I will admit that. That doesn't make it bad it gives it an old Florida charm that I appreciated. I will say there is a terrible issue with the water pressure here. My shower always felt like it was struggling to push water out and the soaking tub took 20 minutes to fill up. Everything else about the hotel was fine. It's in a great location and while I don't see people spending a whole lot of time on the property there is stuff for you to do if you're having a day in Orlando that isn't filled with the Mouse. A lot more kid friendly so if you have a family, this might be the place for you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I probably wouldn't stay here again

Assumed it was normal time 11. I was wrong. Housekeeping knocking on my door. Carpet in bedroom going into bathroom was frayed and carpet staples pocking out. Injury and trip hazard.

We loved the pool and slides. My kids had so much fun swimming and going down all the slides. It was also nice that there are other pools that aren't as crowded as the main pool to kick back and relax. That there is no pool side service at the other pool. Our family stayed the majority of our time at the main pool that has the water slides. However on day 3 (we stayed 5 days 4 nights) the kids were getting a little overwhelmed with how busy the pool was getting so we went to the pool that's right by the main lobby and was disappointed to find out that while you can order drinks and food from the restaurant you would have to leave that pool and walk to the restaurant and walk back. The restaurant is located on the other side of the property and is quite a distance away from the other pool. It would've been nice if they had maybe a small restaurant or bar that was open before 4pm that had drinks and food.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, towels, and essentials for a comfortable stay. It wasn’t as modern as the photos suggested, but it was still in very good condition. The amenities were excellent for families. The kids’ pool area was perfect for running around and playing, and we also loved the pickleball court and mini golf. There were two additional pools, and the fact that they stayed open until 11 PM was amazing after long days at the parks when we just wanted to relax. The location was also very convenient, very close to the parks, with easy and accessible parking. The only major downside was the mattresses. They were old and had noticeable sunken areas, and unfortunately, two of the three beds appeared to have bed bugs. We ended up with bites all over, which was very disappointing. We were so busy at the parks every day that we didn’t get a chance to report it to the front desk during our stay. Aside from that issue, we truly enjoyed the property and felt it offered very good value for the price.

Location to the parks was perfect Parking outside accommodation was always available. The furniture in the lounge area was tired threadbare. The front door lock needed a good slam otherwise it didn’t shut. A few of the light bulbs were dead. No instructions anywhere to explain how the telly /dishwasher or washing machine worked Bit of try and see

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent stay. As a long-time Hilton guest, I arrived with the expectation of receiving at least the standard level of service I have consistently experienced over the past 30 years. Unfortunately, my experience at this property fell far below that standard. At check-in, I was required to swipe my card approximately six times before the system accepted it. This triggered a fraud alert with American Express, resulting in my card being temporarily locked. I was also surprised to see a $300 incidental hold placed on my card—something I have never encountered at any Hilton property throughout my decades of travel. The issues continued the following morning. As I pulled back the linens, I discovered stains that were clearly not mine. I immediately reported this to management, and I was assured the room would receive a thorough cleaning and that fresh towels would be provided. Despite these assurances, the next day I received multiple text messages from staff members, including Eric and Andra, promising a deep cleaning that never occurred. After returning from a full day at Disney World, I found that the room had still not been cleaned. I ultimately had to call down close to midnight just to request clean towels. This experience was deeply disappointing and far from what I expect from any Hilton-branded property. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. K.P.

The kids had an amazing time, which made the trip very special for us. We booked a three-bedroom suite with connecting doors, and the setup worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were comfortable, and overall the resort appeared clean and well-maintained. The water park was enjoyable, and the pool staying open until 11 was a nice bonus. Check-out was also smooth and easy, which we appreciated. The only concern I had was with the kitchen area, which was not as clean as expected. I noticed breadcrumbs and food residue on the counters and dining area, which could definitely be improved. One thing to be aware of is the vacation club presentation they try to offer upon arrival. We weren’t interested, but for guests staying more than a couple of days, it might be worth listening since they mention perks like a cruise or gift card incentives. Despite a few minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay, and the kids had a wonderful birthday experience.

Great place to stay with kids , plenty to do just didn’t have the use for everything as we were out most of the trip .. would definitely stay again. The only thing I would personally change is how the main bedroom was at the back and the other room was on the opposite side of the unit. The staff was great , and was always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Perfect location close to the parks and with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Accomodation was bigger than expected and all the activities on site were fab, pool, bar, golf, fishing, basketball etc. Nothing it was great!

Pool and big rooms Staff are not helpful, happy or forthcoming. Arrived by uber , Property is huge and no offer to help take luggage to our room. Took a lot of prompting when they finally offered to take our luggage by golf cart. On departure asked for same service they never cane, called to check they said they had no record of us booking, then later said they were waiting on the road but no one came to the door to say they were here. Then watched while I moved 9 bags on my own no offer for help. Told staff never toilet lock was broken they responded “don’t tell me you need to go to the front reception”. Then had to move the bags by myself from golf cart to locker room where the staff member questioned me on why my family wasn’t here to help with the bags.

I really like this place.. the apartment like room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk was super nice and just seems happy all the time.

I regret to inform you that the The room was disgusting! The linens, shower curtain and towels were stained. I politely called down to the office and they promised that they were going to give my room a deep clean. I specifically left all day and to my surprise 12 hours later the room was still filthy and untouched by housekeeping. I called down to at minimum get new towels at midnight. The next day there was no housekeeping although they promised me and sent me a text promising a deep cleaning of the room which again was not fulfilled. I will never stay or visit this hotel ever again. It is definitely not a Hilton standard! It shouldn't even have the name Hilton in it.

The water park was awesome; my children enjoyed it. What I didn’t like had nothing to do with the property itself, but rather with some of the guests staying there. It’s important to remember that this is a family resort, and the water park is filled with children of all ages. Guests should be more mindful of the type of swimwear they choose to wear. Speedos, thongs, and tops that are essentially just nipple covers feel inappropriate for a family-friendly environment where children are present. It came across as very distasteful.

Best place we stayed while on our vacation. Definitely hard to find affordable places for a family of six with enough space! This place wasn’t too expensive and was well worth every dollar. I definitely would recommend and would most definitely return again. Very clean, fun activities for kids, and informative staff. 👍

I enjoyed the size. It's perfect for small family getaway. Not too large and overstimulating. Perfect amount of simple fun activities within walking distance. Staff were friendly. Rooms are huge! Even though rooms take a bit to be ready for check in you can use the amenities while you wait which is helpful. I noticed a few guests smoking by the pool or in the non designated smoking areas, better enforcement of this would be nice. Condo rooms were a bit noisy, can hear neighbors..esp moving the dining room chairs which are heavy, maybe put those on wheels to eliminate noise. The waterpark should open a bit earlier and more dining/food options.

Did not like the check in desk took 45 minutes behind someone, did not like being suckered into timeshare and threatened that if we did not go we would get stuck with that 200 dollar fee. Did not like the bldgs being scattered about trying to find outs. One of receptionist was rather cocky. Truthfully dont think i would cone back or recommend.

We just returned from six nights at this hotel and had a great time! The kids loved the waterpark and the pools. There are many restaurants and stores in the area which was convenient. Our room was new and clean and had everything we needed! It was great having laundry in the room as well as a full kitchen. It does seem as though the walls are paper thin, as you could hear everything, but we always travel with a white noise machine and that helped. We would definitely come back again :)

Rooms were very nice! We had a room with a separate bedroom and a living room/kitchen/circle table with a very large bathroom and a washer/dryer. It was very clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool! I believe Hilton just recently acquired the property so some things were under construction, including the fitness center, but most everything was in great shape! We came for the theme parks so we don’t get to experience much of the resort during the day, but they had lots of activities and what appeared to be a nice water park as well as I think two other pools. Much larger complex than we expected! Just be warned you may be put into a conference about a time share with their vacation club by the concierge at check in. We attended on our last day and did receive a nice gift for attending and most all of the staff there was very nice as well. So if that is not your kind of thing, just be aware! Overall great stay though! Also be aware there are some extra nightly fees on the day you arrive that you don’t pay through Expedia, however I did read the comments and we knew this going in.

As a family of 5 we loved the space of the rooms and access to a full kitchen. We loved the pools and kid section. Located close to all the parks!

Staffing was friendly. Immediately upon check in tricked into a “tour” that was a timeshare meeting requiring attendance or they would charge my card $200. Floors were dirty as well as the bathtubs. There was were several amenity areas that were taped off for construction. The outside bar by the main pool was not open or functioning during our stay. Had we been aware we of all the work being done we would have booked else where

The issues started at check-in, where the reception staff took an unusually long time to hand over our keys. When we finally reached the room, the lock did not work, leaving us stranded outside with our luggage until security arrived to open it manually. Maintenance then spent nearly an hour trying to fix it. The room itself was not clean on arrival — the bedsheets had visible dirt spots, which was unacceptable. The next day, after returning from outside, the same lock issue happened again. Reception moved us to another room, but unbelievably, the new key also did not work because they had given us the wrong one. We then had to move all our luggage ourselves with no staff assistance. We stayed 6 nights, yet housekeeping was only provided near the end of our stay, and even then it was poor. No proper floor cleaning, no bed arrangement, only replacement items. Overall, these repeated issues wasted nearly 2 full days of our trip, and not once did any staff member apologize. The outdoor pool is far from a resort-style experience — just a basic pool with one small slide. On top of that, they charge an extra $25 amenity fee, plus parking and taxes, while the amenities and service are clearly below standard. I would not recommend this property. There are far better options in the area.

After checking in, I was directed to another desk to receive our parking pass. The representative there was extremely pushy about getting us to attend a “hotel tour.” I politely declined multiple times, but he continued insisting and even pressured me to call my husband while my children were waiting in the car. When my husband asked what the catch was, the representative repeatedly said there was none. We were then asked to pay a $100 “deposit,” which we were told we would lose if we didn’t attend. At that point, we felt forced into agreeing. Only afterward did I notice in small print that this “tour” was actually a timeshare presentation. The presentation itself was a very negative experience. Despite clearly saying no several times, we were approached by multiple different representatives who continued to pressure us into purchasing a timeshare. It felt very uncomfortable and overwhelming. Once it became clear that we were not interested, the staff’s attitude completely changed. They became visibly rude, didn’t thank us or say goodbye, and even rolled their eyes. One representative went as far as saying, “I feel sorry for you guys,” which was completely unprofessional. This experience left a bad impression and took away from what would have otherwise been a wonderful stay. I strongly recommend being cautious

The resort is well maintained. Our 2 bedrooms unit is spacious and clean. However, the decor does not resemble the ones shown on the website for our unit. I guess we are given the outdated unit rather than the updated ones. This is a disappointment. One of the reason we chose this resort is because of the updated decor.

Everything here was great. The only negative thing I will say about the property, is that there is a pushy/borderline rude gentleman that works there - I think his title was concierge. That may be incorrect. Anyway, after checking in, you are sent to a desk across from check in to get your parking pass. The guy I am speaking of above, tells me, he can't believe what he's seeing but that Hilton credited my account and is misleading me into thinking I got reimbursed for my room. I was asking him what he was talking about and he was getting frustrated with me and told me to wait a minute. In the end, if was a sales tactic of him trying to convince me to sit for a time share meeting that I had no interest in doing. He wouldn't take no for an answer. Meanwhile my husband and child are in the car wondering what's taking me so long to check in, while I'm trying to convince the guy to let me have my parking pass so that I can go on with my evening. Meanwhile, he's arguing with me, embarrassing me somewhat with his tone, making me feel like an idiot because I don't want to listen to the vacation club time share.

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Disney.

We always have the best time here. Better pricing that staying on Disney with more amenities. A kitchen and washer and dryer always helps us save even more money. The places are beautiful with more than enough space. So much to do on site that it takes a couple trips to fit it all in and we sure don’t mind coming back.

Everything about this resort was amazing ! We traveled from Canada with plans to go to Disney for 1 day so it was very important for our family to have down time and not just be sitting around a pool and or sitting in a room with two beds and a microwave.. this resort was great we have two younger kids so it was nice to find a place that was amazing for price CLEAN and so many pools and space for everyone you would have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to and we

3 beautiful pools, with 1 waterpark for the kid's alongside the bar and food. Drinks and food were great quality. Amenities were well kept. Request a renovated room when booking, as Hilton recently acquired this property and are making updates.

Property was clean however everything look old and some items were broken. Barcarde was the main reason kids wanted to go here and there was not card available to use until day 6 of our stayed AND we have to pay to get a card to load money and use which didnt last anything. Not worthy. Staff looking around in the pool were mean. Kids took off their life jacket to eat for a minute and they went and collected them right away and put them away even after we told them they just took it off to eat and were going to wear them again right away.

The rooms were okay but can use some updating and it didn’t feel as clean . Shower floor was peeling. But if you plan on spending time away and at parks and different activities then it’s acceptable and durable. I would rent again most likely to save some coins

This is our second time here. The property is clean. The swimming pool is nice, and there are many amenities. The room is also fully equipped. However, the bed in the living room that we got this time is very noisy and already sagging, it seems broken and needs to be replaced. It’s good for families and very relaxing, which is why we keep coming back.

Overall this didn’t ruin my trip and the room itself was nice. Most staff were very pleasant and the place was very clean. But don’t appreciate having almost a full day interrupted at full cost nor did I appreciate being fully ignored when I just wanted a number to discuss the situation. Not sure if I’d stay again but maybe ok for families with younger children. The wrist band issue was tacky and might be a deal breaker.

This was my third time staying at this property. I love everything about it and will be returning soon.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was well worth the price. The water area is also great however we were a little upset that the splash pad area for littles was under construction (or is possibly gone for good?). The area is well kept and the room was in good condition. Two complaints, first being the sound between rooms is quite noticeable. I more feel bad for the guests next to us than I'm upset about the noise because of my two small children. They surely heard lots of little kid talk and screams and toddler cries. The second thing would be our room was a little sandy/dirty and it would have been nice for our rooms to have been vacuumed during our stay. I did not request a full cleaning, but it would have been nice for them to assume it was needed. If you have a family and are in need of multiple bedrooms I don't think you'll find a better deal for the price of this property.

Check in was fine until they send you across the room to get your parking pass. I had to wait forever because it was really just a time share sales pitch. Hard for friends to get in to see us. Roads bad getting in. Room was not well insulated from hall. Our room was near elevator and we heard the loud ding every time someone came to the elevator. Voices from hall sounded like they were in your room.

Property looking run down, elevators were slow, staff didn't deliver pack and play the first day when they said they would, washer/dryer combo takes 3 hours to do a small load of laundry. We had no wifi or working phone in the room.

Rooms were spacious, fully stocked and clean. The kids had a blast at the waterpark. The only downfall was I wish they collected the kitchen garbage everyday. And we also tried to run a small load of laundry in the all in one washer/dryer. And it took over 5 hours and our clothes were still damp after.

Room was nice. Very nice. Staff was nice too. Drinks at pool bar were outrageously priced. No adult pool (should have looked closer) and the ones that were supposed to be adults no pool bar or snacks at. Walls were thin… couldhere upstairs and next door all time.

Room was spacious and clean. Unlike some places where we stayed the kitchen actually had all utensils and kitchenware. The only problem that we experienced was that the walls are pretty thin. People talking in the next room kept my wife awake all night.

It was a perfect place to stay for large family of 6 adults and 3 little kids heading to Disney each day. The staff were so helpful of delivering us pack n plays as requested. If you take what we call the “back way”to Disney- it’s so much better than the traditional straight down Irlo Bronson- take the route that heads towards the Flamingo crossing area- so much better! We chose the 3 bedroom and it was awesome! Very clean and exactly what we were looking for- also loves having the texting with staff- if we needed something- we just texted and they answered quickly- questions or needs! Thank you for a perfect stay! Even left something very valuable in the room in our rush out the door to airport and staff quickly located it and gave us the steps to get it returned.we also loved having full kitchen and Publix less than a mile away! Thank you again for a great stay!

The activities and pools are very fun, the landscape is beautiful and quiet, but the issue here was with the staff and the workflow with Expedia. I ended paying twice for a night because one person of the Hilton Staff just didn't want to book a reservation on site first and later, other man of the staff didn't want to answer an email to Expedia for refunding me. It looks so much to a scam and it's such a pity. That really ruined our stay and wasted 2 beach days for just being argueing with these 2 men here. Also, it's supposed to be a marihuana free place and many people smoking everywhere, had bad moments with my kids.

Asked for an ADA room months in advance. Called hotel to confirm 2 weeks before. Showed up and got a room with stairs with no solutions from Hilton. Stay was miserable.

We stayed with you last Month. Dec 3-10 . in Building 1100. We are planning a return visit in February around the middle of the month. I prefer the first floor.

We had a three bedroom suite which is adjoining rooms, they were super clean. the staff was wonderful the kids enjoyed the pool. it was a great staycation for us and my daughter enjoyed her 15th birthday with her friends.

Excellent value. We had two connecting units for a total of three bedrooms, three baths, two kitchens and two laundries. It was more than spacious for our family. The place is plain, not elegant, but it is clean and gets the job done.

I was so grateful that they moved us because the first unit would have GENUINELY ruined our stay. Once moved, the room was very nice, staff was very accommodating, everything clean & new BUT ! Please be aware that they sneak in a 300 DOLLAR DEPOSIT upon arrival ! Luckily we absolutely had it, but that definitely is not clear during booking & should be noted ! Even the hotel staff had a hard time finding the 300$ clause in the Expedia booking when checking in ! The new room was spacious, quiet & had everything we needed & brought requested items to the us.’Just be aware, and book the renovated rooms or else you absolutely WILL be disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay, it definitely made me feel at home! I loved when I arrived they told me welcome home! It was clean, nice atmosphere and I loved the balcony. They also let me check in early which was a relief for me!

Room was not the cleanest. Hair in the bathtub, crumbs on the kitchen counter, freezer was sticky inside, coffee table was sticky and dirty. Pull out sofa sleeper mattress pad was dirty. Bathroom sink had a rubber band from braces in it.

I think the location of the resort was great. However, the building we stayed in was outdated. Overall I would rate the property and the condo a 3.5. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. However, some of the amenities are outdated. The staff was pretty nice. I just wished that when you checked in the staff at fhe front desk would explain to you everything that property has to offer, and where most of the amenities are. The staff at the front do give you a map of the property, but a little extra run down would be great too.

Very pleasantly surprised with how spacious the condo was. We were not expecting a two story unit with a full living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen! We were just two friends on vacation and had plenty of room. A family of four or five would also have been super comfortable and been able to spread out. The property was very quiet at night and sleep was uninterrupted. The staff was responsive during our stay via text but understaffed on arrival (late in the evening). Tried to connect devices to the TVs but that didn't take but solid wifi made streaming on our devices easy. Very clean, very well kept, quiet, family friendly, about 20 min to the parks and Disney Springs, and a great value.

Property employees were as always amazing, especially the front desk stuff. I made a mistake during the booking process, but Mr. Kyle Azzopardi resolved it for us, and practically saved our vacation from further troubles. I have been many times in this property, and it will always be my first choice for my Florida vacations.

Water park and pool were great, perfect for younger children. Bar staff were friendly, front desk friendly. Sales pitch by the bearded guy in the lobby was super annoying. Our rental was clean and appeared renovated which was nice. We didn’t experience any annoying staff (the ones saying can’t do this can’t do that, where’s your wrist band, reminding you of checkout etc…) Smooth check-in smooth check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t need any amenities but were charged for them even though I thought I paid in full with Expedia. The place is old. Loud. Thin doors and walls. It is basically a motel. If you have a large family of young kids this is the place for you to let them run wild all night!

What a wonderful stay! I cannot brag enough about this place. Comfortable beds, clean unit and linens, pools and amenities around the campus were so much fun to explore. Staff were helpful, friendly, and great to talk to. Campus felt like you were coming home. Safe and convenient location, quiet and family friendly. This was our third time visiting. .. we will be back!

Facility was VERY clean.. employees very helpful/couteous

A few minor cons: we were there 8 days and housekeeping doesn’t service the room. Even just changing out of towels and a quick surface clean would be helpful! The room supplies are scarce and very limited. No measuring cups, no coffee filters for the cone style machine, no scissors, dishware for 4 in a 2 bed/ 6person room, etc. Also the cookware is teflon and the black plastic spoons/spatulas. A major upgrade would be a Teflon alternative and stainless steel utensils so cooking can be non toxic. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and would definitely go back!

Staff was very nice. Construction was going on the entire time we were there, though. We heard it while we were trying to relax by the pool and throughout the day. We had no knowledge of this. My husband also tripped and fell on a sprinkler that popped out of the ground that no one fixed. Front desk people were very nice.

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Aqua Sol. We chose to stay again this year because the unit was so nice but the reception staff was okay (not great). However, this year they were top notch- very friendly and attentive to requests so this made the stay great. I love that the location is nearby stores and restaurants. I highly recommend you try this Hilton Resort location.

Room is pretty dated and mold can be found without much effort. Also to be aware, we were dinged with $150usd fee at check-in to be able to use the amenities, however house keeping didn't seem to be one of these amenities, since we haven't seen staff in our room or any changes in a full week. -oh no, quick correction, the bed was made once when we came back.

Overall, it met our needs. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the grounds were very nice and well kept. It was close enough to the Disneyworld parks and Universal as well as the airport, which was exactly what we needed. It was quiet and we felt safe. It was nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. However, the master bathroom plumbing was very wonky, it worked but made a weird sound and was hard to turn off. The place was pretty out dated which was not what we expected according to the pictures. The second bedroom was supposed to have double beds, but it only had twin beds. They said they would make it right, but I never followed up about it, so we just stayed in the twin bed room- that is somewhat on us. We basically only slept there because we spent all our days at theme parks and the beach. So I can’t say anything about the pools or other outdoor amenities. Basically, for the price, it was good.

I recently stayed here with my two little ones, hoping for a fun, family-friendly getaway. As a single mom, I try to make trips like this special for them — but this hotel just didn’t live up to what it advertised. We booked after being told the resort offered shuttles to all Disney parks, which was a big deciding factor. Once we arrived, we found out that wasn’t the case. Traveling with kids takes planning, and it made our visit much more stressful than it needed to be. We also had people coming to see us who had trouble getting in because staff couldn’t seem to find our reservation, even when they had my room and building number. It was frustrating, and honestly a little embarrassing. Around the pool, lifeguards were on their phones instead of watching the water. I’m always keeping an eye on my kids, but when you have water slides and excited little ones, you expect safety to be taken seriously. The arcade charged our cards even though many machines weren’t working, and the security guard spent most of the time walking the halls loudly on his phone. At night, noise and strong smells around the property made it hard to feel relaxed or comfortable with my children there. I don’t expect perfection — just honesty, safety, and a place that treats families like a priority. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that here. I hope they make improvements in the future, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it to parents.

This place was amazinv along with the staff. They also have an itinerary calendar that keeps the guests entertained and you dont have to leave the resort for anything.

Clean room , amenities,& staff was Wonderful

The weather was cold, so we didn't use the pool, but the whole area is well-kept with lots of trees &. green areas. We saw a lot of beautiful herons & ibis roaming the area. We spent most of our days at Disney World, but this resort has a full calendar of activities like pool-side games, bingo, arts & crafts, and outdoor movies at night. The staff was very friendly, and super helpful when my husband accidentally locked himself out. We had great interactions with everyone from the guard at the gate, the people at the check in counter, to the security & landscapers. Be aware that you have to pay daily resort fees directly to the property on top of your reservation rate. That is clearly stated, but some people miss that & get upset. Still makes the rate worth it, because you still get a lot more space, there are lots of activities, and ready free parking.

This place was more than what we were expecting. We felt very safe. The Staff are incredible. The room was beautiful. The grounds are stunning. The only downside was the kids waterslide pool. It was really cold. My son would have loved to play there but he didn't go past his ankles and asked to go to the other pool because it was heated. Other then that, highly recommend.

Building 1000 was quiet overlooking the woods from the balcony., very clean and bed was comfortable.

The room was dated. No one explained that my room was not going to be clean during my stay. The phone in the room didn’t work. There were limited towels, and no conditioner in one of the bathrooms. One bar was closed the other one closed early. The food options were limited and breakfast was limited. My heating until didn’t warm the house up entirely.

We were greeted by all staff we encountered. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter's faborite stuffy was tucked into bed. The amenities were awesome! Highly recommend if you have littles and want ample activities and fun.

The room was ok. Floor wasnt clean. Some staff were ok some were rude. House keeping sucked. Elevator was old and rikidy. Broke down twice in the week we stayed. Pool area was nice except you couldnt bring in your own drinks and they were 3x the cost what it should be. Then they put a 18% tip on it. Wouldnt recommend or stay again.

This is our second time staying at this resort. Both times we’ve absolutely loved it! We had a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen this year but really who doesn’t have an ant problem? We called the front desk and they offered to come and spray our unit. My daughter loves spending time at the water park. They have lots of activities during the day to do for those who don’t wish to leave the resort. Drew at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating to the best of her abilities. We look forward to coming back here each year!

My family visits this same resort two times a year and have been coming for 8 years! we absolutely love it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Every room has a kitchen and washer and dryer and no matter what part of the resort you are on you are close to a pool. It’s super convenient! No parking fees! The staff is always super friendly and there is always activities going on each day so even if your not visiting a theme park there’s always something to do on the resort. We love it!

We could even see the fireworks at Disney from our balcony in building 500! Very happy with our whole experience.

We’ve been staying here years, since before Hilton purchased it a few years ago. The pros, Hilton has spent some money upgrading the rooms. The cons: Shipwreck Sally’s food quality has degraded and went way up in price, they took away all of the free stuff they had for families inside like foosball and ping pong etc and replaced it with a BarCade where everything costs. They use to let you rent their bikes, basketball, shuffle board (now gone), tennis, etc for free but now they charge for bikes too. I’m sorry but when you pay a $30 resort fee daily everything should be included except food.

My family and I have been going here since I was a child, although it was called something different up until a few years ago it’s always a pleasure. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they always make you feel like you’re at home. We go at least once a year and we will continue to go as long as the service stays the same. ❤️

Had an overall fun time. Good for large families. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in your room or the balcony. Wish they offered bottled water as a room feature since they are charging a resort fee. At least 1 round of 6 water bottles upon arrival 😅

This is our favorite resort near Orlando. The ship wreck sallies restaurant and bar has raised its prices dramatically over the past few years, $28 for 4 soft drinks is excessive, plus tip. We stay at this resort several times per year. My wife and I understand how inflation costs must be passed on to consumers but the menu prices have grown significantly over other places.

Multiple unnecessary visits to the main lobby was required due to an odd inability to enter our room (after Multiple "Dublicate" key cards were made per the front desk as a "fix"(?)). This was odd and made limited reasoning since the SAME Key Card accessed the Entry Gate without fail. We repeatedly were left standing outside (in the late night dark) the late evening, with our valuables, dressed in evening dinner attire. Unfortunately, repeatedly had to return to the lobby re: same issue multiple times. Ŵe therefore prepared to leave once gaining access to our personal property that was locked" inside the unit ( from our initial check-in). This ruined the entire getaway expectation. POOR EXPERIENCE Never before experienced at any HILTON Property. One booked occupant is a HHONORS Member - never had such a disappointing and isolating experience while residing as a guest at Hilton. That experience soured what was a great expectation experience at this location.

Check-in was a nightmare. Staff were not helpful. This was a gift weekend for a deserving couple and the staff was unaccommodating at check in regarding credit card, debit card, cash, etc for the resort fee. Surely there's a better system! When we book for gifts, we'll definitely look elsewhere based on the check-in process.

The pictures that they have shown here and on any ither wenbsites for their rooms are completely different when you actually get to property. I got completely different room then what i have booked. Those rooms were very old stains on furniture plus room smell bad.

Rooms were super spacious, we were on the top floor so it also had a raised ceiling which made it feel even bigger. Lots of hangers provided in the closets. I wasn't expecting the in suite washer and dryer which was a bonus! The only thing the kitchen didn't have was a blender. There were a variety of pools and a waterpark suitable for younger kids. Gym was fully equipped with everything needed. The paddleboats were fun and the resort even had a cute sand beach style area to sit and relax, bbq or have a fire. You will want to have a car or rent one if going to the parks and local area as everything is at least a ten minute drive to nearby restaurants or 25-45 mins to the parks and airport.

We booked based on the pictures but the room they provided were not at all what was advertised. They were old and smelly. Old carpet with stains even the furniture had stains. Everything was really bad. It smelled moldy, smoky and terrible. When we went to get a room change and told the manager it was not what we booked she attempted to place us in another room that was exactly the same (old, outdated, not as advertised). I can only imagine what the rest of the property looked like. It was midnight so we did not have a chance to see it, but we weren’t going to stick around to try to find out. We immediately left and had to book another room; thank goodness we found one at that time. Please do not try to attempt and save money thinking that other alternatives like The Grove will be more and not worth it. Trust me it’s worth it. Please do not book here if you’re only attempted to save a couple of hundred dollars you will be heavily disappointed, and miserable. I would say the only saving grace was one sweet front desk clerk who gave my son a happy birthday bag with little goodies.

Aqua Sol has always been a delight to stay with its kitchen, washer and dryer, sofa bed, onsite water park, free parking and proximity to Publix and Aldi grocery stores. It has been our favorite place to stay for the last 15 years and we look forward to our next visit.

Awesome pool area.

The hotel was beautiful. Very nice water park for the kids. Only down side was that the water park pool closed so early for no reason, while the other pools stayed open. If you go to a nearby theme park, by the time you get back to the hotel it’s already closed. They could also use some more security and lighting in the parking lots. There were people smoking marijuana in the parking lot every night. But other than that, a beautiful hotel.

Great start for a family vacation. The rooms don’t get dark due to hallway lights and curtain rods that are set away from the window too far. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

We stayed in one of the townhouses, which was absolutely amazing — spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. It felt like a home away from home, and my son was thrilled to have so much space to celebrate. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool. We spent hours there, and it was a great way for my son to have fun and burn off some birthday energy! Thank you to The Hilton team for helping make his birthday weekend so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back !

My only 2 complaints were no available towels the first trip to the water park and checkout should be 11:00 & not 10:00 a.m. I feel like we are being rushed out. We will return!

The suite was clean and staff was friendly. The place is family friendly. There was a surprise around $200 fee that I didn’t expect. They need to add more kitchen supplies and hand soap, trash bags, more laundry detergent, and dish soap would’ve been helpful specially that we stayed seven nights and we only got two dish, washer, pods, and only two cheap pods of laundry detergent.

The property itself is amazing and we truly loved it. However, one very negative aspect was the check-in process. Guests are required to go to the concierge to obtain a parking ticket, where the staff is extremely insistent on offering “presents” in exchange for attending a sales presentation. This created a very uncomfortable situation, as we were there to enjoy quality family time—not to be pressured into a sales pitch or a long-term resort commitment.
