Pool was not open which was one of the reasons we chose best western

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast my wife and I have ever had (and we have had a lot of hotel breakfasts).

I did not use the amenities that’s why I gave it a four star. The staff and everybody were great there. But, my license plate got stolen in their parking lot. So I had to return my rental car for another which took 2 1/2 hours out of my day.

We booked the more expensive room and when we arrived they gave us the cheaper room that smelled. When I returned to the desk they told me it was a pet room (hence no carpeting). They changed it. When I checked out I asked if they could kindly hold my bag because my husband took the car to a meeting and would pick them up in a couple hours so I did t have to drag them to breakfast meeting. They refused. No willingness to accommodate me. Very disappointing customer service for a Best Western. Follow up email from owners a couple days later was appropriate.

The room was great. Bed and pillows comfortable and clean. I liked the non carpet flooring. Food was only luke warm. The hot tub was not available(broken)

The room was clean. The walls are thin. We could hear the room next door snoring. The bed and pillows weren't that comfortable. The area was safe. There was parking for our truck and trailer along the side fence. Good location.

This location was okay, and the breakfast was the best! They did an amazing job with the food! However, I wish the pool were working or a hot tub. If only the pool and hot tub was running that would have been way better. Hopefully, they fix it soon. If you plan to stay here for the pool or spa, please call and ask if its working before commiting to stay.

Clean room. Refrigerator was not turned up and cold. Multiple rooms that way. Inconvenient due to my medication needed to be refrigerated. Also our food. Smelled marijuana on our arrival and again in the morning in our room. Good breakfast. Also did not get the room we booked through Expedia, no jetted tub.

The hotel was spotless and the staff was friendly. The beds were extremely firm. The breakfast left alot to be desired. There is no fan in the bathroom and with 3 of us taking showers, it got pretty humid in the room. We were only here for 1 night and it is very convenient for what we needed.

Breakfast was decent but they asked for tips,the mattress was too old, when you lay on it, it sink down. Blankets were too thin for the weather. Room was decently clean.

Lobby was full. Receptionist couldn't get people checked in that used a 3rd party reservation center. She stayed on the phone with her manger the entire 37 minutes I stood in line with several other guests. I never checked in. Went down the road and stayed at another location. Sol trying to get my refund.

This property is not worth to stay. Air conditioning was noisy.

Terrible place. I was warned of the no TV but still annoying. Loud and the most uncomfortable bed. Pillows the size of small cushions. when I asked for a regular pillow I was told that corporate only let them use these. 100% won't stay in a best western again.

Affordable easy stay. It was close to the freeway, coffee shop, gas station, and a Walgreens. It wasn’t fancy per se but we didn’t want fancy. Just a place to sleep that was quiet and comfy. This was it!

This was a nice clean motel, very quiet and I enjoyed my stay even though it didn't have vending machines and the ice maker was not working. I will stay there again.

Convenient to freeway, quiet, friendly service, and everything in the room was great. The only downside was that the breakfast was lackluster--overcooked sausage, for example.

The staff wasn’t that pleasant and when we arrived to our room the guest next door had a dog that braked all night until 4am!!!! I went to the front desk around 9:30-10 pm at night to let the front desk know they we can’t sleep and to please move us, they didn’t move us or do anything to accommodate us at all !!!!!! When the guy was checking the room that had the dog he noticed they never let the front desk know about a dog or anything. He said he would call up to their room and it honestly didn’t even seem like he did that ! The dog kept barking and it wasn’t no little dog by the sound of the bark and honestly I don’t even think anyone was in the room!!!! We had enough of the barking and woke up at 4am and decided to leave at 5am to go do some Black Friday shopping since sleep wasn’t an option. We came back to the room and you could smell the dogs pee through the walls and doors. The smell was so bad and we did request late check out do to sleep but canceled and just left early. When I spoke to management they did nothing again to accommodate us or make the situation right. In fact one of the employees said of yea they have a pit bull, and both managers said the second floor wasn’t allowed to have dogs nor was it noted on file. I explained to them everything all they said was they were going to get a dog fee and cleaning fee which wasn’t helpful in my situation at all!!!! We will never be returning to this hotel again !!!! I highly don’t recommend staying here

We woke up to no breakfast. No staff refilled anything , it was disappointing.

Elevator was not functioning the whole time of our stays and days leading to our stay as I did receive a call to notify me it was down. When I got to my room the tv stopped working called front desk to be told to push random buttons and be told that as the said they didn’t know what they were talking about after I tried it and then mentioned they were in the middle of switching providers so hopefully it will come back for you but never did. The tub had a steady drip leaking the whole stay. I was offered another from the second now to the third floor. As it wasn’t hard enough carrying our belongings up flights of stairs to the second floor they wanted us to move them to another flight of stairs. We suffered through and stayed in that room in order to not have to pack up and move rooms.

The front desk was not particularly friendly, no wiggle room for late check out, even with lots of empty rooms, breakfast was mediocre at best, the elevator was broken, which was okay or us, but other guests could definitely have benefited from it working properly.

The lobby was nice looking but that was about it. The elevator was broken. For nearly $300 a night: The bathroom door hit the floor and wouldn’t shut. All pillows identical, as cheap as they come. The barking dog in the next room went right through the paper this walls. The breakfast was cheap (e.g., soggy home fries). A paper check-in system that seem to be the cause of my given the wrong room key. I found that out when I opened the door and someone laying on the bed yelled out “wrong room!” I have had terrible luck with Best Westerns Oregon. Over priced with lots of problems. I travel a lot and unfortunately sometimes they are the only option. I’d feel more forgiving if the price was 50% less but for premium prices it needs to be a premium hotel.

They need to put courtesy reminders around the property for guests and employees to respect that not everyone is up at 7 am , and don't appreciate the yelling from rooms and up and down the hall. Asinine and unnecessary was the ruckus outside of the room.

The elevator was out of service, which was very inconvenient for the amount of things I needed to bring up to my 2nd floor room…and back down for checkout. Not to mention the 5 AM and 8:30 PM potty time for pet. Per area was small, but clean and well supplied. The west outer door key entry didn’t work either. The breakfast prep and staff was clean, well stocked and hot!!

Upon arrival the staff was friendly. After that the front desk was not. The elevator is broken and has been for some time. Therefore I had to lug my belongings up two flights of stairs. The tv isn’t updated to streaming. You can hear people all night long.

The property was average. The noise coming from the room above was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. It sounded as if there was a stampede running back and forth all night. Constant loud bangs as if they were throwing a bowling ball or jumping off the bed. Started after midnight for several hours then again before 7am. Worst night of sleep. I feel like others have to have heard this. And the room must be destroyed.

Now, take all that chaos and remove any trace of soundproofing. You’ll hear it all: the freeway hum, late-night pancake disputes, every cough from the urgent care, and your neighbors’ conversations like they’re sitting on your bed. Bonus: At exactly 5:30 a.m., your room fills with the aggressive aroma of brined bacon from the complimentary breakfast. Hope you like waking up hungry and confused. Décor? Let’s just say the curtains and the furniture may have witnessed the moon landing live. Unless you’re a rat trying to escape the rain, or an insomniac with a bacon fetish, maybe keep driving. Or sleep in your car.

Elevator was broken, I had a 3rd floor room. A few other things were not in working order. For one of the nicer hotels in town it seemed runned down.Staff was great and the breakfast was good but for the price I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Basic hotel. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great for a basic hotel experience. Hot tub did not have chlorine smell so we avoided it.

Not quiet, it was pretty loud at night with people walking and talking loud.

Too noisy

Everything was nice but the pretty stiff bed and the rooms AC didn’t have a vent mode nor did the bathroom didn’t have a fan to fan/vent out all of the moisture making the room damp or have a constant thick air

Wonderful room on the 2nd floor .Comfortable bed and nice linen. Very disappointing the elevator was broken and had carry suitcases up the stairs!! Breakfast was good in the morning.

We were there for golf. The hotel was conveniently located, the room was quiet and clean, and the bed comfortable. But the elevator was out of service so we had to carry luggage and golf clubs up two flights of stairs.

We came for a golf practice run so we had a lot to carry and the elevators were broken, for the price of the room we were disappointed how below average it was. The television was so small like a monitor for a computer. The room was clean so that was good.

It’s great for the quick over night stay.

If all you need is a clean place to stay look no more. Breakfast is nice even though there is a restaurant across the hotel. It might not be the Ritz but it will do the job for a night or two.

Prior to checking in, I called the hotel many times but nobody answered. When we got to the hotel, nobody was there that we have to ring the bell. At night of our stay, the fire alarm went off. We hurriedly came out of the room. we wanted to know what happened but Nobody cared to inform us what happened. We checked in with then front desk and told us somebody was playing around. It should've been better if they told us right away instead of waiting on the lobby.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was nice and respectful. The environmental staff was great, always having the rooms cleaned and garbage taken out. Breakfast was awesome as well.

1st time ive ever seen a fresh yogurt machine! It was delicious & the toppings were a nice touch. The attendant was ver attentive & friendly.

The breakfast was the poorest we have had. We always stay at Best western but never this one again. We just live down the road from it. The attendant at night was great. The attendant during morning spent all her time on her cell phone and refused to give me a simple bottle of water. Oh well never again.

We really enjoyed coming to this hotel. It’s in a quiet zone and close to the outlet stores. The hotel is also very well maintained and with good upgrades. Would definately stay again
