Room was clean but the property is outdated.

They had a wide variety to choose from for breakfast. And it was all good. The room was clean. The staff were great.

Everything was great

The staff (Marcus) not courteous. When I asked him about how to get a receipt, he say he has nothing to answer because we booked through Expedia, then I questioned why and he said that he can refuse us to stay there and can cancel our room. Very rude!

The room was outdated, there was a hole in the sofa chair, the curtains were stained, and the shower insert was poorly installed. We could tell when the upstairs toilet was used, the flushed water echoed in our room. The night staff could have been friendlier. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great every morning. Hot entrees were bacon or sausage and eggs with biscuits and country gravy. In the weekends they had muffins as well. The staff was helpful when I extended my stay by a day.

This hotel is conveniently located for our visit to the city, and the staff were very friendly. My only major issue was the bed—the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable, and it was the same in both rooms our family booked.

It was adequate for our needs. Heater didn’t work in original room, so they switched us to another room. Remote didn’t work in new room, but we figured out how to adjust TV manually. We were too tired by that point. Staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly, room was fantastic, three queen beds for $160 and it was clean with a full kitchen and it was perfect for grandparents and four grandkids and breakfast.

There was white staining on a dark-colored upholstered chair. After showering & using the towels to dry off, there was someone else's hair all over my body from the towels.

Room was clean with the exception of sticky bathroom door where everyone has touched - yucky. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good with exception to the sausage nuggets. Clean dining area and plenty of tables.

Our room was very clean, the staff on all shifts was excellent! Breakfast was very good every day. The next time we are in Woodburn we will stay here again.

There's some people stayed in the room next door to me who are up all night long making a ridiculous amount of noise. Screaming slamming doors, TV on full blast. I called to complain about it too management but nothing happened

The staff were very courteous and the room was clean…but the facility needs a serious re-model / facelift…has a worn and dated look…pipes in the walls would rattle and screech when too much hot water was being used…the beds were reasonable comfortable but the sheets were itchy and scratchy…the a/c / heater had a musty smell for about 1-minute when you would turn it on

It was located next to the outlet mall. Property is showing its age and the hotel needs to be renovated. Other than that great staff l, parking is well lit and location is great. I would recommend breakfast to have eggs, potatoes and either sausages or bacon.

Clean and easy to get to with plenty of parking. We went down for breakfast 30 minutes after it stared. There was only cold cereal, toast, bagels and fruit. It was fine for what it was, but not what I expected as advertised for breakfast. Also, charged a $100 deposit upon check in. It was never mentioned anywhere before I showed up. It was credited back the day after check out, but it was a $100 surprise I didn't expect.

Breakfast items not timely. Had to remind staff to add already eaten products. Coffee was always cold.

The check-in clerk was immediately responsive in changing our rooms after walking into our first room and discovered issues. He was excellent in world class client service! The hotel is lucky to have him as an employee!

We loved staying here for a few nights. It was a very comfortable room with excellent staff (we loved Marcos!) Anytime we needed anything, the 24-hour desk was very accommodating, which was such a great benefit! I totally recommend staying here, especially with all of the fun attractions and food options nearby. We encountered key card issues a few times. We had to exchange our key twice because it wouldn't let us into our room, which was somewhat inconvenient. Besides that, our room had two toilet paper rolls. After the first one was used, we were about to replace it with the backup one, but it was covered in mold. Although that threw me off, the hotel staff were quick to replace it and apologize.

The housekeepers were extremely noisy and came into our room at 9:00 in the morning while we were still sleeping I said no and then they proceeded to talk very loudly and I feel be rude up and down the hall at 9:00 a.m. in the morning which is not even close to check out time still had 2 hours even though we were staying another night.

Amenities need some upgrades

We stayed in "the apartment" with 3 beds. Great idea for families, but if you plan on doing meals there, bring all of your own tools. There was a fair selection of pots and pans, but oven pans were entirely lacking, and cooking and eating utensils and cups and plates were slim pickings. It would also be uncomfortable dining, with two bar stools, an office chair, and an oversized arm chair for seating. My children commented that the stools and bar area were sticky as well. More detailed attention was needed in cleaning the restroom as well. I found a hair on the shower tile and debris on the floor behind the door, but otherwise it was clean. The apartment is nicely set up with a queen in a "master" room that locks, but that bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. The two queens in the common area seemed ok, but they are directly under skylights, which could be interesting trying to sleep in the mornings. We were up before dawn each morning, so we can't say. Finally, the worst was the noise. The room is right next to the lobby, and we could hear everything from there, noisy people in the hallway, and the TV in the fitness room in the next room over.

The room has windows positioned at a half-basement level, allowing visibility of the ground outside. There is an unpleasant odor present. Although this is described as the first floor, the conditions resemble those of a basement unit.

First room they checked me into the toilet wasn’t working. My mother’s room the shower curtain rod was not even attached. The manager was noncompliant and rude when I approached her about the issues of my stay and wanted a credit. There was unsafe equipment in the breakfast area. Most of the staff could not even speak English, so they wouldn’t even talk to you if you had a question. My room was dirty in the bathtub and there was hair in the bed. The shower curtain was tattered and had holes. The breakfast food was disgustingly greasy un- cooked bacon. The male employee that checked me in was wearing a dirty playboy sweatshirt (what a horrible first impression).

We got to our room and asked for extra bedding. The front desk staff said that housekeeping was gona and she did not have access to any sheets and blankets. How are you a hotel without access to any extra sheets and blankets?

The AC nor heater were both not working, i did call and they advised us to move rooms but we were too tired since we checked in around 11pm.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from your neighbour. Heating is provided by a window AC unit and is very loud. The breakfast was great.

Maria did a really good job of keeping plenty of breakfast items available to customers. The bed was comfortable and the area was quieter than expected being just off the highway overall it was a very good value and I plan on staying there again next time I’m visiting family in Oregon.

Staff was the only plus. Hotel is disgusting. Carpet was nasty, no shower curtain, sink was clogged, and i could go on but whats the point.

I booked a room that said it slept 5 and I indicated that there were 4 adults and a 15 year old. I got a room that was 2 queen beds and that is it. No pull out couch or chair to sleep the 5th person. I questioned at the front desk after seeing our room and they said no it was just a standard queen room, no couch. 30 or so minutes after checking in the front desk called to say that we could switch rooms and go to 1 that would accommodate all of us, but this was almost 1am and we had already unpacked, 1 was in the shower and 1 was already in bed. Thankfully we had a cot in our truck that we set up in the room.

The exterior is in great shape. The interior is becoming very dated. Painting the corridors and replacing the doors to the guest rooms would be a great help in updating the facility.

Was on the road and reserved a room late at night. Got too the hotel around 3 in the morning and the clerk told me cancelled my room. I asked if they had any rooms left and she said yes but at a much higher rate. She refused to help me in any way. She was more interested in chatting with the young man that was flirting with her in the office. We ended up having to sleep in the car.

At times I had to use my shoulder to ram open the door. It literally looks like a glorified motel six. The iron didn't work and even if it did , the bottom of it was all black , the breakfast at best was a five out of ten. The overall of the place is a one star that is not a $175 a night motel.That's at best a ninety nine or a hundred dollar a night hotel

Nice part about the hotel is its convenience to the mall, restaurants, and freeway. The beds were very comfortable, but for these prices youre better off staying at the Holiday Inn and suits. The prices went up and quality of the hotel went down!

It was for a leizure. The hotel is right next to the Woodburn Outlets, which is the reason we chose it.

My only complaint is that the elevator is at the opposite end of the building from the check-in desk.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice staff, breakfast was alright. Love that we were walking distance from restaurants and the mall.

But it’s the staff that will keep us coming back! With retiring next year, my dear husband and I have some road trips and travel plans coming up! We already talked about it this morning that we will be looking for and staying at La Quinta every chance we get!

The coffee machine in the room was pretty gross

The only drawback is it's on a road that you hear all the cars, motorcycles and emergency vehicles going by. Other than that, it was great.

It was good for my 1 night stay.

First night was terrible after traveling for two days with no sleep got woke up with a malfunctioning fire alarm then had to go stand in the cold at 2:30 am

I got an email a day before my arrival for online check in. I did the online check in and upgraded my room for a 2-bed, but I got disappointed that the room has only 1-bed and I booked for 3-adults. The bed was only good for 2-adult, I ask for extra bed but they don't have. Our stay was not really comfortable due to the small bed for 3. I will not book with La Quinta again even if it's cheaper and the breakfast was good.

It was a fine property for the night. Room was clean, door to the room stuck everytime I tried to enter. PreChecking In Online is a waste of time, you have to do it all over again at the counter.

This is a good place to stay if you are shopping at the outlets. Lots of options for food within walking distance

It was good. I requested allergy free, unscented laundry detergent, no down pillows. I think the sheets were fine, but 3 of the 4 pillos i had were down. I double checked with the person at check in and she said that she saw the notation and it should be, but it wasn't. She did say to contact them if i needed anytjing and I didnt, so that is also partially my fault. But the cleaner used was also very strong smelling. I know that is difficult to help.

The property was fine, not great and not terrible, a little worn and the area around seemed a little sketchy but we didn’t have problems but had we known about the location we would have chosen a different place. Lastly, the check in staff was unfriendly.

Toilet seat and height is always loose and low respectively. Tp is always cheap and hard to reach and grab bars are always scarce or nonexistent.

The hotel stunk so bad of marijuana I thought I was at a Willie Nelson concert. The reflection on the hotel is you have policies so either enforce them or just be a smoking hotel. The smell was bad other then that it as a satisfactory stay.

It was as a good value for us. We had kids so needed 3 rooms. Our room was as clean. Our phone in our room didn’t work so I had to cannot the front desk on my cellphone. When I mentioned the phone the gentleman completely ignored the information. I called regarding how to use the wi-Fi. He said it would be easier to come down to the front desk and he would do it for me because it was hard to explain over the phone. Since I wam wearing a walking boot my husband went and didn’t know how to show me because the gentleman at the desk had done it. Maybe explain the Wi-Fi upon checking in to make it mor convenient for guests. Other then that no complaints, the free breakfast offered plenty of options!

The room is ok. My room on the first floor had mild damp and stale smell ( half of it underground). I had to open the window and turn on the fan in shower room.

Tried to check in at 430, went up to the room, and the door had been kicked in and would no longer shut or lock. We couldn't get another room as they were fully booked and we had to find something to do with ourselves until 930 when maintenence fixed the door so it would lock.

Finallt lights went out when i tried to iron a shirt. was not restored until i came back at the end of the day so I had to shower in dark and get ready in the morning in the dark. Finally there was a noisy dog barking one night.

This was a quick stop for an overnight stay on a longer trip. This hotel was easy to access from the highway and fit our needs. It was a good place to stay.

Went to call the front desk, no phone in room. Had to walk down to switch rooms. After the room switch, the next room was better, even had a detachable shower head, glass door instead of the old tub, shower curtain setup of the first room. Breakfast was straight from a box but okay. Customer service was fine. My other hotel was a Holiday Inn Express, it was a lot better.

My room smelled like old stale beer and cigs. We also had a lovely colony of ants kept us company. The ants were a problem for the other people in my group that stayed in other rooms in the hotel. It’s cheap and I would not choose to stay here again, if it’s my choice.

Everything I needed was within easy walking distance.

It didn’t seem like our room was cleaned at all after the last guest.

However, neighboring guests clearly smoked as there were cig butts all over. All the trash cans in the parking lot were filled and bags of trash were already bagged up next to them and ready to be disposed of. Some trash was blowing around the parking lot (little Caesar’s boxes, in n out cups, etc) We were only there a day but nothing got taken out during our stay. Dirty linens were in piles by rooms, and some had blown out into the parking lot soaking in the rain and whatever was on the asphalt. A couple of the guests were extremely loud and inconsiderate, talking loudly and hanging outside until past midnight making it damn near impossible to sleep. There were also clearly dogs on the “no pets allowed” property as they were barking in the morning.

Breakfast was another thing, no juices, water or even coffee. Apparently things will get fixed on Monday but that was not satisfactory. Also I notice that there was a grey pick-up truck parked in the Handicapped parking for 2 days. There was no handicapped placement card or even a handicapped license plate. I notified the front desk but the clerk just blew it off and she said it was probably a worker that worked there. This proves and shows that people do not respect people with disabilities and/or do they care to do quality work.

Bed was new and excellent. Sheets were excellent. Pillow options (soft to hard) were excellent. Decor was modern. Bathtub in room is a plus, however the water temperature wasn't very hot and the flow restrictor on the shower head is unfortunate, but better than a dribble.

Located in very convenient location, lots of dining options, adjacent to outlet mall. Clean & quiet. Staff very pleasant, respectful & ready to help.
