It was nearby an event we had to attend. It was not clean. My mother’s room had garbage in the garage can, pillows smelled like perfume, there were pimple patches ON THE WALL next to the bed and the room REAKED like pot!!! It was as if someone was coming in it, smoking and then leaving. We were on the bottom floor. Perhaps that’s the floor that’s not updated?? Or really looked at etc , but never again!

Our stay was very comfortable, the room clean. Staff very friendly. Only thing that I think could use improving would be breakfast. Maybe offer pastries bagels for those that don't want pancakes.

Room was small but clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. It was a little noisy outside but we drowned out the noise with the AC unit. The pool looked good, we just didn't bring suits. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing. They had 2 kinds of yogurt, one type of granola bar, bananas, juice machine, coffee, cocoa packages, pancake machine and syrup. Good place to stay and they have very reasonable rates.

Room was very clean. I was looking forward to the pool in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working and the pool looked cloudy as if it wasn’t clean. I don’t think I’ll be staying there anymore. Unfortunately, the bed was a little hard and there was no conditioner for my hair. And no iron little things make the difference in the room.

The place was pretty rundown, but mostly clean. The breakfast was terrible , they ran out of almost everything and the lady at the front desk was very rude and refused to replace things. There was only pancake maker and oatmeal and beverages to start.

The bed was so lumpy, loud environment, old and dingy. Was not a restful stay, the "free breakfast " was picked over and cook for yourself. Not worth the time or experience.

The rooms are not clean and very noisey. The hotel has not refunded my deposit and refuse to help me get it back or help in any way shape or form. I cannot even get through to anyone helpful by phone. I was on a call for over a half hour and transffered three times with no one able or willing to help me.

If the hot tub was out of commission, but everything else was great, I still had a comfortable and easy time. I swam five laps in the pool.

The room was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast consisted of coffee, pancakes, granola bars and yogurt.

The night desk clerk was awsome. Nice man took care of all of our needs. The room was somewhat old and dated. Breakfast was less then steller. A pancake or a yogurt. Candy bar or a banana. Coffee or juice.

This is a decent hotel for the price. The heat was not working in our assigned room however, the office person was quick to assign us a new room. The blow dryer did not work in the new room and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. But other than that, the room was adequate, the hot tub was nice, and beds were decent. I'd stay here again.

All the plumbing was bad as the sink didnt drain and workers had to come in twice to fix, the toilet kept clogging and bathtub drained so slow. The hot tub did not work. But the worst part being we booked as breakfast was included and we had 2 early long days planned. The breakfast was only a pancake maker and orange/apple juice. No fruit and no proteins. No milk or anything nutritional. Staff was nice and polite and they are the only reason for a 2 star instead of 1

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The only things I have a complaint over is the breakfast. Literally all there was for breakfast were pancakes, oatmeal, banana, yogurt, coffee and juice (apple and orange). Not much to choose from but we made due and the jets didn't work on the hot tub but was still warm. Other than that out stay was great.

Their beds lack stability. As I attempted to sit down to fall asleep, the bed shifted, making me lose balance and end up on the floor.

The pictures of the hotel were very deceiving. Staff was nice! The hotel was very outdated. Our room tv didn’t work upon arrival and our heater was broken. They offered to switch our room, but we chose not to because my family was in the room next to me. My daughter enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub wasn’t working. The breakfast provided was a joke. Overall, if you don’t plan on staying long, it’s affordable and the location is very convenient.

Excellent value for the money

The room was clean, the TV worked well and had HDMI ports free for me to hook up a gaming console. But the bed springs were SO NOISY. My wife and I tried to enjoy some adult activities and the squeaking of the mattress was so loud we stopped and moved off the bed. Not ideal.

The staff were very friendly; however, the overall facility is old and poorly maintained. There was no hairdryer, and there were holes in the bathroom walls. The carpet in the common areas was heavily worn and almost black from dirt buildup, which made the environment feel very unclean. The rooms themselves were also outdated and not properly cleaned. I would not stay at this facility again.

The bed was uncomfortable. I paid cash for the room and they asked for a card for a deposit. I gave them my debit card. When I’m checking out the lady tells me that it will take 10+ days for them to release the $100 they put in there for the deposit. Had I known that I would have used my debit for the room and the cash for the deposit. The lady was rude at the front desk. We will not be going back

I had an extremely hard time sleeping here as the walls were paper thin and I guess were very loud at talking late at night and early in the morning. There was sketchy people outside and people sneaking a group of people into their room.

The hot tub was hot but, no bubbles. Comfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. It smelled clean just walking into the lobby. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. The beds were very firm. I still slept good. I would definitely stay here again.

Prettt gross when it came to the cleanliness. Stains on all the towels. Black hairs in the room and all over the bathroom, even on the towels. The edges around the bathroom were grimy and dusty.

Outside property looked OK The guy behind the counter wore no kind of uniform or identifiers, his was dressed for the local watering hole. He seemed to put off that i was there. Perhaps hire people with personality or at least a better demeanor. Company still has the silly‘Rona plexiglass up. The entire pool/hot tub area didn’t look like it had been swept or cleaned for at least two years, the jets didn’t work on the hot tub, the emergency exit sign was nonexistent/bear wires, and there was a cover missing for one of the filter holes at the bottom of the hot tub, which meant there was a 10“ x 10“ hole at the bottom of the hot tub. The pool deck was gross. The room was OK, it was generally clean and everything worked. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel is old and shows its age. Halls are stuffy and the first floor smells heavily of cigarette smoke. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was not very friendly. The breakfast offering is beyond meager. Hotel room was very dark, poor lighting. No clothing iron in room. Only ice vending is on first floor. The television remote was broken and the TV is old and small.

There was sugar ants in the bathtub. But no biggie I washed them down the drain. Overall our 3 day stay was fantastic! Staff was great got us in our rooms right away. Even though the hotel was packed me and my family slept peacefully in both rooms. Thank you

I received a room smelling very strong pet odor, requested a change and found that someone was smoking in there. Overall cleanliness was worse, and the rate was so high. Bleach smell upon entering the lobby. I will not stay at this motel. Only thing was decent was the breakfast.

We have found that the Super 8 in Woodburn is a great pace to stay.

Quite, comfy, clean, close to work

Room was ok. Gave a nice appearance overall, but some areas showed their age. Heating/air conditioning unit was noisy and continued noise on and off throughout the night. Overall not worth the money I paid.

Front desk staffs are very nice. The room itself is very old. Bed is super squeaky. Makes loud noise with just turning. My daughter usually toss and turns before she falls asleep and the noise kept her awake for a while. Overall, clean room.

We stayed at the Super 8 in Woodburn, OR, and overall it was an okay experience, but there were a few important issues worth mentioning. First, the continental breakfast was very light—no eggs or meat options at all. Just pancakes, bananas, oatmeal, yogurt, and juice. It felt more like a snack than a full meal. The bigger issue was the reservation. I had booked the room about 12 days in advance through Expedia, specifically requesting an ADA-accessible room. But when we arrived, the motel had no record of it. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with Expedia just to ensure our reservation was fulfilled. The room I originally requested and paid for wasn’t available, which was especially disappointing given the importance of ADA accommodations. To be fair, this seemed to be Expedia’s error, not the hotel’s. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, courteous, and did their best to assist. However, the room above us was very loud—we could hear every step, which made it difficult to relax. All in all, not a terrible stay, but not a smooth or restful one either. We probably wouldn’t return unless no other options were available in the area.

Bathroom was not clean, hair in the sink, long hair in the bed, water in shower took forever to go down, standing in a out 3 inches of water, breakfast had basically no choices, pancakes, oatmeal, banana and yogurt. I didn’t eat.

So, They are super cheap and I guess you pay for what you get. My fault. Dog poop in the elevator. Sticky floors. Stinky 2nd floor like tobacoo mixed with Marijuana and they are all non smoking rooms.

The property was nice and affordable for the night. The girls enjoyed the pool. They have a horrible breakfast that consisted of some yogurt coffee and oatmeal. They said they would have pancakes but the patrons couldn’t figure out how to use the machine. Luckily there is lots of food options within walking distance. Our friends room had a leaking broken toilet. They weren’t offered a refund or anyone to look at it. They just told them they can leave or stay. So they had to turn the water off in the toilet and make sure they took pictures. We couldn’t fine two rooms somewhere else. I expected them to at least offer a discount.

I book hotels pretty much based on whether or not they have breakfast - breakfast (a "Super Breakfast) was advertised but the hotel said they haven't offered it for over five years. Not okay.

We booked a queen bed room and the hotel supplied a double bed. I was informed that the manager believes that a double bed is a queen bed so there's no solution. Would not stay again

The room itself was fairly clean. The pool and the hot tub left a lot to be desired. The beds were super uncomfortable. The water in the shower would not turn off the remote control to the TV did not work when asked for a replacement remote we did not get one. The door did not close all the way the door down stairs to exit was broken. The emergency exit in the pool area was bolted. Closed zero out of 10 would recommend will not go back.

The motel is in a great area.Our bed was hard and the jacuzzi didn't work right.Refrigerator didn't have a top section for freezer.

Based on the reviews, I was expecting a little bit more modern and clean. The rooms are definitely worn. How about weird smell I think for the price it wasn’t really worth it. I would’ve paid a little more and stayed somewhere. I felt like I didn’t have to use my own bedding on the sheets. It did feel safe. It has a pool that seemed clean. I didn’t use it and the continental breakfast is instant oat milk, and Walmart granola bars. I definitely wouldn’t pay over $100 for the room. It’s worth maybe 75 to 80.

& we were able to open our window. The fridge & microwave worked properly. The entrance was convenient. However the breakfast was v-e-r-y simple: no meat, eggs, biscuits or gravy.

This hotel is located right behind a McDonalds, within walking distance. Also across the freeway from the outlets. The stay was comfortable, however the pillows are small. 3 per bed. The carpet in the hallways need to be restretched. They cause a tripping hazard for those with mobility issues. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was exceptionally nice.

Everything was good except for the continental breakfast all they had was bananas, yogurt, and hot oatmeal. No milk, no muffins, no cold cereal they should not list free breakfast on their website. I wasn't happy with it.

I booked a stay for the tulip festival. I became sick and had to cancel. The expedia site would not let me cancel. I had to make several calls. Called the Hotel to be told to call Expedia. Finally got a hold of Expedia . Then was told I would have to pay to cancel due to the hotel being a NON CANCELATION hotel. It was a awful. I will never book with expedia or this hotel chain ever again.

It was a family stay with Kids. had booked 2 rooms 1 was Okey and the other room was suffocating and was smelling. couldn't sleep the night. There was no breakfast. though it was part of the booking.

Nice hotel but illness had us stay an extra day. The rate for the extra day was nearly double what i had paid the night previous. That said beds where comfy and pleasant enough. But i definitely would not pay the $160 i had to pay for the extra night. It was not that level of comfort.

“Breakfast” was pretty much non-existent; only coffee, juice, oatmeal & old bananas. Swimming pool closed early. Rooms were outdated & bathroom fixtures broken. Should have payed half the price than I paid.

We stay here every year on our annual plant pick-up trip, largely because of location and being able to have our dog. It's always been a great place to stay, and at a great price.

Breakfast was disappointing. The advertising showed a waffle maker but there were no hot foods such as eggs and sausage, they only had cereal in a pouch and some other cold items. We went to have breakfast at 8:30 AM. I recently stayed at the Motel 8 in Albany, OR, and they had eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy. It was not very lush, but very acceptable for the price.

Run down place with old furnishings. We arrived and the window was open while it was 43 F outside. I realize next morning after having closed it, it’s because they were airing out the room of an old, musky smell. They have cheap wall scent infusers. People sensitive to chemicals and allergies beware of that. Walls are so thin. There was an after midnight check in and it sounded as though elephants were in the room above us. Bed is not comfortable. The sheets are nice though. The tub was deep and had hot water so that was appreciated. I have an anxious German shepherd and she slept comfortably here so that was also a plus

I requested a king bed ground floor due to disability but they only had 1 and it was booked. So we had to stay on 2nd floor. They do have elevator but it was down the hall from our room
