They had breakfast sandwiches that were really good! Room very clean

Beds to soft, no exhaust fans in bathroom, bathroom light didn’t work and room was too close to freeway noise, cockroach in bathroom.

We really appreciated how accommodating the staff was, which allowed us to spend quality time visiting with our daughter and grand daughters who live in Yuma. Service was great all around. Enjoyed the breakfast selection, the fitness center, and we had a great time at the pool. We had a great visit and did not have any issues.

get the earplugs to sit in my ear so I just put up with the noise. So I didn't much sleep. It was nice of the gentleman at the desk to deliver to my room. put up with the noise. Thats get was was so loud. Sounded like the traffi.

The check in was great and I forgot the gentleman’s name that checked us in but he was so nice and charismatic. In the evening my daughter and I went swimming and luckily we had grabbed our own pool towels before going to the pool because there weren’t any pool towels down there… When I went inside to ask for some I couldn’t find anybody who worked there around anywhere. Then we used the pool again in the morning after breakfast and there were still no towels out in the pool area in the towel bin. At the breakfast buffet that everyone had raved about, they had no creamer for the coffee, they were pretty much out of the dark roast so they only had decaf and then didn’t have much food set out for the buffet. My daughter and I love the buffets at hotels and we were so disappointed in this “buffet”. Yes I understand it was a Friday morning which is a weekday and there were not that many people in the hotel but still the people that were there paid for their nights stay and could have had a little more breakfast and at least coffee. Then when we went to check out, we tried carrying all of our stuff in 1 trip cause the front desk staff was using the luggage cart for their kitchen supplies and looked annoyed when I asked to use the guest cart. The front desk lady rolled her eyes when I asked to check out. We wont be here again.

It was excellent, comfortable, and cozy. My partner and I enjoyed our stay.

Guest services was outside smoking when I drove up to check in, seemed put out that she has to tend to business. Room was about as close to the highway as you could get. Bathroom looked a little warn. I met Bill Marriott during two grand openings. Not sure it would meet his standards.

Great customer service very helpful about change in plans due to flight cancellation. Sent maintenance man to pick me up from airport because service didn’t run that day.

The stay was average. I expect more from a Marriott property. The breakfast choices were limited and not enough choices for family’s with small children.

The property is quite dated. The carpet in the rooms feels musty and older. The staff was very friendly and very helpful but I would not stay at this property or recommend it.

This is a pretty nice place. I would stay here again. The breakfast is simple but there’s a nice 24 hour diner within walking distance.

Very nice staff. Hotel seems a little old though and a lot of things were broken (including most of the machines in the gym and a barely working elevator). Would expect much more from a hotel charging so much.

Great location and very nice staff and hotel. A long travel day and road noise from the nearby highway made it a less comfortable stay than desired. I take responsibility for the long travel day, but the highway noise was pretty bad.

I always stay here when traveling west. However, I will gave to reconsider staying here in the future because of the EXTREMELY high nightly room fees. There are plenty of other options in Yuma.

It was not posted anywhere in the hotel that there was no towel or room cleaning. The bed wasn’t very comfy…about a 6/10.

When I first got there, my first room was right next to the elevator. When I went downstairs to get another room, the room they gave me was on the far end next to the freeway. The freeway noise was so loud. It was tough to get to sleep. I won’t be going back to this hotel!

Check in was longer than necessary for my liking. The person ahead of me took about 10 minutes. Mines took almost 10 minutes. She said she had to enter all my info into their system from Expedia.

The staff was absolutely helpful, polite, and kind. I booked this room for my spouse who was running late due to some issues with the rental van and then heavy rain preventing loading. I called and the front desk staff were absolutely kind with information and allowing for a later check-in. He said the property was lovely and he was well cared for and said the room was fantastic and he was comfortable with no issues.

The young lady at the counter asked at what floor we wanted our room. We said it didn’t matter. She gave us a room on the first floor. It was a handicap ♿️ room which we didn’t think it was bad until we got into the shower. It was very uncomfortable to shower in it. This hotel had a convenient location but we had higher expectations since it’s one of the most expensive ones in the area.

Hotel is great for overnight travelling. Very clean and well appointed, but rooms are small. Not a lot of space for extra luggage. Convenient to freeway, restaurants, etc.

Nice entry ambience. Room was nice and clean, shower was nice and modern. I absolutely loved the bed, pillows and comforter. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I only stayed 5 hours, didn’t have time to checkout anything else.

Enjoyed my stay! room was clean. Just had one run-in with an employee on the front desk, said I had to walk myself down to the main lobby and get toilet paper, she was only able to get me one roll because she couldn’t leave the front desk. This was a little inconvenient, she was a bit rude about it.
