Bed and room was very comfortable. Easy access. Shower and br floor was very slippery. Extreme fall hazard. We only had 2 towels and had to use one so we wouldn't slip.

The property itself appears to be in need of refurbishment and modernization. Our room presented with an unpleasant odor, and the bedding and pillows were notably uncomfortable, leading to a perception of substandard accommodation. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment.

Had key issues with first room we tried to check into. We were put in another room. Seem short staffed. Breakfast was a disappointment. Hardly anything left or replenished when we went down for breakfast at 9:00. Person working in breakfast area was over at the front desk chatting with person behind desk. Someone went to get her to ask for a fork as there were none.

I did not like the velvetta cheese in the egg omelet. The hash browns were cold. I've had much better continental breakfasts, it was adequate but not excellent.

Very clean and comfortable beds!! The breakfast had some options, ex, you make waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, apples, bananas, oranges, juices. The morning we were there, they had sausage patties, hash browns, and egg omelet. The front desk staff were friendly. It was a quick overnight stay, so we didn't utilize the pool or gym, but they looked adequate and clean. I did not like the velvetta cheese in the egg omelet. The hash browns were cold. The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. I didn’t call guest serve since we had gotten woken up we might as well get ready and check out

Best hotel value in Yuma! Not only does this property offer a swimming pool, hottub, pool table, and exercise room, but every amenity is clean, well-maintained, and 100% fully-functioning! Every staff member we encountered (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) were all genuinely friendly, kind, and professional. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the bath towels were plush. With ample free parking and a Cracker Barrel just across the parking lot, what more could you want? You’ll be glad you chose Wingate by Wyndom Yuma … definitely a 10!

Enough parking space right in front of the hotel so I felt safe to park. The hotel is located in an area with multiple other chain hotels. Bedding was nice, breakfast was good (nothing too special). I would stay here again.

At our recent stay we enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was on the second floor & away from the elevator as requested but was not away from the road noise as requested. The shower was also very difficult to use as the pull lever to activate the shower was incredibly hard to pull I was not able to fully engage the water flow to the shower head which was not only frustrating but supplied a dismal amout of water out of the shower head. At breakfast the coffee was lukewarm at best, the fruit was not very fresh and the orange juice was quite sour.

Loved this hotel! We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and happy hour! Room was clean, and close to restaurants too.

Didn’t do hot tub because it was busy when we wanted to go. Pool looked a bit merky but we didn’t swim anyway.

The bed was very comfortable and liked having a fridge and microwave. Found the fan in the bathroom is loud and comes on with the light so no option to not have it on! Hard to have a quiet soak in the tub with a loud fan. Just a thought two switches for the option. Otherwise liked the location for walking in downtown Yuma and easy access to freeways and connecting streets for ease of travel. Would stay again.

It’s walking distance to Burger Theory. Highly recommend! We were unable to use the outdoor pool due to windy conditions blowing leaves,sand etc. Mother Nature Overall good place to stop and stay

Room and breakfast was not great

The room was ok. The carpet has seen better days and the bathroom was not ver clean. The corners of the floor and the sink definitely needed a good scrubbing. The AC worked great and the bed was pretty comfortable. When we checked in and out, the staff acted like they couldn't be bothered with our presence. They weren't unfriendly per se, just not friendly or smiling. No please, no thank you. The price was reasonable, but with so many other hotels in the close vicinity, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Online pre check was a waste of my time. I had to do it again at arrival. Something about the computer didn't always work. Hotel was clean, quiet and as expected.

Room was very clean, however, we did not like all the extra "stuff" in the handicapped shower. We did not ask for a handicapped shower and it took up quite a bit of room. Tjey did not offer dairy free eggs and the potatoes had a spiciness to them. We ate elsewhere on our 2nd day.

The room was nice & cool as I checked in as it was very hot outside. The front desk had a cooler box with adult beverages but are priced on the high end side to enjoy a beverage. Breakfast was good but could be better if the eggs were made with or without cheese. Coffee server with breakfast was excellent.

Unwilling to accommodate request at check in, to check out after four days instead of five. The fifth night could have been a Wyndhams at a different city.My CC will be billed accordingly. This will reflect my choice to not stay at Wyndhams again.

Wingate is always our favorite stay while in Yuma. Their nightly rates are very reasonable which includes a very comfortable bed, pillows, and fresh linens. The evening happy hour is a plus (2 free beers or wine and chips). As for dining choices, there are numerous restaurants within 10mins walking distance or very short drive down the street. Highly recommend to anyone wanting more bang for your buck.

Shower did not work. And it was so frozen up that it was clear that it hadn’t worked for some time. So you have unpacked, undressed, and go to take a shower, but no shower. Nobody changes rooms after all that. They knew. Shame on them.

The pool area needs to be kept up better, and the heater repaired for the pool and spa.

I had to be switched to 3 different rooms, and my best choice out of those rooms was to have a dead pigeon and 3 live pigeons a foot away from my window surrounding it, wondering why it stopped moving. The water was luke warm, so not hot showers or baths. The hot tub was also luke warm. The staff said they "forgot" to turn on the heat that day, but it never got better in the days. One of the rooms, had an unmade bed, another room had the hair dryer pulled out of the wall.. The area seemed sketchy, but was fine. I wanted a refund a couple hours after i got there, but was refused. The next day, hotel prices went up a lot (i should have got one sooner), so i was stuck at this hotel. It was a very poor experience to have at a hotel i thought would be decent.

Very noisy you can hear every car going down the freeway. Beds very uncomfortable sheets feel like you are cover with plastic.

Really enjoyed our stay here, but we stayed 4 nights - not once did our bed get made, and it was 3 nights before anyone even came in to empty garbages, and give us more toilet paper and Kleenex. Otherwise, room was lovely, breakfast was great, stay was nice.

Wingate by Wyndham Yuma is a nice place to stay. We very much liked the spacious clean room and the bed was comfortable. Only drawbacks are the closet door needs adjustment so that it won't drag on the carpet, and the carpet likely needs cleaning.

I arrived early after a 5 hour drive from Vegas. Checkin is at 3pm. By 3pm I had showered, napped, refreshed and was on my way out the door, because this awesome receptionist got me into the first cleaned room.
