Issues with the shower and handle

Basic hotel. No pool. No breakfast. Surprised by the number of big rig trucks that parked overnight on the road adjacent to the hotel. We could hear the truck generators all night, disrupting our sleep.

Fire alarm went off in middle of the night. Called front desk and staff was not sure what to do. Better training is needed for situations like these

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and at least two restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was great, the room was clean. I traveled from Phoenix to Yuma. When I arrived in the room the T.V would not work the front desk sent a maintenance person to help. I had to help take the T.V off the wall, and help put it back once the problem was fixed. I then used the restroom and thought all was fine. I then went to wash my hands and no water. The water was out 5 plus hours. I am really disappointed with these thing's and I will NOT be staying at this place again.

The area around the multiple buildings just seemed runned down. The towels were very rough. The bed creaked quite a bit every time you moved. It was clean, but didn't seem like a very nice place. Not to mention the odd check in experience I had. I guess it caters to railroad employees, which is fine. But I wasn't one of them, and they were very confused when I said I wasn't.

Room was never cleaned. I had to call several times to get clean towels. Bedding was horrible. I had to request blankets because there were only thin sheets on the bed. Breakfast was not “included”. It was available to buy at the diner next door. Misleading. Would not recommend this place.

Expedia shows breakfast as “included”. It is not included but available for purchase at the diner next door. The main reason for the poor rating is we did not get room service. Each day we went out for the full day, we returned to our room unattended to. We had to request service for the first three days. Very unacceptable. I did not expect Trump tower but I did expect some level of service. Terrible.

The property was very convenient having shops and food options near. The air conditioner worked and kept the room cool. Shower pressure wasn’t strong and there was a dead cockroach on the carpet.

The room smelled like smoke

The conditions were not that great..old and worn. Hairdryer didn’t work, toilet seat did not stay up, and had to work hard to get the shower to work. This more than made up by the great service. The people were friendly, courteous, and quick to respond. Whenever I called for linen, they responded quickly. The hairdryer was replaced immediately the next day. Enjoyed how quiet it was during the stay.

Not so good the building is old the refrigerator was gross all rusty, the air conditioner ran almost constantly and was very loud. Overall not a good experience, would not stay at this facility again.

Only negative is they are working on water and had it shut off from 6 am to 8am for repairs

Blamed the policy on Wyndham whichever isn’t true. Rejected credit card because already charged for room, had to call bank to have cleared, almost one hour to check in.

It was comfortable and a very good location. It could be cleaner, updated a bit more. No coffee makers in the room. Staff was excellent.

3 separate buildings. After checking in with a timid, wispering girl that couldn't speak up after being asked 4 times. I was assigned to another location. The room wasn't filthy but you could clearly see it wasn't swept. No coffee in room. There wasn't an ice bucket and then found the ice machine was out of order. The shower fixture was spraying every which way. Then to make the whole experience complete, many of the towels were stained. Clean but stained. We won't be back and shame on Wyndham for attaching their name to this hotel.

From what I understood from the description and pictures I paid for a king size bed with a separate sofa bed that was not the case. It was just one king bed.

The hotel was very full but they were also extremely kind and accommodating.

Quiet and plenty of parking. Quick and easy check in.

Good clean property. Missing normal extras like breakfast and ice. I had a good sleep on a good matress.

No ice buckets- broken ice maker in my building. Had to walk 1/2 block to ice machine. This is an easy fix.

Room seemed clean other than bathroom floor and bed was comfortable. What surprised us was NO IN ROOM COFFEE POT - since facility is 2 bldgs separated by a parking lot it's not at all convenient to try to get coffee first thing in the morning

Great place to stay except no pool

The room was very attractive and had everything we needed -- except that the WiFi was unreliable, and that was a crucial factor for me; so that brought my rating down. I didn't have a chance to try out the fitness center or pool, even though those were an initial draw. When we arrived to check in, I was kept waiting at the front desk for at least 5 minutes before anyone appeared to help me, even after I rang the bell. Penny's Diner had good food and service.

I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again if needed.

We stayed at this property on Thanksgiving and it was easy to check in, we were met with a clean room, and had restful sleep!

Can't really give it too much. It was a Travelodge. Just a simple room. Not any real amenities. No coffee in the room, We had to go to the lobby for it. It was just okay. We weren't feeling very good. It was just a quick place to stay. I don't usually stay in places like that.

Older motel but clean and quiet. If you’re looking for a place to sleep with a comfortable bed this place it’s for you. On the negative side…wi-fi didn’t work and ATT cell service is practically nonexistent. Called prior to booking and central booking area said $20 per pet fee. Got there and was told $40 flat rate pet fee, I had 2 pets so expected a $40 charge but it seems a bit steep if you’re traveling with just one pet. On the plus side, they had grass instead of just hardscape! My dogs loved it!

The woman at the front desk was nice though, just unfortunate about the amenities.

The Yuma Travelodge has clean rooms and bathrooms, well-functioning AC, and comfortable beds and pillows. We had a hiccup at checkout- I had prepaid via Expedia, but the folio showed a balance. However, they saw that there was a credit card used for payment so the lady did not charge us and said she would clear it up with her manager and send me the folio copy by email.

The room was clean, but that’s the best thing about it. Furniture was broken, teifi was weak, and here wasn’t even a cup in the room. My dad asked if it would be possible to switch to a room that walked out to the parking lot (back issues) and he was told they were fully booked…there were TWO other vehicles in the parking lot!! Yeah, right they were full!! At least the empty area meant it was quiet!

Its a nice place to sleep but could definitely use some work. Also clearing up the deposit fee before hand would be nice. It says no where online about a deposit fee, only a pet fee. I usually avoid deposit fees so i wouldn't have stayed here knowingly but it is $50.

Our stay at this place was not what we expected :( In Arizona 101* 🌞 weather swimming pool is a must in any hotel and there’s no one at this hotel. and for sure comfortable pillows were expected and were not a good size or comfortable at all. I don't think will be back here.

Plus the front desk person was very concerned and helpful when I had taken to much insulin, and I am more than grateful for that!

The refrigerator was nice and cold, but it made a noise that we really noticed when we were trying to sleep. The next thing you need to update in the sleeping rooms are the towels and bedding. The towels were really old and thin, and the blanket on the bed was the worst I have ever had in a hotel -- really thin and rough. The check-in person was very nice.

I’ve been staying here for quite a few years. The last couple nights I’ve stayed the tv needed help. Last night couldn’t get the volume to work. The hotel could use some loving care. I do like staying here.

Went to the front desk later that afternoon and no apologies just a “would you like fresh towels?” Why, yes. Yes I would. One of those towels was also stained. Finally after night 2 came I came back from a morning walk and found ants. That was it for me. Time to check out two nights early. The manager at check out was very nice and apologetic, but it was one thing too many for me to continue staying there.

Safe and quiet. Very clean. Super friendly staff. The shower had good water pressure, the toilet flushed, the sink drained.

It was ok. Never received a receipt for our stay the internet only worked one evening. Beds and pillows were comfortable. An ok stay. Had to ask for housekeeping on day 3 They brought fresh towels and remade the beds but didn't empty garbages. Probably won't return

Still waiting to hear what my extra $74 charge was for our one night stay. We paid through Expedia, then they scanned my card for a deposit. 4 days latter and 300 miles away that charge changed from pending to posted. So feels like I paid for this room twice. Property has not gotten back to me yet..

Expansive property 3 separate buildings made it inconvenient at times when issues arise! Lobby was far from building we occupied! Coffee ☕️ pot would have been a favorable option.

The interior is basic, but the room was clean, quiet, and functional: a/c, coffee, micro, fridge, plenty of hot water, tv had lots of channels. The one thing missing is USB ports. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my two teenagers. We felt safe and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was given a meal coupon for the little diner that they shared a parking area. That was convenient for meals. My room was clean and neat. I am very simple and spartan and don’t need tons of amenities. I was there for 4 days for state business. Room prices were reasonable.

The inside of the rooms were clean but the curtains were old and the heater inside didn’t keep an accurate temperature. I guess for the price it was a fair value.

They were right! So happy we took the chance. No frills but everything was clean and comfortable.. new king bed was great too! Will stay again in a heartbeat! Stayed 3nights

Great location. Room is clean. Gave us a very convenient room for my handicap husband. Safe area and neighborhood. Stayed 4 nights and our room hasn’t been cleaned. Found out you have to request which is new to me. No more coffee in the room. Ice maker not working.

First, the staff was very friendly and super helpful. We had just drove 6 hours and she let me check in a but earlier. They also upgraded us to a king room. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean except for the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed but maybe they just need a new vacuum lol the shower pressure was relaxing. Overall i would stay again

Two story. No elevators. Clerk should have told us that when we checked in. King bed was not good and no light or nightstand on one side of the bed. Will not stay here again.

The girls up at desk were friendly and pleasant. I asked about where the pool was and she told me they removed pool about a month ago but haven't updated it on there website. So my autstic son was pretty upset. Then i found a spider the size of a quarter on lamp frame. The beds were a little stiff for our comfort.

This used to be the Oak Tree Inn and we stayed at this property 1-2x per year and was never disappointed in anything. This is now Travelodge and we did not realize or were informed that there is no longer a pool (it's been filled in with dirt) & that was the nicest plus to this property after a long day driving. The biggest PITA on this stay was the outside door lock did not work and our room was just inside that door, which meant that we had to go to the opposite end of the hall just to get in the bldg and walk to the farthest end for our room. This was a huge frustration as my husband is a disabled vet and walking long distances is not easy. I had to go to the office 3x to get "new" keys when they knew the door was not working but made it sound as if they didn't know why the cards weren't working. We would have appreciated honesty instead of hearing the door was broken from guests who've been staying there a few days prior to us arriving. We cancelled our reservation for our return trip & are very disappointed that it isn't the hotel we've lived to stay at the past 9 years.😟

My complaint is the lack of a pool when, at the time of reservation, one was advertised. The staff on site pointed the finger at Expedia and did nothing about it. Also the facility and room had poor ac. The ice machine was spitting snowflakes and needed replacement. The entry door to the hallway and room had defective key card devices which made it a chore getting around. Horrible stay and will not be using Expedia again unless they accommodate the false advertisement of the pool. It was 115 in Yuma. Ac and pool would have been nice.
