The breakfast was great, and we got to have it with the owners of the home. They filled us in more on the history of the town and the home. At the time of our stay, we had the entire home to ourselves. We even had homemade cookies made for us. That we had to go back home.

Lovely people and a lovely home.

This is a Victorian bed and breakfast, so I anticipated an older home. It was quaint and appointed with antiques, but it was dirty and needs updating. The couple who run it are very sweet, but be aware that they live next door and do not fix breakfast in the big kitchen right there, but bring it over from next door and then they eat breakfast with you...They didn't ask about dietary preferences and communication was a little difficult. They are older, FYI.
- 5/5
Doris and Larry were very hospitable. We had a great conversation over breakfast in the formal dining room (which was very good!). The building itself is amazing. Lots of work must have been put into this location to restore and furnish it to match the period. Larry gave us a brief tour to highlight the history of the building when we arrived. At dusk, many fireflies were visible. It was a sight to see.

So much history with this home and the stories that go with it.

great stay. just what we were looking for.

Such a quaint old home full of antiques and local history! Larry and Doris were gracious hosts, greeting us with delicious cookies right out of the oven. They also served us a nice breakfast!

The owner went out of his way to accommodate us, very sweet and made us a special breakfast when we had to depart early!

The hosts were genteel and accommodating. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. The restored Victorian home was lovely, though needing some exterior touchup.

Beautifully restored home with gracious hosts. Great bed with fireplace insert that burned for cozy feeling. Great breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, clean and the couple that owns it is very nice and just a pleasure to meet.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The owners were so friendly, our bedroom were beautifully apportioned, clean and comfortable. They thought of everything to try to make the stay an experience. We loved the warm Christmas cookies! Breakfast was also delcious and served with style. They also were able to assist in helping us learn about the Adairsville area and it's historical significance to our family. We can highly recommend this bed & breakfast!

The owners of this B&B were exceptionally gracious and accommodating. A desk with bright lighting for reading would be nice.
- 5/5
Doris and Larry were wonderful! They looked after me like i was family. The building is beautiful with gorgeous period features and the bed was perfectly soft but supportive. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I loved all the antiques and the claw foot tubs were wonderful. The couple who own the place were so very nice and did a great job hosting.

A delightful stay in a most beautiful home with charming and loving hosts. Would recommend to all my family and friends. You don’t want to miss the charm and courtesy of the owners and their over the top B&B. A must stay when getting out of the Atlanta area. God bless this couple and their brief but everlasting friendship

Charming and clean, easily accessed from the highway. The replacement room, booked after learning the original room was not available, was given to other travelers hours before our communicated arrival, leaving us with the only room left being one with no bathtub or shower (a necessity in our circumstance!) and scrambling for alternate accommodations.
- 5/5
Doris and Larry, our hosts, were the best. The furnishings clearly reflected their good taste and care. The food was excellent and we enjoyed every moment. We will likely return to Adair Manor again.
- 5/5
Breakfast so good … such a treat to stay in an old home full of antiques with excellent service
- 5/5
The couple who own the property met us when we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome. They gave us a tour of the property and a little of it’s history. The room we had was very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very good and at the time of our choice.
- 4/5
Fantastic historical home. Super friendly hosts. Great breakfast. Our only let down was the room we stayed in is advertised as having a half bath, which i think sould be a toilet and shower. All it had was a toilet and sink. I believe that would be a quarter bath.

Friendly owners
- 5/5
The owners of this property were such a lovely, warm, and welcoming couple. The room was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We were treated to an extremely large and delicious breakfast. Truly filled with Southern charm and would highly recommend!

The old Victorian style houses are a favorite and this one has been restored.
- 5/5
The location is conveniently located close to I75. It was a special experience. Almost too good to be true. What's not to like? This B & B is awesome!
- 5/5
This house is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a window into the past with all modern amenities. The hosts were very gracious. Well worth visiting again.
- 5/5
I was looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway and this location certainly met my needs. The owners are delightful, and the breakfasts are delicious.
- 5/5
The breakfast alone was fabulous; especially charming due to our hosts. They even had homemade cookies for us upon arrival! I don’t think we’ve ever met a more gracious couple! We will definitely be back!❤️❤️❤️ Nothing that I know of! The rooms are very clean; the sheets fresh, and the location is serene. The only thing we would have loved to see is more businesses open in the square, but that’s completely independent of our stay at Adair Manor.
- 5/5
Gorgeous historic home filled with love and equally gorgeous period antiques and decor. Doris and Larry are attentivevto their guests and property and provide lively touches like home made cookies upon arrival, bottled water and canday beside very comfortable beds. The home is pristine vlean and beautiful yet inviting and comfortable with beautiful grounds to telax and enjoy nature. Larry and Doris know quite a bit about lical history and the area and are a great help. Breakfast was an affair that was a delight to both the eyes and gastronomy with every attention to detail. We loved the entire experience and will visit again. Thank you Doris and Larry!!

What a hidden gem of a BnB! This was a a delightful change from boring cookie cutter motel rooms. The manor was completely restored and filled with antiques. Larry and Doris were wonderful hosts and gave me a tour of the home and Doris made a wonderful homemade breakfast in the morning. They were gracious hosts and I highly recommend it! Wish I could have stayed longer!

My husband and I are travel nurses and have stayed in so many furnished properties. We couldn't even begin to express our grattitude for the peaceful, easy rest we had while staying with Larry and Doris. Amenities were amazing, breakfast homemade and delicious, the bed was soooo comfortable. Oh! We also had a clawfoot bath in our private bathroom. Heaven. I haven't felt like such a princess since I was a little girl staying with my grandparents in the summers. We are already planning our next stay with Larry and Doris.

Lovely and friendly hosts.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this historic B & B. It was peaceful and quiet which is just what we needed after a long day on the road. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the chocolates on our pillows before turning in. We were the only ones staying there at the time and we were able to tour the entire house. There is no tv or internet so be sure to bring a book to read. Larry and Doris are very gracious hosts and even agreed to serve breakfast a little earlier than normal so we could get an early start in the morning.
- 5/5
What a delightful find...the rooms are furnished in exquisite Victorian high class antiques; nothing cheap or bland in this house...no detail overlooked. From the highly functional kitchen, which the owners trustingly allow you to fix your own coffee, to the sitting room, dining room and wavy glass windows, you will truly feel you have been transported back to the time when horses, steam trains and ferries provided transportation. If you are looking for TV, Internet and glitzy shops across the street, remember this B & B takes you out of the present age and back two centuries. Remember to allow time before retiring to savor the mouth watering chocolates discreetly placed by your pillows. The "private" bath in our room, named the Dogwood, was a tiny half bath. Praise the Lord a chamber pot under the bed was not necessary. The elegant breakfast served family style in the late 19th century dining room was home cooked and spot on time, complete with coffee, tea, juice, delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, biscuits and home baked pastries. The mix of guests from Indiana, Toronto and Phoenix was perfect. The hosts were friendly, delightful, and informative. We can't wait to stop again.

It was a real treat to stay at this B&B, it was quiet, relaxing and had the rustic charm of a historical property. If you want to feel immersed in the history of a place, this is a perfect home to stay at. Larry and Doris were incredible hosts, thank you.

The property was so nice and peaceful, but the real pleasure were Larry and Doris the owners. They charmed us with their kindness and cookies. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We definely got so much more than we paid for. We highly recommend this special place.
- 5/5
Amazing location, the owners are great people. The home made breakfast is A+ every time and the extras (like homemade cookies) are wonderful. Very comfortable, great location. Quiet, relaxing, no TV, no WiFi, and that's good. We will be back.

Doris & Larry are the sweetest hosts of this bed and breakfast! My boyfriend and I were going to Atlanta to celebrate our one year anniversary and wanted to find a sweet little place outside of the city to enjoy. This bed and breakfast was a little hidden gem in Adairsville; about one hour and an easy drive to the attractions we wanted to see in Atlanta. The house was gorgeous and it felt like home the two days we were there. The owners lived next door and were just a phone call away if we needed anything or had any questions. Gorgeous clawfoot tub in our master bedroom, beautiful decorations, and a comfy bed. There were other guests saying at the b&b and we all had a delicious breakfast together that was prepared by Doris & Larry; this experience was one of our favorites! I could go on forever about how pleased I am with this b&b and highly recommend!

A wonderful experience! This late 1800's former Doctor's residence has been lovingly restored by owner Larry and his wife Doris down to the smallest detail. The home is very comfortable and inviting, made even more so by our most gracious hosts. The homemade breakfast was delicious, and felt like visiting good family. No TV, no in-house internet, and that's a good thing. Bring a book, and sit on the veranda sipping ice tea. We will be back.

Expedia forgot to sent our reservation, but the owners were very accommodating. They got a room ready for us quickly. The owners are very friendly, and funny. Breakfast was excellent
- 5/5
We will definitely be back!

This was my first B&B experience and pretty sure Larry and Doris have ruined me forever! They were so warm and welcoming to me and my young son. They enjoyed sharing some of the history of the home and the breakfast was out of this world! Larry spoiled us with his homemade raspberry jelly. We also enjoyed getting to visit with the other guests at breakfast. The manor is conveniently located just a few minutes off I-75 in a very quiet area.
- 5/5
Absolute gem. Larry and Doris are just so welcoming. The house is just gorgeous. We felt like royalty staying here. Must stay here if in adairsville.

We stayed at the B&B for my wife’s birthday. What a wonderful time! We enjoyed the walk through the old town, the Farmer’s Market, and mostly the fellowship of our hosts. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Sweetest hosts, Larry and Doris, greet your when you arrive with warm cookies and make you feel so welcome! The 100 year old home is absolutely beautiful. I loved sitting on the front porch near the grand Magnolia tree and enjoying the tranquility of the evening and surroundings. The room entire home was lovingly restored by Larry and Doris and it truly shows the love they put in restoring it to its historic beauty. The grand piano was delightful as well! Each room was lovely and mine was no exception! It was a beautiful, spacious room with windows looking into a serene garden. The bathroom had a claw foot tub as well. And the breakfast, oh my!! So delicious! Doris is a caterer and has owned a tea room so as you may imagine, attention to detail and scrumptious breakfast was a highlight of my stay as well. I was on a brief solo getaway and their hospitality and the absolutely lovey home and adorable town made my stay a treasured one that I will long remember and cherish. Thank you with all my heart, Larry and Doris for making my stay so wonderful! I highly recommend the beautiful Bed and Breakfast Adair Manor! 💗
