Front desk was amazing. Our key cards were not working. There were no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed and we did not have enough towels for all of us. The sofa bed had stains on it and it did not look clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was very sweet!

Super staff. I’m impressed with how welcomed they made me feel. Pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. Nice CLEAN rooms you can be comfortable in. Just what are they doing to the pool? Don’t advertise it if it’s not for use. That felt like a trick.

I reserved my rooms months in advance, 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds each. Upon check-in, the two very unfriendly desk staff members, did not seem to care when they only had one room on my reservation. Even after I showed them proof of my reservation, they did not care and did not apologize. They blamed it on hotels.com. Ultimately, I ended up with two rooms on separate floors, which was a huge disappointment since I had to be separated from my family members. The room also had many dead bugs throughout. One the other hand, the woman that set up and managed the breakfast, was wonderful! She was the best part of our stay! Very friendly and attentive.

the property was great. Our reservation was canceled and we were still charged. We had to pay for a room when we arrived. I was put on hold waiting for an operator from expedia. After an hour I hung up. I hope expedia corrects this.

TV remote would not work properly. Connected front desk, was told someone would come fix it, no one came to fix it. Front desk clerk had an “I don’t care” attitude. I will sleep in the car before I stay at a Hampton Inn again.

As far as cleanliness, there were a lot of dead ladybugs around room and we were told that’s normal for Georgia. Behind the headboard there were a ton of dead bugs and Trash under the sofa bed. Best part was the lady that does breakfast, she was very kind and helpful .

I liked that this was close to our venue for the weekend. It was clean. There was no safe in the room. The rooms desparately need an update. the sink barely drains and the toilets get clogged.

Someone had been laying in one of the beds. I had to change rooms. No toilet paper or Kleenex. They said their shipment didn't come in. I felt it was very outdated and unclean for a Hampton. Reminded me of a Super 8. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

It was lady bug season and our rooms was filled with alive and dead lady bugs. Our first room also had stink bugs. One landed on my husband’s arm and we asked to move to another room. The second room had at least two dozen or more dead lady bugs but at least no stink bugs. Breakfast was good. Needless to say, I will choose somewhere else to stay next time.

We enjoyed being greeted by the front desk, warmly, friendly with professionalism. The breakfast ladies’s name is Frida. She went above and beyond taking care of everyone’s needs throughout breakfast with the kindness that only southern hospitality can exude. My kids and I stayed here on our trip down to Florida. It was a long drive and this location was the best deal. In the morning the breakfast was filling and delicious, plus the woman running it was the nicest person we’d ever met. She said “come back again real soon!” And when we left my kids asked if we could come back. So we did! On the way home we stayed here again and it was just as perfect.

Nice clean place with two discrepancies. The Hotels.com webpage has it listed with a bar. It does not have a bar. Also, pool was closed. Apparently the heater went out the day before we arrived.

Th room was clean. Staff was nice. Hamptons usually has a decent breakfast. At this one , both types of sausage patties were old and rubbery. There were only 2 slices of bread. The eggs were old and rubbery too. Only light yogurt was offered and one was in the bowl.

We were traveling with a 2 year old and a 3 year old . My son’s autistic. We were put above a regular who works nights. My kids were on the bed most of the time playing with tablets and coloring . My son stims and so when he gets excited he will run. He is 33 pounds soaking wet. We got a noise complaint from the running. Why you would put small children above a regular is confusing. We were told quiet time starts at 10 this call was received around 6:40 pm…. So the person below us banged on the walls all night eve when my kids were sitting the rooms around us were loud with doors slamming ect but we were blamed for it. The tub had sand and dirt in it so we skipped baths for our kiddos. The back door was not locked so anyone could walk in and there is nothing to do or walk to around there for an over night stay with adults it’s fine just not kid friendly. I would have moved rooms of offered.

We expected more from a Hampton/Hilton hotel. It was the same as any other traveling one night stay, just pricier. We also had a long wait to check in. There was no clerk for over 5 minutes. They want you to use an app to replace the clerk.

When we got there and got unpacked there wasn’t a remote for the tv, no Kleenex in the bathroom . The next morning my wife went to make coffee and there was a piece missing. I went to the front desk and told the lady and she said she would have to go get, but later I heard her tell at shift change she didn’t feel like it so we couldn’t make coffee, the shift change lady said she would get one but we never saw one

There was a sanitary sticker -like found in a swim suit stuck to the headboard for one of the rooms. In that same room there was trash still in the trash can.

Dont use Hotels.com, there is no easy way to contact cutomer support while your waiting in the freezing cold for your confirmation to make it to the hotel.... absolutely terrible service !

The hotel has an issue with lady bugs and stink bugs which based on the on-site signage at the location is a statewide issue but does not offer refunds for stays booked on the website with no disclosure of the issues. We would have elected to not stay at this location if we had known there was a bug issue. Many clients were expressing their dissatisfaction about the issue

TV service was terrible! Guide did not match the channels, very limited channels, no NBC or ABC, service would freeze and the channel had to be changed for it to start again. No concern from the front desk.

The first impresson was not great. I called the hotel three times prior to checking in to let them know we would have a late check in. No answer. When we got there we waited over 20 to 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. The following morning we went to breakfast and even though they told us it ends at 10 am, breakfast was basically done before 9 am. I know the quality of breakfast to expect because it's usually all the same however, this was not it. Also didn't apperciate how the front desk lady treated the cook in the morning. Despite all of that, room was great! Clean and nice.

No problem! I'll just do some work at the desk... wait, where's the chair? Whoops, there isn't one. Okay, I'll just go in the p... nope, pool is closed for maintenance indefinitely. Shower then? Don't mind the black mold under the soap dish! Guess I'll just go down to breakfast, and eat some waffles with no syrup and some mushy gray french toast sticks. The bed is comfortable. Everything else has been a massive disappointment this stay. The sad thing is, it's still the best in Adairsville by a mile.

Judy was extremely helpful with check-in. She was so friendly, it was as if I had known her for years. She got us checked in super quick and also told us where we could see the fireworks. The lobby and the bathroom lobby were very clean. We are already planning our stay here for next year.

I booked through expedia and when I got to the hotel they said the room was cancelled because of the wrong credit card #. My card shows that Expedia did indeed charge my card for $268. The hotel had one room left...two queens and not a king as I had originally ordered. Plus the hotel was $5 more. I am not happy.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet. She even found my honors rewards before we arrived. She was by herself and there was not an empty room to be found. She was doing an awesome job at trying to help everyone. The only thing was the indoor pool was very cold and the kids were itchy after playing in the pool.

This was not the Hampton Inn quality we have come will expect and enjoy. The room was dusty, the pillow cases stained or dirty, the bed rock hard. While the hotel is older and furniture showing its age, that is not a problem. The rooms should still be clean and comfortable. As for the front desk, we told them to email the receipt. It’s been 5 days and we are still waiting.

Thermostat in room was hanging from wall and missing batteries, room was 64 degrees Had to go get batteries from front desk and was told they knew about it but didn’t have any open rooms to switch. Later check in and the staff could only do what they could at the time.

The room was okay.. til we went to sleep with the A/C on. Woke up in the middle of the night and it smelled musty. But different then i realized what the smell actually was. It was MOLD. The room smelled like it was flooded then dried on its own. The carpet needs to be cleaned or REPLACED. The drapes stink. The A/C smells horrible! Everything is gross. I paid way to much to be smelling that all night. Also i booked 2dbl queens. The lady at front desk put me in disabled room. Probably so she can sell mine for more. Idk. But this place is horrible. And theyre remodeling with one elevator out of service. They need to stop worrying about outside appearances and work on guest satisfaction inside the rooms where we sleep. Thats the whole point of the hotel. If i cant get sleep because of the room, then i should get a refund..right?

The furniture is worn and tattered, there is trash crammed between cushions in the chair. The pull out sofa bed mattress is beyond terrible, it is two inches thick and permanently creased through the center. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and will not have anything from the complimentary breakfast as I sincerely doubt the cleanliness of the preparation and facilities.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a room for 2 queen beds for 3 adults. I got placed in a room that had 2 full beds instead. I took pictures and measurements and asked the front desk staff to switch us to a room with Queen beds since that is what we reserved. The general manager said that by "Hilton standards" the beds were considered Queen size mattresses... WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!? The front desk staff, specifically the general manager was very rude, dismissive and unwilling to let me see any other room because they were "all booked", which was a lie because I was able to go online and act like I was going to book a Queen room and there was definitely availability. They also informed me that they couldnt help me because I made my reservation through Expedia. This hotel is trash! I will definitely never stay there again!
