Small but clean and recently updated pool. Clean and well cared for.

We booked two rooms. Outdated but one room was okay. The second smelled like an animal had been living in it for a while. When the AC kicked on the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. The hand towel that was folded nicely had brown stains on the front. The bathroom shower faucet leaked. Wouldn't recommend, drive to another exit.

The pictures were deceiving. This place has some updates but is old and not all the updates are well done. The towel bar fell off, the toilet seat was very loose and low to the floor.

The room was clean but needed repairs to ceiling. Very outdated. Air conditioning was adequate but very noisy. Hotel appears to be mainly used by construction crews etc. price was very reasonable for conditions. I would rate overall a six

Nearly all the electrical outlets in the room did not work, only two in the whole room worked (besides the bathroom one). The room smelled like weed and we booked a non-smoking room. Tried to swap rooms but there weren't any more non-smoking rooms available. The linens on the bed felt like shower curtains, The bathroom lighting is horrible, no one would be able to apply make up with this lighting. Just horrible, don't let the pictures fool you because they sure did us.

This was one of the nicest Quality Inn's We've stayed in and We've stayed in many! Very clean environment and friendly and caring staff not to mention a great breakfast in the morning with waffles, sausage, w/biscuits and gravy,fruit, muffins, etc.

Showed up around 9 pm. The front desk associate (a younger man) asked if I’d be interested in sleeping with him. I politely declined and went to my room. He later came knocking at my door around 1130 pm. I did not open the door. As a female traveling alone, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

We liked location, breakfast and cleanliness. Wheelchair accessible was NOT ideal. Bed was way too high. Had a hard time getting husband i to bed because hes a paraplegic and cannot stand. Also, shower bench was leaning forward and hard for him to balance. Bathroom door also didnt open wide enough because of something behind it preventing it from opening completely. Just a few tweaks and this room would have been perfect.

The property was easily accessible and the front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and fairly clean. We did have to clean the tables and counter area around the sink before use. Bed was comfy and quiet. Breakfast was sufficient and had decent variety.

Breakfast was just ok, I have stayed there several times and the hot breakfast is always the same Someone kept jumping off the bed in the room above us

Nasty entrance door, torn carpet at entrace door

It was right off the highway with fast food and sit down restaurants nearby. It seemed clean and a good value. An hour and a half prior to the end of the posted breakfast time there was almost nothing warm left to eat. Many customers were only able to grab an apple for breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Smoke detector was beeping and they offered to switch our room. Can't comment on the breakfast as we left before 6AM.

The room was clean. The people were very nice.

Front destination people were very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was clean,bathtub was spotless, linens were clean. I really didn't have problems. I was able to find a parking space without difficulty. I dont do great climbing stairs, but I also forgot to tell the hotel so I couldn't blame them. I'm sure had I went back to the front desk they would have accommodated me. But this wasn't a hotel problem this was I forgot to tell them and I didn't want to be a problem. So I just left it alone.

The sausage and biscuits were great. Hot coffee was available round the clock. Levi was great, he was very helpful and friendly. The pool was smaller than expected but still it was refreshing. My room didn't get dusted midway through my stay, when the sheets were changed.

The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable. It was a convenient location for us.

I liked the location. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. We requested a non-smoking room. We got a smoking room. We got moved and the new room’s hair dryer didn’t work, and many of the outlet were not working or very loose and wouldn’t hold a plug.

The bed had a sheet metal frame and every time you sat or moved it sounded like thunder.

Staff was great. Room could use some updates. It was good enough for the night and the price was right.

It was old, half the outlets did not work. It was in an isolated area and it was kind of dark. It was okay for one night, but it felt more like a Motel 6 than a Quality Inn.

Even if you use your app correctly, the hotel will not honor the stay, ie...if you book after midnight and put plus or minus so you can get it for midnight, the hotel will not honor, nor will they agree to a refund. I will not book this hotel again.

Hotel staff was excellent, for older hotel it was upkepted and very clean. One of the best ones I've stayed at right of a major highway.

It was late and the beds were advertised as comfortable. Ours was so hard. My husband hardly slept at all. The nicest thing this hotel had was the motorized blackout and filtered window screen. We would not recommend this place.

Room smell horrible. I stayed in another room about 6 weeks ago and I totally had a better experience.

Property was in almost new condition. Only drawbacks were the refrigerator needed defrosting and the sink leaked water at the faucet leaving a water puddle every time you used it. Both of these were minor inconveniences.

A good, clean, and affordable choice for the area. Shopping, good, parks, and experiences all within short distance of the hotel. Rooms were clean, slightly outdated but nothing I'd be picky about. Breakfast wa hot and better than I'd had before but nothing crazy spectacular. I would absolutely stay here again when I'm the area. Staff was honestly the politest I've EVER met at any hotel/motel before, that was fabulous!

The room was really clean, but had an odd smell. Super strong. I could get use to it but if i left the rolm and came back it bother me for a while. Then we got a strange no answer call at 4.30 am for the hotel phone. The breakfast was great. But after when we were trying to leave arpund 9:30 we had a strange lady looking in our window and knocking on the door. Not staff just a random lady, not tryign to sterotype but she seemed high. Little weird

Nice stopover

The room was outdated. The beds were comfortable, though. For one night this place is ok. But I wouldn't plan to stay for several days.

Cleanliness was a little hit or miss. One of our rooms was fine, but the other had a bottle cap under the edge of the bed and we encountered a bug or two (could be from those exterior hallways.) Also the bathroom in that room could use a little work as the tub faucet was extremely tricky, the towel bar fell down and the toilet plugged up (one of the kids has a knack for this, and it's not tp overuse). The other room was fine. The beds were decently comfortable though one was quite noisy, but that was good for a laugh. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable for our needs and expectations. Would we stay again? Maybe. We frequently pass through the area and the price was very good. If they keep an eye on the cleanliness and stay on top of minor repairs it could be very good.

The non smoking we reserved, smelled like smoke, water leaking from fridge, dusty sheets and the bathroom door wasn't closing.

Walls seem very very think with neighbors being loud to the middle of night. Cars park right at your front door so you hear everything.

You see outside the door under and around the door bottom. To ilet need updating not painting the toilet seat. Who does that The room phone replaced caller can't hear you talking. No need to go on. Could not wait to leave..Hicks

Old hotel. Entry door was outside and door was all kicked in and needed painting. Interior was clean but old and needed painting. Toilet seat broken and dirty. Bed was supposed to be new pillow top mattress. Lifted up sheets and it was an old mattress. Air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast was typical stuff. Got cereal and the milk was sour.

The outside and lobby was very unclean. We asked to see our room, and it was dirty and there was a roach crawling on the bed. We left and went somewhere else.

Decent place that served our needs. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Pet friendly which included outside grass space for them. Mostly carb oriented selections at breakfast. Near interstate so a bit of noise from that. Loved the night lite in bathroom sink area: perfect amount of light!! Felt comfortable in the area. Building a bit dated but looks like maintenance takes place. Big downside (IMO): the toilet paper holder practically touches the toilet so you essentially sit on it, then it’s difficult to obtain the paper to use.

The room was clean but the carpet was wet next to the air conditioner, possibly the drain line leaked. Someone, probably a kid, drew a picture on the coffee maker with white paint. It was left instead of replacing. The beds were new, but rock hard. There was what appeared to be corrosion on top of the coat rack and the suitcase rack was broken. There was dirt specks in between the cups. We chose this motel because it had a higher rating than the others and was more filled up so we thought it would be better. We got one of the last rooms and it was late so we didn’t complain.

Good for budget hotel. We stayed 4 nights, asked them to changed the room after 2 nights due to unhygienic room.

The room was clean but the chemicals were used were so strong it made us sick. Then there were other customers staying outside drinking beer and playing loud music tilln2 or 3 in the morning. We had to get up early and get on the road.

We have stayed at this motel at least six times and have found it to be very satisfactory, well maintained, pleasant staff, and a nice breakfast.

The room was noisy! The bathroom fan was very noisy! Although you cannot control the outside of the room - sleep was difficult as people talking outside the room at various times of the night! This will be the last time we stay there!

Found trash under one of the beds… food wrappers. Also heater kept short cycling and didn’t warm the room.

Room wasn’t entirely clean, there was a dirty sock by a chair in the room. Bedding looked clean. Heat was way too hot even at 68 degrees. I came into room at 77 degrees and had to open door to air out room multiple times and in the middle of the night. Breakfast looked good but did not eat

This place is the worse . I drove 10 hours to have to change rooms 3 times due to roaches . I finally had enough and checked out the next day and went elsewhere.

I wish the room was more clean. Outside noise was very loud. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the next room over open a soda can let alone them talking. We just this stay as a resting point during travel but unfortunately didn’t receive very much sleep. I doubt we come back. If we had been able to sleep it may have not been so bad with it being a cheap stay.

The place is old. The pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We could hear the people around and above us. (We were on the bottom floor.) We didn't stay for breakfast.

Worst room we ever stayed in. Smoked filled room. Stayed 3 hours and had to get out. Toilet not attached to floor good so would shift when trying to use it.

Rooms were very clean, but a little dated in the furniture. Bed was comfortable. Heat and air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Bathroom was clean, but also a little dated. Full, hot continental breakfast was a bonus, as well as Netflix and Paramount plus (free). I would stay here again when I pass through.

Front desk person very helpful. The fan in room was very loud and couldn't hear tv also, not the fault of hotel , but location.. train very close with loud horn at 430 am

Out dated but still a very nice and clean room. Had the dog so being a pet friendly place was a must.

Property itself was OK. In need of some updating and TLC. Staff was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. It was very difficult to park.

This is not a family oriented and not a hotel this is a motel and it's very old. Also located in not a nice area. The only car park in the motel was ours everything else were trucks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family stay. Kennesaw has much better alternatives.

Front desk staff was great, both at check in and check out. Room, however, was lacking. Walking in, room smelled horribly of weed. Toilets were dirty. Top sheets had stains.

The room smelled of cooked Indian food and mold Decorative covers had questionable stains on both beds Pulled bed sheets back to find hair a tie and hair in the bed Rugs were sticky But I saved the best for last While my son was reaching for a towel from the folded towel rack he notice their was FECES in the towel. I took a picture and went to the office. There was NO sense of urgency, concern or even disgust. It was like another day in the neighborhood. I was told oh I’ll have to call the manager. Expedia refunded me.

So in summary: They property is unclean enough to harbor roaches, and its ran by a thief and liar. I wont return.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. It is a quiet location near the interstate.

Property stafff very friendly. However there was someone who appeared to be living there in the room next to us. He was working on his car until late in the evening.
