We basically just needed a place to get off the Interstate and rest. Our room was nice and clean. A/c was exceptional. Our only complaint was the bed was SOO hard. If you have a bad back be warned.

The bedding mattress cover was stained. Bed very hard. Everywhere needs to be freshly painted especially the entrance. Not a very appealing welcome in as far as appearance. Location good to highway traveling.

This motel was exactly what I needed, when and where I needed it! Very convenient location, plenty of parking, helpful staff, good neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained, good AC, decent breakfast. Lots of food options within walking distance, including a 24-hour Waffle House!

Very nice, quiet. Shower had pretty good water pressure compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Bathroom was very small, kind of awkward. The bed frame stuck out quite a bit and I cracked my knee on it. It was also very squeaky. The fridge/freezer didn't seem to work very well.

Air conditioner sounded like a loud hurricane even with the fan on low. Really noisy making getting to sleep hard.

Room had very poor lighting with only one working lamp. Bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Drain in the sink and bathtub were both clogged with hair. Staff at the front desk were very slow and not at all helpful. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very convenient to get to this hotel from I-75. The bed was comfortable for a quick night's sleep. This was my first time traveling with a pet and there were no problem at check in when letting the staff know. My only complaint is that the pet friendly room smelled like previous pets really strongly and there was pet hair on the air conditioner and the were well loved.

Room had an odor to it but fine otherwise. Kind of like stale water - seemed like sink slow to drain so maybe had sitting water in it if room hadn’t been used in a while. Overall could use some updates or deep cleaning - hallway carpets had seen better days and garbage out and around in random places from guests leaving it in stairwells, window sills, etc. Breakfast was basic and minimal.

The room floor had a very sticky substance which showed footprints when walked on. We could not walk barefoot on the floor without getting our feet soiled by the substance on the floor.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The shower needed to be cleaned much better, since it looked dirty. When we checked out the person, after we rang the bell yelled from the office “just leave the room key on the counter”. Very unprofessional.

The room had not been heated for days evidently because the temperature was below freezing when we arrived. We turned on the heat and went to dinner thinking the room would warm quickly. It did not. We had to ask for additional blankets and wear our clothes to bed. Around 2:00 am it was warm enough to put on bed clothes and sleep. The hairdryer was broken. The outlet in the bathroom did not work.

Place was clean but room looked old. Rude receptionist when we called to complain about people running all night above us. Got no sleep because they put loud family above us.

The receptionist was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is quiet, and there are places nearby for gas, food, etc. Breakfast was well organized, with variety and clean. I recommend it 100%.

The desk clerk was very nice. Other than that, I would have rated a 3 - it was adequate but not fancy or exceptional. However, this was THE NOISIEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Not from the outside noise but within. The walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room set their toothbrush down or set something on the floor. I could hear and understand the conversation between the person above me and the hotel staff that came to their door. The guests above had small children that kept running and stomping, keeping us awake.

The property is really starting to show it's age. The OJ on the breakfast a powdered orange drink. The breakfast was mainly toast and cereal.

Check in was easy and the lady was pleasant. Facility was clean and beds very comfortable. Large room. The bathroom is dated and not in the best shape. Everything else was fine.

The refrigerator makes too much noise & I kept hearing tapping noises through the walls in two different rooms. The front desk was great about accommodating me as best as she could. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was great. Overall I was uneasy and didn't feel safe and will not return.

When we check in my name was the only one on the register, so I said to the lady as we checked in, I also will need a key for my husband and I’ll place his name on the register, she said I didn’t need to he just needs to let me know what room his in and I will give him a key, I said you will not give anyone a key to my room unless they are listed, she wasn’t getting it we did go over this three times, when she put up her hand and said ewww I don’t want to argue, I said do you know the liability you all would have if you give anyone a key to a room they are not registered in.

I didn't like the continental breakfast, I was expecting more. I know that Wyndham's facilities are better than his one.

It’s always an amazing stay

Room smelt strongly of smoke and sheets had nail polish stains on them.

Grass area covered in garbage, rooms in poor shape, front desk staff rude, and said they were keeping track of our towel usage. They were watching us on the camera bring our stuff in and made comments. Breakfast poor selection, cereal stale.

We had caravanned with family so I couldn’t leave and drive on. I would have taken my kids and just slept in the car, but some sketchy men left the hotel with treats and went into the woods by the parking lot as we were parking. And the staff member that helped us said there were no other rooms. The room we stayed in seriously smelled like a rat had died under the bed or something similar. The towels smelled like they had been washed in poop water. Also, the toilet was clogged. It would flush water, but not toilet paper. This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I feel like I should be reimbursed for staying there and making it through the night.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. So was housekeeping staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was lacking & ran out of coffee often & early. Lady at desk said it was my responsibilty to tell her there was no more coffee AND she yelled at me for looking for spoons in the cabinets while she was busy with something else. She was not very friendly to anyone I saw her interact with, unfortunately. No laundry to wash clothes, no gym & pool was very cloudy.

I expected a lot more from a chain hotel, even a lower end one. I paid $150 for a room that would have been acceptable for under $100. Mild on tiles in bathroom, hair clips from previous guests on power cords, clogged sink, terrible caulking in bathroom, and metal bed frames that rattle like crazy and protrude into walking space.

It was a decent hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast, and the fact that the pool wasn't open. But other than that, very nice.

The pool was closed and that information was not updated on Hotels.com. we had 4 rooms. At least 1 of them was not clean at all. There was toothoaste blobs on the mirror and walls, something gloppy and sticky all over the room phone, stuck on gunk on the nightstand, and the refrigerator front and handhold for opening had not been cleaned and were sticky with food or something. Sheets were clean but the bed platforms were dusty and crusty. Food ceumbs, dirt, dust, hair, etc. Beside the beds on the wall and footboard various places around the room and in corners you can see where things have been spilled and/or sricky food and drink has run down the wall and not been properly cleaned. It was not a comfortable stay. We were only passing through and just stopped there to sleep so it wasnt worth requesting a different room, but had our stay been longer for vacation or something we would have been HIGHLY disappointed.

The couch in the room was nasty and the pull out could maybe fit a toddler. The “free breakfast” was an absolute joke. Stale cereal and some cold doughnuts with an option of frozen microwave burritos. Glad it was only for one as I was passing through the area. Was very disappointed won’t be staying again

Great for an overnight stay

I booked a handicap accessible room (located midway down the hall), which it was to a certain degree. First thing was that the bed was too high, very hard to get into. Second, the bathroom had a tub instead of a walk-in. Although the tub had plenty of handrails. They did provide a shower seat, except it was kind of low. The toilet was also low. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was on the firm side, but comfortable. Had a large refrigerator, and microwave. The A/C unit worked fine except the fan seemed a bit low to me, and it was on high. They had USB ports available and accessible outlets on both side of the bed. Breakfast was the low point. I went for the orange juice and it was not. It was a mix that reminded me of Tang, a powdered drink. At that point I just walked out. Yes there was cereal, coffee, small donuts, muffins, and toast. No hot breakfast. The ice machine needed to have the filter replaced because the ice had a chlorine taste. All things considered I would probably stay there again since I know what to expect.

The man taking care of the breakfast bar did a great job. He kept the coffee refilled and made sure things were stocked. The bathroom floor in our room could have been a little cleaner. Not a bad place to stop for the night though.

All was great at this property except the bathroom. It definitely needs to be remodeled as it had a lot of areas that needed some care. In addition, the floor was dirty and had hair from prior tenants. Yuck. We got in late (12:30am) so did not have much of a chance to have staff address the issue.

Room Extremely big and clean with laminate floors. I booked 2 king beds, but it was 2 queens with a pull out couch. Breakfast was ok, but only hot option was a breakfast burrito that you had to microwave straight out of a freezer. Decent place for the price

room was clean and in fair condition. the biggest downside is the carpet in the hallways. the color is to light and is very soiled gives the place dirty feel even when the rooms are clean.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Parking and access to the room was easy. It was quiet for the location. The lamps and phone had a solid layer of dust. The room was generally clean, but it was clear that it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time. The AC was located in such a way that all the cool are was blown into and behind the curtains, whcih absolutley had to be closed due to the bright lights from the neighboring gas station. We elected not to eat breakfast at the hotel. Overall, it was a decent place to get some sleep to break up a 2-day trip.

Amazing stay!! The hotel staff was amazing. Room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. I hope one day they can offer eggs, sausage, bacon and other breakfast items. I will be staying here again when I need a hotel room. Thank you!!

There was a lot of hair in the room. Hair in bathtub, on the floor in different areas and a white smudge on the wall next to the bed post wall—which I hope was dried yogurt or ice cream. The front desk clerk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was disappointing… they ran out of coffee. All the other hotels were booked, so for the price, I would give it a 2/10. You can hear plumbing and everything through the thin walls.

Not the staffs fault but noisy. Walls are thinly designed and you can hear the neighboring rooms occupants both inside and in the hallways. The continental breakfast was awful. Bread products were stale and that didn’t leave much else to choose from. They would be better served not to offer ‘Breakfast’ at all. The rooms are in need of being remodeled and the cleanliness was marginal at best.

Clean but with issues! Toilet was not connected to the floor, and they had the coffee pot and coffee in the bathroom. Breakfast was nasty and check out was a challenge. Management refused to give me a receipt, said that the room I stayed in belonged to Hotel.com and that’s who will need to give you a receipt. I told him that he changed my card and I want a receipt. He said you go now! I ask him if he was sure he wanted to leave it this way. He said no receipt you go now. Told him I was going to call Wyndham! He said NO raising his voice… you call Hotel.com… you leave now!

Quiet, clean, very friendly.

Service was good. Breakfast was not what we were hoping for. Bathroom could have been cleaner but overall for the money it was worth it. They do have EV chargers and Tesla Super Chargers are beside the hotel.

It’s a two star hotel. A little run down with few conveniences.

The front desk / customer service was terrible. Very rude and argumentative with my husband when he asked for batteries or replacement for a remote that was not working in our room. We were also overcharged. Other than the service, the room was nice and clean. Location was good. The bed was comfortable, but was extremely loud to move on because of the metal frame.

Friendly staff, quiet hotel, it was all around a nice stay was there for 4 nights. One tv didnt work at first but they fixed it imediately when i reported the problem.

Was perfect for what we needed

I arrived at midnight to check in to my room after driving all day. Says pet friendly on site, but arrive with my service dog, as I'm a war veteran to be told no we don't recognize that he's a service dog. Then i go outside to try and find a new place to stay and they proceeded to call the police.

Bathroom baseboards were extremely dirty. The air conditioner in the room was set to 68 but never got below 72. When we tried to have breakfast the milk was spoiled, the gentleman working breakfast/counter didn’t speak very good English to properly communicate the issue with the milk.

The lady at the front desk recognized me from my last stay, and was just as friendly as last time!
